12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Bottom water temperature measurements in the South China Sea,eastern Indian Ocean and western Pacific Ocean显示文摘文章报道了一批新的海底底水温度(BWT)数据,其中南海(SCS)158个站位、东印度洋(EIO)30个站位及西太平洋(WPO)37个站位。基于这批新的BWT数据,获得南海和西太平洋海域底水温度与水深经验关系,可为地球物理和物理海洋提供准确、可靠的海底温度边界。这将有助于海底油气资源调查与评估。同时,这批实测数据表明:1)水深超过3500m的海域,其底水温度在南海约为2.47℃,比东印度洋(~1.34℃)和西太平洋(~1.60℃)稍微偏高。这与大洋传送带模式所预测的情况比较吻合。该模式认为:低温高盐的海水,从北大西洋格陵兰岛和冰岛附近海域下沉到深层,然后向南流动,再与南极洲周围海域的低温高盐海水一同向北进入印度洋和太平洋。而南海是一个相对比较封闭的热带边缘海,其内部海水与印度洋和菲律宾海交换有限,导致海水温度整体高于印度洋和太平洋。2)台西南盆地水深在2700~3000m的部分站位,其底水温高达约3.00℃,明显高于其周边同水深海域底水温度(平均值约为2.33℃)。这可能是台西南盆地海底水热活动导致的结果。3)在东印度洋和西太平洋水深超过4800m海域,底水温度随着水压增大稍有升高,其升高率分别为10.6mK·MPa^(-1)和12.0mK·MPa^(-1)。这与理论估算的深层底水绝热压力温度梯度范围较为吻合。这也意味着东印度洋和西太平洋深层底水,主要由绝热自压作用导致其温度随着深度的增大而升高。YANG Xiaoqiu SHI Xiaobin ZHAO Junfeng YU Chuanhai GAO Hongfang CHEN Aihua LU Yuanzheng CEN Xianrong LIN Weiren ZENG Xin XU Hehua REN Ziqiang ZHOU Shengqi XU Ziying SUN Jinlong KAMIYA Nana LIN Jian 2018热带海洋学报2018,37,5:8
3Influence of oxygen gas content on the structural and optical properties of ZnO thin films deposited by RF magnetron sputtering at room temperature显示文摘Zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films were deposited on sapphire (0001) substrates at room temperature by radiofrequency (RF) magnetron sputtering at oxygen gas contents of 0%,25%,50% and 75%,respectively.The influence of oxygen gas content on the structural and optical properties of ZnO thin films was studied by a surface profile measuring system,X-ray diffraction analysis,atomic force microscopy,and UV spectrophotometry.It is found that the size of ZnO crystalline grains increases first and then decreases with the increase of oxygen gas content,and the maximum grain size locates at the 25% oxygen gas content.The crystalline quality and average optical transmittance (>90%) in the visible-light region of the ZnO film prepared at an oxygen gas content of 25% are better than those of ZnO films at the other contents.The obtained results can be attributed to the resputtering by energetic oxygen anions in the growing process.LIU Baoting ZHOU Yang ZHENG Hongfang LI Mana GUO Zhe HAO Qingxun PENG Yingcai 2011Rare Metals2011,30,2:6

5Celastrol suppresses colorectal cancer via covalent targeting peroxiredoxin 1显示文摘As a terpenoids natural product isolated from the plant Thunder God Vine,Celastrol is widely studied for its pharmacological activities,including anti-tumor activities.The clinical application of Celastrol is strictly limited due to its severe side effects,whereas previously revealed targets and mechanism of Celastrol seldom reduce its in vivo toxicity via structural optimization.Target identification has a far-reaching influence on the development of innovative drugs,and omics data has been widely used for unbiased target prediction.However,it is difficult to enrich target of specific phenotype from thousands of genes or proteins,especially for natural products with broad promising activities.Here,we developed a text-mining-based web-server tool to enrich targets from omics data of inquired compounds.Then peroxiredoxin 1(PRDX1)was identified as the ROS-manipulating target protein of Celastrol in colorectal cancer.Our solved high-resolution crystal structure revealed the unique covalent binding mode of Celastrol with PRDX1.New derivative compound 19-048 with improved potency against PRDX1 and selectivity towards PRDX2~PRDX6 were synthesized based on crystal structure analysis.Both Celastrol and 19-048 effectively suppressed the proliferation of colorectal cancer cells.The anti-tumor efficacy of Celastrol and 19-048 was significantly diminished on xenograft nude mice bearing PRDX1 knock-down colorectal cancer cells.Several downstream genes of p53 signaling pathway were dramatically up-regulated with Celastrol or 19-048 treatment.Our findings reveal that the side effects of Celastrol could be reduced via structural modification,and PRDX1 inhibition is promising for the treatment of colorectal cancer.Heng Xu Hongfang Zhao Chunyong Ding Defang Jiang Zijie Zhao Yang Li Xiaoyu Ding Jing Gao Hu Zhou Cheng Luo Guoqiang Chen Ao Zhang Ying Xu Hao Zhang 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,3:3
6High-risk phenotypes of genetic disease in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit population显示文摘To the Editor: Genetic diseases contribute to 35% of deaths during the first year of life and are a significant cause of intensive care.[1] A previous study based on the China Neonatal Genomes Project investigated the genetic causes of early infant deaths and found that >25% of deceased neonates with genetic diagnoses can be cured if diagnosed in time.[2] Therefore, it is crucial to target and diagnose neonates with genetic diseases as early as possible. According to our experience, the typical phenotypes, such as special facial features or multiple congenital anomalies (MCAs), indicate a high risk of genetic disease and lead physicians to perform genetic testing in neonates as early as possible. However, in practice, infants without typical phenotypes typically undergo a long and costly diagnostic process before genetic diagnoses are confirmed. Moreover, a recent survey by the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ACMG) and other national professional organizations indicated that there are insufficient numbers of qualified geneticists to fulfil genetic service needs.