1Flexible, Porous, and Metal–Heteroatom?Doped Carbon Nanofibers as Efficient ORR Electrocatalysts for Zn–Air Battery显示文摘Developing an e cient and durable oxygen reduction electrocatalyst is critical for clean-energy technology, such as fuel cells and metal–air batteries. In this study, we developed a facile strategy for the preparation of flexible, porous, and well-dispersed metal–heteroatom-doped carbon nanofibers by direct carbonization of electrospun Zn/Co-ZIFs/PAN nanofibers(Zn/Co-ZIFs/PAN). The obtained Zn/Co and N co-doped porous carbon nanofibers carbonized at 800 °C(Zn/Co–N@PCNFs-800) presented a good flexibility, a continuous porous structure, and a superior oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) catalytic activity to that of commercial 20 wt% Pt/C, in terms of its onset potential(0.98 V vs. RHE), half-wave potential(0.89 V vs. RHE), and limiting current density(-5.26 mA cm^(-2)). In addition, we tested the suitability and durability of Zn/Co–N@PCNFs-800 as the oxygen cathode for a rechargeable Zn–air battery. The prepared Zn–air batteries exhibited a higher power density(83.5 mW cm^(-2)), a higher specific capacity(640.3 mAh g^(-1)), an excellent reversibility, and a better cycling life than the commercial 20 wt% Pt/C + RuO_2 catalysts. 2Stiffness of Postural Alignment System Based on 3-Axis Actuators for Large Aircraft Components显示文摘Aircraft digital flexible assembly fixture and technologies are widely used in developed countries, while the traditional jig-based assembly mode is still used in China. The application study of aircraft digital flexible assembly system is just beginning in our country recently. To meet the requirements of automated posture alignment and join in digital assembly system for large aircraft components, a novel fitting fixture called 3-axis actuator is developed. On the basis of the actuators, three kinds of posture alignment system for large aircraft components are proposed, including the non-redundant system, the redundant actuating system, and the redundant leg system, and their constitutions and properties are introduced. Through deriving the feeding transmission stiffness model of single actuator and analyzing the inverse kinematics of these systems, the relationship between the external force and the changes of position and orientation of large aircraft component is obtained, and then the postural alignment stiffness models are established. With the method mentioned above, the postural alignment stiffness of three systems is computed by using the algebraic formulate, and the results show that redundant properties can increase system’s postural alignment stiffness. As an example, a optimized layout of the assembly system for a given model of aircraft is developed, the results of application show that the layout has many advantages, such as high accuracy, stiffness, stability, reliability, efficiency and flexible, which can satisfy the requirement of aircraft digital assembly system well. 4Behavior Model Construction for Client Side of Modern Web Applications显示文摘Most of the behavior models with respect to Web applications focus on sequencing of events,without regard for the changes of parameters or elements and the relationship between trigger conditions of events and Web pages.As a result,these models are not sufficient to effectively represent the dynamic behavior of the Web2.0 application.Therefore,in this paper,to appropriately describe the dynamic behavior of the client side of Web applications,we define a novel Client-side Behavior Model(CBM)for Web applications and present a user behavior trace-based modeling method to automatically generate and optimize CBMs.To verify the effectiveness of our method,we conduct a series of experiments on six Web applications according to three types of user behavior traces.The experimental results show that our modeling method can construct CBMs automatically and effectively,and the CBMs built are more precise to represent the dynamic behavior of Web applications.Weiwei Wang Junxia Guo Zheng Li Ruilian Zhao 2021Tsinghua Science and Technology2021,26,1:1

