| 1 | Powder injection molding of pure titanium显示文摘An improved wax-based binder was developed for powder injection molding of pure titanium. A critical powder loading of 69 vol.% and a pseudo-plastic flow behavior were obtained by the feedstock based on the binder. The injection molding, debinding, and sintering process were studied. An ideal control of carbon and oxygen contents was achieved by thermal debinding in vacuum atmosphere (10-3 Pa). The mechanical properties of as-sintered specimens were less than those of titanium made by the conventional press-sintering process. | 2 | Mechanical properties and expansion coefficient of Mo-Cu composites with different Ni contents显示文摘Mo-Cu composites were fabricated by powder metallurgy with addition of various Ni contents.The effect of Ni contents on mechanical and thermal properties of Mo-Cu composites was investigated.The results show that mechanical and thermal properties of Mo-Cu composites are greatly affected by the addition of Ni contents.The composite powders with Ni addition exhibits high sinterability.The sintering temperature is greatly decreased and the comprehensive properties of Mo-Cu composites are obviously improved.Mo-Cu composites with a content of 1.5 wt.% Ni have relative density 99.2%,bending strength 1057.9 MPa,hardness 72.5 HRA,electronic resistivity 1.28×10^(-7)Ω·m^(-1),thermal conductivity 139 W.m^(-1).K^(-1),and lower coefficient of thermal expansion 7.4×10^(-6)K^(-1).Mo-Cu composites have homogeneous and fine microstructure.The fracture mechanism is ductile fracture. | Guo, Shibo Kang, Qiping Cai, Chunbo Qu, Xuanhui | 2012 | Rare Metals2012,31,4: | 7 |

| 5 | Powder injection molding of Fe-Ni soft magnetic alloys显示文摘With miniaturization and complication of the shape of electronic devices in recent years, powder injection molding (PIM) seems to be a suitable process for fabricating the higher performance soft magnetic components. In this paper, high quality Fe-50Ni soft magnetic alloy was fabricated by PIM with carbonyl iron and nickel, and the effect of sintering process on its microstructure and magnetic properties were investigated. The mechanical and magnetic properties can be obviously improved by increasing the sintering temperature or using the hydrogen atmosphere instead of high vacuum, which causes by the increase of grain size and the densification. | 9 | Particle motion behavior during gasiication of foam carrier in lost foam-squeeze casting of 20%TiC/ZG270-500 composites显示文摘The particle motion behavior affects the distribution of particles in the metal matrix and finally determines the mechanical properties of the particle reinforced metal-matrix composites. To obtain a uniform distribution of TiC particles and excellent strengthening effect in 20%TiC/ZG270-500 composites fabricated by lost foam-squeeze casting(LFSC), the particle motion behavior in the gas gap and the conditions of the particles getting into the molten steel were investigated. The results show that the airflow velocity(v1) and TiC particle motion velocity(uP) change little with the pouring temperature(TP), increase with an increase in metal filling velocity(vP), ratios of cross sections of in-gate/orifice(AP/A0) and orifice/mould cavity(A0/A1), but the increase trend of u P is more intense. The airflow pressure(P1) changes little with TP and A0/A1, but increases with the increasing of vP and AP/A0. Besides, there is a critical velocity(+|3yLGcosθ/ρpdp|1/2) for the particles getting into the molten steel. The higher the particle motion velocity, the easier the particles get into the molten steel and the more uniform the distribution of the particles in the steel matrix. | 10 | MnS hollow microspheres combined with carbon nanotubes for enhanced performance sodium-ion battery anode显示文摘MnS as anode material for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)has recently attracted great attention because of the high theoretical capacity,great natural abundance,and low cost.However,it suffers from inferior electrical conductivity and large volume expansion during the charge/discharge process,leading to tremendous damage of electrodes and subsequently fast capacity fading.To mitigate these issues,herein,a three-dimensional(3D)interlaced carbon nanotubes(CNTs)threaded into or between MnS hollow microspheres(hollow MnS/CNTs composite)has been designed and synthesized as an enhanced anode material.It can effectively improve the electrical conductivity,buffer the volume change,and maintain the integrity of the electrode during the charging and discharging process based on the synergistic interaction and the integrative structure.Therefore,when evaluated as anode for SIBs,the hollow MnS/CNTs electrode displays enhanced reve rsible capacity(275 mAh/g at 100 mA/g after 100 cycles),which is much better than that of pure MnS electrode(25 mAh/g at 100 mA/g after 100 cycles)prepared without the addition of CNTs.Even increasing the current density to 500 mA/g,the hollow MnS/CNTs electrode still delivers a five times higher reversible capacity than that of the pure MnS electrode.The rate performance of the hollow MnS/CNTs electrode is also superior to that of pure MnS electrode at various current densities from 50 mA/g to 1000 mA/g. | Na Zhang Xin Li Tianyi Hou Jinze Guo Anran Fan Shibo Jin Xiaohong Sun Shu Cai Chunming Zheng | 2020 | Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,5: | 1 |

