| 2 | QTL IciMapping:Integrated software for genetic linkage map construction and quantitative trait locus mapping in biparental populations显示文摘QTL Ici Mapping is freely available public software capable of building high-density linkage maps and mapping quantitative trait loci(QTL) in biparental populations. Eight functionalities are integrated in this software package:(1) BIN: binning of redundant markers;(2) MAP: construction of linkage maps in biparental populations;(3) CMP: consensus map construction from multiple linkage maps sharing common markers;(4) SDL: mapping of segregation distortion loci;(5) BIP: mapping of additive, dominant, and digenic epistasis genes;(6) MET: QTL-by-environment interaction analysis;(7) CSL: mapping of additive and digenic epistasis genes with chromosome segment substitution lines; and(8) NAM: QTL mapping in NAM populations. Input files can be arranged in plain text, MS Excel 2003, or MS Excel 2007 formats. Output files have the same prefix name as the input but with different extensions. As examples, there are two output files in BIN, one for summarizing the identified bin groups and deleted markers in each bin, and the other for using the MAP functionality. Eight output files are generated by MAP, including summary of the completed linkage maps, Mendelian ratio test of individual markers, estimates of recombination frequencies, LOD scores, and genetic distances, and the input files for using the BIP, SDL,and MET functionalities. More than 30 output files are generated by BIP, including results at all scanning positions, identified QTL, permutation tests, and detection powers for up to six mapping methods. | 3 | Future Physics Programme of BESⅢ显示文摘There has recently been a dramatic renewal of interest in hadron spectroscopy and charm physics. This renaissance has been driven in part by the discovery of a plethora of charmonium-like XYZ states at BESⅢ and B factories, and the observation of an intriguing proton-antiproton threshold enhancement and the possibly related X(1835) meson state at BESⅢ, as well as the threshold measurements of charm mesons and charm baryons. We present a detailed survey of the important topics in tau-charm physics and hadron physics that can be further explored at BESⅢ during the remaining operation period of BEPCⅡ. | 6 | Hall-Petch relationship in Mg alloys: A review显示文摘Grain refinement could effectively enhance yield strength of Mg alloys according to the well-known Hall-Petch theory. For decades, many studies have been devoted to the factors influencing the HallPetch slope(k) in Mg alloys. Understanding the factors influencing k and their mechanisms could offer guidance to design and produce high-strength Mg alloys through effective grain refinement hardening. A review and comments of the past work on the factors influencing k in Mg alloys are presented. Results of these previous investigations demonstrate that the value of k in Mg alloys varies with texture, grain size,temperature and stain. The influence of texture and grain size on k is found to be an essential result of the variation of deformation mode on k value. Without the variation of deformation modes, it is revealed that texture could also impose a significant effect on k and this is also summarized and discussed in this paper. The reason for texture effect on k is analyzed based on the mechanism of Hall-Petch relationship.In addition, it is found in face-centered cubic(fcc) or body-centered cubic(bcc) metals that boundary parameters(boundary coherence, boundary energy and boundary diffusivity) could strengthen twinning or slips to a different extent. Therefore, the role of boundary parameters is also extended into the k values in Mg alloys and