5Immunomagnetic assay combined with CdSe/ZnS amplification of chemiluminescence for the detection of abscisic acid显示文摘Abscisic acid (ABA) is an important plant hormone. It plays a key role in regulating plant responses to abiotic stress and in controlling seed germination, growth, and stomatal aperture. A rapid, sensitive analytical method for the ABA detection is urgently required for further investigation of ABA signaling. In this work, an immunomagnetic assay combined with CdSe/ZnS amplification of chemiluminescence has been developed for the detection of ABA. The result could be read out in 30 min at least, with the simplified procedure of immunomagnetic assay. Under the optimized condition, a linear range from 1 pM to 10 nM was obtained. An unexpected result induced by the dose hook effect was discussed. 6Core-satellite metal-organic framework@upconversion nanoparticle superstructures via electrostatic self-assembly for efficient photodynamic theranostics显示文摘The nanoplatforms based on upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)have shown great promise in amplified photodynamic therapy(PDT)triggered by near-infrared(NIR)light.However,their practical in vivo applications are hindered by the overheating effect of 980 nm excitation and low utilization of upconversion luminescence(UCL)by photosensitizers.To solve these defects,core-satellite metal-organic framework@UCNP superstructures,composed of a single metal-organic framework(MOF)NP as the core and Nd3+-sensitized UCNPs as the satellites,are designed and synthesized via a facile electrostatic self-assembly strategy.The superstructures realize a high co-loading capacity of chlorin e6(Ce6)and rose bengal(RB)benefitted from the highly porous nature of MOF NPs,showing a strong spectral overlap between maximum absorption of photosensitizers and emission of UCNPs.The in vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrate that the dual-photosensitizer superstructures have trimodal(magnetic resonance(MR)/UCL/fluorescence(FL))imaging functions and excellent antitumor effectiveness of PDT at 808 nm NIR light excitation,avoiding the laser irradiation-induced overheating issue.This study provides new insights for the development of highly efficient PDT nanodrugs toward precision theranostics.Zhike Li Xi Qiao Guihua He Xin Sun Danhua Feng Liefeng Hu Hua Xu Hai-Bing Xu Shengqian Ma Jian Tian 2020Nano Research2020,13,12:2

14In-situ photoisomerization of azobenzene to inhibit ion-migration for stable high-efficiency perovskite solar cells显示文摘Ion migration is a notorious problem in perovskite solar cells(PSCs)that severely mutilates device performance.Herein,a strategy to inhibit ion migration in situ is developed by using photoisomerization of azobenzene(AZO)to immobilize cations in the lattice.During the nucleation process,the photoisomerized cis-AZO reacts with FA^(+),MA^(+)and Pb2+cations in the perovskite precursor by synergistic cation-πinteraction and Lewis base coordination,leading to heterogeneous nucleation to produce uniform perovskite film.Meanwhile,it accelerates conversion of intermediate yellowδ-phase to desired black aphase of FAPb I3for improved crystallinity with well-passivated grain surface.Consequently,defect density is effectively reduced for the perovskite film to demonstrate suppressed carrier recombination and enhanced carrier extraction.Subsequently,the solar cell efficiency is elevated from 21.29%to 23.58%with negligible J-V hysteresis.Long-term stability is also improved,with the bare device without any encapsulation retaining 84%of its initial efficiency after aging 744 hours in ambient.Xuejiao Zuo Yiyang He Hongyu Ji Yong Li Xiuying Yang Binxun Yu Tao Wang Zhike Liu Wenliang Huang Jing Gou Ningyi Yuan Jianning Ding Shengzhong Frank Liu 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,10:1

19Inter-specific and Inter-generic Hybridization Compatibility of Eriobotrya Species (Loquat) and Related Genera显示文摘We studied the cross-compatibility among 91 inter-specific combinations and 21 inter-generic combinations in 7 Eriobotrya plants and 2 related genera(Raphiolepis indica Lindl. and Photinia serrulata Lindl.) using emasculation, bagging, and artificial pollination. Our results showed that28 of the 91 inter-specific combinations set no fruit, which means nearly 30% of the combinations were incompatible. In the remaining 63 combinations, most showed partial cross-compatibility, and a few showed complete cross compatibility. Eriobotrya plants were incompatible with plants from their related genera(R. indica Lindl. and P. serrulata Lindl.). Backcrossing produced 5 compatible combinations, which could set fruits and produce F1 progeny but only after embryo rescue. Fruit setting ratios varied among various species used as male or female parents.E. prinoides Rehd. & Wils., common loquat(E. japonica) and Eriobotrya × daduheensis, used as female parents resulted in an average fruitsetting ratio of 36.2%–58.2%. E. deflexa Nakai and its two forms, and E. elliptica Lindl. as female parents resulted in 2.9%–16.3% average fruitsetting ratio; however, the fruit set ratio was higher(22.4%–43.1%) if they were used as male parents.
