1A class of discounted models for singular diffusion control显示文摘A kind of discounted problems for singular diffusion control have been studied. The drift and diffusion coefficients of state process are nonlinear. The class of models has been basically extended from a corresponding one established by Karatzes et al. before. By applying some analysis methods different from earlier works, the sufficient and necessary conditions of the existence of optimal control have been obtained. 4Grain-scale deformation in a Mg-0.8wt% Y alloy using crystal plasticity finite element method显示文摘Magnesium(Mg) alloys with hexagonal close-packed(HCP) structure usually have a poor ductility at room temperature. The addition of yttrium(Y) can improve the ductility of Mg alloys. To understand the underlying mechanism, crystal plasticity finite element method(CPFEM) was employed to simulate the tensile deformation of a Mg-0.8 wt% Y alloy. The simulated stress–strain curve and the grain-scale slip activities were compared with an in-situ tensile test conducted in a scanning electron microscope.According to the CPFEM result, basal slip is the dominant deformation mode in the plastic deformation stage, accounting for about 50% of total strain. Prismatic slip and pyramidal a slip are responsible for about 25% and 20% of the total strain, respectively. 8Multiple detection of 15 triazine herbicides by gold nanoparticle based-paper sensor显示文摘Triazine herbicides have been widely used in agriculture,but their residues can harm the environment and human health.To help monitor these,we have developed an effective immunochromatographic strip test that can simultaneously detect 15 different triazines in grain samples(including ametryn,cyprazine,atraton,prometon,prometryn,atrazine,propazine,terbuthylazine,simetryn,trietazine,secbumeton,simazine,desmetryn,terbumeton and simetone).Based on our optimization procedure,the visual limit of detection(vLOD)for these triazines was found to be 2–10 ng/mL in assay buffer,and 0.02–0.1 mg/kg in grain samples.Four different grain matrices including corn,brown rice,wheat,and sorghum were studied and the test results showed no significant differences between the 15 triazines analyzed using this method.This test is simple,convenient,rapid,and low-cost,and could be an effective tool for primary screening of triazine residues in grain samples.Lingling Guo Xinxin Xu Jing Zhao Shudong Hu Liguang Xu Hua Kuang Chuanlai Xu 2022Nano Research2022,15,6:1

12Nucleic acids analysis显示文摘Nucleic acids are natural biopolymers of nucleotides that store, encode, transmit and express genetic information, which play central roles in diverse cellular events and diseases in living things. The analysis of nucleic acids and nucleic acids-based analysis have been widely applied in biological studies, clinical diagnosis, environmental analysis, food safety and forensic analysis.During the past decades, the field of nucleic acids analysis has been rapidly advancing with many technological breakthroughs.In this review, we focus on the methods developed for analyzing nucleic acids, nucleic acids-based analysis, device for nucleic acids analysis, and applications of nucleic acids analysis. The representative strategies for the development of new nucleic acids analysis in this field are summarized, and key advantages and possible limitations are discussed. 20Rapid and sensitive determination of difenoconazole in cucumber and pear samples using an immunochromatographic assay显示文摘Difenoconazole is triazole fungicide,widely used to prevent the growth and reproduction of fungi and to control fungal diseases in fruits and vegetables.In this work,we prepared a hapten of difenoconazole and produced a highly-sensitive anti difenoconazole-monoclonal antibody(mAb)with an IC50 of 0.64 ng/mL.Using the mAb,an immunochromatographic assay(ICA)was developed to analyze difenoconazole residues in pear and cucumber samples.The ICA exhibited LOD values of 2.60 and 2.30 ng/g for difenoconazole in pear and cucumber samples,respectively.The ICA showed average recoveries of difenoconazole ranging from 94.3%±3.6%–105.4%±1.6%,and CVs of 1.5–4.2%in cucumber and pear samples.When used to measure difenoconazole in samples,the ICA results were compatible with those detected by LC/MSMS.The results of this study support the idea that an ICA is a practical and effective tool for high-throughput and rapid analysis of difenoconazole residues in vegetables and fruits.Jie Liu Xinxin Xu Aihong Wu Shanshan Song Liguang Xu Chuanlai Xu Liqiang Liu Hua Kuang 2022Food Bioscience2022,47,3:0
