| 11 | A two-year(2020–2021)observation of marine phycotoxins in phytoplankton in typical mariculture areas of East China Sea显示文摘To learn the marine phycotoxins(MPTs)contamination status in mariculture areas in the East China Sea(ECS),from May 2020 to October 2021,80 net-concentrated phytoplankton samples were collected from 12 stations in three typical areas with high incidence of red tides,namely,Gouqi Island,Sandu’ao-Lianjiang,and Zhangzhou-Dongshan Island in ECS,and MPTs of the samples were detected.Six types of toxins were detected in 24 samples from 9 stations.Lipophilic marine toxins(LMTs)were more common and diverse in these areas.Pectenotoxin 2(PTX2)was the main lipophilic marine toxin(LMT)in the concentrated phytoplankton samples and the occurrence showed seasonal differences from north to south.According to the potential risks of pectenotoxin(PTXs)to seafood safety,it is suggested to execute regular monitoring on PTXs in ECS and a mandatory standard should be formulated based on the comprehensive analysis of in-situ monitoring and lab research.Meanwhile,contamination risks of cyclic imine toxins in the north and domoic acid(DA)in the south of ECS should also be paid with attention to.Only 2 paralytic shellfish toxins(PSTs),N-sulfocarbamoyl toxin C2(C2),and decarbamoyl gonyatoxin 3(dcGTX3),were found from spring samples in the north of ECS.As the biggest mussel culture county of China,Gouqi Island showed higher toxin diversity and the toxin detection rate was higher than the other two areas.In Gouqi Island area,PSTs were a serious potential threat in spring,and LMTs instead of PSTs became the main risk in summer-autumn seasons.To ensure the safety of seafood and marine environmental health,it is recommended to conduct long-term targeted tracking and monitoring of MPTs in this and similar mariculture areas. | Xiaoqing TIAN Chengqi FAN Yunyu TANG Haiyan ZHANG Wei KANG Sha CHEN Chongbin LI Ya’nan LU | 2022 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2022,40,6: | 1 |
| 12 | Effect of Resistance Training,Aerobic Exercise Before Doula-Assisted Delivery on the Psychological Well-Being and Labor Duration of Parturients显示文摘Objective:To investigate the impact of resistance training and aerobic exercise before doula-assisted delivery on the psychological well-being and labor duration of parturients.Methods:105 cases of parturients who gave birth in our hospital from February 2021 to April 2023 were included in this study.The patients were divided into a control group of 52 cases and an observation group of 53 cases.The patients in the control group received no particular intervention before delivery and only received doula assistance.The patients in the observation group received resistance training,aerobic exercise,and doula assistance prior to giving birth.After delivery,the mothers were observed for 2 hours in the delivery room and then returned to the maternal and infant ward.The observation indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:In comparison to the control group,the observation group exhibited shorter durations in the first,second,and third stages of labor,as well as the total delivery time.Additionally,the amount of postpartum blood loss at 2 hours was smaller in the observation group.The rate of cesarean section was lower,and the rate of vaginal natural delivery was higher in the observation group.Following the intervention,both groups of postpartum women showed decreased SAS and SDS scores compared to before the intervention.Moreover,the observation group had lower scores than the control group.These differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Resistance training and aerobic exercise before doula-assisted delivery can effectively improve the psychological state of parturients,shorten labor duration,increase the rate of natural vaginal delivery,and reduce pain and postpartum hemorrhage. | Jing Zhou Sha Tang Li Zhou Cong Jiang Wenjian Fan | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2023,7,6: | 0 |

| 15 | Determining Critical Support Discharge of a Riverhead and River Network Analysis: Case Studies of Lhasa River and Nyangqu River显示文摘A riverhead is the demarcation point of continuous water channel and seasonal channel, which is characterized by a critical flow that can support a continuous water body. In this study, the critical support discharge(CSD) is defined as the critical steady flows required to form the origin of a stream. The CSD is used as the criterion to determine the beginning of the riverhead, which can be controlled by hydro-climate factors(e.g., annual precipitation, annual evaporation, or minimum stream flow in arid season). The CSD has a close correlation with the critical support/source area(CSA) that largely affects the density of the river network and the division of sub-watersheds. In general, river density may vary with regional meteorological and hydrological conditions that have to be considered in the analysis. In this paper, a new model referring to the relationship