Comparison of coalbed gas generation between Huaibei-Huainan coalfields and Qinshui coal basin based on the tectono-thermal modeling显示文摘The geothermal history and the tectonic subsidence history of the Huaibei-Huainan coalfields were reconstructed by using the vitrinite reflectance data, and their correlative restriction on coalbed gas generation of Huaibei-Huainan coalfields and Qinshui coal basin was discussed. The burial, thermal, and maturity histories of are similar between Huaibei coalfield and Huainan coalfield, obviously different from those of Qinshui coal basin. Based on the tectono-thermal evolution characters of Huaibei-Huainan coalfields and Qinshui basin, the process of coalbed gas generation can be divided into three stages: (1) During Early Mesozoic, both in Huaibei-Huainan and Qinshui, the buried depth of Permian coal seams increased rapidly, which resulted in strong metamorphism and high burial temperature of coal seams. At this stage, the coal rank was mainly fat coal, and locally reached coking coal. These created an environment favoring the generation of thermogenic gas. (2) From Late Jurassic to Cretaceous, in the areas of Huaibei-Huainan, the strata suffered from erosion and the crust became thinning, and the Permian coal-bearing strata were uplifted to surface. At this stage, the thermogenic gas mostly escaped. Conversely, in Qinshui basin, the cover strata of coal seams kept intact during this stage, and the thermogenic gas were mostly preserved. Furthermore, with the interaction of magmatism, the burial temperature of coal seams reached higher peak value, and it was suitable for the secondary generation of thermogenic gas. (3) From Paleogene onward, in area of Huainan-Huaibei, the maturity of coal and burial temperature were propitious to the generation of secondary biogenic gases. However, in Qinshui basin, the maturity of coal went against genesis of second biogenic gas or thermogenic gas. By comparison, Huaibei-Huainan coalfields are dominated by thermogenic gas with a significant biogenic gas and hydrodynamic overprint, whereas Qinshui basin is dominated mainly by thermogenic gas. | WU YuDong JU YiWen HOU QuanLin HU ShengBiao PAN JieNan FAN JunJia | 2011 | Science China Earth Sciences2011,54,7: | 13
Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. Therefore the observation of Insight-HXMT constitutes an important chapter in the full context of multi-wavelength and multi-messenger observation of this historical GW event. | TiPei Li ShaoLin Xiong ShuangNan Zhang FangJun Lu LiMing Song XueLei Cao Zhi Chang Gang Chen Li Chen TianXiang Chen Yong Chen YiBao Chen YuPeng Chen Wei Cui WeiWei Cui JingKang Deng YongWei Dong YuanYuan Du MinXue Fu GuanHua Gao He Gao Min Gao MingYu Ge YuDong Gu Ju Guan ChengCheng Guo DaWei Han Wei Hu Yue Huang Jia Huo ShuMei Jia LuHua Jiang WeiChun Jiang Jing Jin YongJie Jin Bing Li ChengKui Li Gang Li MaoShun Li Wei Li Xian Li XiaoBo Li XuFang Li YanGuo Li ZiJian Li ZhengWei Li XiaoHua Liang JinYuan Liao CongZhan Liu GuoQing Liu HongWei Liu ShaoZhen Liu XiaoJing Liu Yuan Liu YiNong Liu Bo Lu XueFeng Lu Tao Luo Xiang Ma Bin Meng Yi Nang JianYin Nie Ge OU JinLu Qu Na Sai Liang Sun Yin Tan Lian Tao WenHui Tao YouLi Tuo GuoFeng Wang HuanYu Wang Juan Wang WenShuai Wang YuSa Wang XiangYang Wen BoBing WU Mei Wu GuangCheng Xiao He Xu YuPeng Xu LinLi Yan JiaWei Yang Sheng Yang YanJi Yang AiMei Zhang ChunLei Zhang ChengMo Zhang Fan Zhang HongMei Zhang Juan Zhang Qiang Zhang Shu Zhang Tong Zhang Wei Zhang WanChang Zhang WenZhao Zhang Yi Zhang Yue Zhang YiFei Zhang YongJie Zhang Zhao Zhang ZiLiang Zhang HaiSheng Zhao JianLing Zhao XiaoFan Zhao ShiJie Zheng Yue Zhu YuXuan Zhu ChangLin Zou | 2018 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2018,61,3: | 12

Dual-Wavelength Laser Flash Raman Spectroscopy Method for In-Situ Measurements of the Thermal Diffusivity: Principle and Experimental Verification显示文摘This paper presents an in-situ, non-contact, non-destructive 'dual-wavelength laser flash Raman spectroscopy method' for measuring the thermal diffusivity. In this method, a heating pulse is used to heat the sample and another pulsed laser with a different wavelength and negligible heating effect is used as a probe to measure the sample temperature changes during the heating and cooling periods from the Raman peak shifts. The sample temperature rise and fall curves are measured by changing the delay between the heating pulse and the probing pulse with the thermal diffusivity then characterized by fitting the temperature curves. The time delay between the heating and probing pulses can be precisely controlled with a minimum step of 100 ps. Hence, the temperature variation can be scanned with an ultra-high temporal resolution of up to 100 ps, which significantly improves the measurement accuracy of transient thermal parameters. The measurement accuracy of this method has been verified using a bulk material model and experiments. The measured thermal diffusivity of a silicon sample has been obtained to be 8.8×10^(-5 )m^2/s with a 3% difference between the measured value and the average result for bulk silicon in the literature which verifies the reliability and accuracy of this method. | FAN Aoran HU Yudong MA Weigang WANG Haidong ZHANG Xing | 2019 | Journal of Thermal Science2019,28,2: | 4
