1A first-principles study of site occupancy and interfacial energetics of an H-doped TiAl-Ti_3 Al alloy显示文摘We investigate the site occupancy and the interfacial energetics of TiAl-Ti 3 Al binary-phase system with H using a first-principles method.H energetically prefers to occupy the Ti-rich octahedral interstitial site because H prefers to bond with Ti rather than with Al.The occupancy tendency of H in the binary phase TiAl-Ti 3 Al alloy from high to low is 2-Ti 3 Al to/2 interface and-TiAl,because the decrease of the Ti local concentration is in the same order.We demonstrate that H can largely affect the mechanical properties of the TiAl-Ti 3 Al system.On the one hand,H at the interface reduces the interface energy with the H 2 molecule as a reference,implying the TiAl/Ti 3 Al interface is stabilized.On the other hand,the ratio between the cleavage energy and the unstable stacking fault energy decreases after H-doping,indicating H will reduce the ductility of the TiAl/Ti 3 Al interface.Consequently,the mechanical property variation of TiAl alloy due to the presence of H not only depends on the amount of TiAl/Ti 3 Al interfaces but also is related to the H concentration in the alloy.WEI Ye ZHANG Ying LU GuangHong XU HuiBin 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,2:8
2First-principles study of carbon effects in a tungsten grain boundary:site preference, segregation and strengthening显示文摘First-principles calculations have been performed to investigate energetics and site preference of carbon (C) in a tungsten (W) 5(310)/[001] grain boundary (GB). We calculate the solution energies of the C atom in the GB, which show that the interstitial C is energetically favored over the substitutional C. The segregation energy is calculated to be 3.95 eV for the energetically favorable GB interstitial site, indicating that C energetically prefers to segregate into the W GB. 3Effects of quenching temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of H13 mandrel steel显示文摘Optical microscope,stereomicroscope,scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and mechanical property testing were used to research the effects of different quenching temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the H13 mandrel steel.The results indicate that following an increase in the quenching,the degree of alloying is enhanced due to the carbides dissolving gradually in austenite,which improves the hardenability of the specimens,as well as their room and high-temperature strength.At the same time,the fracture toughness increases due to the increment of the martensite number and the interparticle distance of the carbides.However,extremely coarse grain and martensite can decrease the impact toughness.Optimal performance can be obtained after quenching at 1060℃ and double tempering at 620℃.Consequently,the service life of the H13 mandrel steel is extended significantly.TIAN Yuxin LU Minghe CAI Haiyan YIN Guanghong XU Zhou 2010Baosteel Technical Research2010,4,3:3
4Recent studies of tungsten-based plasma-facing materials in the linear plasma device STEP显示文摘This contribution summarized the recent studies of tungsten-based plasma-facing materials in the linear plasma device like the simulator for tokamak edge plasma(STEP),focusing on the examination of newly developed tungsten(W)-based materi-als and plasma-induced defects in pure W.Pure W,W-V,W-Y_(2)O_(3)and W-ZrC samples were exposed to a high-flux plasma of~1021-1022 m^(−2)s^(−1) with a fluence up to 1026 m^(−2) at a surface temperature below 500 K.The investigation of fundamental evolution of plasma-induced defects in pure W indicated a critical role of hydrogen-dislocation interactions.Suppressed surface blistering was observed in all W-based materials,but deuterium desorption behavior and retention were distinct with respect to different materials.The studies showed that the linear plasma device like the STEP was indispensable in the understanding of plasma-material interactions and the qualification of new materials for future fusion reactors.Hao Yin Jun Wang Wangguo Guo Long Cheng Yue Yuan Guanghong Lu 2019Tungsten2019,1,2:3