10Leucine-rich glioma-inactivated protein 1 antibody-mediated autoimmune encephalitis in a 4-year-old girl:a case report显示文摘Background:Leucine-rich glioma-inactivated protein 1(LGI1)antibody-mediated encephalitis is a rare subtype of autoimmune encephalopathy,which is associated with autoimmunity against the neuronal plasma membrane proteins.The characteristic symptoms of this disease are memory dysfunction,seizures,faciobrachial dystonic seizures,cognitive deficits,neuropsychiatric disturbances,and intractable hyponatremia.The diagnosis of this disease mainly depends on the presence of anti-LGI1 antibody in serum or cerebrospinal fluid of patients.LGI1 antibody encephalitis has been reported mostly in adults,with rare occurrences in children.Case presentation:In this report,we described a 4-year-old girl with typical seizures.Seizure types included focal seizures and generalized tonic-clonic seizures.The electroencephalogram findings showed focal discharges.Brain magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)showed normal.The cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)levels of cells,glucose,and chloride were within the normal range,and the culture did not reveal growth of any pathogen.Test of serum LGI1-Ab was positive,while the tests for autoimmune encephalitis antibody series in CSF were negative.The seizures of the patient were completely controlled after the therapy of immunoglobulin,methylprednisolone and antiepileptic drugs(AEDs),and the mental state almost returned to normal.Conclusion:To our knowledge,the patient described here may be the youngest case of LGI1 antibody encephalitis reported to date.Children with the LGI1 antibody-associated encephalitis may present only with single symptoms such as epileptic seizures and have good response to the therapy of immunoglobulin,methylprednisolone and antiepileptic drugs.Our case report will provide hints for pediatricians in the diagnosis and treatment of LGI1-antibody encephalitis.Junxia Luo Jianguo Shi Yehong Chen Wandong Hu Yujie Guo Guangshun Hou Zaifen Gao 2021Acta Epileptologica2021,3,1:1
11Haemorrhage risk of brain arteriovenous malformation during pregnancy and puerperium显示文摘Background This study aimed to assess whether pregnancy and puerperium were associated with the risk of brain arteriovenous malformation(bAVM)haemorrhage.Methods A retrospective review was conducted in Xiangya Hospital,Central South University from January 2012 to December 2021.A case-crossover design was adopted to calculate the incidence density of bAVM-related haemorrhage among female patients in risk(pregnancy and puerperium)and control(non-pregnancy and non-puerperium)periods,according to four scenarios observed in different populations scenario I:patients with haemorrhagic bAVM of all ages;scenario II:patients with haemorrhagic bAVM of all ages,with at least one previous pregnancy;scenario III:patients with haemorrhagic bAVM who are of reproductive age(15-45 years);scenario IV:patients with haemorrhagic bAVM of reproductive age(15-45 years),with at least one previous pregnancy.Next,a comprehensive literature aggregation(up to April 2022)was performed for evidence synthesis.Results Among the 311 female patients with haemorrhagic bAVM,a significant haemorrhage risk during pregnancy and puerperium was found in Scenarios I(relative risk[RR],2.08;95%CI,1.28 to 3.39),II(RR,3.21;95%CI,1.95 to 5.31)and IV(RR,2.92;95%CI,1.73 to 4.93);however,a suggestive risk was found in scenario III(RR,1.62;95%CI,0.99 to 2.67).Evidence synthesis revealed a consistent haemorrhage risk among patients of all ages(RR,3.15;95%CI,1.93 to 5.15)and those of reproductive age(RR,1.29;95%CI,0.89 to 1.86).Conclusion Compared with most previous studies,a higher but relatively moderate risk for bAVM-related haemorrhage was identified during pregnancy and puerperium.Individualised prevention and treatment strategies should be preferred when neurosurgeons make clinical decisions.Junyu Liu Honghao Zhang Chun Luo Yuxin Guo Yifeng Li Dun Yuan Weixi Jiang Junxia Yan 2023Stroke & Vascular Neurology2023,8,4:1

14Investigation on the Tribology of Co Implanted Stainless Steel Using Metal Vapor Vacuum Arc Ion Source显示文摘AISI 304 stainless steel was ion implanted with Co, and the tribological property on the surface of the stainless steel was investigated. The Co ion implantation was carried out using a metal vapor vacuum arc (Mevva) broad-beam ion source with an extraction voltage of 40 kV, implantation doses of 3×1017/cm2 and 5×1017/cm2, and ion current densities of 13, 22 and 32 μA/cm2. The results showed that the near-surface hardness of Co-implanted stainless steel sample was increased by 50% or more, and it increased with increasing ion current density at first and then declined. The friction coefficient decreased from 0.74 to 0.20 after Co implantation. The wear rate after Co implantation reduced by 25% or more as compared to the unimplanted sample. The wear rate initially decreased with increasing ion current density and then an increase was observed. Within the range of experimental parameters, there exists a critical ion current density for the Co-implanted stainless steel, at which the wear rate decreased with increasing retained dose, going through a minimum and then increased. 