| 1 | Geochronology of Baogutu porphyry copper deposit in Western Junggar area, Xinjiang of China显示文摘Baogutu copper deposit in Western Junggar area is a mesoscopic porphyry deposit found in recent years. Study on its geochronology will help further understand ore genesis and regional ore-forming pattern. A series of small quartz-diorite and granodiorite stocks outcrop at Baogutu area, numbered I―X according to their size. A detailed exploration on Number V stock confirmed it as a mesoscopic scale copper deposit, and various exploration work has been carried out on other stocks with ore-forming evidence. This paper studies geochronology of Number V stock using zircon SHRIMP U-Pb and single mineral K-Ar method. Twenty-five SHRIMP ages yield two 206Pb/238U weighed mean ages of 335.6 ± 7.8 Ma and 311.4 ± 3.3 Ma respectively. The older date is considered to be inherited zircon from either surrounding rock tuff or deep granitoid batholith, whereas the younger date is the formation age of ore-bearing intrusion. K-Ar ages of ore-forming biotites, 296.0 ± 3.7 Ma and 297.3 ± 3.8 Ma, in combination with Re-Os age of molybdenite, 310 Ma, confirm the ore-forming age of 310-296 Ma. Granophyre and dioritic porphyrite dikes cut Number V stock and their K-Ar ages range from 278 to 240 Ma, which confine the lower boundary of the mineralization. | 2 | CAD Model-Based Intelligent Inspection Planning for Coordinate Measuring Machines显示文摘As the market competition among enterprises grows intensively and the demand for high quality products increases rapidly, product quality inspection and control has become one of the most important issues of manufacturing, and improving the efficiency and accuracy of inspection is also one of problems which enterprises must solve. It is particularly important to establish rational inspection planning for parts before inspecting product quality correctly. The traditional inspection methods have been difficult to satisfy the requirements on the speed and accuracy of modern manufacturing, so CAD-based computer-aided inspection planning (CAIP) system with the coordinate measuring machines (CMM) came into being. In this paper, an algorithm for adaptive sampling and collision-free inspection path generation is proposed, aiming at the CAD model-based inspection planning for coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Firstly, using the method of step adaptive subdivision and iteration , the sampling points for the specified number with even distribution will be generated automatically. Then, it generates the initial path by planning the inspection sequence of measurement points according to the values of each point's weight sum of parameters, and detects collision by constructing section lines between the probe swept-volume surfaces and the part surfaces, with axis-aligned bounding box (AABB) filtering to improve the detection efficiency. For collided path segments, it implements collision avoidance firstly aiming at the possible outer-circle features, and then at other collisions, for which the obstacle-avoiding movements are planned with the heuristic rules, and combined with a designed expanded AABB to set the obstacle-avoiding points. | 3 | Histopathology and Ultrastructural Pathology of Cyprinid Herpesvirus Ⅱ(CyHV-2) Infection in Gibel Carp, Carassius auratus gibelio显示文摘Cyprinid herpesvirus II(Cy HV-2) infection is identified in cultured gibel carp, Carassius auratus gibelio, with high mortality in China in recent years. Histological pathology includes acute hepatocellular necrosis, splenic necrosis, kidney necrosis, hyperplasia of the secondary lamellae with focal necrosis. Acute necrotic myocarditis and granulocytes are prominent within the cardiac lumen in infected fish. In addition, necrosis is observed in the submucosa and mucosa epithelium of intestinal tract. Edemas are observed in renal glomerulus, submucosa and mucosa epithelium of intestinal tract, myocardial cells and neurons. Transmission electron microscopy indicates the cytoplasmic inclusions in splenocytes, glomerulus cells and hematopoietic tissue cells of kidney, epithelial cells of gills and brain cells. | 4 | Hydrogen production from coke oven gas over LiNi/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst modified by rare earth metal oxide in a membrane reactor显示文摘The performance of LiNi/γ-Al2O3 catalysts modified by rare earth metal oxide(La2O3 or CeO2 ) packed on BCFNO membrane reactor was discussed for the partial oxidation of methane(POM) in coke oven gas(COG) at 875 C. The NiO/γ-Al2O3 catalysts with different amounts of La2O3 and CeO2 were prepared with the same preparation method and under the same condition in order to compare the reaction performance(oxygen permeation,CH 4 conversion,H 2 and CO selectivity) on the membrane reactor. The results show that the oxygen permeation flux increased significantly with LiNiREO x /γ-Al2O3(RE = La or Ce) catalysts by adding the element of rare earth especially the Ce during the POM in COG. Such as,the Li15wt%CeO2 9wt%NiO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst with an oxygen permeation flux of 24.71 ml cm 2 min 1 and a high CH 4 conversion was obtained in 875 C. The resulted high oxygen permeation flux may be due to the added Ce that inhibited the strong interaction between Ni and Al2O3 to form the NiAl2O4 phase. | 5 | A complete genome assembly of Glaciecola mesophila sp. nov. sequenced by using BIGIS-4 sequencer system显示文摘Using a pyrosequencing-based custom-made sequencer BIGIS-4, we sequenced a Gram-negative bacterium Glaciecola mesophila sp. nov. (Gmn) isolated from marine invertebrate specimens. We generated 152043 sequencing reads with a mean high-quality length of 406 bp, and assembled them using the BIGIS-4 post-processing module. No systematic low-quality data was detected beyond expected homopolymer-derived errors. The assembled Gmn genome is 5144318 bp in length and harbors 4303 annotated genes. A large number of metabolic genes correspond to various nutrients from surface marine invertebrates. | 6 | Applicable conditions for a classification system of aquifer-protective mining in hallow coal seams显示文摘Based on the conclusions of domestic and foreign research, we have analyzed the collapse-fall characteristics of overlying strata and the mechanism of aquifer-protective mining in shallow coal seam working faces at the Shendong Mine. We have selected the height of the water-conducting fracture zone in overlying strata as a composite index and established the applicable conditions of aquifer-protective mining in shallow coal seams with a multi-factor synthetic-index classification method. From our calculations and analyses of variance, we used factors such as the overlying strata strength, mining disturbing factors and rock integrity as related factors of the composite index. We have classified the applicable conditions of aquifer-protective mining in shallow coal seams into seven types by comparing the result of the height of water-conducting fractured zones of long-wall and short-wall working faces with the thickness of the bedrock, the thickness of the weathered zone and the size of safety coal-rock pillars. As a result, we propose the preliminary classification system of aquifer-protective mining in shallow coal seams. | 8 | Low-cost hybrid integrated 4 × 25 GBaud PAM-4CWDM ROSA with a PLC-based arrayed waveguide grating de-multiplexer显示文摘We demonstrate a low-cost hybrid integrated and compact 100 GBaud four-lane coarse wavelength division multiplexing (CWDM) receiver optical sub-assembly (ROSA) based on an arrayed waveguide grating de-multiplexer in the O band. To achieve the horizontal light coupling between the planar light-wave circuit (PLC) based arrayed waveguide grating de-multiplexer and photodetector array, a 42°polished facet is applied for total reflection.A flexible printed circuit with high-frequency coplanar waveguides is used for a power supply of trans-impedance amplifier and signal transmission.The fabricated CWDM ROSA module, whose size is 18mm×22mm×6mm, shows a 3 dB bandwidth of 21.2,18.4,19.6,and 19.3 GHz,respectively,in each lane.
