1TOLERANCE ANALYSIS OF A PLANETARY GEAR REDUCER UNDER CAD CIRCUMSTANCE显示文摘Tolerance analysis of a planetary reducer is conducted. By focusing the serially-arrangedparts in the central line and setting an appropriate dimension as a 'gap', worst-case tolerance analysismethod and statistical (RSS) tolerance analysis are used, and then a tolerance-analyzing tool CE/TOLis introduced. The acceptable value range of the 'gap' is from 1.5 mm to 3.5 mm. 2Common-anode LED on a Si substrate for beyond 15 Gbit/s underwater visible light communication显示文摘Visible light communication based on light-emitting diodes(LEDs) has become a promising candidate by providing high data rates, low latency, and secure communication for underwater environments. In this paper,a self-designed common-anode GaN-based five-primary-color LED(RGBYC LED) on a Si substrate is proposed and fabricated. The design of a common anode is used to mitigate the saturation effect for a low-frequency component. Additionally, compared with commercially available LEDs that suffer from nonlinearity distortion,applying the designed LED can provide much better and broader linearity according to the measurement results.Therefore, the modulation depth and system performance can be further improved to implement a high-speed underwater visible light communication(UVLC) system. There is no nonlinearity compensation algorithm applied due to the good linearity of the proposed LED;thus, the offline digital signal processing is simplified. 4Determination of Chinese mobile SLR sites'coordinates显示文摘The geocentric coordinates of three mobile sites including Fangshan in Beijing, Urumqi in the Xinjiang Uy-gur Autonomous Region and Lhasa in Tibet are determinedin the ITRF2000 frame by means of both the global SLRdata and the mobile (SLR) data obtained by a mobile satel-lite laser ranging (SLR) apparatus from Aug. 2000 to Dec.2001. 6Positioning taxonomic research for the future显示文摘Why do taxonomists matter? The work of taxonomists is often understated if not completely misunderstood. Without taxonomists, organisms cannot be accurately identified, neither can these organisms be given universally accepted names, and reliably positioned in the phylogenetic tree of life. 7ASurvey on Treatment of Hyperlipidemia inPatients with Coronary Artery Disease显示文摘A retrospective analysis was made on the lipid level and management of those patients who experienced coronary angiography for suspected coronary artery disease and those who suffered from acute myocardial infarction admitted to our department from 1994 to 1997. It revealed: ①Incidence of elevated serum lipids (especially total cholesterol) was higher in patients with CHD than those without CHD; ② No significant difference of serum lipids in patients with single or multi vessel disease was seen except higher serum lipids in patients with multi vessel disease; ③Management for elevated lipid in our cases was not active, even neglected in our clinic practice. 9Association of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 4G/5G promoter polymorphism with recurrent cerebral infarction in China’s North Jiangsu Province显示文摘BACKGROUND: Many international studies have shown that plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) 4G/5G promoter polymorphism does not increase the risk for cerebral infarction. OBJECTIVE: Using PCR methodology and agarose electrophoresis to detect PAI-1 4G/5G promoter polymorphism in patients with recurrent cerebral infarction in the North Jiangsu Province of China, and to compare results with healthy subjects and patients with first-occurrence cerebral infarction in the same region. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: Non-randomized, concurrent, control trial. A total of 122 cerebral infarction patients were admitted to Xuzhou Medical College Hospital's Department of Neurology and Xuzhou Central Hospital’s Department of Neurology between July 2003 and August 2006. PARTICIPANTS: The patients consisted of 63 males and 59 females, aged (62 ± 10) years. They were divided into first-occurrence (n = 58) and recurrence (n = 64) groups. In addition, 50 healthy subjects that underwent physical examination in the outpatient department, including 26 males and 24 females, aged (60 ±12) years, were selected as controls. METHODS AND MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: PAI-1 4G/5G promoter polymorphism was detected and analyzed using PCR methodology and agarose electrophoresis. RESULTS: Significant differences were determined in terms of genotypic frequency and allele frequency of PAI-1 4G/5G promoter polymorphism, in patients with first-occurrence or recurrent cerebral infarction, when compared with healthy subjects (P < 0.05). There was, however, no significant difference between the first-occurrence and recurrence groups (P > 0.05). CONCLUSION: PAI-1 4G/5G promoter polymorphism is genetic risk factor for cerebral infarction in China. 