5Effect of herb-partitioned moxibustion on dopamine levels and dopamine receptor 1 expression in the colon and central nervous system in rats with Crohn’s disease显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of herb-partitioned moxibustion at the Tianshu (ST 25) and Qihai (CV 6) acupoints in rats with Crohn's disease,and explore the underlying mechanism from dopamine (DA) and dopamine receptor 1 (D1 R) in the colon,spinal dorsal horn and hypothalamus.METHODS:The rats were randomly divided into the normal,model (CD),herb-partitioned moxibustion (Mox) and mesalazine (Mesa) groups.Damage in the colons was scored and observed by hematoxylin and eosin staining.DA and D1R protein expression in the colonic mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry.The concentrations of DA and D1R in the spinal dorsal horn and hypothalamus were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and D1R mRNA expression was evaluated by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:In the colon,compared with the normal group,DA,D1 R protein expressions and D1 R mRNA expression were significantly higher in the model group,while decreased in the Mox group and the Mesa group.In the spinal dorsal horn and hypothalamus,compared with the normal group,the concentrations of DA and D1 R,and the D1R mRNA expressions were significantly higher in the model group,and decreased in the Mox group and the Mesa group.CONCLUSION:Herb-partitioned moxibustion at the Tianshu (ST 25) and Qihai (CV 6) acupoints relieved ulceration in CD rats,the underlying mechanism maybe relative with the regulation of DA and D1R in the colon,spinal dorsal horn and hypothalamus by moxibustion.Lu Yuan Zheng Handan Lü Tingting Ma Zhe Wu Huangan Xu Manwen Weng Zhijun Feng Hui Zhang Fang Ding Guanghong Wu Luyi Liu Huirong 2019Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,3:3

7Effect of helium implantation on mechanical properties of niobium doped tungsten显示文摘Helium atoms were implanted into niobium-doped tungsten and pure tungsten via ion implantation, and the effect of helium implantation on mechanical properties of two types of sample was studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope and nano-hardness tester. The results clearly show that the surface hardness and elastic modulus of tungsten are improved by implanted niobium ions, and the degradation of mechanical properties is mitigated comparing to pure tungsten under identical helium implantation fluence. 10Hemodynamic performance of coil embolization and stentassisted coil embolization treatments:a numerical comparative study based on subject-specific models of cerebral aneurysms显示文摘Hemodynamic characteristics such as blood velocity,blood pressure,flow impingement,wall shear stress and oscillatory shear index are considered to play important roles in the initiation,growth,rupture and recurrence of the cerebral aneurysms.Endovascular therapy is widely implemented to treat the cerebral aneurysms by releasing coils into the aneurysm sac for limiting the blood flow to the sac and stent-assisted coil embolization is adopted to occlude the wide-necked or complex aneurysms.Some researchers believe that stents are not only a mechanical device but may act as a biological system and contribute to vessel wall healing.Hemodynamics simulation helps people understand the effect of hemodynamic characteristics on the recurrence of the coiled aneurysm and it also benefits the interventional planning of neurosurgeons.This study constructed the numerical model for a subject-specific ICA aneurysm treated with stent-assisted coil embolization,which combined the coiled model of the aneurysm with a porous stent placement,and simulated the pulsatile blood flow in these aneurysm models.When a stent was placed across the aneurysm orifice in the coiled aneurysm,the high wall shear stress around the distal aneurysm root was reduced more than that of the coiled aneurysm without a stent.The simulated results point to the conclusion that the stent not only protects the parent artery from occlusion due to extension of coils or thrombosis,but may also reduce the recurrence risk of the stent-assisted coiled aneurysm.WANG ShengZhang ZHANG YiSen LU Gang YANG XinJian ZHANG XiaoLong DING GuangHong 2011Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,11:2

12Effect of warming moxibustion Tianshu(ST 25, bilateral) and Qihai(CV 6) for the treatment of diarrhea-dominant irritable bowel syndrome: a patient-blinded pilot trial with orthogonal design显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of warming moxibustion Tianshu(ST 25, bilateral) and Qihai(CV6) in patients with diarrhea-dominant irritable bowel syndrome(D-IBS) by assessing predominant factors, and determining the best factor combinations and their interactions. To identify the optimal quantity of warming moxibustion Tianshu(ST 25, bilateral) and Qihai(CV 6) to achieve optimal efficacy.METHODS: An L9(3~4) orthogonal design was applied to 233 confirmed subjects based on the three most influential factors and the three most frequently used levels. Nine programs were designed.Subjects were assigned to four subgroups according to age and gender; each subject underwent one of the nine programs randomly. We selected Tianshu(ST 25, bilateral) and Qihai(CV 6). The scores of symptoms and the IBS Quality of Life(IBS-QOL) were evaluated after the final treatment.RESULTS: After treatment, clinical symptoms of all patients were significantly improved(P = 