| 9 | A Dynamically Reconfigurable Accelerator Design Using a Sparse-Winograd Decomposition Algorithm for CNNs显示文摘Convolutional Neural Networks(CNNs)are widely used in many fields.Due to their high throughput and high level of computing characteristics,however,an increasing number of researchers are focusing on how to improve the computational efficiency,hardware utilization,or flexibility of CNN hardware accelerators.Accordingly,this paper proposes a dynamically reconfigurable accelerator architecture that implements a Sparse-Winograd F(2×2.3×3)-based high-parallelism hardware architecture.This approach not only eliminates the pre-calculation complexity associated with the Winograd algorithm,thereby reducing the difficulty of hardware implementation,but also greatly improves the flexibility of the hardware;as a result,the accelerator can realize the calculation of Conventional Convolution,Grouped Convolution(GCONV)or Depthwise Separable Convolution(DSC)using the same hardware architecture.Our experimental results show that the accelerator achieves a 3x–4.14x speedup compared with the designs that do not use the acceleration algorithm on VGG-16 and MobileNet V1.Moreover,compared with previous designs using the traditional Winograd algorithm,the accelerator design achieves 1.4x–1.8x speedup.At the same time,the efficiency of the multiplier improves by up to 142%. | Yunping Zhao Jianzhuang Lu Xiaowen Chen | 2021 | Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,1: | 0 |

| 11 | PTEN coding product:a new marker for tumorigenesis and progession of endometrial carcinoma显示文摘Objective:To investigate the expression of PTEN in carcinogenesis and development of endometrial carcinoma.Methods:The expression of PTEN was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)methods from 24 cases with endometrial carcinoma,10 cases with endometrial atypical hyperplasia,10 cases with endometrial hyperplasia and 10 cases with normal endometrium and by SP immunohistochemical methods from 73 cases with endometrial carcinoma,25 cases with endometrial atypical hyperplasia,71 cases with endometrial hyperplasia and 31 cases with normal endometrium.Results:PTEN expression of both RNA and protein in patients with endometrial carcinoma and endometrial atypical hyperplasia was significantly lower than that of patients with endometrial hyperplasia and normal endometrium.mRNA relative value was 0.35±0.13,0.46±0.11,2.32±0.32,2.45±0.51,respectively.Loss of PTEN expression rates were 66.67%(38/57),76.00%(19/25),5.63%(4/71),0(0/31),repectively.The results were also compared with clinical parameters.Loss of PTEN expression in patients with endometrial carcinoma was significantly related to histological classification(P<0.0001)and differentiation(P<0.05).It was not related to depth of myometrium invasion and clinical stage(P>0.05).Conclusion:Loss of PTEN expression is an early event in endometrial tumorigenesis.Detection of PTEN protein may be a diagnostic biomarker for endometrial precancers and adenocarcinoma. | Gao Qinglei Li Jing Xing Hui Lu Yunping Zhou Jianfeng Ma Ding | 2008 | 现代妇产科进展2008,17,10: | 0 |
| 12 | Trade-Off between Efficiency and Effectiveness: A Late Fusion Multi-View Clustering Algorithm显示文摘Late fusion multi-view clustering(LFMVC)algorithms aim to integrate the base partition of each single view into a consensus partition.Base partitions can be obtained by performing kernel k-means clustering on all views.This type of method is not only computationally efficient,but also more accurate than multiple kernel k-means,and is thus widely used in the multi-view clustering context.LFMVC improves computational efficiency to the extent that the computational complexity of each iteration is reduced from Oen3T to OenT(where n is the number of samples).However,LFMVC also limits the search space of the optimal solution,meaning that the clustering results obtained are not ideal.Accordingly,in order to obtain more information from each base partition and thus improve the clustering performance,we propose a new late fusion multi-view clustering algorithm with a computational complexity of Oen2T.Experiments on several commonly used datasets demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can reach quickly convergence.Moreover,compared with other late fusion algorithms with computational complexity of OenT,the actual time consumption of the proposed algorithm does not significantly increase.At the same time,comparisons with several other state-of-the-art algorithms reveal that the proposed algorithm also obtains the best clustering performance. | Yunping Zhao Weixuan Liang Jianzhuang Lu Xiaowen Chen Nijiwa Kong | 2021 | Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,3: | 0 |

| 17 | Investigation of gene therapy of adenovirus in immune suppression显示文摘The aim of this paper is to investigate the safety of reconstructed adenovirus in immunosuppressive ther-apeutics and to explore the role of ciclosporin A in ant-agonizing the elimination of the vector.Several rats were given retroperitoneal injection of purified ADV-TK in order to obtain models.After 14 days’treatment of ciclos-porin A,samples of different periods were obtained,then stained with hematoxylin-eosin(HE)to detect inflam-mation reactions.Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of adenovirus in organs.The results are as follows:(1)In HE stained sections of the organs,some transitory and reversible inflammation was detected.(2)In immunohistochemistry assay,recon-structed adenovirus decreased gradually as time went by in the control group,while it did not happen in the experi-mental group in which the adenovirus showed a relative increase compared with their counterparts(P,0.05).(3)The distributions of adenovirus in the liver,spleen and lung were higher than those in the other organs detected.Reconstructed adenovirus as a vector is definitely safe in immunosuppressive therapeutics,and ciclosporin A,to some extent,is able to consequently inhibit the immune response of the rats and prolong the existing period of adenovirus. | Xi XIA Beibei WANG Li CAO Gang CHEN Peng WU Yunping LU Jianfeng ZHOU Ding MA | 2008 | Frontiers of Medicine2008,2,4: | 0 |