discussed in this paper. | 7 | Drift and deposition of ultra-low altitude and low volume application in paddy field显示文摘Field trials were performed to evaluate various techniques for measuring spray deposition and aerial drift during spray application to paddy field.The application of a spraying agent containing the fluorescent dye Rhodamine-B was applied by an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)which flew at a height of 5 m,a speed of 3 m/s,and the wind speed of 3 m/s.The results showed that because the downdraft produced by a helicopter rotor increased the penetrability of crops,there is a higher deposition on the upper layer and the under layer than the traditional spraying.The average deposition on the upper layer accounts for 28% of the total spraying,the deposition on the under layer accounts for 26% of the total spraying.The deposition on the under layer takes up 92.8% of the deposition on the upper layer.Droplets drift data showed that the drift of non-target area took up 12.9% of the total liquid spray.The 90% drifting droplets were located within a range of 8 m of the target area;the drift quantity was almost zero at a distance of 50 m away from the treated area. | Xue Xinyu Tu Kang Qin Weicai Yubin Lan Huihui Zhang | 2014 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2014,7,4: | 40 |

| 11 | 大田玉米作物系数无人机多光谱遥感估算方法显示文摘作物系数K_c快速获取是大田作物蒸散量(Evapotranspiration,ET)估算的关键,为研究无人机多光谱遥感估算玉米作物系数的可行性和适用性,以2017年内蒙古达拉特旗昭君镇实验站大田玉米、土壤、气象等数据为基础,采用经气象因子和作物覆盖度校正后的双作物系数法计算不同生长时期与不同水分胁迫玉米的作物系数,并使用自主研发的无人机多光谱系统航拍玉米的冠层多光谱(蓝、绿、红、红边、近红外,475~840 nm)影像,研究了不同生长时期(快速生长期、生长中期和生长后期)玉米的6种常用植被指数(Vegetation indices,VIs):归一化差值植被指数(NDVI)、土壤调节植被指数(SAVI)、增强型植被指数(EVI)、比值植被指数(SR)、绿度归一化植被指数(GNDVI)和抗大气指数(VARI),与作物系数K_c的关系模型及水分胁迫对其的影响。结果表明:玉米生长时期和水分胁迫是影响玉米VIs-K_c模型相关性的两个重要因素。不同生长时期玉米植被指数和K_c相关性不同:充分灌溉情况下,快速生长期玉米VIs-K_c模型的相关性(R2为0.731 2~0.940 1,p<0.05,n=25)与生长中期至生长后期VIs-K_c模型的相关性(R2为0.276 5~0.373 2,p<0.05,n=40)不同;水分胁迫情况下,快速生长期玉米VIs-K_c模型的相关性(R2为0.0002~0.0830,p<0.05,n=25)与生长中期至生长后期VIs-K_c模型的相关性(R2为0.366 2~0.848 7,p<0.05,n=40)不同。水分胁迫对VIs-K_c模型的相关性影响较大:快速生长期,充分灌溉玉米VIs-K_c模型的相关性(R2最大为0.940 1)比水分胁迫玉米VIs-K_c模型的相关性(R2最大为0.083 0)强;生长中期至生长后期,充分灌溉玉米VIsK_c模型的相关性(R2最大为0.373 2)比水分胁迫玉米VIs-K_c模型的相关性(R2最大为0.848 7)弱。部分植被指数和作物系数相关性较强;快速生长期充分灌溉玉米的VIs-K_c模型的相关性由大到小依次为:SR、EVI、VARI、GNDVI、SAVI、NDVI;生长中期至生长后期水分胁迫玉米的VIs-K_c模型的相关性由大到小依次为:SR、GNDVI、VARI、NDVI、SAVI、EVI;其中比值植被指数SR与作物系数K_c的相关性最好。结果表明采用无人机多光谱技术估算K_c具有一定的可行性。 | 韩文霆 邵国敏 马代健 ZHANG Huihui 王毅 牛亚晓 | 2018 | 农业机械学报2018,49,7: | 28 |

| 14 | Flavonoid profiling of a traditional Chinese medicine formula of Huangqin Tang using high performance liquid chromatography显示文摘The quality control processes for herbal medicines have been problematic. Flavonoids are the major active components of Huangqin Tang(HQT, a traditional Chinese medicine formula). In this study, we used a combinative method approach consisting of chromatographic fingerprinting(high performance liquid chromatography; HPLC), quantitative methods and a pharmacodynamic evaluation model to analyze the flavonoids of HQT obtained from different sources. Ten batches of HQT were analyzed by the HPLC fingerprinting method and 26 common peaks were detected, of which 23 peaks corresponded with the chemical profile of HQT. In addition, 11 major compounds were identified by LC–MS analysis(liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometer; LC–MS^n) and quantified by the HPLC quantitative method approach. The studied10 batches of HQT were found to be homogeneous in their composition with a similarity between 0.990 and1.000. The distribution of the 11 identified compounds was found to be very similar among the batches. Only slight pharmacodynamic differences were detected between the different