1Coordination Control of Power Flow Controller and Hybrid DC Circuit Breaker in MVDC Distribution Networks显示文摘The two main challenges of medium voltage direct current(MVDC)distribution network are the flexible control of power flow(PF)and fault protection.In this paper,the power flow controller(PFC)is introduced to regulate the PF and inhibit the fault current during the DC fault.The coordination strategy of series-parallel PFC(SP-PFC)and hybrid DC circuit breaker(DCCB)is proposed.By regulating the polarity and magnitude of SP-PFC output voltage during the fault,the rising speed of fault current can be suppressed so as to reduce the breaking current of hybrid DCCB.The access mode of SP-PFC to the MVDC distribution network and its topology are analyzed,and the coordination strategy between SP-PFC and hybrid DCCB is investigated.Moreover,the emergency control and bypass control strategies of SP-PFC are developed.On this basis,the mathematical model of SP-PFC in different fault stages is derived.With the equivalent model of SP-PFC,the fault current of the MVDC distribution network can be calculated accurately.A simulation model of the MVDC distribution network containing SP-PFC is established in MATLAB/Simulink.The fault current calculation result is compared with the simulation result,and the effectiveness of the proposed coordination strategy is verified.Jianquan Liao Niancheng Zhou Zian Qin Pavel Purgat Qianggang Wang Pavol Bauer 2021Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2021,9,6:4

4Thiophene-based covalent organic frameworks for highly efficient iodine capture显示文摘Development of adsorbent materials for highly efficient iodine capture is high demand from the perspective of ecological environment and human health. Herein, the two kinds of thiophene-based covalent organic frameworks(COFs) with different morphologies were synthesized by solvothermal reaction using thieno[3,2-b]thiophene-2,5-dicarbaldehyde(TT) as the aldehyde monomer and tri(4-aminophenyl)benzene(PB) or tris(4-aminophenyl)amine(PA) as the amino monomer(denoted as PB-TT COF and PA-TT COF) and the as-prepared two heteroatoms-rich COFs possessed many excellent properties,including high thermal stability and abundant binding sites. Among them, PB-TT COF exhibited ultra-high iodine uptake up to 5.97 g/g in vapor, surpassing most of adsorbents previously reported, which was ascribed to its high specific surface(1305.3 m2/g). Interestingly, PA-TT COF with low specific surface(48.6m2/g) showed good adsorption ability for iodine in cyclohexane solution with uptake value of 750 mg/g,which was 2.38 times higher than that obtained with PB-TT COF due to its unique sheet-like morphology.Besides, the two COFs possessed good reusability, high selectivity and iodine retention ability. Based on experimental results, the adsorption mechanisms of both COFs were studied, revealing that iodine was captured by the physical-chemical adsorption. 6Python Supervised Co-simulation for a Day-long Harmonic Evaluation of EV Charging显示文摘To accurately simulate electric vehicle DC fast chargers'(DCFCs')harmonic emission,a small time step,i.e.,typically smaller than 10μs,is required owing to switching dynamics.However,in practice,harmonics should be continuously assessed with a long duration,e.g.,a day.A trade-off between accuracy and time efficiency thus exists.To address this issue,a multi-time scale modeling framework of fast-charging stations(FCSs)is proposed.In the presented framework,the DCFCs'input impedance and harmonic current emission in the ideal grid condition,that is,zero grid impedance and no background harmonic voltage,are obtained based on a converter switching model with a small timescale simulation.Since a DCFC's input impedance and harmonic current source are functions of the DCFC's load,the input impedance and harmonic emission at different loads are obtained.Thereafter,they are used in the fast-charging charging station modeling,where the DCFCs are simplified as Norton equivalent circuits.In the station level simulation,a large time step,i.e.,one minute,is used because the DCFCs'operating power can be assumed as a constant over a minute.With this co-simulation,the FCSs'long-term power quality performance can be assessed time-efficiently,without losing much accuracy.Lu Wang Zian Qin Lucia Beloqui Larumbe Pavol Bauer 2021Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2021,7,4:0