0.001).Quality of life also improved significantly(P < 0.05).For all the participants, frequency was the dominating factor regarding symptoms(P = 0.01). Duration was the dominating factor for quality of life(P =0.0001). The best combination for improving symptoms in 30-40-year-old male and female patients was two courses of 10 min each once a day, and for41-50-year-old male and female patients it was three courses of 10 min(males) or 30 min(females)twice a day. The best combination for quality of life was three courses of 20 min once a day. No interaction was found between frequency and course, or frequency and duration.CONCLUSION: Warming moxibustion Tianshu(ST25, bilateral) and Qihai(CV 6) is a promising therapy for D-IBS. 13Effects of the refining treatment on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of H13 mandrel显示文摘This study researches the effects of the refining treatment on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of H13 mandrel steel and compares these effects with those of the conventional treatment.The results indicate that both carbide particles and grains were refined,carbide particles were uniformly distributed by the refining treatment,and therefore,the strength and toughness of H13 mandrel steel were improved.Rapid cooling after the solution treatment may inhibit intra-granular precipitation of carbide particles,which is favorable to enhancing toughness.Consequently,high-performance H13 mandrel steel can be produced by proper refining treatment.TIAN Yuxin LU Minghe CAI Haiyan YIN Guanghong 2009Baosteel Technical Research2009,3,4:1
14In situ LA-ICP-MS analyses of mica and wolframite from the Maoping tungsten deposit,southern Jiangxi,China显示文摘The Maoping tungsten deposit is located in the Nanling W-Sn metallogenic belt in South China.Greisen and quartz vein types of mineralization developed in this deposit.Protolithionite occurs in the granite.Zinnwaldite is occurs mainly in greisen and wolframite-quartz veins whereas phengite is found in the underground quartz veinlets.In granite and greisen,protolithionite,and zinnwaldite are partly replaced by Li-phengite.LA-ICP-MS trace element analyses of micas and wolframite are employed to characterize the ore-forming source and evolution of ore forming fluids.Micas show compositional variation trend in vertical directions with a decrease of W,Sn,Nb,and Ta and an increase of MgO,V,Ni,and Co.Wolframite in greisen has higher Mo,Sn,Nb,Ta,and REEs than those in quartz veins.All wolframites show similar REE patterns with enrichment of HREE.Wolframites in greisen and quartz veins have negative Eu anomalies,while wolframites in quartz veinlet display positive Eu anomalies.Compositions of mica and wolframite from different mining levels of the Maoping deposit suggest that the ore-forming fluids are dominated by magmatic hydrothermal fluids in the deep with a slight addition of meteoric water in the shallow.Brittle fractureinduced depressurization and fluid mixing controlled the evolution of ore-forming fluids and possibly lead to the wolframite deposition.Guanghong Chen Jianfeng Gao Jianjun Lu Rongqing Zhang 2020Acta Geochimica2020,39,6:1
15A novel therapeutic vaccine based on graphene oxide nanocomposite for tumor immunotherapy显示文摘With an intensive understanding of the mechanism of immune system,developing a therapeutic tumor vaccine is one of the most perspective strategy of cancer immunotherapy.In this study,we report a facile approach to prepare graphene oxide(GO)-based therapeutic cancer-nanovaccine.The model antigen(ovalbumin,OVA)and adjuvant(CpG ODN),are conjugated with GO-PEI nanosheet through electrostatic interaction.The addition of PEG can improve biocompatibility and prevent nanoparticle aggregation.The prepared GO-based nanovaccine,GO-PEI-OVA-PEG-CpG,exhibits good biocompatibility and low toxicity both in vivo and in vitro.More importantly,it can efficiently induce the maturation of dendritic cells(DCs),the enhancement of antigen cross-presentation ability,and the amplification of cytokine production of immune cells.Impressively,this nanovaccine shows a remarkable therapeutic effect against preestablished B16-OVA-melanoma tumors,which can significantly inhibit tumor growth and prolong the survival time of the OVA-expressed tumor-bearing mice.Moreover,combining GO-PEI-OVA-PEG-CpG with NLG919,an IDO-1(indoleamine-2,3-dioxygenase)inhibitor which can regulate the tumor microenvironment,displays a synergistic therapeutic effect.These findings indicate the GO-PEI-OVA-PEG-CpG nanovaccine actively induces an antigen-specific antitumor immune response and it combined with NLG919 could achieve better therapeutic outcomes.Liming Zhang Lingfeng Xu Yi Wang Jieyu Liu Guanghong Tan Fengying Huang Nongyue He Zhuoxuan Lu 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,8:1
