1Comprehensive analysis of CBM recovery in high rank coal reservoir of Jincheng area显示文摘Coalbed methane (CBM) predicting recovery in high rank coal reservoir varies greatly in Jincheng area and it seriously influences efficient and economic exploitation of CBM resource. In order to predict more accurate CBM recovery, we conducted history matching and productivity prediction of vertical well by using COMET 3 reservoir modeling software, innovatively adopted the gas desorption experiment of bulk coal at fixed test pressure, analyzed the recovery extent method of Daning multiple-hole horizontal well and Panzhuang well group, and calculated recovery by sorption isotherm method of 14 vertical CBM wells at the abandonment pressures 1.0, 0.7, 0.5 and 0.3 MPa, respectively. The results show that the reservoir simulation methods (numerical simulation method and the recovery extent method) is more reliable than the theoretical analysis of coal sample (sorption isotherm method and desorption experiment method). Also, desorption experiment method at fixed pressure is superior to sorption isotherm method. Through the comprehensive analysis and linear correction, CBM recovery ratios in high rank coal reservoir of Jincheng area were found to be 38.64%, 49.30%, 59.30%, and 69.20% at the abandonment pressures 1.0, 0.7, 0.5 and 0.3 MPa, respectively. 2Inducible regulation of GDNF expression in human neural stem cells显示文摘Glial cell derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) holds promises for treating neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease. Human neural stem cells (hNSCs) have proved to be a suitable cell delivery vehicle for the safe and efficient introduction of GDNF into the brain. In this study, we used hNSCs-infected with a lentivirus encoding GDNF and the hygromycin resistance gene as such vehicles. A modified tetracycline operator 7 (tetO7) was inserted into a region upstream of the EF1- promoter to drive GDNF expression. After hygromycin selection, hNSCs were infected with a lentivirus encoding a KRAB-tetracycline repressor fusion protein (TTS). TTS bound to tetO7 and suppressed the expression of GDNF in hNSCs. Upon administration of doxycycline (Dox) the TTS-tetO7 complex separated and the expression of GDNF resumed. The hNSCs infected with GDNF expressed the neural stem cell specific markers, nestin and sox2, and exhibited no significant change in proliferation rate. However, the rate of apoptosis in hNSCs expressing GDNF was lower compared with normal NSCs in response to actinomycin treatment. Furthermore, a higher percentage of Tuj-1 positive cells were obtained from GDNF-producing NSCs under conditions that induced differentiation compared to control NSCs. 7Intrinsically zincophobic protective layer for dendrite-free zinc metal anode显示文摘Aqueous zinc anodes have attracted the attention of many researchers owing to their high safety,low cost,and high theoretical specific capacity.However,its practical application is severely limited by the dendrite growth on zinc anode.Herein,we develop an intrinsically zincophobic barium-titanate protective layer with a porous structure to suppress the zinc dendrite formation by homogenizing the ion distribution on the anode surface,increasing the nucleation sites,and limiting the irregular zinc growth.Based on these synergistic effects,the coated zinc anode can exhibit long cycle life(840 h at 0.5 mA/cm^(2) for 0.5 mAh/cm^(2))and low voltage hysteresis(36 mV).This work can provide a feasible direction for the design of intrinsically zincophobic coating materials to uniformize the zinc stripping and plating.Chunlin Xie Qi Zhang Zefang Yang Huimin Ji Yihu Li Huanhuan Li Liang Fu Dan Huang Yougen Tang Haiyan Wang 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,5:1

15Friction Stir Welding of Al Alloy Thin Plate by Rotational Tool without Pin显示文摘For friction stir welding (FSW), a new idea is put forward in this paper to weld the thin plate of Al alloy by using the rotational tool without pin. The experiments of FSW are carried out by using the tools with inner-concave-flute shoulder, concentric-circles-flute shoulder and three-spiral-flute shoulder, respectively. The experimental results show that the grain size in weld nugget zone attained by the tool with three-spiral-flute shoulder is nearly the same while the grain sizes decrease with the decrease of welding velocity. The displacement of material flow in the heat-mechanical affected zone by the tool with three-spiral-flute shoulder is much larger than that by the tool with inner-concave-flute shoulder or concentric-circles-flute shoulder. The above-mentioned results are verified by numerical simulation. For the tool with three-spiral-flute shoulder, the tensile strength of FSW joint increases with the decrease of welding velocity while the value of tensile strength attained by the welding velocity of 20 mm/min and the rotation speed of 1800 r/min is about 398 MPa, which is 80% more than that of parent mental tensile strength. 16Functionalizing the interfacial double layer to enable uniform zinc deposition显示文摘Due to the unsatisfactory electrode/electrolyte interface,the metallic Zn dendrites and corrosion are easily induced,severely hindering the applications of zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs).Herein,a strategy that engineers the interfacial double layer by an extremely low concentration of sulfolane is proposed to tune the Zn stripping/plating behavior.It is revealed that the highly-polar sulfolane can predominately occupy the inner Helmholtz layer over water,and then regulate the upcoming Zn2+to directly deposit downward.Simultaneously,the widened Helmholtz layer can weaken the electric field intensity,which will generate more nucleation sites and reduce the nuclei radius,thereby promoting uniform zinc deposition as well.Moreover,corrosion byproducts can be inhibited since fewer water molecules can contact the Zn electrodes.Consequently,the battery performance can be naturally optimized.With an optimum amount of sulfolane,the Zn||Zn battery can operate for more than 1,100 h under1 m A cm^(-2)and 1 m Ah cm^(-2).And the as-constructed Zn||NaV_(3)O_(8)·1.5H_(2)O battery demonstrates considerably higher cycling stability than that without sulfolane.Overall,this work has provided a deep insight into constructing a functional interfacial double layer to regulate zinc deposition,which can also act as a reference for other metal-based batteries.Yihu Li Hao Wang Tingqing Wu Chunlin Xie Zefang Yang Qi Zhang Dan Sun Yougen Tang Liang Fu Haiyan Wang 2023Science China Chemistry2023,66,6:0