7Study on the resource utilization of high fluorine-containing organic waste through fluidized incineration显示文摘In this study,the method of fluidized incineration and water washing to recover hydrogen fluoride(HF)was proposed to dispose of high fluorine-containing organic waste.The resource utilization of the waste was investigated in a fluidized bed incinerator with a disposal capability of 10 t/d.The evolution characteristics of fluorine,operation conditions of the incineration system,absorption coefficient for HF by water washing,and HF corrosion during combustion were assessed.The results showed that HF and fluorocarbons were detected as the initial gaseous fluorides released during combustion.The release of HF could be divided into three stages,in which HF was generated from the volatilization of HF in the waste and the hydrolysis of fluorine in water-soluble salts(60–220℃),oxidative decomposition of fluorinated organic components and residual carbon(220–800℃),and hydrolysis of insoluble fluorinated inorganic minerals(800–1000℃).Fluorocarbons could be destroyed through reactions with free radicals H,O,and OH or through single-molecule decomposition.Enhancing the temperature in the furnace and increasing the content of oxygen and hydrogen in the incineration materials were conducive to reducing the generation of fluorocarbons.By sampling and analyzing the bottom slag,bag filter ash and exhaust gas during the field test,the relevant pollutant discharge could meet the national emission standards.The waste heat utilization of high-temperature flue gas and the recovery of hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid were realized.In the recovery of HF by water washing,the total absorption coefficients for 1#to 4#packed absorbers were 52.38 kg/(h m^(2)),39.96 kg/(h m^(2)),5.98 kg/(h m^(2))and 3.89 kg/(h m^(2)),respectively.In the actual operation,alumina showed good corrosion resistance to high-temperature HF and could be used as bed materials or refractory materials.Low-temperature corrosion of HF occurred in the quenching heat exchanger,which was damaged after 6 months of continuous operation.High-temperature corrosion of HF occurred in the waste heat boiler.No significant corrosion was observed in the 24 months of operation.Wenhan Li Zengyi Ma Jianhua Yan Qianming Huang Xingjian Wen Zian Zhai Bochen Huang Shuang Wang Yongqiang Chen 2022Waste Disposal and Sustainable Energy2022,4,2:0
8Abdominal Grey Color Variation along an Elevation Gradient in a Lizard显示文摘Color variation among populations is thought to be either due to genetic variation or phenotype plasticity.In this study,we found that an agamid lizard,Phrynocephalus theobaldi,inhabiting elevations greater than any other reptile,displayed a significantly darker spotted marking on the central ventral abdomen in higher populations than in lower populations.The grey spotted area only occurred in elevations>4200 m,and also increased with increased elevation.The ratio of the size of the dark colored area to the degree of skin luminance/reflectance was used to test whether the lizard has a larger and darker spotted area at higher elevations.This ratio was significantly positively associated with elevation rather than substrate color.The lizard did not display sexual difference in this phenotype.Temperature had a significant influence on the brightness of central abdomen,but temperature-related plasticity of this trait was much smaller than the magnitude of the difference between higher(>4200 m)and lower populations(<4200 m).Common garden experiments showed that genetic inheritance,rather than phenotype plasticity,played a dominant role in this variation.Our research addressed the darkness of a body region that is rarely analyzed because it is shielded from direct insolation.The idea that ventral color could be related to thermoregulation is shown to be worthy of further research.Zian WEI Jiasheng LI Tao WANG Minglu YANG Yuanting JIN 2023Asian Herpetological Research2023,14,2:0
