1Advanced Functional Fiber and Smart Textile显示文摘The research and applications of fiber materials are directly related to the daily life of social populace and the development of relevant revolutionary manufacturing industry.However,the conventional fibers and fiber products can no longer meet the requirements of automation and intellectualization in modern society,as well as people’s consumption needs in pursuit of smart,avant-grade,fashion and distinctiveness.The advanced fiber-shaped electronics with most desired designability and integration features have been explored and developed intensively during the last few years.The advanced fiber-based products such as wearable electronics and smart clothing can be employed as the second skin to enhance information exchange between humans and the external environment.In this review,the significant progress on flexible fiber-shaped multifunctional devices,including fiber-based energy harvesting devices,energy storage devices,chromatic devices,and actuators are discussed.Particularly,the fabrication procedures and application characteristics of multifunctional fiber devices such as fiber-shaped solar cells,lithium-ion batteries,actuators and electrochromic fibers are introduced in detail.Finally,we provide our perspectives on the challenges and future development of functional fiber-shaped devices.Qiuwei Shi Jianqi Sun Chengyi Hou Yaogang Li Qinghong Zhang Hongzhi Wang 2019Advanced Fiber Materials2019,1,1:7
2A-π-D-π-A small-molecule donors with different end alkyl chains obtain different morphologies in organic solar cells显示文摘For bulk-heterojunction organic solar cells, the morphology of the blend films highly influence the exciton dissociation and charge transport process. In this work, two novel A-π-D-π-A(A represents the acceptor unit and D represents the donor unit) backbone structure small molecular electron donors based on two dimensional conjugated naphtho[1,2-b:5,6-b']dithiophene(NDT) with different end alkyl chains, named as NDT-3T-EH and NDT-3T-O, have been designed and synthesized. The photovoltaic property of NDT-3T-O-based device is better than that of the NDT-3T-EH and the best efficiency reaches 7.06%, and the photovoltaic property of NDT-3T-EH reaches 6.11%. The difference in the performance should be attributed to the different morphology and phase separation resulted from the different crystallinity and aggregation ability of two donors. 4Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B and advanced fibrosis or compensated cirrhosis显示文摘Background and aims:Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)is the first-line therapy for chronic hepatitis B.This interim analysis presents the efficacy and safety data for TDF at Week 144 in patients with chronic hepatitis B and advanced fibrosis or compensated cirrhosis from China.Methods:Patients were assessed for incidence of newly diagnosed hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and disease progression,liver stiffness measurement(LSM),virological suppression(serum hepatitis B virus DNA<20 IU/mL),alanine aminotransferase normalization,hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)loss and seroconversion,histological liver fibrosis score,and safety at Week 144.Results:Overall,197 patients were enrolled.At Week 144,the incidence of newly diagnosed HCC was observed in 2.1%patients,and the incidence of disease progression was observed in 3.6%patients.The mean(standard deviation)change in LSM from baseline was5.1(5.85)kPa.Serum hepatitis B virus DNA<20 IU/mL was observed in 94.1%patients,alanine aminotransferase normalization in 33.5%patients,HBeAg loss in 35.6%patients,and HBeAg seroconversion in 14.4%patients.Among patients with stage F3 or F4 fibrosis at baseline by LSM,38.3%patients regressed to stage F0/1,and 22.0%of patients regressed to stage F2 at Week 144.Overall,67.7%patients experienced≥1 adverse events,13.8%patients experienced TDF-related adverse events,and 16.4%patients experienced serious(none were TDF-related).Conclusions:At Week 144 of TDF treatment,low incidence of HCC and disease progression were reported.Virological suppression was observed in 94.1%patients,which was associated with fibrosis regression.No new safety events were identified.Huiying Rao Jia Shang Qing Xie Jianqi Lian Pujun Gao Junping Shi Xinyue Chen Jiefei Wang Min Xu Liaoyun Zhang Yingren Zhao QingMao Maorong Wang Wei Zhao Zong Zhang Jidong Jia Hong Tang Jiming Zhang Xin Zheng Chang Liu Lai Wei 2022iLIVER2022,1,3:1
