1Adsorption and Desorption Behavior of Tannic Acid in Aqueous Solution on Polyaniline Adsorbent显示文摘Tannic acid is generally considered as one of polyphenolic pollutants, which may cause severe threats to the environment. In this study, polyaniline adsorbent was synthesized by chemical oxidation to remove tannic acid in aqueous solutions. The adsorption amount of tannic acid varied greatly with pH of solution and strong adsorption was at pH 5.8-6.7. Coexisting cations, such as Na+, K+, and Ca2+, can enhance the adsorption of tannic acid on poly-aniline, which may be contributed to the electrostatic interaction between tannic acid and polyaniline. The adsorp-tion process could be well described by Langmuir model and the maximum adsorption capacity was 117.65 mg·g-1 at 35 ℃ and pH 6.0. The thermodynamic parameters calculated from the adsorption isotherms indicate that the ad-sorption of tannic acid is spontaneous and endothermic process. The polyaniline saturated with tannic acid can be desorbed in alkaline solution and regenerated adsorbent can be used repeatedly with high adsorption capacity, which implies that polyaniline adsorbents have a great potential in water purification for the removal of tannic acid.WANG Jiahong JI Yan fen DING Shaolan MA Hongrui HAN Xiaojing 2013Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2013,21,6:7
2Zircon U-Pb Age and Geochemistry of the Ore-hosting Ultramafic Complex of Zhou'an PGE-Cu-Ni Deposit,Henan Province,Central China显示文摘The Zhou'an PGE-Cu-Ni deposit was recently discovered in the Qinling orogenic belt bound by the Yangtze and the North China Cratons. It is a blind deposit thoroughly covered by the Cenozoic alluvial sediments in the Nanyang Basin. As the first large PGE-Cu-Ni deposit discovered in the Qinling-Dabie-Sulu orogenic belt, its geological and geochemical characteristic, isotope age, genesis and tectonic setting are of wide concern in both scientific studies and ore exploration. In this contribution, we report the results obtained from a pioneering study. The Zhou'an ultramafic complex is ferruginous, with m/f=4.79-5.08, and shows the nature of tholeiite series. It is rich in light rare earth elements, Rb, Th, U, La, Sm, Zr and Hf, and poor in heavy rare earth elements, Nd and Ta, suggesting an intraplate setting. It has high 87Sr/86Sr and low 143Nd/144Nd ratios. The ratios of Zr/Nb, La/Nb, Ba/Nb, Rb/Nb, Th/Nb, Th/La and Ba/La, suggest the magma originated from lithosphere mantle. The Fo values of olivine and Pd/Ir-Ni/Cu diagram suggest primary magma was High Mg basalt. 12Construction of High Dependable Distributed Access Control Architecture Based on Quorum System显示文摘Quorum system is a preferable model to construct distributed access control architecture, but not all quorum system can satisfy the requirements of distributed access control architecture. Aiming at the dependable problem of authorization server in distributed system and combining the requirements of access control, a set of criterions to select and evaluate quorum system is presented. The scheme and algorithm of constructing an authorization server system based on Paths quorum system are designed, and the integrated system performance under some servers attacked is fully analyzed. Role-based access control on the Web implemented by this scheme is introduced. 13The Regulating Effect of CCK and Gastrin on Apoptosis of Bile Duct Carcinoma Cells显示文摘Objective:Probe into the influence and the mechanisms of CCK and gastrin on the apoptosis of bile duct carcinoma cells. Methods:By taking beauvericin as the revulsant to the apoptosis of bile duct carcinoma cells, the influence of CCK and gastrin on the apoptosis of bile duct carcinoma cells was investigated by using the teehniques such as TUNEL fluorescent staining, stream mode cell detecting instrument and reverse bcl-2 oligonucleotide. Techifiques of immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization,flow cytometry(FCM),RT-PCR were used to study the roles of apoptosis-related genes bcl-2 and bax Results:After beauvericin 40 μM worked for 12 h, the survival rate of QBC939 bile duct carcinoma cells was decreased by 35%-40%.About 80% of the bile duct carcinoma cells showed various degrees of apoptosis.CCK and gastrin could upregulate the threshold value of the apoptosis of bile duct carcinoma cells, which could be inhibited by L60,L18 and reverse bcl-2 oligonucleotide. In terms of both transcription and translating levels,CCK and gastrin could obviously promote the genetic expression of bel-2,but had no influence on the genetic expression of bax. Addition of CCK-A receptor or CCK-B/gastr in receptor antagonist could remarkably inhibit the expression of bel-2 boosted by gastrin-17 and CCK-8S. 14Application of the Double-difference Relocation Method Combined with Waveform Cross-correlation on the Three Gorges Reservoir Seismicity显示文摘In this paper,we use the double difference location method based on waveform crosscorrelation algorithm for precise positioning of the Three Gorges Reservoir( TGR)earthquakes and analysis of seismic activity. First,we use the bi-spectrum cross-correlation method to analyze the seismic waveform data of TGR encrypted networks from March,2009 to December,2010,and evaluate the quality of waveform cross-correlation analysis.Combined with the waveform cross-correlation of data obtained, we use the double difference method to relocate the earthquake position. The results show that location precision using bi-spectrum verified waveform cross-correlation data is higher than that by using other types of data,and the mean 2 sig-error in EW,NS and UD are 3.2 m,3.9 m and 6.2 m,respectively. For the relocation of the Three Gorges Reservoir earthquakes,the results show that the micro-earthquakes along the Shenlongxi river in the Badong reservoir area obviously show the characteristics of three linear zones with nearly east-west direction,which is in accordance with the small faults and carbonate strata line of the neotectonic period,revealing the reservoir water main along the underground rivers or caves permeated and induced seismic activity. 17Acoustic spin-1 Weyl semimetal显示文摘The study of topological semimetals hosting spin-1 Weyl points(WPs)beyond Dirac points and WPs has attracted a great deal of attention.However,a spin-1 Weyl semimetal that exclusively possesses spin-1 WPs in a clean frequency window without being shadowed by any other nodal points is yet to be discovered.This study reports a spin-1 Weyl semimetal in a phononic crystal.Its spin-1 WPs are touched by two linear dispersions and an additional flat band and carry monopole charges(-2,0,2)or(2,0,-2)for the three bands from the bottom to the top.They result in double Fermi arcs,which occur between the first and second bands,as well as between the second and third bands.Further robust propagation is observed against the multiple joints and topological negative refraction of the acoustic surface arc wave.The results of this study create the basis for the exploration of the unusual properties of spin-1 Weyl physics on a macroscopic scale.WeiYin Deng XueQin Huang JiuYang Lu Feng Li JiaHong Ma ShuQi Chen ZhengYou Liu 2020Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2020,63,8:0