9Cathepsin B S-nitrosylation promotes ADAR1-mediated editing of its own mRNA transcript via an ADD1/MATR3 regulatory axis显示文摘Genetic information is generally transferred from RNA to protein according to the classic“Central Dogma”.Here,we made a striking discovery that post-translational modification of a protein specifically regulates the editing of its own mRNA.We show that S-nitrosylation of cathepsin B(CTSB)exclusively alters the adenosine-to-inosine(A-to-I)editing of its own mRNA.Mechanistically,CTSB S-nitrosylation promotes the dephosphorylation and nuclear translocation of ADD1,leading to the recruitment of MATR3 and ADAR1 to CTSB mRNA.ADAR1-mediated A-to-I RNA editing enables the binding of HuR to CTSB mRNA,resulting in increased CTSB mRNA stability and subsequently higher steady-state levels of CTSB protein.Together,we uncovered a unique feedforward mechanism of protein expression regulation mediated by the ADD1/MATR3/ADAR1 regulatory axis.Our study demonstrates a novel reverse flow of information from the post-translational modification of a protein back to the post-transcriptional regulation of its own mRNA precursor.We coined this process as“Protein-directed EDiting of its Own mRNA by ADAR1(PEDORA)”and suggest that this constitutes an additional layer of protein expression control.“PEDORA”could represent a currently hidden mechanism in eukaryotic gene expression regulation.Zhe Lin Shuang Zhao Xuesong Li Zian Miao Jiawei Cao Yurong Chen Zhiguang Shi Jia Zhang Dongjin Wang Shaoliang Chen Liansheng Wang Aihua Gu Feng Chen Tao Yang Kangyun Sun Yi Han Liping Xie Hongshan Chen Yong Ji 2023Cell Research2023,33,7:0
10Decay-like fracture diagnosis of composite insulator based on small sample virtual expansion and radar graph mapping显示文摘Due to the complexity of test procedures and the high cost of measurements,the mechanism of the decay-like fracture is unclear,which brings hard concepts and the small sample problem.Therefore,it is intractable to establish accurate data-driven models.To solve the above mentioned problems,this paper proposes a data-driven modeling method based on radar graph mapping models and virtual sample generation(Radar-VSG).The main idea of the proposed method is to construct and select the most appropriate input features by using radar graph mapping,and to generate virtual samples by using the local outlier factor based on the isometric feature mapping algorithm(Isomap-LOF).To verify the effectiveness of our approach,a set of 27 training samples and 127 testing samples from China Southern Power Grid was applied.Experimental results suggested the accuracy was up to 100%after adding more than 27 virtual samples,with a 4.75%improvement.And the model has the best generalisation ability for 270 virtual samples,with the root mean square error of 0.018.Compared with support vector machine and four advanced VSG methods,the proposed Radar-VSG can achieve better performance.Ben Shang Youping Fan Yuqing Zhang Lei Yang Zijiang Wang Yating Zhang Zian Zeng Jianyi Guo 2023High Voltage2023,8,2:0

12Adsorption properties of environmentally friendly insulating medium C_(4)F_(7)N and its common decomposition products in NaA,NaZSM-5,and NaX molecular sieves显示文摘Selecting suitable materials to adsorb the C_(4)F_(7)N mixtures decomposition products could not only keep the stable operation of the environmentally friendly insulating gas switch cabinet,but also ensure the safety of operation and maintenance personnel.It is necessary to study the interaction of three types of molecular sieves with the C_(4)F_(7)N mixture and its decomposition products,which could provide a theoretical basis for the selection of adsorbents in the C_(4)F_(7)N gas switch cabinet.In this research,the molecular dynamics simulation was used to study the C_(4)F_(7)N-CO_(2)mixture and its ten kinds of decomposition products CO,CF_(4),C_(2)F_(6),C_(3)F_(6),C_(3)F_(8),CF_(3)H,CF_(3)CN,C_(2)F_(5)CN,C_(2)N_(2),and COF_(2)in three molecular sieves adsorption process(NaA,NaZSM-5,and NaX).The gas concentration distribution curve and interaction energy parameters were obtained by simulation.The interaction energies of C_(3)F_(8)in NaA,C_(4)F_(7)N in NaZSM-5,and C_(3)F_(6)in NaX molecular sieve are the largest,which are−368.35 kJ/mol,−174.93 kJ/mol,and−340.09 kJ/mol respectively.Then,the theoretical results were verified by the fluorocarbon gases adsorption experiment.The adsorption performance of three molecular sieves for all gases was obtained by combining the experimental results and dynamics parameters.The adsorption rate of the NaA molecular sieve for fluorocarbon gas is less than 35%,and its adsorption performance for all gases is weak.NaZSM-5 and NaX molecular sieves show excellent adsorption performance for C_(3)F_(6)and C_(3)F_(8),and the adsorption rates are over 70%.NaZSM-5 molecular sieve shows good adsorption capacity for CF_(3)CN,C_(2)F_(6),C_(2)N_(2),C_(3)F_(6),C_(3)F_(8),C_(4)F_(7)N,and C_(2)F_(5)CN.NaX molecular sieve shows good adsorption capacity for C_(3)F_(6),C_(3)F_(8),C_(4)F_(7)N,and C_(2)F_(5)CN.Both of them have the potential to be used as adsorbents in environmental protection insulated gas switch cabinet.Shuangshuang Tian Zian Yuan Xiaoxing Zhang Yingxiang Wang Weifeng Luo Yang Liu 2023High Voltage2023,8,3:0

