Translocation of mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein to plasma membrane leads to necrotic cell death显示文摘混合的系 kinase 像域的蛋白质(MLKL ) 被识别受体交往下游地工作蛋白质 3 (RIP3 ) 在肿瘤坏死 factor-α(TNF ) 导致了坏死(也叫的 necroptosis ) 。 | Xin Chen Wenjuan Li Junming Ren Deli Huang Wan-ting He Yunlong Song Chao Yang Wanyun Li Xinru Zheng PengdaChen Jiahuai Han | 2014 | Cell Research2014,24,1: | 67
Neural Network-Based Adaptive Motion Control for a Mobile Robot with Unknown Longitudinal Slipping显示文摘When the mobile robot performs certain motion tasks in complex environment, wheel slipping inevitably occurs due to the wet or icy road and other reasons, thus directly influences the motion control accuracy. To address unknown wheel longitudinal slipping problem for mobile robot, a RBF neural network approach based on whole model approximation is presented. The real-time data acquisition of inertial measure unit(IMU), encoders and other sensors is employed to get the mobile robot’s position and orientation in the movement, which is applied to compensate the unknown bounds of the longitudinal slipping using the adaptive technique. Both the simulation and experimental results prove that the control scheme possesses good practical performance and realize the motion control with unknown longitudinal slipping. | Gang Wang Xiaoping Liu Yunlong Zhao Song Han | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2019,32,4: | 8
Solvent-Free Synthesis of Ultrafine Tungsten Carbide Nanoparticles-Decorated Carbon Nanosheets for Microwave Absorption显示文摘Carbides/carbon composites are emerging as a new kind of binary dielectric systems with good microwave absorption performance.Herein,we obtain a series of tungsten carbide/carbon composites through a simple solvent-free strategy, where the solid mixture of dicyandiamide(DCA)and ammonium metatungstate(AM)is employed as the precursor.Ultrafine cubic WC1-x nanoparticles(3-4 nm)are in situ generated and uniformly dispersed on carbon nanosheets. This configuration overcomes some disadvantages of conventional carbides/carbon composites and is greatly helpful for electromagnetic dissipation. It is found that the weight ratio of DCA to AM can regulate chemical composition of these composites, while less impact on the average size of WC1-x nanoparticles. With the increase in carbon nanosheets, the relative complex permittivity and dielectric loss ability are constantly enhanced through conductive loss and polarization relaxation. The different dielectric properties endow these composites with distinguishable attenuation ability and impedance matching. When DCA/AM weight ratio is 6.0,the optimized composite can produce good microwave absorption performance, whose strongest reflection loss intensity reaches up to-55.6 dB at 17.5 GHz and qualified absorption bandwidth covers 3.6-18.0 GHz by manipulating the thickness from 1.0 to 5.0 mm.Such a performance is superior to many conventional carbides/carbon composites. | Yunlong Lian Binhua Han Dawei Liu Yahui Wang Honghong Zhao Ping Xu Xijiang Han Yunchen Du | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,11: | 7
Effect of interaction between different CeO_(2)plane and platinum nanoparticles on catalytic activity of Pt/CeO_(2)in toluene oxidation显示文摘The plane exposure of support vitally affects the catalytic performance of the catalyst. In this work,CeO_(2)nanorods((110)plane exposure),nano-octahedrons((111)plane exposure)and nano-cubes((100)plane exposure)were prepared as the supports of Pt/CeO_(2)samples to investigate the effect of CeO_(2)plane exposure on total toluene oxidation.Characterizations reveal that the(110)plane of CeO_(2)is more helpful to the dispersion of Pt species, followed by(111)face.The improved dispersion of Pt species can enhance the metal-supports interaction, which promotes the electron transfer of CeO_(2)carrier to Pt nanoparticles and the adsorption-activation of O_(2),thereby facilitating the total oxidation of toluene via the Langmuir-Hinshelwood(L-H)mechanism.Therefore,Pt/CeO_(2)-r(nanorods)sample expresses excellent catalytic performance of toluene oxidation. Finally, the procedure of toluene total oxidation was studied by in-situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform(DRIFT)spectroscopy. We expect that this work can contribute to the development of an effective sample for the decomposition of volatile organic compounds(VOCs). | Shengsheng Chang Yong jia Yiqing Zeng Fuping Qian Lina Guo Shenghua Wu Jinli Lu Yunlong Han | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,11: | 6
