| 3 | Infrared spectroscopic study on chemical and phase equilibrium in triethylammonium acetate显示文摘Protic ionic liquid (PIL) triethylammonium acetate was prepared by mixing equimolar amounts of acetic acid and triethylamine, and then studied using the combination of the Attenuated Total Reflection Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy, in-situ infrared spectroscopy, pH, and conductivity titration measurements. It was found that the equimolar synthesized triethylammonium acetate was separated into two layers, which suggesting that there were both chemical and phase equilibrium in this solution. Molecular species could be directly observed in the IR spectra over the range of 1200-1800 cm-1 and also checked by 1H NMR. Based on analysis, the upper layer was rich in amine with little acid and PIL, and the down layer was rich in PIL with residual acetic acid and amine. | 4 | The SACT Template:A Human Brain Diffusion Tensor Template for School-age Children显示文摘School-age children are in a specific development stage corresponding to juvenility,when the white matter of the brain experiences ongoing maturation.Dffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging(DWI),especially diffusion tensor imaging(DTI),is extensively used to characterize the maturation by assessing white matter properties in vivo.In the analysis of DWI data,spatial normalization is crucial for conducting inter-subject analyses or linking the individual space with the reference space.Using tensor-based registration with an appropriate diffusion tensor template presents high accuracy regarding spatial normalization.However,there is a lack of a standardized diffusion tensor template dedicated to school-age children with ongoing brain development.Here,we established the school-age children diffusion tensor(SACT)template by optimizing tensor reorientation on high-quality DTI data from a large sample of cognitively normal participants aged 6-12 years.With an age-balanced design,the SACT template represented the entire age range well by showing high similarity to the age-specific templates.Compared with the tensor template of adults,the SACT template revealed significantly higher spatial normalization accuracy and inter-subject coherence upon evaluation of subjects in two different datasets of schoolage children.A practical application regarding the age associations with the normalized DTI-derived data was conducted to further compare the SACT template and the adult template.Although similar spatial patterns were found,the SACT template showed significant effects on the distributions of the statistical results,which may be related to the performance of spatial normalization.Looking forward,the SACT template could contribute to future studies of white matter development in both healthy and clinical populations.The SACT template is publicly available now(tp://igshare com/aricles/dataseu'SACT_.template/14071283). | Congying Chu Haoran Guan Sangma Xie Yanpei Wang Jie Luo Gai Zhao Zhiying Pan Mingming Hu Weiwei Men Shuping Tan Jia-Hong Gao Shaozheng Qin Yong He Lingzhong Fan Qi Dong Sha Tao | 2022 | Neuroscience Bulletin2022,38,6: | 1 |

| 7 | Sorption mechanisms of diphenylarsinic acid on natural magnetite and siderite:Evidence from sorption kinetics,sequential extraction and extended X-ray absorption fine-structure spectroscopy analysis显示文摘Diphenylarsinic acid(DPAA)is both the prime starting material and major metabolite of chemical weapons(CWs).Because of its toxicity and the widespread distribution of abandoned CWs in burial site,DPAA sorption by natural Fe minerals is of considerable interest.Here we report the first study on DPAA sorption by natural magnetite and siderite using macroscopic sorption kinetics,sequential extraction procedure(SEP)and microscopic extended X-ray absorption fine-structure spectroscopy(EXAFS).Our results show that the sorption pseudo-equilibrated in 60 minutes and that close to 50%and 20%–30%removal can be achieved for magnetite and siderite,respectively,at the initial DPAA concentrations of 4–100 mg/L.DPAA sorption followed pseudo-secondary and intra-particle diffusion kinetics models,and the whole process was mainly governed by intra-particle diffusion and chemical bonding.SEP and EXAFS results revealed that DPAA mainly formed inner-sphere complexes on magnetite(>80%),while on siderite it simultaneously resulted in outer-sphere and inner-sphere complexes.EXAFS analysis further confirmed the formation of inner-sphere bidentate binuclear corner-sharing complexes(^(2)C)for DPAA.Comparison of these results with previous studies suggests that phenyl groups are likely to impact the sorption capacity and structure of DPAA by increasing steric hindrance or affecting the way the central arsenic(As)atom maintains charge balance.These results improve our knowledge of DPAA interactions with Fe minerals,which will help to develop remediation technology and predict the fate of DPAA in soil-water environments. | Meng Zhu Yuhuan He Xiaobao Wei Haoran Qi Yunpeng Zhang Yijun Zhang Ruyi Yang Yongming Luo | 2022 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2022,16,9: | 0 |