11Fault-Tolerant Rate-Monotonic Compact-Factor-Driven Scheduling in Hard-Real-Time Systems显示文摘Considering the disadvantage of first-fit strategy in fault-tolerant rate-monotonic first-fit (FTRMFF) algorithm, we analyze the slack time of processors and the schedulability of periodic tasks in rate-monotonic (RM) algorithm. Then, the RM-based idleness factor and compact factor are presented to quantify the compact degree of tasks assigned to the same processor. In this paper, the novel fault-tolerant rate-monotonic compact-factor-driven (FTRMCFD) algorithm, which follows the principle of compact factor maximal when allocating the processors for tasks, is proposed. FTRMCFD algorithm makes every processor contain more tasks and get higher utilization to increase the schedulability performance of distributed systems. 13Elucidating the effect of barium halide promoters on La_(2)O_(3)/CaO catalyst for oxidative coupling of methane显示文摘The industrialization of oxidative coupling of methane(OCM)is restricted by the low once through yield of C_(2)hydrocarbons.Recently,the halogen-assisted OCM process has been attempted to overcome this issue,but the reaction stability was poor due to the rapid loss of gas-phase halides or molten alkali halides.In this work,the barium salts,particularly barium halides(BaCl_(2)and BaF_(2)),were demonstrated to be efficient promoters to improve the OCM reactivity of La_(2)O_(3)/CaO catalyst by increasing both C_(2)selectivity and C_(2)H_(4)/C_(2)H_(6)ratio,and simultaneously achieving outstanding reaction stability.The promoting mechanism can be understood in two aspects.On the one hand,the introduction of barium salts increased the amount of surface electrophilic oxygen species,serving as the alkaline active sites for selective methane activation.On the other hand,the barium halide additives induced the in-situ formation of methyl halide intermediates facilitating C_(2)H_(6)dehydrogenation,and their intimate contact with catalyst substrate restricted the rapid halogen loss and thereby improved the catalytic stability.This work not only provides a class of efficient OCM catalyst,but also offers a highly stable halogen-assisted reaction strategy.Yue Wang Xiao Yang Fumin Yin Kai Zhang Hongfei Guo Guowei Wang Guiyuan Jiang Chunyi Li Xiaolin Zhu 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,10:0
14Construction of isolated Ni sites on nitrogen-doped hollow carbon spheres with Ni-N_(3) configuration for enhanced reduction of nitroarenes显示文摘Designing and synthesizing high-efficiency non-precious metal-based catalysts having uniform active sites increases the reactivity and selectivity of materials and provides a platform for an in-depth understanding of their catalytic reaction mechanism.In this study,we provided an approach for fabricating isolated nickel single-atom sites(Ni SAs)with high loading(4.9 wt.%)stabilized on nitrogen-doped hollow carbon spheres(NHCS)using a core–shell structured Zn/Ni bimetallic zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF)composite as the sacrificial template.The as-fabricated Ni SAs/NHCS catalyst shows superior activity,selectivity,and recycling durability for the catalytic transfer hydrogenation of nitrobenzene to aniline,thus achieving 100%yield of aniline with a turn-over frequency(TOF)value as high as 29.9 h^(−1) under mild conditions.This TOF value is considerably superior to the supported Ni nanoparticle catalysts.The experiments designed show that the hollow structure feature of NHCS facilitates accessible active sites and mass transfer,which thus contributes to the enhancement of the catalytic performance of Ni SAs/NHCS.Density functional theory calculations show the high chemo-selectivity and activity of the Ni SAs catalyst,arising from the unique role of the single Ni-N3 site on simultaneously activating the H donor(N_(2)H_(4))and substrate,as well as the hydrogenation of the–NOH group as the rate-determining step.Binbin Feng Rou Guo Qiulan Cai Yaping Song Nan Li Yanghe Fu De-Li Chen Jiangwei Zhang Weidong Zhu Fumin Zhang 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:0