Parametric modeling of hypersonic ballistic data based on time varying auto-regressive model显示文摘For describing target motion in hypersonic vehicle defense,a parametric analyzing and modeling method on ballistic data is proposed based on time varying auto-regressive method.Ballistic data are regarded as non-stationary random signal, where the hidden internal law is studied.Firstly, ballistic data are decomposed into smooth linear trend signal and non-stationary periodic skip signal with ensemble empirical mode decomposition method to avoid mutual interference between different modal data.Secondly, the linear trend signal and the periodic skip signal are modeled separately. The linear trend signal is approximated by power function regressive estimator and the periodic skip signal is modeled based on time varying auto-regressive method. In order to determine optimal model orders,a novel method is presented based on information theoretic criteria and the criteria of minimizing the mean absolute error. Finally, the consistency test is conducted by investigating the time-frequency spectrum characteristics and statistical properties of outputs of the parametric model established above and dynamics model under the same initial condition.Simulation results demonstrate that the parametric model established by the proposed method shares a high consistency with the original dynamics model. | HU YuDong LI JunLong ZHANG Zhao JING WuXing GAO ChangSheng | 2020 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,8: | 3

Improved and excellent CO sensing properties of Cu-doped TiO_2 nanofibers显示文摘Cu-doped TiO2 nanofibers with an average diameter of about 80 nm are synthesized through an electrospinning method. Both anatase and rutile crystallographic structures are found in the fibers based on XRD results. Compared with pure TiO2 nanofibers, the Cu-doped TiO2 nanofibers exhibit improved CO sensing properties at 300°C. The sensitivity of Cu-doped TiO2 nanofibers is up to 3 when the sensor is exposed to 5 ppm CO, and the response and recovery times are about 4 and 8 s, respectively. Good selectivity is also observed in our investigations. These results indicate that the Cu-doped TiO2 nanofibers can be used to fabricate high performance CO sensors in practice. | WANG Biao ZHAO YuDong HU LiMing CAO JunSheng GAO FengLi LIU Yun WANG LiJun | 2010 | Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,3: | 3
Modes of genetic adaptations underlying functional innovations in the rumen显示文摘The rumen is the hallmark organ of ruminants and hosts a diverse ecosystem of microorganisms that facilitates efficient digestion of plant fibers. We analyzed 897 transcriptomes from three Cetartiodactyla lineages:ruminants, camels and cetaceans,as well as data from ruminant comparative genomics and functional assays to explore the genetic basis of rumen functional innovations. We identified genes with relatively high expression in the rumen,of which many appeared to be recruited from other tissues. These genes show functional enrichment in ketone body metabolism, regulation of microbial community, and epithelium absorption, which are the most prominent biological processes involved in rumen innovations.Several modes of genetic change underlying rumen functional innovations were uncovered, including coding mutations, genes newly evolved, and changes of regulatory elements. We validated that the key ketogenesis rate-limiting gene(HMGCS2)with five ruminant-specific mutations was under positive selection and exhibits higher synthesis activity than those of other mammals. Two newly evolved genes(LYZ1 and DEFB1)are resistant to Gram-positive bacteria and thereby may regulate microbial community equilibrium.Furthermore,we confirmed that the changes of regulatory elements accounted for the majority of rumen gene recruitment. These results greatly improve our understanding of rumen evolution and organ evo-devo in general. | Xiangyu Pan Yudong Cai Zongjun Li Xianqing Chen Rasmus Heller Nini Wang Yu Wang Chen Zhao Yong Wang Han Xu Songhai Li Ming Li Cunyuan Li Shengwei Hu Hui Li Kun Wang Lei Chen Bin Wei Zhuqing Zheng Weiwei Fu Yue Yang Tingting Zhang Zhuoting Hou Yueyang Yan Xiaoyang Lv Wei Sun Xinyu Li Shisheng Huang Lixiang Liu Shengyong Mao Wenqing Liu Jinlian Hua Zhipeng Li Guojie Zhang Yulin Chen Xihong Wang Qiang Qiu Brian PDalrymple Wen Wang Yu Jiang | 2021 | Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,1: | 3