batches, confirming the homogeneity of HQT. | 18 | Early Serum HBsAg Kinetics as Predictor of HBsAg Loss in Patients with HBeAg-Negative Chronic Hepatitis B after Treatment with Pegylated Interferonα-2a显示文摘Hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)loss is an ideal treatment endpoint for patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).We investigated the predictive value of on-treatment HBsAg levels for HBsAg loss in hepatitis B e antigen(HBe Ag)-negative CHB patients who received 120-week PEG-IFNα-2a treatment.Serum HBV DNA,HBsAg,and anti-HBs levels were assayed at baseline and every 3 months during the treatment.Of 81 patients,12 achieved HBsAg loss,20 achieved HBsAg\100 IU/mL,and 49 maintained HBs Ag C 100 IU/mL.HBsAg loss rate was only 3.7%at 48 weeks,while it reached to 11.1%and 14.8%after treatment of 96 weeks and 120 weeks.The cutoff HBs Ag levels at 12 weeks predicting HBsAg loss at 96 weeks and 120 weeks of treatment were 400 IU/mL and 750 IU/mL,with AUC 0.725 and 0.722,positive predictive value(PPV)29.41%and 30.56%,and negative predictive value(NPV)93.75%and 97.78%,respectively.The cutoff HBsAg levels at 24 weeks predicting HBsAg loss at 96 weeks and 120 weeks of treatment were 174 IU/m L and 236 IU/mL respectively,with AUC 0.925 and 0.922,PPV 40.0%and 46.15%,and both NPV 100%.The predictive ability of the cutoff HBsAg levels at 24 weeks was better than that at 12 weeks for HBs Ag loss at either 96 or 120 weeks(χ~2=3.880,P=0.049 andχ~2=4.412,P=0.036).These results indicate that extended therapy is critical to HBsAg loss in HBe Ag-negative CHB patients during PEG-IFN treatment,and the HBsAg level at 24 weeks can be used to predict HBsAg loss during tailoring PEG-IFN therapy. | Minghui Li Lu Zhang Yao Lu Qiqi Chen Huihui Lu Fangfang Sun Zhan Zeng Gang Wan Linqing Zhao Yao Xie | 2021 | Virologica Sinica2021,36,2: | 15 |

| 20 | Microstructure characteristics and solidification behavior of wrought aluminum alloy 2024 rheo-diecast with self-inoculation method显示文摘One important problem in casting wrought aluminum alloys is the high tendency to the formation of hot tears in the solidification process.By using semi-solid metal(SSM) processing,the hot tearing tendency of alloys can be minimized during casting.In the present research,the semi-solid slurry of wrought aluminum alloy 2024 was firstly prepared with a novel self-inoculation method(SIM),and then the microstructure characteristics of the semi-solid slurry and the rheo-diecastings cast with the semi-solid slurry were investigated.The results indicate that finer and more uniform globular primary α-Al particles can be obtained when the semi-solid slurry are isothermally held for a short period within the semi-solid temperature range,and the primary α-Al particles without entrapped liquid are uniformly fine,globular grains in the rheo-diecastings.The holding temperature and time affect the solid fraction,particle size,and shape factor.After the semi-solid slurry is held at 625 ℃ for 3 min and 5 min,the optimal values for the average equivalent diameter are 70.80 μm and 74.15 μm,and for the shape factor are 1.32 and 1.42,respectively.The solidification process of the rheo-diecastings is composed of the following two distinct stages:primary solidification process and secondary solidification process.The secondary solidification process consists further of the following three stages:(1) direct growth of secondary primary(α 2) phase from the surface of the primary α-Al phase particles without re-nucleation,(2) independent nucleation and growth of α 3 phase from the residual liquid,and(3) eutectic reaction at the end. | Li Yanlei Li Yuandong Li Chun Wu Huihui | 2012 | China Foundry2012,9,4: | 15 |