5Enhanced intermolecular interactions to improve twisted polymer photovoltaic performance显示文摘In polymer solar cells(PSCs), twisted polymer donors usually have low photovoltaic efficiencies due to their poor photoactive layer morphologies. Herein, we successfully improved twisted polymer(PBDT-3T) photovoltaic efficiency by employing C=O groups(PBDT-3TCO) to enhance intermolecular interactions. The maximum power conversion efficiency(PCE) of PBDT-3T is only 1.05%, while the PCE of PBDT-3TCO reaches 11.77% in non-fullerene(NF) PSCs. Both polymers-based PSCs show very similar open-circuit voltages but remarkable differences in their short-circuit currents and fill factors. The single crystals of both functionalized terthiophenes with methyl substituents demonstrate that the terthiophene with C=O units changes molecular pattern by forming intra/inter molecular S???O and O???H interactions but its molecular planarity does not significantly improve.Our comparative studies show that PBDT-3TCO with C=O units possesses a strong aggregation property and optimal photoactive layer morphology in NF PSCs. 6Data-Driven Synthetic Cell Factories Development for Industrial Biomanufacturing显示文摘Revolutionary breakthroughs in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) have had a profound impact on a widerange of scientific disciplines, including the development of artificial cell factories for biomanufacturing. In this paper, wereview the latest studies on the application of data-driven methods for the design of new proteins, pathways, and strains. Wefirst briefly introduce the various types of data and databases relevant to industrial biomanufacturing, which are the basis fordata-driven research. Different types of algorithms, including traditional ML and more recent deep learning methods, are alsopresented. 7Pilot Test of Preparing 2-Alkylanthraquinone Using Alkylation-Oxidation Technology显示文摘To expedite the development of industrial technology for producing 2-alkylanthraquinone,a novel pilot test of alkylation-oxidation technology was conducted.The process mainly included anthracene alkylation,separation of anthracene and 2-alkylanthracene,oxidation of 2-alkylanthracene,and product purification.Optimal alkylation conditions yielded a 91.1%conversion of anthracene and a 71.73%selectivity for 2-alkylanthracene.To address the separation problem of anthracene and 2-alkylanthracene,solvent-assisted distillation technology was developed,resulting in a 98.9%purity of 2-alkylanthracene and a 91.82%separation yield.When the molar ratio of H2O_(2) to 2-alkylanthracene was 7:1,a 98.96%conversion of 2-alkylanthracene and a 99.94%selectivity for 2-alkylanthraquinone were achieved.A novel composition of 2-alkylanthraquinone,including 2-tert-butylanthraquinone,2-tert-amylanthraquinone,and 2-hexylanthraquinone,was developed.This composition could be effectively separated and purified through a combination of crystallization and washing processes.The elemental composition of the product met the existing standards,and its hydrogenation performance closely matched that of commercially available 2-tert-amylanthraquinone products.Zheng Bo Qian Jianguo Shi Peng Pan Zhiyong Qie Siyuan Zhang Yueqin Fei Jianqi Qiao Liang Zong Baoning 2024China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2024,26,1:0
8A Multi-Agent Spatial Logic for Scenario-Based Decision Modeling and Verification in Platoon Systems显示文摘To cater for the scenario of coordinated transportation of multiple trucks on the highway,a platoon system for autonomous driving has been extensively explored in the industry.Before such a platoon is deployed,it is necessary to ensure the safety of its driving behavior,whereby each vehicle’s behavior is commanded by the decision-making function whose decision is based on the observed driving scenario.However,there is currently a lack of verification methods to ensure the reliability of the scenario-based decision-making process in the platoon system.In this paper,we focus on the platoon driving scenario,whereby the platoon is composed of intelligent heavy trucks driving on cross-sea highways.We propose a formal modeling and verification approach to provide safety assurance for platoon vehicles’cooperative driving behaviors.The existing Multi-Lane Spatial Logic(MLSL)with