14Mechanical design and analysis of capture superconducting solenoid for EMuS显示文摘Purpose A capture superconducting solenoid is designed for the Experimental Muon Source(EMuS)which is proposed at China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)in Dongguan for muon science and neutrino physics research.The capture superconducting solenoid of the EMuS consists of four coils with different radius generating a peak central field of 5 T at 3944 A of nominal current.Methods The aluminum-stabilized NbTi Rutherford cable is used to wind the solenoid coils.Iron yokes are arranged for flux returning and field shielding.Ti alloy Ti-6Al-4V rods are adopted to support the cold mass.The vacuum vessel of the solenoid is manufactured by 304 stainless steel.The coils are pre-stressed by interference fits assembly,the outer support cylinder or binding the coils with aluminum alloy wire in order to reduce the peak stress of the coils.The parameters of the coils such as the thickness and the tensile stress of the binding wire and the thickness of the outer support cylinder have been optimized in order to minimize the cold mass by using FEA software.Results The maximum stress in the winding is allowable with two layers of 40 mm thickness outer support cylinder through interference fits assembly.But the maximum stress in the winding is allowable with 40 mm thickness of binding wire and 30 mm thickness of outer support cylinder.Conclusion The method of binding the windings with aluminum alloy wire is suggested to be used to manufacture the solenoid.This paper presents the mechanical design and analysis of the capture superconducting solenoid for EMuS.Zhilong Hou Ye Yuan Jingyu Tang Nikolaos Vassilopoulos Guang Zhao Zian Zhu Zongtai Xie Ling Zhao Guoqing Zhang Meifen Wang 2021Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2021,5,1:0
15Statute Recommendation Based on Word Embedding显示文摘The statute recommendation problem is a sub problem of the automated decision system, which can help the legal staff to deal with the process of the case in an intelligent and automated way. In this paper, an improved common word similarity algorithm is proposed for normalization. Meanwhile, word mover’s distance (WMD) algorithm was applied to the similarity measurement and statute recommendation problem, and the problem scene which was originally used for classification was extended. Finally, a variety of recommendation strategies different from traditional collaborative filtering methods were proposed. The experimental results show that it achieves the best value of Fmeasure reaching 0.799. 16Modelling COVID-19 outbreak on the Diamond Princess ship using the public surveillance data显示文摘The novel coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak on the Diamond Princess(DP)ship has caused over 634 cases as of February 20,2020.We model the transmission process on DP ship as a stochastic branching process,and estimate the reproduction number at the innitial phase of 2.9(95%CrI:1.7e7.7).The epidemic doubling time is 3.4 days,and thus timely actions on COVID-19 control were crucial.We estimate the COVID-19 transmissibility reduced 34%after the quarantine program on the DP ship which was implemented on February 5.According to the model simulation,relocating the population at risk may sustainably decrease the epidemic size,postpone the timing of epidemic peak,and thus relieve the tensive demands in the healthcare.The lesson learnt on the ship should be considered in other similar settings.Shi Zhao Peihua Cao Daozhou Gao Zian Zhuang Weiming Wang Jinjun Ran Kai Wang Lin Yang Mohammad R.Einollahi Yijun Lou Daihai He Maggie H.Wang 2022Infectious Disease Modelling2022,7,2:0
