1溅射功率对磁控共溅射法制备的InTiZnO薄膜的影响显示文摘采用射频磁控共溅射法,以In2O3和Zn2TiO4陶瓷靶为共溅射靶材,在玻璃衬底上制备了InTiZnO薄膜。在薄膜制备过程中,固定In2O3靶材的溅射功率,研究了Zn2TiO4靶材溅射功率对薄膜的沉积速率、结晶质量、表面形貌以及薄膜透过率的影响。发现随着Zn2TiO4靶材的溅射功率的增大,薄膜的沉积速率增加。随着Zn2TiO4靶材的溅射功率的增大,薄膜中In2O3的峰逐渐减小。当溅射功率为90W时,In2O3峰消失,薄膜结构转变为非晶结构。薄膜的晶粒尺寸随着溅射功率的增大而减小,粗糙度随溅射功率的增大先增大后减小。InTiZnO薄膜在可见光区的透过率受溅射功率的影响变化不大,可见光范围内的透过率大于85%;在320nm~410nm波长附近薄膜透过率急剧下降,呈现了明显的紫外吸收边;薄膜的光学禁带宽度随着Zn2TiO4靶材的溅射功率的增大而减小。张倩 单福凯 耿广州 刘国侠 Shin B.C. 2温度对磁控溅射法制备的NiO薄膜的影响显示文摘采用射频磁控溅射法,以NiO靶材为溅射靶材,在不同温度玻璃衬底上制备了NiO薄膜。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、分光光度计以及四探针测试系统研究了温度对薄膜结构、光学和电学性能的影响。结果分析表明所有NiO薄膜都具有(111)方向的择优取向,并且晶格常数随温度升高而减小。NiO薄膜的晶粒尺寸和粗糙度也随着温度的升高而增大。由于NiO薄膜中镍空位和间隙氧的减少,薄膜的透过率、禁带宽度以及电阻率都随温度的升高而增大。耿广州 单福凯 张倩 刘国侠 Shin B.C.
