Excitation curve calibration for the SSRF booster magnets and applications in the commissioning显示文摘The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) is a low emittance third-generation synchrotron radiation light source under commissioning. The excitation curve calibration for the booster magnets is important to provide the magnet current configurations as reference. Calibration studies give the polynomial coefficients of each type of magnets and provide the magnet current configurations under different beam energies as beam is ramped at speed of 2 Hz. The applications of calibration in booster commissioning which show the accuracy of the magnetic excitation curve calibration are also discussed. | HOU Jie SUN Xiaoying CHEN Guangling ZHOU Xuemei LI Haohu LIU Guimin | 2008 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2008,19,4: | 1
Regulating nitrogen vacancies within graphitic carbon nitride to boost photocatalytic hydrogen peroxide production显示文摘Introducing nitrogen vacancies is an effective method to improve the catalytic performance of g-C_(3)N_(4)-based photocatalysts, whereas understanding how nitrogen vacancies types affect the catalytic performance remains unclear.Herein, two different types of nitrogen vacancies were successfully introduced into g-C_(3)N_(4)by pyrolysis of melamine under argon and ammonia atmosphere with subsequent HNO3 oxidation. The pyrolysis atmosphere is found to have a significant influence on the introduced nitrogen vacancies type, where tertiary nitrogen groups(N_(3)C)and sp2-hybridized nitrogen atoms(N_(2)C)were the preferred sites for the formation of nitrogen vacancies under ammonia and argon pyrolysis, respectively. Moreover, nitrogen vacancies from N3C are experimentally and theoretically demonstrated to facilitate the narrowed band gap and the improved oxygen absorption capability. As expected, the optimal catalyst exhibits high H_(2)O_(2)yield of 451.8µM,which is 3.8 times higher than the pristine g-C_(3)N_(4)(119.0µM)after 4 h and good stability after10 photocatalytic runs. | Yanlin Zhu Xuetao Liu Heng Liu Guangling He Jiamin Xiao Haijiao Xie Yanyan Sun Lei Han | 2022 | SusMat2022,2,5: | 0
Collective cell behaviors manipulated by synthetic DNA nanostructures显示文摘Cellular collective motion in confluent epithelial monolayers is involved in many processes such as embryo development, carcinoma invasion, and wound healing. The development of new chemical strategies to achieve largescale control of cells’collective motion is essential for biomedical applications. Here a series of DNA nanostructures with different dimensions were synthesized and their influences on cells’collective migration and packing behaviors in epithelial monolayers were investigated. We found that the framed DNA nanoassemblies effectively reduced the cells’speed by increasing the rigidity of cells, while the lipid-DNA micelles had a more pronounced effect on cells’projection area and shape factor. These DNA nanostructures all significantly enhanced the dependence of cells’speed on their shape factor. Our results indicate that cells’mobility in monolayers can be manipulated by chemical intercellular interactions without any genetic intervention. This may provide a new chemical strategy for tissue engineering and tumor therapy. | Xiaochen Wang Xiwen Xing Shuang Lu Guangle Du Yi Zhang Yubin RenYulong Sun Jing Sun Qihui Fan Kai Liu Fan Wang Fangfu Ye | 2023 | Fundamental Research2023,3,5: | 0
CircR-ZC3HC1 mediates MiR-384-5p/SIRT1 axis to promote neuronal autophagy and relieves ischemic stroke显示文摘Objective:Circular RNAs(circRNAs)have been shown to involve in pathological processes of ischemic stroke(IS),including autophagy. This study was designed to explore the effect of circR-ZC3HC1 on neuronal autophagy in IS and the related mechanisms. Methods:Expression of circR-ZC3HC1 in blood samples of IS patients and healthy controls was detected.Hippocampal neurons were treated with oxygen and glucose deprivation(OGD)to establish IS in vitro model. The expression of LC3 and p62 and the number of autophagosomes were examined to evaluate the autophagy level of OGD induced neurons using