17Expression and function of WNT4 involved in larvae development and limb regeneration in Portunus trituberculatus显示文摘The wingless-related integration site(WNT)proteins are a family of secreted glycoproteins that are evolutionarily conserved and are believed to be involved in evolution in vertebrates and invertebrates.WNT signaling pathways may be associated with limb regeneration and development in crustaceans.However,the detail mechanisms remain unclear.Therefore,the distribution of WNT4 in the hepatopancreas,muscle,hemocyte,ganglion,heart,eyestalk,gill tissue,and diff erent larvae development stages of the swimming crab(Portunus trituberculatus)were characterized using immunofl uorescence,real-time PCR,and Western blotting.Signifi cant PtWNT4 expression was detected in heart and eyestalk.In addition,PtWNT4 was expressed in all larval stages of P.trituberculatus with a dynamic expression pattern,especially in the eyestalk and other organs in the carapace area.The injection of WNT4 dsRNA into regenerative limbs signifi cantly decreased PtWNT4 mRNA levels in the eyestalk,heart,and muscle,resulting in 1.9-fold,2.2-fold,and 2.7-fold decreases compared with those detected in the group injected with crab saline(P<0.05),respectively,indicating successful gene silencing.Overall,expression analysis on the WNT4 using RNAi provides an insight to its functional mechanism during limb regeneration in P.trituberculatus.The results not only demonstrated the requirement for WNT4 in limb regeneration of Crustaceans,but also suggested its ability to promote larval development at specifi c stages.Zhiming REN Yuanyuan FU Lei LIU Xiao LIU Chunlin WANG 2021Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,1:0
18Effect of Cl doping amount on the microstructure,photovoltaic properties and ferroelectric properties of Bi-based lead-free perovskite显示文摘Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites with 3D perovskite structure have gained much attention as light harvesting materials in thinfilm photovoltaics.This is because of their outstanding light-absorption characteristics,charge-transport dynamics and their simple processability using lab-scale solution and vapor phase deposition techniques.However,the inherent instability and lead toxicity of lead-based PSCs are the major problems at present.Recent studies have shown that the(CH_(3)NH_(3)T_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9)(MBI)0D bismuth-based compound can be used as an optical absorption layer in solar cells.In this paper,the(CH_(3)NH_(3)T_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9)was doped with Cland a series of(CH_(3)NH_(3)T_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9-x)Cl_(x)films were prepared.The effects of different doping amounts on the microstructure,photovoltaic properties and ferroelectric properties were systematically investigated.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Atomic force microscope(AFM)analysis showed that with the increase of doping content,the density of the films increased and the roughness decreased.The photoelectric conversion efficiency of(CH_(3)NH_(3)T_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9-x)Cl_(x)raises with the increase of doping content.For example,the photoelectric conversion efficiency of(C_(H)3NH_(3)T_(3)Bi_(2)I_(3)Cl_(6)is 0.473%.We find that the leakage current descends into the increase in doping content,which may be due to the increase in the film density and the decrease of porosity.These research results have a positive effect on the development of Bi-based lead-free perovskite.Shilong Zhang Ruicheng Xu Zhendong Li Qianwei Zhang Li Cheng Zhenhua Wang Chunlin Fu 2019Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2019,9,2:0

20The electronic structure and optical properties of Ca_(3)(Mn_(1-x)Ti_(x))_(2)O_(7) from first-principle calculations显示文摘The electronic structure and optical properties of Ca_(3)(Mn_(1-x)Ti_(x))_(2)O_(7)(x¼0,1/8,2/8,3/8,4/8)were studied by first-principle calculations within the generalized gradient approximation approaches(GGA).The lattice constants of Ca_(3)(Mn_(1-x)Ti_(x))_(2)O_(7) increase with the increase of Ti^(4+)content caused by the substitution of Ti^(4+)with larger ionic radius for Mn^(4+).Ca_(3)(Mn_(1-x)Ti_(x))_(2)O_(7) is a direct band gap semiconductor,and the band gap(Eg)increases with the increase of Ti^(4+)content.From the density of states,the introduction of Ti-3d states can weaken the effects of Mn-3d states on the bottom of conduction band and has little influence on O-2p states on the top of valence band.The introduction of nonmagnetic Ti^(4+)ions can weaken the magnetism of Ca_(3)(Mn_(1-x)Ti_(x))_(2)O_(7).According to the Mulliken population analysis,it is found that the introduction of Ti^(4+)enhances the electronic accepting capacity of oxygen ions and enhances the electronic losing capacity of manganese ions.The bond strength of Ti–O covalent bond is stronger than that of Mn–O covalent bond.Furthermore,the optical properties of Ca_(3)(Mn_(1-x)Ti_(x))_(2)O_(7) was calculated.As Ti^(4+)content increases,the absorption edge of Ca_(3)(Mn_(1-x)Ti_(x))_(2)O_(7) has a blue shift,the static refractive index n0 decreases,the static dielectric constant'1(0)decreases,the position of loss peak moves to higher energy.Fengqi Wang Wei Cai Chunlin Fu Rongli Gao Gang Chen Xiaoling Deng Zhenhua Wang Chaoyang Zhang 2019Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2019,9,1:0
