| 1 | Effects of different fertilizations on fruit quality,yield and soil fertility in field-grown kiwifruit orchard显示文摘Kiwifruit yield and quality and soil nutrients were investigated in a kiwifruit orchard after long-term fertilization to understand the relationship between kiwifruit growth and soil nutrition.Seven fertilization treatments with three replications were applied in a continuous four-year period,including no fertilizer(CK);phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)fertilizers(PK);N and K fertilizers(NK);N and P fertilizers(NP);N,P and K fertilizers(NPK);1.5 times of N,P and K fertilizers(1.5NPK);and chemical fertilizers plus swine manure(NPKM).Fertilization increased kiwifruit yield at the rate of 450 kg N/hm^(2),225 kg P2O5/hm^(2),300 kg K2O/hm^(2).The average yield decreased in a descending order for NPKM(44.6 t/hm^(2)),1.5NPK(42.6 t/hm^(2)),NPK(42.0 t/hm^(2)),NK(38.0 t/hm^(2)),NP(36.7 t/hm^(2)),PK(36.4 t/hm^(2))and CK(34.1 t/hm^(2)).The sugar to acid ratio(S:A)was the highest(10.9)in 2012,and the soluble sugar increased by 15.7%after four-year NPKM fertilization.The NPKM fertilization also significantly increased the vitamin C,soluble solid and firmness.The soil organic carbon contents at 0-20 cm,20-40 cm and 40-60 cm in depth under the NPKM treatment were 27%,29%and 139%higher than that of the CK treatment,respectively.The available N contents at 0-20 cm,20-40 cm and 40-60 cm in depth in the 1.5NPK treatment were 180%,114%and 133%higher than that in the CK treatment,respectively.Balanced fertilization with N,P,K and organic manure is important to soil fertility,which may increase yield and improve quality in field-grown kiwifruit orchard. | Zhao Zuoping Duan Min Yan Sha Liu Zhifeng Wang Qi Fu Jing Tong Yan’an | 2017 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,2: | 6 |
| 2 | Adaptive sliding mode backstepping control for near space vehicles considering engine faults显示文摘A fault tolerant control methodology based adaptive sliding mode(ASM) backstepping is proposed for near space vehicle(NSV) attitude control system under engine faults. The proposed scheme combined adaptive backstepping with the sliding mode control strategy could guarantee the system's stability and track desired signals under external disturbances and engine faults. Firstly, attitude mode description and the engine faulty model are given. Secondly, a nominal control law is designed.Thirdly, a sliding mode observer is given later in order to estimate both the information of engine faults and external disturbances. An adaptive sliding mode technology based on the previous nominal control law is developed via updating faulty parameters. | 3 | Comparison of yield performance between direct-seeded and transplanted double-season rice using ultrashort-duration varieties in central China显示文摘Labor scarcity requires double-season rice to be planted by direct seeding as an alternative to transplanting. Only ultrashort-duration varieties can be used in direct-seeded, double-season rice(DSD) in central China where thermal time is limited. Whether ultrashort-duration varieties grown in DSD can be as productive and efficient in nitrogen(N) use as transplanted double-season rice(TPD) remains unclear. Field experiments were conducted in Hubei province, central China with two establishment methods(DSD,TPD) and three N rates in the early and late seasons of 2017 and 2018. Nitrogen treatments included zero-N control(N0), total N rate of 60 kg N ha;with equal splits at basal, midtillering, and panicle initiation(N1), and weekly N application at 15 kg ha;from seeding/transplanting to heading(N2). Both early-and late-season rice under DSD matured within 95 days, on average 9 days shorter than rice under TPD. The grain yield of DSD was comparable to or higher than that of TDP in both seasons, although the daily yield was significantly higher under DSD than under TDP. Before heading, DSD had higher leaf area,stem number, intercepted radiation, and radiation use efficiency than TPD, which compensated for the negative effect of short growth duration on biomass production. Total dry weight and harvest index under DSD were comparable to or higher than those under TDP. In general, the recovery efficiency of fertilizer-N under DSD was higher than that under TPD, but the reverse was true for physiological N use efficiency. Thus, there was no significant