1Sleep and Cognitive Abnormalities in Acute Minor Thalamic Infarction显示文摘In order to characterize sleep and the cognitive patterns in patients with acute minor thalamic infarction(AMTI), we enrolled 27 patients with AMTI and 12 matched healthy individuals. Questionnaires about sleep and cognition as well as polysomnography(PSG) were performed on days 14 and 90 post-stroke. Compared to healthy controls, in patients with AMTI, hyposomnia was more prevalent; sleep architecture was disrupted as indicated by decreased sleep efficiency, increased sleep latency, and decreased non-rapid eye movement sleep stages 2 and 3;more sleep-related breathing disorders occurred; and cognitive functions were worse, especially memory. While sleep apnea and long-delay memory recovered to a large extent in the patients, other sleep and cognitive function deficit often persisted. Patients with AMTI are at an increased risk for hyposomnia, sleep structure disturbance,sleep apnea, and memory deficits. 2The scientific connotation of oil and gas formations under deep fluids and organic-inorganic interaction显示文摘As a relatively stable craton block in the earth system, the petroliferous basin is influenced by the evolution of the earth system from the early development environment of source rocks, hydrocarbon formation, and reservoir dissolution to hydrocarbon accumulation or destruction. As a link between the internal and external factors of the basin, deep fluids run through the whole process of hydrocarbon formation and accumulation through organic-inorganic interaction. The nutrients carried by deep fluids promote the bloom of hydrocarbon-generating organisms and extra addition of carbon and hydrogen source, which are beneficial to the development of high-quality source rock and enhancement of the hydrocarbon generation potential. The energy carried by the deep fluid promotes the early maturation of the source rock and facilitates the hydrocarbon generation by activation and hydrogenation in high-mature hydrocarbon sources. The dissolution alteration of carbonate rocks and clastic reservoirs by CO_2-rich deep fluids improves the deep reservoir space, thus extending the oil and gas reservoir space into greater depth. The extraction of deeply retained crude oil by deep supercritical CO_2 and the displacement of CH_4 in shale have both improved the hydrocarbon fluidity in deep and tight reservoirs. Simultaneously, the energy and material carried by deep fluids(C, H, and catalytic substances) not only induce inorganic CH_4 formation by Fischer-Tropsch(F-T) synthesis and 'hydrothermal petroleum' generation from organic matter by thermal activity but also cause the hydrothermal alteration of crude oil from organic sources. 3Perovskite nanocrystals:synthesis,properties and applications显示文摘Halide perovskites have emerged as superstar materials for optoelectronic devices. Besides the fever of research in solar cells, these materials show great promise on light emitting diodes(LEDs), photodetectors and lasers as well. Rapid advances in bulk perovskite materials aroused universal interest for the development of perovskite nanocrystals, inspired by the great progress of classic colloidal semiconductor quantum dots. Perovskite nanocrystals have been synthesized based on solution process and exhibited high luminescence quantum yield, sharp emission peak, and emission color tunability. Significant progresses have been made about the application of perovskite nanocrystals for LED and lasers in recent years. 4Observer-based Adaptive Optimal Control for Unknown Singularly Perturbed Nonlinear Systems With Input Constraints显示文摘This paper introduces an observer-based adaptive optimal control method for unknown singularly perturbed nonlinear systems with input constraints. First, a multi-time scales dynamic neural network(MTSDNN) observer with a novel updating law derived from a properly designed Lyapunov function is proposed to estimate the system states. Then, an adaptive learning rule driven by the critic NN weight error is presented for the critic NN, which is used to approximate the optimal cost function. Finally, the optimal control action is calculated by online solving the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman(HJB)equation associated with the MTSDNN observer and critic NN.The stability of the overall closed-loop system consisting of the MTSDNN observer, the critic NN and the optimal control action is proved. The proposed observer-based optimal control approach has an essential advantage that the system dynamics are not needed for implementation, and only the measured input/output data is needed. 