1The second natural gas hydrate production test in the South China Sea显示文摘Clayey silt reservoirs bearing natural gas hydrates(NGH)are considered to be the hydrate-bearing reservoirs that boast the highest reserves but tend to be the most difficult to exploit.They are proved to be exploitable by the first NGH production test conducted in the South China Sea in 2017.Based on the understanding of the first production test,the China Geological Survey determined the optimal target NGH reservoirs for production test and conducted a detailed assessment,numerical and experimental simulation,and onshore testing of the reservoirs.After that,it conducted the second offshore NGH production test in 1225 m deep Shenhu Area,South China Sea(also referred to as the second production test)from October 2019 to April 2020.During the second production test,a series of technical challenges of drilling horizontal wells in shallow soft strata in deep sea were met,including wellhead stability,directional drilling of a horizontal well,reservoir stimulation and sand control,and accurate depressurization.As a result,30 days of continuous gas production was achieved,with a cumulative gas production of 86.14×104 m3.Thus,the average daily gas production is 2.87×10^4 m^3,which is 5.57 times as much as that obtained in the first production test.Therefore,both the cumulative gas production and the daily gas production were highly improved compared to the first production test.As indicated by the monitoring results of the second production test,there was no anomaly in methane content in the seafloor,seawater,and atmosphere throughout the whole production test.This successful production test further indicates that safe and effective NGH exploitation is feasible in clayey silt NGH reservoirs.The industrialization of hydrates consists of five stages in general,namely theoretical research and simulation experiments,exploratory production test,experimental production test,productive production test,and commercial production.The second production test serves as an important step from the exploratory production test to experimental production test.Jian-liang Ye Xu-wen Qin Wen-wei Xie Hai-long Lu Bao-jin Ma Hai-jun Qiu Jin-qiang Liang Jing-an Lu Zeng-gui Kuang Cheng Lu Qian-yong Liang Shi-peng Wei Yan-jiang Yu Chunsheng Liu Bin Li Kai-xiang Shen Hao-xian Shi Qiu-ping Lu Jing Li Bei-bei Kou Gang Song Bo Li He-en Zhang Hong-feng Lu Chao Ma Yi-fei Dong Hang Bian 2020China Geology2020,3,2:22
2Antisense MMP-9 RNA inhibits malignant glioma cell growth in vitro and in vivo显示文摘The matrix-degrading metalloproteinases (MMPs), particularly MMP-9, play important roles in the pathogenesis and development of malignant gliomas. In the present study, the oncogenic role of MMP-9 in malignant glioma cells was investigated via antisense RNA blockade in vitro and in vivo. TJ905 malignant glioma cells were transfected with pcDNA3.0 vector expressing antisense MMP-9 RNA (pcDNA-AS-MMP9), which significantly decreased MMP-9 expression, and cell proliferation was assessed. For in vivo studies, U251 cells, a human malignant glioma cell line, were implanted subcutaneously into 4-to 6-week-old BALB/c nude mice. The mice bearing well-established U251 gliomas were treated with intratumoral pcDNA-AS-MMP9-Lipofectamine complex (AS-MMP-9-treated group), subcutaneous injection of endostatin (endostatin-treated group), or both (combined therapy group). Mice treated with pcDNA (empty vector)-Lipofectamine served as the control group. Four or eight weeks later, the volume and weight of tumor, MMP-9 expression, microvessel density and proliferative activity were assayed. We demonstrate that pcDNA-AS-MMP9 significantly decreased MMP-9 expression and inhibited glioma cell proliferation. Volume and weight of tumor, MMP-9 expression, microvessel density and proliferative activity in the antisense-MMP-9-treated and therapeutic alliance groups were significantly lower than those in the control group. The results suggest that MMP-9 not only promotes malignant glioma cell invasiveness, but also affects tumor cell proliferation. Blocking the expression of MMP-9 with antisense RNA substantially suppresses the malignant phenotype of glioma cells, and thus can be used as an effective therapeutic strategy for malignant gliomas.Cuiyun Sun Qian Wang Hongxu Zhou Shizhu Yu Alain R. 3^(40)Ar/^(39)Ar ages of seamount trachytes from the South China Sea and implications for the evolution of the northwestern sub-basin显示文摘A chronological study of seamount rocks in the South China Sea basin provides a great opportunity to understand the expansion and evolution history of the sea basin.In this paper,we analyzed the40Ar/39Ar age of trachytic samples collected from the Shuangfeng seamounts in the northwestern sub-basin of the South China Sea.The two samples yielded plateau ages of 23.80 0.18 and 23.29 0.22 Ma,respectively,which indicate magmatic activity in late Oligocene which helpful constraints the expansion time of the northwest sub-basin.Previous studies suggested that the northwestern sub-basin and southwestern sub-basin have experienced a relatively consistent expansion in the NWeSE direction followed by a late expansion of the eastern sub-basin.We concluded that the expansion of the northwestern sub-basin began prior to ca.24 Ma,which also implicated magmatic events of a late or stop expansion of the northwestern sub-basin combined with our results of40Ar/39Ar age data and previous geophysical data.Xiaohu Li Jiabiao Li Xing Yu Chunsheng Wang Fred Jourdan 2015Geoscience Frontiers2015,6,4:9