of CSA and CSD is proposed, which is based on the physical mechanism for the origin of riverheads. The feasibility of the model was verified using two watersheds(Duilongqu Basin of the Lhasa River and Beishuiqu Basin of the Nyangqu River) in Tibet Autonomous Region to calculate the CSA and extract river networks. A series of CSAs based on different CSDs in derived equation were tested by comparing the extracted river networks with the reference network obtained from a digitized map of river network at large scales. Comparison results of river networks derived from digital elevation model with real ones indicate that the CSD(equal to criterion of flow quantity(Q_c)) are 0.0028 m^3/s in Duilongqu and 0.0085 m^3/s in Beishuiqu. Results show that the Q_c can vary with hydro-climate conditions. The Q_c is high in humid region and low in arid region, and the optimal Q_c of 0.0085 m^3/s in Beishuiqu Basin(humid region) is higher than 0.0028 m^3/s in Duilongqu Basin(semi-arid region). | 19 | A metabolite of Danshen formulae (IDHP) induces angiogenesis and protects rat brains against focal ischemia via CaMKKβ/AMPK(Thr172)/eNOS(Ser1177) signaling显示文摘OBJECTIVE Only limited number of drugs are currently available for treating ischemic stroke.Therapeutic angiogenesis has recently emerged as one of the most promising therapies for cerebral ischemic injury.Isopropyl-β-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-α-hydroxypropanoate(IDHP)is a metabolite derived from the botanical formulation for Dantonic®.Here,we investigated the angiogenic efficacy of IDHP in cerebral ischemia.METHODS The in vivo effects of IDHP were evaluated in the C57BL/6 mouse Matrigel plug and rat transient middle cerebral artery occlusion(tMCAO)models.Primary human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC)and human brain microvascular endothelial cells(HBMEC)were used to explore the effects of IDHP on stimulating proliferation,migration and tube formation in vitro.ELISA and Western blotting were used to quantitate the release and expression of relevant target molecules and signaling pathways.RESULTS IDHP reduced infarct volume and improved sensorimotor function in rats subjected to tMCAO by promoting angiogenesis,and promoted Matrigel neovascularization in mice.Moreover,IDHP produced a biphasic modulation on proliferation and migration both in HUVEC and HBMEC.It also induced tube formation in a 12-day HUVEC-HDF co-culture model and in Matrigel assays.IDHP-induced angiogenesis was accompanied by increased levels of p-AMPKα(Thr172)and p-eNOS(Ser1177)both in vitro and in vivo,and the decreased level of VEGF in rat brains on day 1 whereas enhanced level of VEGF on day 3 and 7 after tMCAO.Mechanistically,AMPK knockdown or pharmacologically inhibiting AMPK and its upstream kinases(CaMKKβ)inhibited the eNOS phosphorylation induced by IDHP in HUVEC.Furthermore,selective eNOS inhibitor(L-NIO),selective CaMKKβinhibitor(STO)and AMPKa inhibitor(Compound C)blocked the capillary-like tube formation in the co-culture model induced by IDHP(10 nmol·L^(-1)).CONCLUSION Collectively,these findings showed that IDHP protected rats from cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury by promoting angiogenesis via activating CaMKKβ/AMPK(Thr172)/eNOS(Ser1177)signaling,and suggest it to be a promising new drug candidate for the prevention and/or treatment of cerebral ischemia and other vascular occlusive diseases. | LIAO Sha LIU Rui-min XU Dan-ni ZHU Ming-hui ZHAO Qi LUO Xian-lin LI Zhu LUO Quan-li FAN Tai-ping ZHENG Xiao-hui | 2021 | 中国药理学与毒理学杂志2021,35,10: | 0 |
| 20 | Few-Atom Copper Catalyst for the Electrochemical Reduction of CO to Acetate:Synergetic Catalysis between Neighboring Cu Atoms显示文摘Single-atom catalysts(SACs)are gaining increasing recognition because of their superior catalytic properties for various reactions.However,the performance of SACs is often limited by the lack of neighboring metal centers to cooperate in catalysis.Herein,a synergetic interaction between neighboring Cu atoms of a few-atom catalyst(FAC)on graphdiyne(GDY)is found to greatly enhance the production of acetate in the CO electroreduction reaction relative to Cu SACs.In a 1.0 M KOH electrolyte,this Cu FAC exhibits an acetate Faradaic efficiency of 53.8±1.5%,an ultrahigh relative purity of up to 97 wt%for liquid products,and excellent stability over 23 h continuous electrolysis at–0.8 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode.Theoretical studies suggest that the intersite catalytic communication between two neighboring metal atoms confined in each pore of GDY facilitates the formation of acetic acid through either stepwise hydrogenation of CH_(2)CO^(*)or the direct reaction of H_(2)Owith CH_(2)CO^(*).Our study demonstrates the unprecedented synergetic catalysis of Cu FAC in promoting the selective CO electroreduction toward acetate production. | Weifeng Rong Haiyuan Zou Sha Tan Enyuan Hu Fan Li Chao Tang Hao Dai Shuting Wei Yongfei Ji Lele Duan | 2023 | CCS Chemistry2023,5,5: | 0 |