15Strategies for improving the photocatalytic performance of metal-organic frameworks for CO_(2) reduction: A review显示文摘Photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction is an appealing strategy for mitigating the environmental effects of greenhouse gases while simultaneously producing valuable carbon-neutral fuels.Numerous attempts have been made to produce effective and efficient photocatalysts for CO_(2)reduction. In contrast, the selection of competitive catalysts continues to be a substantial hindrance and a considerable difficulty in the development of photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction. It is vital to emphasize different techniques for building effective photocatalysts to improve CO_(2)reduction performance in order to achieve a long-term sustainability. Metalorganic frameworks(MOFs) are recently emerging as a new type of photocatalysts for CO_(2)reduction due to their excellent CO_(2)adsorption capability and unique structural characteristics. This review examines the most recent breakthroughs in various techniques for modifying MOFs in order to improve their efficiency of photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction. The advantages of MOFs using as photocatalysts are summarized, followed by different methods for enhancing their effectiveness for photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction via partial ion exchange of metal clusters, design of bimetal clusters, the modification of organic linkers,and the embedding of metal complexes. For integrating MOFs with semiconductors, metallic nanoparticles(NPs), and other materials, a number of different approaches have been also reviewed. The final section of this review discusses the existing challenges and future prospects of MOFs as photocatalysts for CO_(2)reduction. 16Visible-light-induced photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction over zirconium metal organic frameworks modified with different functional groups显示文摘The reduction of CO_(2)into high value-added chemicals and fuels by a photocatalytic technology can relieve energy shortages and the environmental problems caused by greenhouse effects.In the current work,an amino-functionalized zirconium metal organic framework(Zr-MOF)was covalently modified with different functional groups via the condensation of Zr-MOF with 2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde(PA),salicylaldehyde(SA),benzaldehyde(BA),and trifluoroacetic acid(TA),named Zr-MOF-X(X=PA,SA,BA,and TA),respectively,through the post-synthesis modification.Compared with Zr-MOF and Zr-MOF-TA,the introduction of PA,SA,or BA into the framework of Zr-MOF can not only enhance the visible-light harvesting and CO_(2)capture,but also accelerate the photogenerated charge separation and transfer,thereby improving the photocatalytic ability of Zr-MOF for CO_(2)reduction.These results indicate that the modification of Zr-MOF with electron-donating groups can promote the photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction.Therefore,the current work provides an instructive approach to improve the photocatalytic efficiency of CO_(2)reduction through the covalent modification of MOFs.Yuexian Du Guang’an Jie Huilin Jia Jiahui Liu Jieyu Wu Yanghe Fu Fumin Zhang Weidong Zhu Maohong Fan 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,10:0
17Effects of the incorporation amounts of CdS and Cd(SCN_(2)H_(4))_(2)Cl_(2)on the performance of perovskite solar cells显示文摘An excellent organolead halide perovskite film is important for the good performance of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).However,defects in perovskite crystals can affect the photovoltaic properties and stability of solar cells.To solve this problem,this study incorporated a complex of Cd S and Cd(SCN_(2)H_(4))_(2)Cl_(2)into the CH_(3)NH_(3)Pb I_(3)active layer.The effects of different doping concentrations of Cd S and Cd(SCN_(2)H_(4))_(2)Cl_(2)on the performance and stability of PSCs were analyzed.Results showed that doping appropriate incorporation concentrations of Cd S and Cd(SCN_(2)H_(4))_(2)Cl_(2)in CH_(3)NH_(3)Pb I_(3)can improve the performance of the prepared solar cells.In specific,Cd S and Cd(SCN_(2)H_(4))_(2)Cl_(2)can effectively passivate the defects in perovskite crystals,thereby suppressing the charge recombination in PSCs and promoting the charge extraction at the TiO_(2)/perovskite interface.Due to the reduction of perovskite crystal defects and the enhancement of compactness of the Cd S:Cd(SCN_(2)H4)_(2)Cl_(2):CH_(3)NH_(3)Pb I_(3)composite film,the stability of PSCs is significantly improved.Jihong Zheng Liangxin Zhu Zhitao Shen Fumin Li Lanyu Ling Huilin Li Chong Chen 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,2:0