5Distribution and Geochemical Characteristics of Hydrogen in Natural Gas from the Jiyang Depression, Eastern China显示文摘Hydrogen gas accelerates hydrocarbon generation, but little is known about its distribution and origin in petroliferous basins, which has hindered the further exploration.Taken the Jiyang Depression in eastern China as an example, this study collected natural gas from different tectonic units, and analyzed various geochemical characters including gas contents, and carbon and hydrogen isotopic composition.The result shows that:(1) hydrogen gas is widespread distributed, but its content is very low, which typically ranges from 0.01% to 0.1% in this region;(2) the ratios of H2/3He, indicative of the origins of hydrogen gas, suggest that mantle-derived hydrogen is dominant.Even in tectonically stable areas absent with deep fluid activities, there is also mantle-derived;(3) the isotopic composition of hydrogen falls in the range of –798‰ to –628‰(relative to VSMOW standard).In areas with deep-derived fluids, the hydrogen gas has a similar isotopic composition with the previously documented deep-sourced gas, with lighter isotopic composition.In contrast, hydrogen gas has a heavier isotopic composition in relatively stable areas.The isotopic signatures suggest that there is a mixture of mantle- and crust-derived hydrogen gas in the relatively stable area, which is consistent with the H2/3He ratios.Therefore, it is clear that the hydrogen gas has a much wider distribution than found in the deep-derived fluid area, resulting in a much broader area with hydrogenating effect for resource rock.This understanding will provide new insights for hydrocarbon generation research and resource assessment in petroliferous basins.MENG Qingqiang SUN Yuhua TONG Jianyu FU Qi ZHU Jun ZHU Dongya JIN Zhijun 2015Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,5:5
6Boiling process of low temperature formation water in petroleum system, Qaidam Basin显示文摘FOLLOWING the study of Roedder et al., boiling fluid inclusions are identified in oil reservoir ofQaidam Basin. This paper reports the general characteristics of the boiling fluid inclusions, analyzes theconditions for the formation water to boil at low temperature, and discusses the relation between the boiling process and the oil/gas accumulation. 1 General features Boiling fluid inclusions are minute records of the immiscibility process of subterranean hydrothermalfluids, which are generally composed of different types trapped simultaneously. 7Supersaturation controlled growth of MAFAPbI3 perovskite film for high efficiency solar cells显示文摘Controlling the nucleation and growth of organic-inorganic hybrids perovskite is of key importance to improve the morphology and crystallinity of perovskite films. However, the growth mechanism of perovskite films based on classical crystallization theory is not fully understood. Here, we develop a supersaturation controlled strategy(SCS) to balance the nucleation and crystal growth speeds. By this strategy, we are able to find an ideal supersaturation region to realize a balance of nucleation and crystal growth, which yields highly crystallized perovskite films with micrometer-scale grains. Besides, we provide a thoughtful analysis of nucleation and growth based on the fabrication of the perovskite films. As a result, the highest photovoltaic power conversion efficiencies(PCE) of 19.70% and 20.31% are obtained for the planar and the meso-superstructured devices, respectively. 8Research on modeling of heat source for electron beam welding fusion-solidification zone显示文摘In this paper, the common heat source model of point and linear heat source in the numerical simulation of electron beam welding (EBW) were summarized and introduced. The combined point-linear heat source model was brought forward and to simulate the welding temperature fields of EBW and predicting the weld shape. The model parameters were put forward and regulated in the combined model, which included the ratio of point heat source to linear heat source Qpr and the distribution of linear heat source Lr. Based on the combined model, the welding temperature fields of EBW were investigated. 