4Analysis of 2D Flow and Heat Transfer Modeling in Fracture of Porous Media显示文摘Heat and mass transfer between porous media and fluid is a complex coupling process, which is widely used in various fields of engineering applications, especially for natural and artificial fractures in oil and gas extraction. In this study, a new method is proposed to deal with the flow and heat transfer problem of steady flow in a fracture. The fluid flow in a fracture was described using the same method as Mohais, who considered a fracture as a channel with porous wall, and the perturbation method was used to solve the mathematical model. Unlike previous studies, the shear jump boundary condition proposed by Ochoa-Tapia and Whitaker was used at the interface between the fluid and porous media. The main methods were perturbation analysis and the application of shear jump boundary conditions. The influence of permeability, channel width, shear jump degree and effective dynamic viscosity on the flow and heat transfer in the channel was studied by analysing the analytical solution. 6Recent Progress of Aerosol Light-scattering Enhancement Factor Studies in China显示文摘Assessment of the radiative forcing of aerosols in models still lacks sufficient input data for aerosol hygroscopicity. The light scattering enhancement factor [ f(RH, λ)] is a crucial parameter for describing aerosol hygroscopic growth properties.In this paper, we provide a survey of f(RH, λ) studies in China for the past seven years, including instrument developments of humidified nephelometers, ambient f(RH, λ) measurements in China, f(RH, λ) parameterization schemes, and f(RH, λ)applications in aerosol measurements. Comparisons of different f(RH, λ) parameterizations are carried out to check their performance in China using field measurement datasets. We also summary the parameterization schemes for predicting f(RH, λ)with aerosol chemical compositions. The recently developed methods to observe other aerosol properties using f(RH, λ)measurements, such as calculating the aerosol hygroscopicity parameter, cloud condensation nuclei number concentration,aerosol liquid water content, and aerosol asymmetry factor, are introduced. 7Co-delivery of doxorubicin and paclitaxel with linear-dendritic block copolymer for enhanced anti-cancer efficacy显示文摘A series of well-defined amphiphilic linear-dendritic block copolymers(telodendrimers, MPEG-b-PAMAM-cholesterol) with 1,2,4 or 8 cholesteryl groups(named as P1, P2, P4, P8, respectively) were synthesized. Their chemical structures were characterized with 1H NMR and mass spectrum(MALDI-TOF MS). The telodendrimers could self-assemble into micelles in aqueous solution, and encapsulate chemotherapeutic drug doxorubicin(DOX) and paclitaxel(PTX) for combination therapy. All the telodendrimers could encapsulate DOX with similar capability. However, their drug-loading capability of PTX is increased with the increasing number of cholesteryl groups. P8 exhibited much higher PTX loading efficiency than its counterparts. Thus, P8 was selected for further application of drug delivery in the paper. The drug-loading micellar nanoparticles(NPs) of P8 were spherical in shape and their diameters were less than 150 nm which were determined by dynamic light scattering measurements(DLS) and transmission electron microscope(TEM). In vitro drug release experiment demonstrated that P8 exhibited a controlled release manner for both DOX and PTX, and the two drugs were released simultaneously. In vitro cytotoxicity experiment further demonstrated that the co-delivery of DOX and PTX in P8 exhibited better anti-cancer efficiency than the delivery systems encapsulated with single drug(DOX or PTX). This indicates a synergistic effect. 17Effects of early hemodynamics,oxygen metabolism,and lactate dynamics on prognosis of post-cardiac arrest syndrome显示文摘With an annual incidence of 0.5 to 1.5/1000,cardiac arrest(CA)has emerged as a major global public health concern.[1]Although the American Heart Association(AHA)-International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation updates the cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)guidelines every 5 years,the survival rate and percentage of patients with good neurologic outcomes post-CA after hospital discharge have been relatively low.Therefore,the AHA 2010 CPR guidelines mention the treatment of post-cardiac arrest syndrome(PCAS)in the intensive care unit(ICU)as the fifth link in the CA survival chain.PCAS is a pathophysiological process that includes(1)brain injury,(2)myocardial dysfunction leading to hemodynamic instability,and(3)systemic ischemia/reperfusion response leading to lactate accumulation.[2]These key factors affect the survival and neurological prognosis of CA patients in the early stages.We assessed the effects of early hemodynamics,oxygen metabolism,and lactate dynamics during PCAS on a 28-day survival rate and neurological outcomes.Mingqing Zhang Qian Zhang Yanan Yu Le An Zhijiang Qi Chunsheng Li 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,3:1
