1Evolution of the CBM reservoir-forming dynamic system with mixed secondary biogenic and thermogenic gases in the Huainan Coalfield,China显示文摘The secondary biogenic gas is an important original type of the coalbed methane (CBM) in China. Based on the analyses of sedimentary and burial history of the Permian coal-bearing strata, combined with thermal history and gas generation process of coals, the CBM reservoir-forming dynamic system with mixed secondary biogenic and thermogenic gases in the Huainan Coalfield is subdivided into four evolutionary stages as follows: (i) shallowly-buried peat and early biogenic gas stage; (ii) deeply buried coal seams and thermogenic gas stage; (iii) exhumation of coal-bearing strata and adsorbed gas lost stage; and (iv) re-buried coal-bearing strata and secondary biogenic gas supplement stage. The Huainan CBM reservoir-forming model has the features of the basin-centered gas accumulation. The evolution of the reservoir-forming dynamic system proves that the thermogenic gas is not the main gas source for the Huainan CBM reservoir. Only the secondary biogenic gases as an additional source replenish into the coal bed after basin-uplift, erosional unroofing and subsequent scattering of thermogenic gases. 5A user-space file system for on-demand legacy desktop software显示文摘Some user-level virtualization technologies have been used to convert legacy software (like the existing Windows desktop applications) into the on-demand software without any modification. To give the client a friendly and compatible method to access on-demand legacy software across the Internet, this paper presents a clientend file system for this usage case. It is a Windows user-space file system based on the cloud storage (where the on-demand software is stored), which converts the local file system accesses into remote visits. Quite a few optimizations are adopted and adjusted to suit the file-access-pattern of on-demand software, including the local cache, metadata/data/software prefetch and content-addressable storage (CAS), to decrease the number of remote visits and/or to overlap IO (input/output) operations with software execution. Detailed access-pattern analyses are also presented. This file system has been implemented and tests show that it is practical for much daily-used software-a local cache of limited size can provide up to 80% hit ratio and the corresponding overhead of running-time is about 37%. 10DSA-Based Quantitative Assessment of Cerebral Hypoperfusion in Patients with Asymmetric Carotid Stenosis显示文摘Digital subtraction angiography(DSA)is often used to evaluate the morphological and pathological changes of cerebral arteries in clinical practice.This study aims to explore the possibility of assessing cerebral hypoperfusion with DSA in patients with carotid stenosis.Thirty patients with a mild to severe stenosis on one side,and a mild stenosis on the other side of the carotid artery were recruited.Frontal,parietal,temporal and occipital lobes were chosen as regions of interest for measuring the quantitative perfusion parameters from their time-density curves(TDCs)of DSA images.The perfusion parameters were compared between the two hemispheres by using paired ttest.In addition,the bilateral asymmetry of these parameters was calculated and its correlation with the bilateral asymmetry in stenosis was analyzed.The parameters included mean transit time(MTT),time of contrast uptake(TU),time taken to the half peak value(1/2TMAX),area under the curve(AUC)were significantly prolonged at the severe stenosis side than those at the mild stenosis side in frontal lobe(P=0.013;P=0.041;P=0.009;P=0.027)and parietal lobe(P=0.008;P=0.041;P=0.002;P=0.012).The asymmetric ratios of MTT and AUC showed statistically significant correlations with stenosis asymmetry in all four lobes.MTT,TU,1/2TMAX and AUC could reflect the bilateral asymmetry of the cerebral perfusion.These DSA parameters,therefore,may be used for the evaluation of cerebral hypoperfusion caused by carotid stenosis.Xu Zhang Jie Gao Xinke Yao Zhengze Dai Gelin Xu Yan Cai Zhiyong Li 2019Molecular & Cellular Biomechanics2019,16,1:0
11Genotype analysis of rotaviruses isolated from children during a phase III clinical trial with the hexavalent rotavirus vaccine in China显示文摘The oral hexavalent live human-bovine reassortant rotavirus vaccine(RV6)developed by Wuhan Institute of Biological Products Co.,Ltd(WIBP)has finished a randomized,placebo-controlled phase III clinical trial in four provinces of China in 2021.The trail demonstrated that RV6 has a high vaccine efficacy against the prevalent strains and is safe for use in infants.During the phase III clinical trial(2019–2021),200 rotavirus-positive fecal samples from children with RV gastroenteritis(RVGE)were further studied.Using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and high-throughput sequencing,VP7 and VP4 sequences were obtained and their genetic characteristics,as well as the differences in antigenic epitopes of VP7,were analyzed in detail.Seven rotavirus genotypes were identified.The predominant rotavirus genotype was G9P[8](77.0%),followed by prevalent strains G8P[8](8.0%),G3P[8](3.5%),G3P[9](1.5%),G1P[8](1.0%),G2P[4](1.0%),and G4P[6](1.0%).The amino acid sequence identities of G1,G2,G3,G4,G8,and G9 genotypes of isolates compared to the vaccine strains were 98.8%,98.2%–99.7%,88.4%–99.4%,98.2%,94.2%–100%,and 93.9%–100%,respectively.Notably,the vaccine strains exhibited high similarity in amino acid sequence,with only minor differences in antigenic epitopes compared to the Chinese endemic strains.This supports the potential application of the vaccine in preventing diseases caused by rotaviruses.Wenqi Zou Qingchuan Yu Yan Liu Qingliang Li Hong Chen Jiamei Gao Chen Shi Ying Wang Wei Chen Xuan Bai Biao Yang Jiuwei Zhang Ben Dong Bo Ruan Liuyifan Zhou Gelin Xu Zhongyu Hu Xiaoming Yang 2023Virologica Sinica2023,38,6:0

13Resurrection of the genus Botrydium Spach(Chenopodiaceae),with a description of four new species from China,Peru and Burundi显示文摘Based on specimens from twenty-one herbaria from China and USA,as well as observations using SEM,the genus Botrydium is resurrected as Neobotrydium.It has a number of distinctive characters:the plants are covered with granular hairs and granulated globular gland-grains,strong smell,and dichasia.Neobotrydium is removed from Chenopodium.The differences between Neobotrydium and Chenopodium,as well as circumscriptions of five glandular genera,Neobotrydium,Cycloloma,Roubieva,Ambrina,and Dysphania are discussed.Neobotrydium comprises twenty species which occur in Asia,Europe,North Africa,North America to Northwest of South America and Australia.Four new species are described:Neobotrydium corniculatum and Neobotrydium ornithopodum from China,Neobotrydium peruensis from South America,and Neobotrydium burundiensis from Africa.A diagnostic key is presented.Mingli Zhang Gelin Zhu 2016Plant Diversity2016,38,6:0