western blotting and transmission electron microscope.Cell apoptosis rate and the expression of cleaved caspase-3,Bax,and Bcl-2 were assessed byflow cytometry and western blotting. The binding relationships among circR-ZC3HC1,miR-384-5p,and SIRT1 were predicted and verified. Results:Low expression of circR-ZC3HC1 was found in blood samples of IS patients and OGD-treated neurons.Overexpressed circR-ZC3HC1 or inhibited miR-384-5p expression promoted autophagy and inhibited apoptosis of OGD-treated neurons, which could be reversed by further 3-MA treatment.Mechanistically,circR-ZC3HC1 targeted miR-384-5p to mediate SIRT1 expression.miR-384-5p overexpression or SIRT1 knockdown in the presence of circR-ZC3HC1 overexpression in OGD-treated neurons lead to reduced autophagy and enhanced apoptosis.Conclusion:Collectively,circR-ZC3HC1 promoted neuronal autophagy to attenuate IS via miR-384-5p/SIRT1 axis. | MIN SHEN XIAOMAN XU GUANGLING SUN LIANGZHU WANG TAO YING HANG SU WEI WANG QINGHUA CAO ZHEZHE SUN | 2024 | BIOCELL2024,48,3: | 0
ABI5 promotes heat stress-induced chlorophyll degradation by modulating the stability of MYB44 in cucumber显示文摘The yellowing of leaves caused by the decomposition of chlorophyll(Chl)is a characteristic event during senescence, which can be induced by various environmental stresses. However, the molecular mechanisms of high temperature-induced Chl degradation in horticultural plants remain poorly understood. Here,we found that heat stress induced Chl degradation and the expression of ABI5 and MYB44 in cucumber.Silencing of ABI5 compromised heat stress-induced Chl degradation, and the transcription of pheophytinase(PPH)and pheophorbide a oxygenase(PAO),two key genes in Chl catabolic pathway, but silencing of MYB44 exhibited the opposite results.Furthermore,ABI5 interacted with MYB44 in vitro and in vivo.ABI5 positively regulated heat stress-induced Chl degradation through two pathways.ABI5 directly bound to PPH and PAO promoters to promote their expression, leading to accelerating Chl degradation. On the other hand, the interaction between ABI5 and MYB44 reduced the binding of MYB44 to PPH and PAO promoters and led to the ubiquitination-depended protein degradation of MYB44,thereby alleviating the transcription inhibitory effect of MYB44 on PPH and PAO.Taken together, our findings propose a new regulatory network for ABI5 in regulating heat stress-induced Chl degradation. | Weikang Liu Guangling Chen Mingming He Jianqiang Wu Wenxu Wen Qinsheng Gu Shirong Guo Yu Wang Jin Sun | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,6: | 0
Removal of Stripes in Remote Sensing Images Based on Statistics Combined with Image Enhancement显示文摘A method to remove stripes from remote sensing images is proposed based on statistics and a new image enhancement method. The overall processing steps for improving the quality of remote sensing images are introduced to provide a general baseline.Due to the differences in satellite sensors when producing images, subtle but inherent stripes can appear at the stitching positions between the sensors. These stitchingstripes cannot be eliminated by conventional relative radiometric calibration. The inherent stitching stripes cause difficulties in downstream tasks such as the segmentation, classification and interpretation of remote sensing images. Therefore,a method to remove the stripes based on statistics and a new image enhancement approach are proposed in this paper.First, the inconsistency in grayscales around stripes is eliminated with the statistical method.Second, the pixels within stripes are weighted and averaged based on updated pixel values to enhance the uniformity of the overall image radiation quality. Finally, the details of the images are highlighted by a new image enhancement method, which makes the whole image clearer.Comprehensive experiments are performed, and the results indicate that the proposed method outperforms the baseline approach in terms of visual quality and radiation correction accuracy. | Xiaofei QU Weiwei ZHAO En LONG Meng SUN Guangling LAI | 2023 | Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2023,6,1: | 0