| 12 | Spatial Distribution and Temporal Trend Characteristics of Agro-Climatic Resources and Extreme Climate Events during the Soybean Growing Season in Northeast China from 1981 to 2017显示文摘Soybean is an important oil crop.Agro-climatic resources and extreme climate events during the growing season directly affect the crop growth and grain yield.In this study,we used historical climate data and phenology observation data to investigate the spatial distributions and temporal trends of agro-climatic resources and extreme climate events during the growing season for soybean in Northeast China(NEC).The results showed that during the soybean growing season,the thermal time increased while both the effective precipitation and photosynthetically active radiation(PAR)decreased.Within the growing season,the thermal time increased by 44.0°C day decade–1 during the vegetative stage but decreased by 16.5°C day decade–1 during the reproductive stage;the effective precipitation increased by 1.8 mm decade–1 during the vegetative stage but decreased by 7.3 mm decade–1 during the reproductive stage;PAR decreased by 6.5 and 11.9 MJ m–2 decade–1 during the vegetative and reproductive stages.The frequency of extreme cold days showed a decreasing trend during the four study phases of sowing to emergence,sowing–flowering,15 days before flowering–flowering,and pod to physiological maturity.During the soybean growing season,the frequency of extreme heat days and the maximum number of consecutive dry days(CDD)increased,and the maximum number of consecutive wet days(CWD)and heavy precipitation days decreased.The results of this study could be used in selecting optimal management in soybean production in order to take advantage of beneficial climatic elements. | Shibo GUO Xiaoguang YANG Zhentao ZHANG Fangliang ZHANG Tao LIU | 2020 | Journal of Meteorological Research2020,34,6: | 1 |

| 17 | Particle shape effect on hydrodynamics and heat transfer in spouted bed:A CFD-DEM study显示文摘Spouted bed has drawn much attention due to its good heat and mass transfer efficiency in many chemical units.Investigating the flow patterns and heat and mass transfer inside a spouted bed can help optimize the spouting process.Therefore,in this study,the effects of particle shape on the hydrodynamics and heat transfer in a spouted bed are investigated.This is done by using a validated computational fluid dynamics-discrete element method(CFD-DEM)model,considering volume-equivalent spheres and oblate and prolate spheroids.The results are analysed in detail in terms of the flow pattern,microstruc-ture,and heat transfer characteristics.The numerical results show that the prolate spheroids(Ar=2.4)form the largest bubble from the beginning of the spouting process and rise the highest because the fluid drag forces can overcome the interlocking and particle-particle frictional forces.Compared with spherical particles,ellipsoidal spheroids have better mobility because of the stronger rotational kinetic energy resulting from the rough surfaces and nonuniform torques.In addition,the oblate spheroid system exhibits better heat transfer performance benefiting from the larger surface area,while prolate spheroids have poor heat transfer efficiency because of their orientation distribution.These findings can serve as a reference for optimizing the design and operation of complex spouted beds. | Dianyu E Peng Zhou Suya Guo Jia Zeng Jiaxin Cui Youyuan Jiang Yuanxiang Lu Zeyi Jiang Zhengquan Li Shibo Kuang | 2022 | Particuology2022,20,10: | 0 |
