1Effects of Ziyin Jianghuo Ningxin decoction plus dehydroepiandrosterone and femoston in treatment of patients with menopausal symptoms显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To determine the therapeutic effect of Ziyin Jianghuo Ningxin Decoction(ZYJHNXD) plus dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA) and menopausalhormone therapy(MHT) in patients suffering from menopausal symptoms identified as, in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine, symptom pattern of Yin deficiency with hyperactive fire.METHODS: Totally 180 postmenopausal women aged 40 to 60 years were assigned into four groups and accepted femoston, femoston with ZYJHNXD,femoston with DHEA, femoston with ZYJHNXD and DHEA therapies, respectively, for three months.Common questionnaire-based measure instruments included modified Kupperman index(MKI),Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety(HAMA), and Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD). Follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E2), 5-hydroxyindole-3-acetic acid(5-HIAA), norepinephrine(NE), dopamine(DA),bone mineral density(BMD), and sleep quality were evaluated before and three months after the treatments.RESULTS: In all four groups, the scores of MKI, HAMA, HAMD and the levels of FSH, LH decreased significantly(P < 0.05) after the treatment, while the levels of E2, 5-HIAA, NE, and DA showed obvious elevation(P < 0.05). 3Toward dendrite-free and anti-corrosion Zn anodes by regulating a bismuth-based energizer显示文摘Aqueous rechargeable zinc metal batteries display high theoretical capacity along with economical effectiveness,environmental benignity and high safety.However,dendritic growth and chemical corrosion at the Zn anodes limit their widespread applications.Here,we construct a Zn/Bi electrode via in-situ growth of a Bi-based energizer upon Zn metal surface using a replacement reaction.Experimental and theoretical calculations reveal that the Bi-based energizer composed of metallic Bi and ZnBi alloy contributes to Zn plating/stripping due to strong adsorption energy and fast ion transport rates.The resultant Zn/Bi electrode not only circumvents Zn dendrite growth but also improves Zn anode anti-corrosion performance.Specifically,the corrosion current of the Zn/Bi electrode is reduced by 90%compared to bare Zn.Impressively,an ultra-low overpotential of 12​mV and stable cycling for 4000​h are achieved in a Zn/Bi symmetric cell.A Zn–Cu/Bi asymmetric cell displays a cycle life of 1000 cycles,with an average Coulombic efficiency as high as 99.6%.In addition,an assembled Zn/Bi-activated carbon hybrid capacitor exhibits a stable life of more than 50,000 cycles,an energy density of 64​Wh kg−1,and a power density of 7​kW​kg−1.The capacity retention rate of a Zn/Bi–MnO_(2)full cell is improved by over 150%compared to a Zn–MnO_(2)cell without the Bi-based energizer.Our findings open a new arena for the industrialization of Zn metal batteries for large-scale energy storage applications.Mingming Wang Yahan Meng Ke Li Touqeer Ahmad Na Chen Yan Xu Jifei Sun Mingyan Chuai Xinhua Zheng Yuan Yuan Chunyue Shen Ziqi Zhang Wei Chen 2022eScience2022,2,5:4
4Clinical characteristics and post-discharge follow-up analyses of 10 infants with congenital tuberculosis:A retrospective observational study显示文摘Importance Congenital tuberculosis(TB)is a rare,potentially fatal disease.There is currently a lack of detailed clinical information available regarding this disease.Objective This retrospective study investigated the clinical manifestations,treatment,and long-term prognosis of congenital TB.Methods Patients were treated in Beijing Children’s Hospital,Capital Medical University(Beijing,China)between 2009 and 2018.Their demographic data,maternal and family histories,symptoms and signs,treatment information,and follow-up data were retrospectively collected using the hospital’s electronic information system.Results Ten infants with congenital TB were enrolled.The mean gestational age was 36.6±2.2 weeks and mean birth weight was 2517±487 g.All 10 patients exhibited fever,nine patients(90%)had anemia,and six patients(60%)had extrauterine growth retardation.On chest computed tomography scans,all 10 patients presented multiple pulmonary nodules and four patients(40%)had mediastinal adenopathy.Nine out of ten(90%)completed the T-spot test,and eight of them(8/9,89%)were positive.Anti-TB treatment was initiated upon diagnostic confirmation.All patients(100%)received combined treatment with isoniazid(INH)and rifampicin(RIF).Eight of 10 patients(80%)received combined treatment with INH,RIF,and pyrazinamide.The survival rate was 100%.One patient was lost to follow-up and four patients are currently continuing treatment.Three of nine patients(33%)achieved normal developmental milestones at 6 months of age.Interpretation Early diagnosis based on maternal history,typical imaging results,and timely treatment can improve outcomes in infants with congenital TB.Juan Du Shixiao Dong Shengnan Jia Qiaoru Zhang Mingyan Hei 2021Pediatric Investigation2021,5,2:4