difference in agronomic N use efficiency between DSD and TPD. | 4 | Photocatalytic decompositions of gaseous HCHO and methylene blue with highly ordered TiO_2 nanotube arrays显示文摘The highly ordered Ti O_2nanotubes(NTs) were fabricated by the anodic oxidation method.Their morphology,structure and crystalline phase were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The effects of morphology,specific surface area,pore structures and photocatalytic activity of the Ti O_2 NTs were investigated.UV–vis spectra analysis showed that its light absorption had been extended to the visible light range.The photocatalytic activity of the as-prepared samples was evaluated by photocatalytic oxidation of gaseous HCHO and MB aqueous solution.The samples had better adhesion strength in the dark and showed a higher photocatalytic activity than nanoparticles.Especially,with ultraviolet light pretreatment,the nanotubes exhibited more stable active for photocatalytic decomposition and the photodecomposition rate remained at high level after 3 cycles of the photocatalysis experiment.Thus,how the number of surface active group ·OH increased and the mechanism for the great improvement for the photocatalytic activity are discussed. | Lixia Li Jing Ya Fengjiao Hu Zhifeng Liu Lei E | 2016 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2016,25,4: | 2 |

| 6 | Structure Analysis of the Complete Mitochondrial Genome in Cultivation Variety ‘Rongfu’显示文摘In this report,complete mitochondrial genome sequences of Laminaria cultivation variety 'Rongfu' were obtained.The results showed the length of circular molecule of mtDNA was 37 638 bp(64.7% A+T),encoding three rRNAs(23S,16S and 5S),25 tRNAs,35 known mitochondrial proteins and 3 ORFs.Sequence alignment indicated its mtDNA genome was very similar to that of Laminaria japonica.Phylogenetic trees inferred from concatenated 30 mitochondrial genes showed that 'Rongfu',Laminaria japon-ica,Laminaria longipedalis,Laminaria diabolica,Laminaria religiosa and Laminaria ochotensis clustered together.In addition,compared with mitochondrial genome of L.japonica,'Rongfu' mtDNA lacked a non-coding region of 19 nucleotides,which was located between rRNA small subunit gene 3(rps3)and rRNA small subunit gene 9(rps9).Seven cultivation varieties of China were divided into two groups based on this non-coding region which was absent in 'Rongfu','Fujian' and 'Sanhai' while present in 'Ailunwan','Dongfang No.2','Dongfang No.3' and 'Zaohoucheng'.So this variation can be used in germplasm identification of cultivation variety. | ZHANG Jing LI Ning ZHANG Zhifeng LIU Tao | 2011 | Journal of Ocean University of China2011,10,4: | 2 |

| 9 | Imbalance between nitrogen and potassium fertilization influences potassium deficiency symptoms in winter oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) leaves显示文摘Chlorosis at leaf margins is a typical symptom of potassium(K) deficiency, but inappropriate application of K with other nutrients often masks symptoms of K deficiency. A two-year field experiment was conducted to measure the interactive effects of N and K on leaf photosynthesis and dry matter accumulation and the resulting growth dilution effect on K concentration and leaf K deficiency symptoms. N application aggravated the imbalance of N and K nutrients and further exacerbated K deficiency symptoms under K limitation. Synergistic effects of N and K promoted plant growth, amplified the growth dilution effect, and reduced the critical K concentration in leaves. Using 90% of the maximum shoot biomass as a threshold,the critical K concentration was 0.72% at the recommended N(N180) fertilization level. The critical K concentration increased by 62.5% owing to the reduced biomass under insufficient N(N;) supply. In contrast, high N(N;) reduced the critical K concentration(0.64%), accelerating chlorophyll decomposition and exacerbating K deficiency symptoms. The basis of changing the critical K concentration by magnifying growth dilution effect was the functional synergistic effect of N and K on photosynthetic characteristics. Under insufficient N, the low maximum carboxylation rate(V;) limited the net photosynthetic rate(An) and necessitated more K to maintain high CO;transmission capacity, to improve the total conductance g;/V;ratio. High N supply increased gtotand V;possibly mitigating the effect of K reduction on photosynthesis.