17Two-stage reproduction derived from cells of thallus could directly contribute to seeds for green tidal algal Enteromorpha(Ulva) prolifera/clathrata bloom,with disclosure of their ephemeral trait显示文摘Green tidal algal Enteromorpha species complete their life cycles by the isomorphic alternation of generations.The provenance of green tide caused by them in the western Yellow Sea has been disputed. The cell reproduction derived from adult thallus was observed on E. clathrata collected from Shantou City, Guangdong Province in this study. Subsequently, it further found that E. proliferia collected from Qingdao City, Shandong Province and Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, produced reproductive cells by somatic cells of its early infantile thallus or branch. The latter is functionally similar to that the seedlings of red alga Porphyra yezoensis produce the monospores, and could exquisitely explain the ephemeral or opportunistic trait and environmental adaptation ability of Enteromorpha species. Changes in growth conditions may induce the two types of cell reproduction.They contribute to the bloom, and can effectively reveal the seasonally occurring large-scale and on-year and offyear phenomenon. The latter may have played a decisive role in its formation. This paper analyses the legal status of the species name, the type of generation during bloom, ephemeral traits, the role of microscopic propagule, the area of origin, on-year and off-year phenomenon, early warning and prevention and control of the species, and so on. 19Apoptosis Induced by Ginsenoside Rg3 in a Human Bladder Carcinoma Cell Line显示文摘OBJECTIVE This study was conducted to explore the effect of Rg3 on inhibition of proliferation and induction of apoptosis in bladder cancer cells. METHODS The EJ bladder cancer cell line was treated with Rg3 at various concentrations. Cell proliferation was measured by the MTT assay. Morphological changes in the cells were observed by fluorescent staining using Hoechst 33258. The cell cycle and apoptotic rate were analyzed by flow cytometry (FCM) and the expression of caspase-3 in cells was detected by immunocytochemistry. DMA ladder analysis was conducted by agarose gel electrophoresis. RESULTS Rg3 inhibited proliferation of EJ cells in a concentration-dependent manner, resulting in an IC50 for Rg3 at 48 h of 125.5μg/ml. When treated with 150μg/ml of Rg3 for 24 h and 48 h, the cells showed apoptotic morphological characteristics including condensed chromatin, nuclear fragmentation, apoptotic bodies and bright fluorescent granules as well as a higher caspase-3 expression. The FCM assay indicated that Rg3 altered the cell cycle and induced apoptosis of the EJ cells, when treated for 24 h and 48 h with 75μg/ml of Rg3 as well as for 48 h with 150μg/ml. The percentages of cells in the S phase and the G2/M transition were increased, whereas the percentages of cells in the G0-G1 transition were decreased. The apoptotic rates were increased from (1.05±0.17)% in the control group cells to (8.41±0.98)%,(18.57±2.20)% and (33.98±1.64)% respectively. Significant changes in the DNA ladders, showed that the effects of Rg3 were displayed in a dose and time dependent manner. 20Natural variations of OsAUX5,a target gene of OsWRKY78,control the neutral essential amino acid content in rice grains显示文摘Grain essential amino acid(EAA)levels contribute to rice nutritional quality.However,the molecular mechanisms underlying EAA accumulation and natural variation in rice grains remain unclear.Here we report the identification of a previously unrecognized auxin influx carrier subfamily gene,OsAUX5,which encodes an amino acid transporter that functions in uptake of multiple amino acids.We identified an elite haplotype of Pro::OsAUX5^(Hap2) that enhances grain EAA accumulation without an apparent negative effect on agronomic traits.Natural variations of OsAUX5 occur in the cis elements of its promoter,which are differentially activated because of the different binding affinity between OsWRKY78 and the W-box,contributing to grain EAA variation among rice varieties.The two distinct haplotypes were shown to have originated from different Oryza rufipogon progenitors,which contributed to the divergence between japonica and indica.Introduction of the indica-type Pro::OsAUX5^(Hap2) genotype into japonica could significantly increase EAA levels,indicating that indica-type Pro::OsAUX5^(Hap2) can be utilized to increase grain EAAs of japonica varieties.Collectively,our study uncovers an WRKY78–OsAUX5-based regulatory mechanism controlling grain EAA accumulation and provides a potential target for breeding EAA-rich rice.Yuheng Shi Yuanyuan Zhang Yangyang Sun Ziyang Xie Yu Luo Qiyuan Long Jiahui Feng Xueqing Liu Bi Wang Dujun He Junxia Ren Peizhen Guo Junwei Xing Liqiang He Alisdair RFernie Wei Chen Xianqing Liu Yuehua Luo Cheng Jin Jie Luo 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,2:0