9Progress of Jinping Underground laboratory for Nuclear Astrophysics(JUNA)显示文摘Jinping Underground laboratory for Nuclear Astrophysics(JUNA) will take the advantage of the ultra-low background of CJPL lab and high current accelerator based on an ECR source and a highly sensitive detector to directly study for the first time a number of crucial reactions occurring at their relevant stellar energies during the evolution of hydrostatic stars. In its first phase, JUNA aims at the direct measurements of^(25)Mg(p,γ)^(26)Al,^(19)F(p,α)^(16)O,^(13)C(α,n)^(16)O and ^(12)C(α,γ)^(16)O reactions. The experimental setup,which includes an accelerator system with high stability and high intensity, a detector system, and a shielding material with low background, will be established during the above research. 10Dynamic Rollover Prediction of Heavy Vehicles Considering Critical Frequency显示文摘Rollover of commercial heavy vehicles can cause enormous economic losses and fatalities.It is easier for such vehicles to rollover if the driver’s steering frequency is close to the critical frequency of the vehicle’s roll motion;however,the critical roll frequency has rarely been investigated.In this study,the second-order transfer function between the steering input and roll angle was developed to calculate the critical frequency of the vehicle’s roll motion.The simulated spectrum and transfer function were then used to dynamically predict the peak lateral load transfer ratio.Laboratory experiments were conducted using a scaled vehicle to verify the critical roll frequency.The results suggest that the peak value of the lateral load transfer ratio during steering can be accurately determined from the driver’s input,and the critical roll frequency has a dominant effect on the dynamic rollover of heavy vehicles.Zhansheng Ye Weidong Xie Yuming Yin Zhijun Fu 2020Automotive Innovation2020,3,2:3
11Design of bionic goat quadruped robot mechanism and walking gait planning显示文摘In order to improve the walking stability and obstacle jumping ability of the robot on the slope,the goat was taken as the bionic prototype,a kind of bionic goat quadruped robot has been designed.By the bionic principle,the mechanical structure of the quadruped robot was designed,and the Denavit-Hartenberg(D-H)method was used to build the kinematic model,through which the forward and inverse kinematics of the robot was calculated,thus the equations of velocity and acceleration of the joint angle change were obtained during the quadruped robot motion,providing control theory foundation for robots.During walk gait planning,a low contact compact foot trajectory planning method using a high order polynomial curve was used to carry out the foot trajectory planning of the robot for the swing phase and stance phase.Through MATLAB software simulation,the simulation results of MATLAB software showed that the trajectory of the foot of the quadruped robot was semi-elliptic in a gait cycle,which were basically consistent with the foot trajectory obtained from the previous goat slope walking test.Therefore,the simulation results by MATLAB software showed that the foot trajectory was reasonable.Based on this,a gait plan was carried out,and the sequence of the lift leg steps of the robot was obtained.The test platform for the whole machine was built.The results showed that the height of the leg of the quadruped robot was 7.37 cm,and the length of the gait was 28.40 cm.Compared with the planned average gait length S=30 cm and average step height H=7 cm,the error of the leg height and the gait length was 5.28%and 5.33%,respectively.The designed gait planning achieved the expected results.The knee joint angle varied from 126.3°to 156.1°,and the hip joint angle varied from 103.9°to 138.4°.The changes in the joint angle of the quadruped robot could prove the correctness of the foot motion trajectory planning,which will provide a theoretical basis for the structural design and gait planning of the quadruped robot.Fu Zhang Shuai Teng Yafei Wang Zhijun Guo Jiajia Wang Ruiliang Xu 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,5:2