Mechanically reprogrammable Pancharatnam-Berry metasurface for microwaves显示文摘Metasurfaces have enabled the realization of several optical functionalities over an ultrathin platform, fostering the exciting field of flat optics.Traditional metasurfaces are achieved by arranging a layout of static meta-atoms to imprint a desired operation on the impinging wavefront, but their functionality cannot be altered.Reconfigurability and programmability of metasurfaces are the next important step to broaden their impact, adding customized on-demand functionality in which each meta-atom can be individually reprogrammed. We demonstrate a mechanical metasurface platform with controllable rotation at the meta-atom level, which can implement continuous Pancharatnam–Berry phase control of circularly polarized microwaves. As the proof-of-concept experiments,we demonstrate metalensing, focused vortex beam generation, and holographic imaging in the same metasurface template, exhibiting versatility and superior performance.Such dynamic control of electromagnetic waves using a single,low-cost metasurface paves an avenue towards practical applications, driving the field of reprogrammable intelligent metasurfaces for a variety of applications. | Quan Xu Xiaoqiang Su Xueqian Zhang Lijuan Dong Lifeng Liu Yunlong Shi Qiu Wang Ming Kang Andrea Alù Shuang Zhang Jiaguang Han Weili Zhang | 2022 | Advanced Photonics2022,4,1: | 5
A recombinant receptor-binding domain in trimeric form generates protective immunity against SARSCoV-2 infection in nonhuman primates显示文摘A safe and effective vaccine is critical to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. Here,we developed a trimeric SARS-CoV-2 receptor-binding domain(RBD)subunit vaccine candidate that simulates the natural structure of the spike(S)trimer glycoprotein.Immunization with the RBD trimer-induced robust humoral and cellular immune responses, and a high level of neutralizing antibodies was maintained for at least 4.5 months. Moreover, the antibodies that were produced in response to the vaccine effectively cross-neutralized the SARS-CoV-2501Y.V2 variant(B.1.351).Of note, when the vaccine-induced antibodies dropped to a sufficiently low level, only one boost quickly activated the anamnestic immune response, conferring full protection against a SARSCoV-2 challenge in rhesus macaques without typical histopathological changes in the lung tissues. These results demonstrated that the SARS-CoV-2 RBD trimer vaccine candidate is highly immunogenic and safe, providing long-lasting,broad,and significant immunity protection in nonhuman primates, thereby offering an optimal vaccination strategy against COVID-19. | Limin Yang Deyu Tian Jian-bao Han Wenhui Fan Yuan Zhang Yunlong Li Wenqiang Sun Yanqiu Wei Xiaodong Tian Dan-dan Yu Xiao-li Feng Gong Cheng Yuhai Bi Yong-tang Zheng Wenjun Liu | 2021 | The Innovation2021,2,3: | 3
Colonization of endophyte Acremonium sp. D212 in Panax notoginseng and rice mediated by auxin and jasmonic acid显示文摘Endophytic fungi can be beneficial to plant growth. However, the molecular mechanisms under-lying colonization of Acremonium spp. remain unclear. In this study, a novel endophytic Acremonium strain was isolated from the buds of Panax notoginseng and named Acremonium sp. D212. The Acremonium sp. D212 could colonize the roots of P. notoginseng, enhance the resistance of P. notoginseng to root rot disease, and promote root growth and saponin bio-synthesis in P. notoginseng. Acremonium sp. D212 could secrete indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and jasmonic acid (JA), and inoculation with the fungus increased the endogenous levels of IAA and JA in P. noto-ginseng. Colonization of the Acremonium sp. D212 in the roots of the rice line Nipponbare was dependent on the concentration of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) (2–15μmol/L) and 1-naphthalenacetic acid (NAA) (10–20μmol/L). Moreover, the roots of the JA signaling-defective coi1-18 mutant were colonized by Acremonium sp. D212 to a lesser degree than those of the wild-type Nipponbare and miR393b-overexpressing lines, and the colonization was res-cued by MeJA but not by NAA. It suggests that the cross-talk between JA signaling and the auxin biosynthetic pathway plays a crucial role in the colonization of Acremonium sp. D212 in host plants. | Li Han Xuan Zhou Yiting Zhao Shusheng Zhu Lixia Wu Yunlu He Xiangrui Ping Xinqi Lu Wuying Huang Jie Qian Lina Zhang Xi Jiang Dan Zhu Chongyu Luo Saijie Li Qian Dong Qijing Fu Kaiyuan Deng Xin Wang Lei Wang Sheng Peng Jinsong Wu Weimin Li JiǐíFriml Youyong Zhu Xiahong He Yunlong Du | 2020 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,9: | 2

CFD–DEM simulation of particle deposition characteristics of pleated air filter media based on porous media model显示文摘In this study, the three-dimensional physical model of pleated air filtration media was simplified to porous media model, and the calculation parameters of porous media were obtained based on experimental data. The model of V-shaped pleated air filter media is constructed, the height of the media pleat is 50 mm and the pleat thickness is 4 mm, the pleat angle is 3.7°. The Hertz-Mindlin contact model was modified by Johnson Kendall Roberts (JKR) adhesion contact model. The deposition process of particles in media was simulated based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) theory and discrete element method (DEM). Results show that the CFD–DEM coupling method can be effectively applied to the macro research of pleated air filter media. The particles will form dust layer and dendrite structure on the fiber surface, and the dust layer will affect the subsequent air flow organization, and the dendrite structure will eventually form a “particle wall”. The formation of the “particle wall” will prevent the particles from moving further in the fluid domain, which makes area of pleated angle become the “low efficiency” part about the particle deposition. Compared with area of pleated angle, the particles are concentrated in the opening area and the middle area of the pleated to agglomerate and deposit. | Kaiwen Cheng Jingjing Zhu Fuping Qian Bowen Cao Jinli Lu Yunlong Han | 2023 | Particuology2023,,1: | 1