18Linear group delay spectral interferometry for full-range precision absolute length metrology显示文摘The optical frequency comb serves as a powerful tool for distance measurement by integrating numerous stable optical modes into interferometric measurements,enabling unprecedented absolute measurement precision.Nonetheless,due to the periodicity of its pulse train,the comb suffers from measurement dead zones and ambiguities,thereby impeding its practical applications.Here,we present a linear group delay spectral interferometer for achieving precise full-range distance measurements.By employing a carefully designed linear group delay(LGD)device for phase modulation of the comb modes,interference can occur and be easily measured at any position.Our approach effectively eliminates the dead zones and ambiguities in comb-based ranging,without the need for cumbersome auxiliary scanning reference devices or reliance on complex high-repetition-rate combs or high-resolution spectrometers.We conducted length metrology experiments using a mode-locked comb referenced to a rubidium clock,achieving a large nonambiguity range up to 0.3 m,covering the entire measurement period.The maximum deviation compared to a laser interferometer was less than 1.5μm,and the minimum Allan deviation during long-term measurements reached 5.47 nm at a 500 s averaging time.The approach ensures high accuracy while maintaining a simple structure,without relying on complex external devices,thereby propelling the practical implementation of comb-based length metrology.JINDONG WANG JINGSHENG HUANG QIHUA LIU †WEI DU FUMIN ZHANG TAO ZHU 2024Photonics Research2024,12,2:0
19Cobalt-nanoparticle catalysts derived from zeolitic imidazolate framework@MXene composites for efficient oxidative self-coupling of benzylamines显示文摘In this study,we synthesize a catalyst comprising cobalt nanoparticles supported on MXene by pyrolyzing a composite in a N2 environment.Specifically,the composite comprises a bimetallic Zn/Co zeolitic imidazole framework grown in situ on the outer surface of MXene.The catalytic efficiency of the catalyst is tested for the self-coupling of 4-methoxybenzylamine to produce value-added imine,where atmospheric oxygen(1 atm)is used as the oxidant.Based on the results,the catalyst displayed impressive catalytic activity,achieving 95.4%yield of the desired imine at 383 K for 8 h.Furthermore,the catalyst showed recyclability and tolerance toward benzylamine substrates with various functional groups.The outstanding performance of the catalyst is primarily attributed to the synergetic catalytic effect between the cobalt nanoparticles and MXene support,while also benefiting from the three-dimensional porous structure.Additionally,a preliminary investigation of potential reaction mechanisms is conducted.Jie Chen Mingyuan Jian Deqiong Xie Kecan Dou Deli Chen Weidong Zhu Fumin Zhang 2024Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2024,18,1:0
20Typhoon disaster risk zoning for China’s coastal area显示文摘Previous studies on typhoon disaster risk zoning in China have focused on individual provinces or small-scale areas and lack county-level results.In this study,typhoon disaster risk zoning is conducted for China’s coastal area,based on data at the county level.Using precipitation and wind data for China and typhoon disaster and social data at the county level for China’s coastal area from 2004 to 2013,first we analyze the characteristics of typhoon disasters in China’s coastal area and then develop an intensity index of factors causing typhoon disasters and a comprehensive social vulnerability index.Finally,by combining the two indices,we obtain a comprehensive risk index for typhoon disasters and conduct risk zoning.The results show that the maximum intensity areas are mainly the most coastal areas of both Zhejiang and Guangdong,and parts of Hainan Island,which is similar to the distribution of typhoon disasters.The maximum values of vulnerability in the northwest of Guangxi,parts of Fujian coastal areas and parts of the Shandong Peninsula.The comprehensive risk index generally decreases from coastal areas to inland areas.The high-risk areas are mainly distributed over Hainan Island,south-western Guangdong,most coastal Zhejiang,the coastal areas between Zhejiang and Fujian and parts of the Shandong Peninsula.Jing ZHU Yi LU Fumin REN John L McBRIDE Longbin YE 2022Frontiers of Earth Science2022,16,2:0