A novel adaptive lateral reentry guidance algorithm with complex distributed no-fly zones constraints显示文摘Aimed at complex distributed no-fly zones avoidance problems,a novel adaptive lateral reentry guidance algorithm is proposed.Firstly,by introducing the improved attractive and repulsive potential fields,an improved artificial potential field method is developed.Combined with the proposed judgment criterion for whether a no-fly zone has been avoided, the proposed improved artificial potential field method effectively solves the reference heading angle determination problem under the constraints of complex distributed no-fly zones. Then, based on the proposed no-fly zone’s threat quantitative evaluation method and the reference heading angle determined by the proposed improved artificial potential field method, the heading corridor is improved to increase its sensitivity to the threat changes of the no-fly zones. Finally, for satisfying the requirements of complex distributed no-fly zones avoidance,a novel guidance logic via improved heading corridor is proposed to update the reference heading corridor adaptively in real time according to the threat and constraint changes of the no-fly zones, and the bank reversal logic is employed to control the lateral motion. The simulation results for nominal and dispersed cases indicate that the proposed guidance algorithm has high robustness, stability, and applicability, and is feasible and effective to deal with the complex distributed no-fly zones avoidance problems. | Yudong HU Changsheng GAO Junlong LI Wuxing JING Wenxue CHEN | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,7: | 2
Theoretical analysis of the limiting rate of phreatic evaporation for aeolian sandy soil in Taklimakan Desert显示文摘Phreatic evaporation is a great lose for shallow groundwater in the Taklimakan Desert. Given soil type and groundwater table, the limiting rate of phreatic evaporation is defined as the maximum of water transferred from groundwater to soil surface per unit time, which is a key parameter and control condition for phreatic evaporation model developing. The soil water characteristic curve for the aeolian sandy soil in the Taklimakan Desert was fitted with the least square method based on the formula of soil moisture characteristics curve proposed by Van Genuchten, using observed soil moisture and soil water suction data. The unsaturated hydraulic conductivity was determined by the instantaneous profile method in situ and the calculation formula for unsaturated hydraulic conductivity was established. According to the steady flow theory, the quasi-analytical solution of limiting rate of phreatic evaporation was derived on the basis of generalization of the formula of unsaturated hydraulic conductivity. The results show that the soil moisture characteristics in the Taklimakan Desert can be well described by Van Genuchten’s formula, and the limiting rate of phreatic evaporation declines by power function with the descending of groundwater table. | HU ShunJun LEI JiaQiang XU XinWen SONG YuDong TIAN ChangYan CHEN XiaoBin LI XiuChang | 2008 | Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,S2: | 2
Dual-wavelength flash Raman mapping method for measuring thermal diffusivity of the suspended nanowire显示文摘In this paper,we present a dual-wavelength flash Raman(DFR)mapping method for measuring the thermal diffusivity of a suspended nanowire.A heating pulse is used to heat the nanowire sample, and a probing pulse of different wavelength is used to measure the increase in temperature. The laser absorption coefficient can be eliminated by normalization, and the thermal diffusivity of the sample can be extracted from the normalized temperature increase. An infinite heat conduction model is used in this method to avoid the influence of boundary thermal resistance.By changing the position of the probing laser center, the measurement sensitivity of thermal diffusivity can be further improved. The position of maximum sensitivity is influenced by the thermal diffusivity of the nanowire, width of the heating pulse, radius of the heating laser spot, and characteristic length of the sample. To comprehensively analyze the influences of the various parameters, obtain the best measurement conditions, and attain maximum sensitivity,we propose a dimensionless physical model to analyze the heat conduction of the suspended nanowire.Based on the analysis of the best dimensionless parameters, the corresponding appropriate measurement conditions can be determined.Sensitivity analysis shows that when the radius of the heating laser spot is 1%of the length of the nanowire, the sensitivity of the DFR mapping method can be more than four times that of the concentric DFR method for measuring the thermal diffusivity of the nanowire. | HU YuDong FAN AoRan WANG HaiDong MA WeiGang ZHANG Xing | 2020 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,5: | 2

