| 5 | Energy Optimization Oriented Three-Way Clustering Algorithm for Cloud Tasks显示文摘Cloud computing has developed as an important information technology paradigm which can provide on-demand services. Meanwhile,its energy consumption problem has attracted a grow-ing attention both from academic and industrial communities. In this paper,from the perspective of cloud tasks,the relationship between cloud tasks and cloud platform energy consumption is established and analyzed on the basis of the multidimensional attributes of cloud tasks. Furthermore,a three-way clustering algorithm of cloud tasks is proposed for saving energy. In the algorithm,f irst,t he cloud tasks are classified into three categories according to the content properties of the cloud tasks and resources respectively. Next,cloud tasks and cloud resources are clustered according to their computation characteristics( e. g. computation-intensive,data-intensive). Subsequently,greedy scheduling is performed. | 6 | Local bone metabolism balance regulation via double-adhesive hydrogel for fixing orthopedic implants显示文摘The effective osteointegration of orthopedic implants is a key factor for the success of orthopedic surgery.However,local metabolic imbalance around implants under osteoporosis condition could jeopardize the fixation effect.Inspired by the bone structure and the composition around implants under osteoporosis condition,alendronate(A)was grafted onto methacryloyl hyaluronic acid(H)by activating the carboxyl group of methacryloyl hyaluronic acid to be bonded to inorganic calcium phosphate on trabecular bone,which is then integrated with aminated bioactive glass(AB)modified by oxidized dextran(O)for further adhesion to organic collagen on the trabecular bone.The hybrid hydrogel could be solidified on cancellous bone in situ under UV irradiation and exhibits dual adhesion to organic collagen and inorganic apatite,promoting osteointegration of orthopedic implants,resulting in firm stabilization of the implants in cancellous bone areas.In vitro,the hydrogel was evidenced to promote osteogenic differentiation of embryonic mouse osteoblast precursor cells(MC3T3-E1)as well as inhibit the receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand(RANKL)-induced osteoclast differentiation of macrophages,leading to the upregulation of osteogenic-related gene and protein expression.In a rat osteoporosis model,the bone-implant contact(BIC)of the hybrid hydrogel group increased by 2.77,which is directly linked to improved mechanical stability of the orthopedic implants.Overall,this organic-inorganic,dual-adhesive hydrogel could be a promising candidate for enhancing the stability of orthopedic implants under osteoporotic conditions. | Wei Jiang Fushan Hou Yong Gu Qimanguli Saiding Pingping Bao Jincheng Tang Liang Wu Chunmao Chen Cailiang Shen Catarina Leite Pereira Marco Sarmento Bruno Sarmento Wenguo Cui Liang Chen | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,6: | 0 |
| 7 | Incubation Effect on Eggs of Tibetan Chicken under Low Altitude Condition显示文摘[Objective] In order to study incubation conditions of Tibetan chickens in low altitude areas. [Method]Eggs of Tibetan chicken were transported to low altitude areas in highland areas for artificial hatching. [Results] The results showed that the average hatching rate of fertilized eggs was 85. 33%; the average healthy chick rate was 91. 77 %; the average primary body mass was 31. 21 g. Hatching rate of eggs in group 2 was the highest,which reached 90. 52%,the average egg mass was 43. 25 g and the average egg shape index was 1. 32. Hatching rate of eggs in group 2 was 13. 11% and 2. 47% higher than that in group 1 and group 3 respectively,which was 5. 19% higher than the average value. Hatching rate and healthy chick rate of eggs in group 2 also showed the same trend. | 8 | Impacts of Active Ingredients of Three Traditional Chinese Medicine on Immune Effect of PCV2 Vaccine显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to screen the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM),which significantly enhanced the immune effect of porcine circovirus type 2( PCV2) vaccine.[Method] Sixty-six 14-day-old piglets were randomly divided into 11 groups,including immune control group,blank control group and nine drug groups.Piglets that were reared for 21 d were intramuscularly injected with 2 m L of inactivated vaccine in cervical region expect for blank control group.Piglets in nine drug groups were administrated with 5 m L of matrine,scutellarin and astragalus polysaccharide( ASP) at three doses( high dose 12 mg,medium dose 8 mg,low dose 4 mg) three days before and after immunization; piglets in blank control group and immune control group were administrated with equal volume of normal saline.Five piglets were randomly selected from each group to collect venous blood at 7,14,21 and 28 d post immunization,and the PCV2 antibody level,the concentration of specific immunoglobulin Ig G,the changes in peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets,and the content of serum IL-2 and IFN-γ were determined.[Result] The immunological effects of active ingredients of three TCM on PCV2 vaccine all enhanced at different degree.The effects of scutellarin middle dose group was the best.[Conclusion]Scutellarin could be used as a candidate drug for PCV2 vaccine immunoenhancer. | Yao Jing Li Kai Jiang Chunmao Zhang Bin Wu Caihong Sheng Yu Yu Lianqin | 2017 | Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2017,9,6: | 0 |
