| 1 | Methodology of drug screening and target identification for new necroptosis inhibitors显示文摘Apoptosis has been considered as the only form of regulated cell death for a long time. However, a novel form of programmed cell death called necroptosis was recently reported. The process of necroptosis is regulated and plays a critical role in the occurrence and development of multiple human diseases. Thus,the study on the molecular mechanism of necroptosis and its effective inhibitors has been an attractive field for researchers. Herein, we introduce the molecular mechanism of necroptosis and focus on the literature about necroptosis drug screening in recent years. | 4 | 趋化因子IL-8、MCP-1和MIP-1α在胆囊癌中表达的临床病理学意义(英文)显示文摘Objective: Gallbladder carcinoma was one of the malignant tumors in the digestive system, characterized by high recurrence and invasion. Recent research indicates that chemotactic factors such as IL-8, MCP-1 and MIP-1α have played an important role in such aspects as formulation, growth, shifting of the tumor. The aim of this study was to investigate expressions of IL-8, MCP-1 and MIP-1α in gallbladder adenocarcinoma tissues. Methods: Gallbladder adenocarcinoma and noncancerous tissues were routinely formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded, and in situ hybridization assay for IL-8, MCP-1and MIP-1α mRNA. Results:(1) The positive rates or the scorings of IL-8, MCP-1 and MIP-1α mRNA were significantly higher in human gallbladder adenocarcinoma than those in human chronic cholecystitis(P < 0.01). The positive rates or the scorings of three factors were lower in well-differentiatiated gallbladder adenocarcinoma than in poorly-differenfiatted ones, whereas there was only one significant difference between MCP-1 mRNA(P < 0.05). The closely positive correlation were found among IL-8, MCP-1 and MIP-1α mRNA.(2) Both the positive rates of IL-8 mRNA and MCP-1 mRNA as well as their scorings were tightly related to their invasion of the common bile duct and the occurrence of lymph node transfer, moreover, the positive rates of MIP-1α mRNA and its scorings were tightly related to its invasion of liver.(3) Close positive correlation exists not only in IL-8 mRNA and MCP-1 mRNA(r = 0.528), but also in MIP-1α mRNA and IL-8 mRNA(r = 0.422), so does in MCP-1mRNA and MIP-1α mRNA(r = 0.638). | 9 | Solitary Langerhans cell histiocytosis of frontal lobe: a case report and literature review显示文摘The brain parenchymal Langerhans cell histiocytosis(LCH) without systemic disease or lytic skull lesions is extremely rare. We report a 23-year-old male presenting with new onset 1 hour seizure with loss of consciousness 20 days prior to admission, and recurrent seizure 2 weeks later. Brain magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) showed an irregularly mass with enhancement involving the right frontal lobe. Microscopically, the lesion was characterized by sheets of Langerhans cells in addition to reactive inflammatory elements. Immunohistochemically, Langerhans cells were positive for Langerin, CD1a and S-100 protein. The patient received no chemotherapy or radiotherapy after surgery. After 24 months of follow-up, no recurrence or other systemic lesions were observed. This paper aims to address the question whether the uniform pricing strategy may be better for the manufacturer, when the uniform pricing strategy has a positive impact on increasing the ciistomer demand and reducing the operations cost. The research shows that the uniform pricing strategy can be bet ter than the price differentiation strategy when the cost saving and demand increasing are large enough or the consumers' acceptance of online channel lies in a certain interval. Moreover, the manufac tu rers or brand owners need a tradeoff bet ween the benefit from online channel and the negative impact from the offline channel when they implement the price differentiation strategy. | 15 | The electronic structure and optical properties of Ca_(3)(Mn_(1-x)Ti_(x))_(2)O_(7) from first-principle calculations显示文摘The electronic structure and optical properties of Ca_(3)(Mn_(1-x)Ti_(x))_(2)O_(7)(x¼0,1/8,2/8,3/8,4/8)were studied by first-principle calculations within the generalized gradient approximation approaches(GGA).The lattice constants of Ca_(3)(Mn_(1-x)Ti_(x))_(2)O_(7) increase with the increase of Ti^(4+)content caused by the substitution of Ti^(4+)with larger ionic radius for Mn^(4+).Ca_(3)(Mn_(1-x)Ti_(x))_(2)O_(7) is a direct band gap semiconductor,and the band gap(Eg)increases with the increase of Ti^(4+)content.From the density of states,the introduction of Ti-3d states can weaken the effects of Mn-3d states on the bottom of conduction band and has little influence on O-2p states on the top of valence band.The introduction of nonmagnetic Ti^(4+)ions can weaken the magnetism of Ca_(3)(Mn_(1-x)Ti_(x))_(2)O_(7).According to the Mulliken population analysis,it is found that the introduction of Ti^(4+)enhances the electronic accepting capacity of oxygen ions and enhances the electronic losing capacity of manganese ions.The bond strength of Ti–O covalent bond is stronger than that of Mn–O covalent bond.Furthermore,the optical properties of Ca_(3)(Mn_(1-x)Ti_(x))_(2)O_(7) was calculated.As Ti^(4+)content increases,the absorption edge of Ca_(3)(Mn_(1-x)Ti_(x))_(2)O_(7) has a blue shift,the static refractive index n0 decreases,the static dielectric constant'1(0)decreases,the position of loss peak moves to higher energy. | Fengqi Wang Wei Cai Chunlin Fu Rongli Gao Gang Chen Xiaoling Deng Zhenhua Wang Chaoyang Zhang | 2019 | Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2019,9,1: | 0 |