Rapid and user-friendly open-source CRISPR/Cas9 system for single-or multi-site editing of tomato genome显示文摘CRISPR/Cas9-induced genome editing is a powerful tool for studying gene function in a variety of organisms, including plants.Using multi-sgRNAs to target one or more genes is helpful to improve the efficacy of gene editing and facilitate multi-gene editing. Here,we describe a CRISPR/Cas9 system which can be conveniently developed as a CRISPR kit.SgRNA expression cassettes can be rapidly generated by one-step PCR using our CRISPR kit.In our kit, there are two binary vectors pHNCas9 and pHNCas9HT.The binary vector pHNCas9 was constructed to allow to assemble up to eight sgRNA expression cassettes by one-step Golden Gate cloning.Another binary vector pHNCas9HT can be used to generate a large number of single target constructs by directly transforming ligation reactions products into A.tumefaciens without several procedures, such as PCR and plasmid extraction. The two binary vectors are designed according to the principles of standard BioBrick assembly to be used as an open-source tool. For example,we used BioBrick as a visual T-DNA tag.We also developed a primer design aid to complement the system. With this primer design aid, researchers can rapidly obtain primers and GC content, and sgRNA sequence of target site. Our CRISPR/Cas9 system can perform single-and multi-site editing and multiple gene editing to produce various types of mutations in tomato. This rapid and user-friendly CRISPR/Cas9 system for tomato can be potentially used for mutagenesis of important crop species for genetic improvement and is suitable for research into the function of genes. | Nan Hu Zhiqiang Xian Ning Li Yudong Liu Wei Huang Fang Yan Deding Su Jingxuan Chen Zhengguo Li | 2019 | Horticulture Research2019,6,1: | 2
Study on Wall Temperature Distribution of Oscillating Tube显示文摘The wall temperature distribution and heat transfer process of the oscillating tube have been investigated in thispaper using both numerical simulation and experimental method. The wall temperature of oscillating tube increasesrapidly in the inlet and then decreases slowly, moreover, the rally phenomenon of wall temperature nearthe closed end is observed. With the increase of jet flow frequency, the highest wall temperature increases and thelocation of that moves towards the inlet. The velocity of pressure wave in the oscillating tube almost remainsconstant even its intensity changes. The quantity of heat transfer between the gas and inner wall of the oscillatingtube determines the wall temperature of every location, and the pressure wave disturbance can cause the heattransfer quantity change. Each pressure wave has its own disturbance range. The wall temperature distribution canbe explained by the change of pressure wave intensity and its disturbance time. Besides, the step and rally of walltemperature are discussed, which shows that the conditions of heat transfer can be improved due to intersection orreflection of pressure waves. | Dapeng HU Peiqi LIU Wenjing ZHAO Che ZHU Yudong WANG Yuqiang DAI Jiupeng ZOU | 2009 | Journal of Thermal Science2009,18,3: | 2
A Survey on Artificial Intelligence in Posture Recognition显示文摘Over the years, the continuous development of new technology has promoted research in the field of posture recognition and also made the application field of posture recognition have been greatly expanded. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the latest methods of posture recognition and review the various techniques and algorithms of posture recognition in recent years, such as scale-invariant feature transform, histogram of oriented gradients, support vectormachine(SVM),Gaussian mixturemodel, dynamic time warping, hiddenMarkovmodel(HMM),lightweight network, convolutional neural network(CNN).We also investigate improved methods of CNN,such as stacked hourglass networks,multi-stage pose estimation networks, convolutional posemachines, and high-resolution nets. The general process and datasets of posture recognition are analyzed and summarized, and several improved CNNmethods and threemain recognition techniques are compared. In addition, the applications of advanced neural networks in posture recognition, such as transfer learning, ensemble learning, graph neural networks, and explainable deep neural networks, are introduced. It was found that CNN has achieved great success in posture recognition and is favored by researchers.Still,a more in-depth research is needed in feature extraction, information fusion, and other aspects.Among classification methods,HMM and SVM are the most widely used, and lightweight network gradually attracts the attention of researchers. In addition, due to the lack of 3Dbenchmark data sets, data generation is a critical research direction. | Xiaoyan Jiang Zuojin Hu Shuihua Wang Yudong Zhang | 2023 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,10: | 2