| 10 | The Effect of Sleep on Workplace Interpersonal Conflict: The Mediating Role of Ego Depletion显示文摘This study aimed to investigate the relationship between sleep and workplace interpersonal conflict and the role ofego depletion as the mediating mechanism. A survey was conducted daily for two weeks using an experience samplingmethod. A sample of 79 employees from the East Coast of China was collected. A multilevel regression analysiswas conducted to test the proposed hypotheses. Results indicated that higher sleep quantity was associatedwith lower daily ego depletion at noon and lower workplace interpersonal conflict. Moreover, ego depletionmediated the effects of sleep quantity on workplace interpersonal conflict. The findings identified the adverseeffects of insufficient sleep on daily interpersonal interactions and provided a valuable perspective on workplaceinterpersonal conflict management. | 11 | Evaluating Tislelizumab, Lenvatinib, and FOLFOX4-HAIC as a Conversion Therapy for Unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma显示文摘Background and aims:Conversion therapy downstages tumors and renders patients with unresectable hepatocel-lular carcinoma(HCC)eligible for radical resection.This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tislelizumab plus lenvatinib and hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy with oxaliplatin,fluorouracil,and leuco-vorin(FOLFOX4-HAIC)as a first-line conversion therapy.Methods:Clinical data from HCC patients who were treated with the triple therapy between April 2021 and April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The primary outcome included objective response rate(ORR),disease control rate(DCR),conversion resection rate(CRR),and treatment-related adverse events(TRAEs).Results:A total of 18 patients completed conversion therapy assessment,which ended on March 27,2023.The patients had a median age of 55.5(37–72)years,and 94.4%were male.According to mRECIST,tumor shrinkage was observed in all patients,with an ORR of 94.4%(17/18),a DCR of 94.4%(17/18),and a median time to response of 1.4(0.7–3.0)months.Successful conversion was observed in 61.1%(11/18)of patients(mRECIST).The CRR and pathological complete response were 38.9%(7/18)and 57.1%(4/7),respectively.The median progression-free survival(PFS)was 17.8 months,while median overall survival was not reached.The 6-and 9-month PFS rates were 83.3%and 66.7%,respectively.The most common TRAE(16/18 patients,88.9%)was an increase in aspartate aminotransferase levels.Conclusion:Tislelizumab combined with lenvatinib and FOLFOX4-HAIC achieved a high conversion rate and acceptable toxicity in patients with unresectable HCC,suggesting that this combination may represent a new conversion strategy for this population. | Kai Tan Xiaojun He Haoran Yuan Shoujie Zhao Chenyu Gong Yaoyao Zhao Haiyan Nan Li Zang Zhonghua Luo Xilin Du | 2023 | iLIVER2023,2,3: | 0 |
| 12 | Accelerated discovery of novel high-performance zinc-ion battery cathode materials by combining high-throughput screening and experiments显示文摘Aqueous zinc ion batteries(AZIBs)have attracted much attention in recent years due to their high safety,low cost,and decent electrochemical performance.However,the traditional electrodes development process requires tedious synthesis and testing procedures,which reduces the efficiency of developing highperformance battery devices.Here,we proposed a high-throughput screening strategy based on firstprinciples calculations to aid the experimental development of high-performance spinel cathode materials for AZIBs.We obtained 14 spinel materials from 12,047 Mn/Zn-O based materials by examining their structures and whether they satisfy the basic properties of electrodes.Then their band structures and density of states,open circuit voltage and volume expansion rate,ionic diffusion coefficient and energy barrier were further evaluated by first-principles calculations,resulting in five potential candidates.One of the promising candidates identified,Mg_(2)MnO_(4),was experimentally synthesized,characterized and integrated into an AZIB based cell to verify its performance as a cathode.The Mg_(2)MnO_(4)cathode exhibits excellent cycling stability,which is consistent with the theoretically predicted low volume expansion.Moreover,at high current density,the Mg_(2)MnO_(4)cathode still exhibits high reversible capacity and excellent rate performance,indicating that it is an excellent cathode material for AZIBs.Our work provides a new approach to accelerate the development of high-performance cathodes for AZIBs and other ion batteries. | Haoran Luo Jiangbin Deng Qianzhi Gou Omololu Odunmbaku Kuan Sun Juanxiu Xiao Meng Li Yujie Zheng | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,8: | 0 |

| 19 | Boosting cycling stability by regulating surface oxygen vacancies of LNMO by rapid calcination显示文摘Spinel LiNi_(0.5-x)Mn_(1.5+x)O_(4)(LNMO)has attracted intensive interest for lithium-ion battery due to its high voltage and high energy density.However,severe capacity fade attributed to unstable surface structure has hampered its commercialization.Oxygen vacancies(OVs)tend to occur in the surface of the material and lead to surface structure reconstruction,which deteriorates the battery performance during electrochemical cycling.Here,we utilize high-temperature-shock(HTS)method to synthesize LNMO materials with fewer surface OVs.Rapid calcination drives lower surface OVs concentration,reducing the content of Mn^(3+)and surface reconstruction layers,which is beneficial to obtain a stable crystal structure.The LNMO material synthesized by HTS method delivers an initial capacity of 127 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.1 C and capacity retention of 81.6%after 300 cycles at 1 C,and exhibits excellent performance at low temperature. | Haoran Jiang Cuihua Zeng Wei Zhu Jiawei Luo Zhedong Liu Jingchao Zhang Rui Liu Yunhua Xu Yanan Chen Wenbin Hu | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,4: | 0 |
| 20 | Establishment and validation of psoriasis evaluation models显示文摘Psoriasis is a common inflammatory skin disease that seriously affects the patient's quality of life.The diagnosis of psoriasis is mainly based on clinical and pathological features,and the assessment depends on the psoriasis area and severity index(PASI).However,there are few reliable and accurate evaluation methods to assess lesion severity and therapeutic effects.This work identified 17 model genes from GEO datasets and established 6 psoriasis evaluation models by LASSO regression,linear regression,and random forest separately.Models were trained and evaluated in different GEO datasets.All 6 models accurately classified psoriatic lesions and non-lesional skin in training and testing data,and showed good AUC.In biologics-treated samples,the model scores were positively correlated with the severity of lesions and negatively correlated with treatment length.Thus,models have the potential to assess the therapeutic effects.In addition,the expression of model genes was examined in keratinocytes,skin of IMQ-induced psoriatic mice,and lesions of psoriasis patients.The RNA and protein levels of model genes increased in cytokine-stimulated keratinocytes and psoriatic lesions as expected.This work provides new methods to assess the lesion severity and therapeutic effects of biologies in psoriasis. | Yibo Hu Ling Jiang Li Lei Liping Luo Haoran Guo Ying Zhou Jinhua Huang Jing Chen Qinghai Zeng | 2022 | Fundamental Research2022,2,1: | 0 |