a dedicated abstract model can express driving scene spatial properties and prove the safety of multi-lane traffic maneuvers under the single-vehicle perspective.To cater for the platoon system’s multi-vehicle perspective,we modify the existing abstract model and propose a Multi-Agent Spatial Logic(MASL)that extends MLSL by relative orientation and multi-agent observation.We then utilize a timed automata type supporting MASL formulas to model vehicles’decision controllers for platoon driving.Taking the behavior of a human-driven vehicle(HDV)joining the platoon as a case study,we have implemented the model and verified safety properties on the UPPAAL tool to illustrate the viability of our framework.Jingwen Xu Yanhong Huang Jianqi Shi Shengchao Qin 2021Journal of Computer Science & Technology2021,36,6:0
9Conjugation expansion strategy enables highly stable all-polymer solar cells显示文摘The stability issue is one of the key factors hindering the commercial application of organic solar cells.All-polymer organic solar cell is one of the effective ways to solve the stability problem.In this work,we designed and synthesized two polymer donor materials PBDT and PDTBDT with different conjugation ranges,and demonstrated for the first time that extending the conjugation range of donor materials in all polymer solar cells can significantly improve device efficiency and stability.The experimental results of materials and devices show that PDTBDT with a larger conjugation range has stronger crystallinity and a more planar structure,which endows the active layer in its corresponding device with higher exciton dissociation probability,lower carrier recombination probability,more balanced charge transport properties and more favorable film morphology.As a result,the PDTBDT:PYF-T-o devices display an outstanding PCE of 13.38%,which is much higher than PBDT with smaller conjugation range based devices.Moreover,the PDTBDT:PYF-T-o device retains 0.86 of the initial PCE after over 500 h in the air atmosphere,exhibiting significantly improved stability.The improved stability is attributed to the enhanced moisture and air tolerance of active layer film thanks to the strong crystallinity of the donor material.These results demonstrate that the conjugation expansion strategy is one of the effective ways to obtain efficient and stable all-polymer organic solar cells.Dingding Qiu Yanan Shi Yi Li Jianqi Zhang Kun Lu Zhixiang Wei 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,8:0
10LAL test and RPT for endotoxin detection of CPT-11/DSPE-mPEG_(2000) nanoformulation: What if traditional methods are not applicable?显示文摘Endotoxin detection is an important step in drug characterization. Herein we found that a chemotherapeutic drug nanoformulation composed of irinotecan hydrochloride(CPT-11) and an amphiphilic molecule DSPE-mPEG_(2000) can interfere with the limulus amebocyte lysate assay(LAL). 11An effective strategy for preparing transparent ceramics using nanorod powders based on pressure-assisted particle fracture and rearrangement显示文摘Achieving full densification of some ceramic materials,such as Y_(2)O_(3),without sintering aids by spark plasma sintering(SPS)is a great challenge when plastic deformation contributes limitedly to the densification as the yield stress of the material at an elevated temperature is higher than the applied sintering pressure.Herein,we demonstrate that particle fracture and rearrangement is an effective strategy to promote the densification during the pressure-assisted sintering process.Specifically,Y_(2)O_(3) nanocrystalline powders composed of nanorod and near-spherical particles were synthesized and sintered at various temperatures by the SPS.The results show that the relative density of the ceramics prepared by the nanorod powders is higher than the density of the ceramics from the near-spherical powders after 600℃ due to the fracture and rearrangement of the nanorods at low temperatures,which leads to the decrease of particle size and the increase of density and homogeneity.Based on this novel densification mechanism,ultrafine-grained Y_(2)O_(3) transparent ceramics with good optical and mechanical properties were fabricated successfully from the nanorod powders.Zhangyi HUANG Yang SHI Yutong ZHANG Mao DENG Yi GUO Qingquan KONG Jianqi QI Benyuan MA Qingyuan WANG Haomin WANG 2022Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,12:0
