2Preparation and catalytic performance of Fe-SBA-15 and FeO_x/SBA-15 for toluene combustion显示文摘High-surface-area and well-ordered mesoporous Fe-incorporated SBA-15(xFe-SBA-15)and SBA-15-supported FeOx(yFeOx/SBA-15)with the Fe surface density between 0.09 to 1.11 Fe-atom/nm2have been prepared using the one-step synthesis and incipient wetness impregnation methods,respectively.Physicochemical properties of these materials were characterized by means of numerous techniques,and their catalytic activities for the combustion of toluene were evaluated.It is found that the xFe-SBA-15 and yFeOx/SBA-15 samples possessed rod-or chain-like morphologies.The Fe species were of high dispersion when the Fe surface density was lower than0.76 Fe-atom/nm2in xFe-SBA-15 and 0.64 Fe-atom/nm2in yFeOx/SBA-15.At a similar Fe surface density and space velocity,the xFe-SBA-15 catalysts showed better activity than the yFeOx/SBA-15 catalysts,in which the xFe-SBA-15 catalyst with Fe surface density 0.59 Fe-atom/nm2performed the best.It is concluded that the good performance of the xFe-SBA-15 sample with Fe surface density0.59 Fe-atom/nm2was associated with its large surface area,high Fe species dispersion,and good low-temperature reducibility.Yujuan Zhang Jiguang Deng Lei Zhang Hongxing Dai 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,31:4
3Enzymatic hydrolysis of silkworm pupa and its allergenicity evaluation by animal model with different immunization routes显示文摘Silkworm pupa is a nourishing food with high nutritional value,but its consumption has been greatly limited given its allergenicity.Enzyme hydrolytic technique is recognized as an effective method to reduce the allergenicity of protein.In this study,we aimed to investigate the effect of enzymolysis on the allergenicity of silkworm pupa.Crude silkworm pupa protein was extracted through alkali extraction and acid precipitation,which included 5 proteins with the molecular weights ranging from 34 kDa to 76 kDa,and silkworm pupa were then hydrolyzed by alkaline protease.The allergenicity of silkworm pupa protein and its enzymatic hydrolysates was evaluated by establishing BALB/c mice model,and the mice were immunized via intragastric gavage and intraperitoneal injection,respectively.The results indicated that the intraperitoneal inj ection immunization route induced more by detecting with antibodies,histamine and Th2-related cytokines.Moreover,mice treated with silkworm pupa protein peptide displayed no obvious allergic symptoms,indicating that enzyme hydrolytic technique could significantly reduce the allergenicity of silkworm pupa.Yan Dai Meijia Huang Yujuan Xu Lixia Mu Jingyan Gao Hongbing Chen Zhihua Wu Anshu Yang Yong Wu Xin Li 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,3:3

6Organosilicon-group-derived silica-ionogel electrolyte for lithium ion batteries显示文摘In order to avoid leakage problem caused by liquid electrolyte, a new ionogel electrolyte was developed by in situ immobilizing organosilicon-functionalized ionic liquid within a nanoporous silica matrix. The ionic liquid evenly coats on the surface of porous silica and fills in the silica framework pores with no strong chemical interaction.The ionogel electrolyte has the dual advantages of a silica solid support and a wide electrochemical stability window of ionic liquid(4.87 V vs. Li^+/Li). The half-cells assembled with this electrolyte and LiFePO_4 electrode have excellent performance at room temperature and 60 ℃. 9Cellularmetabolism: A key player in cancer ferroptosis显示文摘Cellular metabolism is the fundamental process by which cells maintain growth and self-renewal.It produces energy,furnishes raw materials,and intermedi-ates for biomolecule synthesis,and modulates enzyme activity to sustain normal cellular functions.Cellular metabolism is the foundation of cellular life processes and plays a regulatory role in various biological functions,including pro-grammed cell death.Ferroptosis is a recently discovered form of iron-dependent programmed cell death.The inhibition of ferroptosis plays a crucial role in tumorigenesis and tumor progression.However,the role of cellular metabolism,particularly glucose and amino acid metabolism,in cancer ferroptosis is not well understood.Here,we reviewed glucose,lipid,amino acid,iron and sele-nium metabolism involvement in cancer cell ferroptosis to elucidate the impact of different metabolic pathways on this process.Additionally,we provided a detailed overview of agents used to induce cancer ferroptosis.We explained that the metabolism of tumor cells plays a crucial role in maintaining intracellu-lar redox homeostasis and that disrupting the normal metabolic processes in these cells renders them more susceptible to iron-induced cell death,resulting in enhanced tumor cell killing.The combination of ferroptosis inducers and cel-lular metabolism inhibitors may be a novel approach to future cancer therapy and an important strategy to advance the development of treatments.Xianjie Jiang Qiu Peng Mingjing Peng Linda Oyang Honghan Wang Qiang Liu Xuemeng Xu Nayiyuan Wu Shiming Tan Wenjuan Yang Yaqian Han Jinguan Lin Longzheng Xia Yanyan Tang Xia Luo Jie Dai Yujuan Zhou Qianjin Liao 2024Cancer Communications2024,44,2:0
