1Sea ice thickness estimation in the Bohai Sea using geostationary ocean color imager data显示文摘A method to estimate the thickness of the sea ice of the Bohai Sea is proposed using geostationary ocean color imager(GOCI) data and then applied to the dynamic monitoring of the sea ice thickness in the Bohai Sea during the winter of 2014 to 2015.First of all,a model is given between the GOCI shortwave broadband albedo and the reflectance of each band with high temporal resolution GOCI data.Then,the relationship model between the sea ice thickness and the GOCI shortwave broadband albedo is established and applied to the thickness extraction of the sea ice in the Bohai Sea.Finally,the sea ice thickness extraction method is tested by the results based on the MODIS data,thermodynamic empirical models(Lebedev and Zubov),and the in situ ice thickness data.The test results not only indicated that the sea ice thickness retrieval method based on the GOCI data was a good correlation(r^2>0.86) with the sea ice thickness retrieved by the MODIS and thermodynamic empirical models,but also that the RMS is only 6.82 cm different from the thickness of the sea ice based on the GOCI and in situ data.LIU Wensong SHENG Hui ZHANG Xi 2016Acta Oceanologica Sinica2016,35,7:5

4Gradual Evolution from Fluvial Dominated to Tide Dominated Deltas and Channel Type Transformation: A Case Study of MPE3 Block in the Orinoco Heavy Oil Belt of the Eastern Venezuelan Basin显示文摘Based on the data of core description and sporopollen analysis,the gradual evolution of deltas in vertical direction and transition of channel types in the MPE3 block of the eastern Venezuela Basin have been surveyed by seismic phase and well logging facies interpretation.The results show that due to the great sea level rise,the sedimentary system of the Miocene Oficina Formation in the MPE3 block shifted from the distal-source sandy braided river delta to tide-affected delta,and eventually to tide-dominated delta.Vertically,during the early stage of sedimentation of Oficina Formation,the distributary channels of the delta were dominated by braided river channels.While in the later stage,as the tidal effect was gradually intensified,the channel changed from braided channel to meandering channel.On plane,as a result of differential transgression,sedimentary framework and distribution of sand bodies vary across the study area.Compared with the eastern part,the western part has more braided channels,larger channel bars,less developments of distributary bay and higher ratio of sand to mud.Whereas the braided channels in the south are larger than those in the north.It is the first time we pointed out the impact of marine transgression differences on the sedimentary facies distribution and river type transition in the study area.Factors like the structural and paleogeomorphological change,sea level variation,supply of sediments have strong influence on the evolution of sedimentary system and distribution of sandbodies.It is predicted that the major sandbody is more developed in the central south,which can guide the subsequent horizontal well development.HUANG Wensong CHEN Heping XU Fang MENG Zheng ZHANG Fanqin WU Suwei 2019Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,6:1

6MicroRNA-708 inhibits the proliferation and chemoresistance of pancreatic cancer cells显示文摘Pancreatic cancer is one of the most aggressive malignancies with poor prognosis and high mortality.Recent studies showed that microRNAs are dysregulated and involved in the initiation and progression of pancreatic cancer.In this study,we found that miR-708 was significantly downregulated in pancreatic cancer tissues and cell lines.Lentivirus-mediated overexpression of miR-708 could significantly inhibit the proliferation and invasion,while enhanced chemosensitivity to gemcitabine in both Panc-1 and SW1990 cells.Luciferase reporter assay showed that miR-708 bound the 3’-untranslated region of survivin and suppressed the expression of survivin in pancreatic cancer cells.In pancreatic cancer tissues,survivin protein was highly expressed and negatively correlated with miR-708 expression.Furthermore,the restoration of survivin expression could partially antagonize proliferation inhibition and apoptosis induction by miR-708 in pancreatic cancer cells.The Panc-1 cells with overexpression of miR-708 also showed decreased proliferation capability in nude mouse model compared with parental cells.In conclusion,our results suggest that miR-708 inhibits pancreatic cancer and could be a novel potential candidate to treat pancreatic cancer.Wensong LIU Yunjie LU Dong ZHANG Longqing SHI Guangchen ZU Haijiao YAN Donglin SUN 2020BIOCELL2020,44,1:1

12Inhibitory Effects of Propolis Water Extract on the Proliferation of Cervical Cancer Cells显示文摘[Objectives]To investigate the effects of propolis extract on HeLa cells to provide theoretical guidance for facilitating clinical treatment.[Methods]The effects of propolis on inflammation,and proliferation were analyzed based on the levels of DNA transcriptional regulation and mRNA and protein expression levels.[Results]Propolis water extract(PWE)could inhibit the cell proliferation and production of DNA damage in a dosedependent manner.Moreover,the propolis water extract could significantly downregulate the expression of iNOS-Luc,PTGS-2-Luc,and IL-8-Luc,and that it was related to the expression of the NF-κB family protein.After the induction of HeLa cells by propolis,the expression of the cell cycle inhibitor gene p21 was increased,while that of the cell proliferation gene Ki67 was decreased.[Conclusions]Propolis water extract could significantly inhibit the cell proliferation and production of DNA damage,suggesting propolis as a potential candidate for the development of adjunctive therapy against cervical cancer.Wenbin XU Yimeng GAO Nailong LIANG Ling ZHANG Shuang XING Wensong HAO Shaocong LI 2023Medicinal Plant2023,14,2:0
13Recent advances in nanofiber-based flexible transparent electrodes显示文摘Flexible and stretchable transparent electrodes are widely used in smart display,energy,wearable devices and other fields.Due to the limitations of flexibility and stretchability of indium tin oxide electrodes,alternative electrodes have appeared,such as metal films,metal nanowires,and conductive meshes.However,few of the above electrodes can simultaneously have excellent flexibility,stretchability,and optoelectronic properties.Nanofiber(NF),a continuous ultra-long one-dimensional conductive material,is considered to be one of the ideal materials for high-performance transparent electrodes with excellent properties due to its unique structure.This paper summarizes the important research progress of NF flexible transparent electrodes(FTEs)in recent years from the aspects of NF electrode materials,preparation technology and application.First,the unique advantages and limitations of various NF materials are systematically discussed.Then,we summarize the preparation technology of various advanced NF FTEs,and point out the future development trend.We also discuss the application of NFs in solar cells,supercapacitors,electric heating equipments,sensors,etc,and analyze its development potential in flexible electronic equipment,as well as problems that need to be solved.Finally,the challenges and future development trends are proposed in the wide application of NF FTEs in the field of flexible optoelectronics.Houchao Zhang Xiaoyang Zhu Yuping Tai Junyi Zhou Hongke Li Zhenghao Li Rui Wang Jinbao Zhang Youchao Zhang Wensong Ge Fan Zhang Luanfa Sun Guangming Zhang Hongbo Lan 2023International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2023,5,3:0
14Optimization of Conditions of Concentrating Protein in Rapeseed Meal by Ultrasonic-assisted Alcohol Washing显示文摘This study was performed to optimize the conditions for concentrating protein in commercial rapeseed meal by ultrasonic-assisted alcohol washing method. The effects of sonication time,particle size,ultrasonic power and liquid to solid ratio on protein content were investigated. The result showed that the optimal conditions for concentrating protein in rapeseed meal were: sonication time of 40 min,particle size of 40 mesh,ultrasonic power of 800 W and liquid to solid ratio of 9∶ 1.