6Metal porphyrin intercalated reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite utilized for electrocatalytic oxygen reduction显示文摘In this paper, we report a simple and facile self-assembly method to successfully fabricate cationic metal porphyrin-MtTMPyP(Mt= Cobalt(Ⅱ), Manganese(Ⅲ), or Iron(Ⅲ); TMPyP = 5, 10, 15, 20-tetrakis(N-methylpyridinium-4-yl) porphyrin) intercalated into the layer of graphene oxide(GO) by the cooperative effects of electrostatic and π-π stacking interaction between positively charged metal porphyrin and negatively charged GO sheets. Followed by reduction with hydrazine vapor, a series of novel 2 D MtTMPyP/rGO_n were fabricated. The as-prepared 2 D hybrids were fully characterized and tested as non-noble metal catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) in an alkaline medium. 7Parallel discrete lion swarm optimization algorithm for solving traveling salesman problem显示文摘As a typical representative of the NP-complete problem, the traveling salesman problem(TSP) is widely utilized in computer networks, logistics distribution, and other fields. In this paper, a discrete lion swarm optimization(DLSO) algorithm is proposed to solve the TSP. Firstly, we introduce discrete coding and order crossover operators in DLSO. Secondly, we use the complete 2-opt(C2-opt) algorithm to enhance the local search ability.Then in order to enhance the efficiency of the algorithm, a parallel discrete lion swarm optimization(PDLSO) algorithm is proposed.The PDLSO has multiple populations, and each sub-population independently runs the DLSO algorithm in parallel. We use the ring topology to transfer information between sub-populations. 8A fluorometric and mitochondrion-targetable probe for rapid,naked-eye test of hypochlorite in real samples显示文摘Hypochlorite anion is a ubiquitous reactive molecule in the terminal disinfection systems, inflammatory stress and immune systems. Thus, rapid and visual monitoring ClO^- in water and biological samples is very meaningful for water quality safety and toxicity assessment of contaminants. Herein, a colorimetric and fluorometric probe(Rh-ClO) based on rhodamine B fluorophore and thiophene-2-carbohydrazide has been unveiled and successfully utilized for ClO^- detection in water samples and HeLa cells. Upon addition of ClO^-, color changes of solution from colorless to pink were immediately visible to the nakedeyes, meanwhile, brilliant red fluorescence was observed under excited at UV light(365 nm). Rh-ClO displayed high selectivity and sensitivity for ClO^- , and the detection limit was 7 mmol/L calculated from the fluorescence titration. With the aid of its merits including rapid response to ClO^- within 10 s, Rh-ClO and its test paper could successfully detect ClO^- in water. Additionally, HeLa cells image co-stained with Rh-ClO and Rh123 demonstrated that Rh-ClO possessed excellent and fast cell-membrane permeability and mitochondrion-targetability. 9Wireless/wired integrated transmission for industrial cyber-physical systems:risk-sensitive co-design of 5G and TSN protocols显示文摘The growing popularity of intelligent manufacturing is driven by deterministic transmission demands of applications in industrial cyber-physical systems(ICPS).However,the ossified shortages of industrial wireless communication such as diverse quality of service(Qo S)and complex signaling processes incur a severe long tail of transmission delay distribution.As a solution,the 5th generation(5 G)wireless communication technology provides ultra-reliable and low-latency communication(URLLC)for industry scenarios.Moreover,the newly proposed time-sensitive networking(TSN)standards guarantee the transmission determinacy by gate mechanism.In this paper,we propose a heterogeneous time-sensitive network(HTSN)co-designed by 5 G and TSN.We first develop a predictive multi-priority wireless scheduling mechanism based on semi-persistent scheduling(SPS)to reduce signaling delay by reserving resources in advance.Then we propose an adaptive data injection mechanism for TSN based on per-stream filtering and policing(PSFP),which dynamically adjusts the priority of data for queue injection in TSN.To further reduce the long tail of delay,we employ a risk-sensitive learning method to improve the worst-case delay.Simulations on a hot rolling production scenario demonstrate that the proposed mechanisms under HTSN achieve great performance in terms of integrated delay and resource utilization.Yajing ZHANG Qimin XU Xinping GUAN Cailian CHEN Mingyan LI 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,1:1

13Effectiveness and safety of Suxiao Jiuxin pill in treating acute coronary syndrome:a systematic review and Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Suxiao Jiuxin pill(SX)in acute coronary syndrome(ACS)treatment.METHODS:An extensive search of four English databases(Medline/PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,and World Health Organization International Clinical Trials Registration Platform)and four Chinese databases(Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,China Science and Technology Journal,and Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System)was performed.Randomized,controlled trials(RCTs)involving SX combined with conventional therapy versus conventional therapy were included.The extracted data included populations,interventions,outcomes,and risk of bias.The cardiovascular events served as the primary outcome.Review Manager 5.3 software was used for data analysis.Relative risks(RRs)with 95%confidence intervals(CIs)were the effect measure.RESULTS:A total of eight RCTs with 979 patients were included.There were 559 patients with unstable angina(UA)in six RCTs and 420 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in two RCTs.Our review showed that SX plus conventional therapy might reduce the incidence of the total endpoint(RR:0.34,95%CI:0.17,0.68,P=0.002),with no obvious adverse events(RR:1.29,95%CI:0.60,2.77,P=0.52)compared with conventional therapy for patients with UA.Additionally,SX plus conventional therapy also reduced the incidence of the total endpoint(RR:0.35,95%CI:0.18,0.68,P=0.002)compared with conventional therapy in patients with AMI.SX plus conventional therapy also reduced the incidence of ventricular fibrillation(RR:0.23,95%CI:0.10,0.57,P=0.001)compared with conventional therapy in patients with AMI.CONCLUSION:Our results suggest that SX is beneficial for treating patients with UA or AMI.However,our findings should be treated with caution because of the poor methodological quality of the included trials.Therefore,more multicenter,large-sample,high-quality RCTs are required to provide high-quality evidence.Liu Chao Duan Lian Huang Mingyan Li Jun Xiong Xingjiang Chen Guang He Haoqiang Zhang Zhenpeng Wang Jie 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,4:1