Short-term Effects of Nitrogen Deposition on Soil Physical and Chemical Properties of Tibetan Forest-Grassland Landscape Boundary显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to study the effects of nitrogen deposition on soil nutrients and soil dissolved organic carbon in forest-grass-land landscape in Linzhi, Tibet, and to provide scientific basis and basic data for understanding and assessing the effect of atmospheric nitrogen de-position on soil nutrients and soil dissolved organic carbon. [Method] From July 2014 to August 2015, in situ nitrogen deposition(CK 0 kg·hm^2/a, LN25 kg·hm^2/a, MN 50 kg·hm^2/a, HN 150 kg·hm^2/a) was simulated in the forest-grassland boundary of Zhuqudeng village, Bujiu Township, Linzhi County, Tibet. The soil samples were collected for analyzing nutrient and dissolved contents in the soil layer of 0-20 and 20-40 cm. The effects of different nitrogen deposition levels on soil nutrients and dissolved organic carbon(DOC) were studied. [Result] Nitrogen deposition had significant impacts on soil organic matter, total N, total P, total K, available N, available P, available K, exchangeable Ca, exchangeable Mg, p H, and DOC( P<0.05).(2) With the deepening of nitrogen deposition from CK, LN, MN to HN in the 0-20 cm boundary soil, the contents of organic matter, total N,total P, available P, exchangeable Ca, exchangeable Mg and DOC kept decreasing, and the content of total K and available N increased continuous-ly. The p H increased in LN treatment and decreased in HN treatment, while the available K content was decreased in LN and HN treatment, but increased in MN treatment.(3) The contents of organic matter, total N, total P, available N, available P, exchangeable Ca, exchangeable Mg and DOC all decreased at the soil layer of 20-40 cm under the same nitrogen deposition. The p H increased in LN treatment, but decreased in HN treat-ment; the content of total K decreased in LN treatment and increased in MN and HN treatments; the content of available K decreased in LN and HN treatments, but increased in MN treatment.(4) With the deepening of boundary soil layer(0-20 to 20-40 cm), the organic matter, total N, total P, available P, available K, exchangeable Ca, exchangeable Mg, DOC showed the same response to simulated nitrogen deposition, while the avail-able N and total K responded differently. [Conclusion] Different levels of N deposition had certain impact on soil nutrient, and the variation of soil nutrients was not the same at different levels. | Ye Yanhui Gao Yi Liu Yunlong Han Yanying Ye Hong Duan Yongbo | 2018 | Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2018,10,4: | 1
SAMD4 family members suppress human hepatitis B virus by directly binding to the Smaug recognition region of viral RNA显示文摘HBV infection initiates hepatitis B and promotes liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.IFN-α is commonly used in hepatitis B therapy, but how it inhibits HBV is not fully understood. We screened 285 human interferon-stimulated genes(ISGs)for anti-HBV activity using a cell-based assay, which revealed several anti-HBV ISGs.Among these ISGs,SAMD4A was the strongest suppressor of HBV replication. We found the binding site of SAMD4A in HBV RNA,which was a previously unidentified Smaug recognition region(SRE)sequence conserved in HBV variants.SAMD4A binds to the SRE site in viral RNA to trigger its degradation. The SAM domain in SAMD4A is critical for RNA binding and the C-terminal domain of SAMD4A is required for SAMD4A anti-HBV function.Human SAMD4B is a homolog of human SAMD4A but is not an ISG,and the murine genome encodes SAMD4.All these SAMD4 proteins suppressed HBV replication when overexpressed in vitro and in vivo.We also showed that knocking out the Samd4 gene in hepatocytes led to a higher level of HBV replication in mice and AAV-delivered SAMD4A expression reduced the virus titer in HBVproducing transgenic mice.In addition,a database analysis revealed a negative correlation between the levels of SAMD4A/B and HBV in patients. Our data suggest that SAMD4A is an important anti-HBV ISG for use in IFN therapy of hepatitis B and that the levels of SAMD4A/B expression are related to HBV sensitivity in humans. | Yuze Wang Xinrui Fan Yunlong Song Yifei Liu Ruixin Liu Jianfeng Wu Xiaoling Li Quan Yuan Guo Fu Ningshao Xia Jiahuai Han | 2021 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,4: | 1