12Electrical properties and luminescence properties of 0.96(K0.48Na0.52)(Nb0.95Sb0.05)–0.04Bi0.5(Na0.82K0.18)0.5ZrO3–xSm lead-free ceramics显示文摘In this paper,Sm-doped 0.96(K0.48 Na0.52)(Nb0.95 Sb0.05)–0.04 Bi0.5(Na0.82 K0.18)0.5 Zr O3(abbreviated as KNSN–0.04 BNKZ)lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by conventional solid-state sintering method and the effects of Sm2 O3 on the phase structure,microstructure,electrical and luminescent properties of KNSN–0.04 BNKZ potteries were studied.Results revealed that a single solid solution phase with pseudo-cubic perovskite structure was formed between KNSN–0.04 BNKZ and Sm2 O3.Existence of weak dielectric/ferroelectric properties with a diffuse dielectric anomaly and slim P–E hysteresis loops of the Sm-doped KNSN–0.04 BNKZ demonstrated the ferroelectric relaxor behavior of the KNNS–0.04 BNKZ–x Sm ceramics.Accordingly,the temperature stability and fatigue behavior of the modified ceramics were significantly improved.It was found that the KNSN–0.04 BNKZ ceramics with 0.002 mol Sm addition exhibited nearly temperature independent properties and fatigue-free behavior.Moreover,Sm-modified KNSN–0.04 BNKZ exhibits a bright photoluminescence with a strong orange emission under visible light irradiation.As a material with both electrical and luminescent properties,it has good application prospect in future optoelectronic components by integrating its luminescent and electrical properties.Wei LI Jigong HAO Wei LI Juan DU Peng FU Wenzhi SUN Chong CHEN Zhijun XU Ruiqing CHU 2020Journal of Advanced Ceramics2020,9,1:2
13Broadband radio spectral observations of the solar eclipse on 2008-08-01 and its implications on the quiet Sun atmospheric model显示文摘Based on the joint-observations of the radio broadband spectral emissions of the solar eclipse on August 1, 2008 at Jiuquan (total eclipse) and Huairou (partial eclipse) at the frequencies of 2.00-5.60 GHz (Jiuquan), 2.60-3.80 GHz (Chinese solar broadband radiospectrometer, SBRS/Huairou), and 5.20-7.60 GHz (SBRS/Huairou), the authors assemble a successive series of broadband spectra with a frequency of 2.60-7.60 GHz to observe the solar eclipse synchronously. This is the first attempt to analyze the solar eclipse radio emission under the two telescopes located at different places with broadband frequencies in the periods of total and partial eclipses. 14Protective effects of Purendan superfine powder on retinal neuron apoptosis in a rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus显示文摘This study sought to investigate the effects of Purendan superfine powder comprised of Momordica charantia, Radix Ginseng, and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiae on neuronal apoptosis and expression of bcl-2, bax, and caspase-3, which are retinal apoptosis-associated factors in rats with diabetes mellitus induced by continuous intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. The results showed that Purendan superfine powder could upregulate the expression of bcl-2 protein and mRNA, and downregulate the expression of bax and caspase-3 in the retina of diabetes mellitus rats. In addition, Purendan superfine powder was shown to reduce the number of apoptotic neurons. 15Electrochemical deposition of nano-structured ZnO on the nanocrystalline TiO_2 film and its characterization显示文摘One-dimensional structure of ZnO nanorod arrays on nanocrystalline TiO2/ITO conductive glass substrates has been fabricated by cathodic reduction electrochemical deposition methods in the three-electrode system,with zinc nitrate aqueous solution as the electrolyte,and were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) and photoluminescence (PL) spectra.The effects of film substrates,electrolyte concentration,deposition time,and methenamine (HMT) addition on ZnO deposition and its luminescent property were investigated in detail.The results show that,compared with on the ITO glass substrate,ZnO is much easily achieved by electrochemical deposition on the TiO2 nanoparticle thin films.ZnO is hexagonally structured wurtzite with the c-axis preferred growth,and further forms nanorod arrays vertically on the substrates.It is favorable to the growth of ZnO to extend the deposition time,to increase the electrolyte concentration,and to add a certain amount of HMT in the system,consequently improving the crystallinity and orientation of ZnO arrays.It is demonstrated that the obtained ZnO arrays with high crystallinity and good orientation display strong band-edge UV (375 nm) and weak surface-state-related green (520 nm) emission peaks.LIN JingSheng,FU Wei,JING LiQiang,QU YiChun & LI ZhiJun Key Laboratory of Functional Inorganic Material Chemistry (Ministry of Education) School of Chemistry and Material Science,Heilongjiang University,Harbin 150080,China 2010Science China Chemistry2010,53,8:2

17Origin of immature sulfur-rich oil in Jianghan oil field显示文摘Chemical structure of immature sulfur_rich kerogen and composition of immature sulfur_rich crude oil in Jianghan oil field have been studied. In molecular level, crude oil differs from thermolysed and chemolysed products of kerogen but does resemble the bitumen in immature sulfur_rich source rock.