[3] The ACMG published the general clinical features for genetic testing indications. For example, patients with phenotypes or family history data that strongly implicate a genetic cause may undergo genetic testing.[1] However, the study indicated that many genetic conditions arise de novo or are inherited with no family history.[1] A previous study attempted to apply the non-phenotype-driven panel approach in neonates admitted to the neonate intensive care unit (NICU).[4] However, at present, the diagnostic yield is only 3.45% (1/29).[4] In addition, the economic and ethical issues associated with genomic screening remain challenging. 9Human endothelial senescence can be induced by TNF-α显示文摘TNF-α is one of the most important proin-flammatory cytokines in mediating multiple physio-patho-logical functions during immunological responses. Vascular endothelial cells, when stimulated by TNF-α, can increase the expression of multiple cytokines and cellular adhesion molecules and, in turn, actively promote the inflammatory responses by recruiting and activating of leukocytes to the inflammatory site. In addition to endothelial death induced by TNF-α, we found for the first time that TNF-α can also induce the human endothelial cells senescence. The induced senescent endothelial cells will display SA-B-Gal staining and they were arrested in G0-G1 phase. We found that △(?)m would always be up-regulated in response to TNF-α stimula-tion at early time but when the cells become senescent, △(?)m shows a tendency to decrease. It may reflect the sthenic func-tion of mitochondria at early time in response to TNF-α stimulation and decay when the endothelial cells were in-duced senescent. 11Mining Representative Subset Based on Fuzzy Clustering显示文摘Two new concepts-fuzzy mutuality and average fuzzy entropy are presented. Then based on these concepts,a new algo-rithm-RSMA(representative subset mining algorithm) is pro-posed,which can abstract representative subset from massive data. To accelerate the speed of producing representative subset,an improved algorithm-ARSMA(accelerated representative subset mining algorithm) is advanced,which adopt combining putting forward with backward strategies. In this way,the performance of the algorithm is improved. Finally we make experiments on real datasets and evaluate the representative subset. 14Optimal Scheduling of Electrical Energy Systems Using a Fluid Dynamic Analogy显示文摘The electricity-gas transformation problem and related intrinsic mechanisms are considered.First,existing schemes for the optimization of electricity-gas integrated energy systems are analyzed through consideration of the relevant literature,and an Electricity Hub(EH)for electricity-gas coupling is proposed.Then,the distribution mechanism in the circuit of the considered electricity-gas integrated system is analyzed.Afterward,a mathematical model for the natural gas pipeline is elaborated according to the power relationship,a node power flow calculation method,and security requirements.Next,the coupling relationship between them is implemented,and dedicated simulations are carried out.Through experimental data,it is found that after 79 data iterations,the optimization results of power generation and gas purchase cost in the new system converge to$54,936 in total,which is consistent with the data obtained by an existing centralized optimization scheme.However,the new proposed optimization scheme is found to be more flexible and convenient.Juanjuan Wang Yaya Wang Junhui Liu Jianbo Zheng Hongfang Zhou 2022Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2022,18,3:0
15Conflict Resolution Based on Collaborative Design of Grid Services显示文摘To the issues of low efficiency of conflict resolution method in collaborative design, we proposed a method, which is conflict resolution about collaborative design based on grid ser-vices. It uses the grid services from the current design points, uses the method of retrospective thinking to find the conflict point by detecting, and then uses the corresponding method to resolve the conflict point according to the conflict characteristic, after that carried on the conflict detection again. If there is still the conflict, resolve the conflict point again, until the conflict no longer exists. This method combines various traditional resolution methods, makes full use of the grid idle high-performance large-scale shar-ing resources. With this method the collaborative design conflict resolution cost reduced and the conflict resolution efficiency was raised. 16A New Generalized Similarity-Based Topic Distillation Algorithm显示文摘The procedure of hypertext induced topic search based on a semantic relation model is analyzed,and the reason for the topic drift of HITS algorithm was found to prove that Web pages are projected to a wrong latent semantic basis. A new con-cept-generalized similarity is introduced and,based on this,a new topic distillation algorithm GSTDA(generalized similarity based topic distillation algorithm) was presented to improve the quality of topic distillation. GSTDA was applied not only to avoid the topic drift,but also to explore relative topics to user query.
