2A new species of Megophrys (Amphibia:Anura:Megophryidae) from the northwestern Hunan Province,China显示文摘A new species of Megophrys (Amphibia: Anura: Megophryidae), Megophrys tuberogranulatus Shen, Mo et Li, sp.nov. (Holotype HNUL 03080902, adult male, SVL: 38.2 mm), from Sangzhi County, Hunan Province, is described. Megophrystuberogranulatus is closely related to both Megophrys kuatunensis and Megophrys minor. Characters of the new species that differentiatethis species from close relatives are skin granulated with big tubercles on the dorsal sides of both thigh and tibia, thebigger inner metacarpal tubercle, upper eyelid wider than the interorbital space, hind limbs longer, overlapping of the left andright calcaneal parts. 3Movement and deformation laws of the overlying strata in paste filling stope显示文摘We combined the similar simulation with numerical simulation to analyze the movement and deforma- tion features of overlying strata caused by paste backfill mining, study the movement and deformation laws of the overlying strata in paste backfill mining, structural movement of the stope strata as well as the stope stress distribution laws. Furthermore, authors also explored the key factors to the movement and deformation of the overlying strata in paste backfill mining. The results indicate that a caving zone existed in the bending zone only in the overlying strata of the paste backfill mining. Compared with the roof caving mining, the degree of stress concentration and area of influence in the paste filling stope were apparently smaller. And the degree of destruction and area of the overlying strata decreased prominently. Also, there was no apparent strata behavior in the working face. Lastly, the filling ratio was the key to control the movement and deformation of the overlying strata. 13Thermochemical decomposition of phosphogypsum with Fe-P slag via a solid-state reaction显示文摘Phosphogypsum is a solid waste sourced from the wet-process phosphoric acid industry,which causes severe environmental damages.Its utilization was limited by its high decomposition temperature and high energy consumption.Herein,an Fe-P slag,which is a solid waste that mainly comprises iron phosphide(FeP)and diiron phosphide(Fe_(2)P),can dramatically decrease the decomposition temperature of phosphogypsum.It was found that the Fe-P slag and CaSO_(4) can react as shown in the following reaction equation:2Fe_(1.5)P+3CaSO_(4)+6CO_(2)→Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)+Fe_(3)O_(4)+3SO_(2)+6CO.Its reaction mechanism was further determined using the thermodynamic method.It was found that CaS was the key intermediate for this reaction.The CaSO_(4) conversion for this method can reach approximately 97%under the optimized roasting conditions:the molar ratio between Fe_(1.5) P and CaSO_(4) of 2:3,roasting temperature of 900℃,a roasting time of 8 h.Lei Sun Zhongjun Zhao Xiushan Yang Yan Sun Quande Li Chunhui Luo Qiang Zhao 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,7:0

15Role of the domains of human gene ZNF569 in MAPK pathway显示文摘Mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signal pathways are important components in signal transduction connecting cell-surface receptors to critical regulatory targets within cells,mediating multiple intracellular signal cascades and phosphorylating their target proteins,such as transcriptional factors ELK-1,SRE and AP-1,and finally activating the expression of intracellular functional genes.Zinc finger genes are some of the largest gene families in humans,and Zinc finger proteins play an essential role in altering gene expression by acting as transcription factors.Zinc finger proteins are also involved in multiple cell processes,including proliferation,differentiation and development,by interacting with DNA.Here,we reported the transcriptional activities of the domains of zinc finger gene ZNF569 taking advantage of MAPK pathway.Overexpression of ZNF569 in COS-7 cells dramatically inhibited the transcriptional repressor activities of SRE and AP-1,which was also confirmed by subcellular localization analysis.Report assays indicated that the potent repression domains of ZNF569 were the KRAB and ZNF motifs.The results suggested that ZNF569 protein might act as a transcriptional repressor in MAPK signaling pathway to regulate cellular processes.YUAN Wuzhou HUANG Xinqiong ZHU Chuanbing WANG Yuequn LI Yongqing WU Xiushan 2006Frontiers in Biology2006,1,4:0

17Difficulty-aware bi-network with spatial attention constrained graph for axillary lymph node segmentation显示文摘Axillary lymph node(ALN)segmentation in ultrasound images is important for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.Recently,deep learning methods for automatic medical image segmentation have improved significantly.However,two problems arise.(1)A unified model is often employed to segment all images without considering the difficulty diversity.(2)The relationship between elements in the learned class probability map is disregarded.To address these two issues,we propose a novel difficulty-aware binetwork with a spatial attention constrained graph.First,a difficulty grading module(DGM)is developed to learn the difficulty grade of input images.Based on the difficulty grade of images,a novel bi-network architecture is proposed to segment the image adaptively using different branches.In complex branches,a novel spatial attention module(SAM)and graph-based energy with spatial attention constraint are proposed.The learned spatial attention map can provide additional discriminative information.Moreover,the graph-based segmentation framework can capture the relationship between pixels,further improving the segmentation performance for complex images.We conducted an experiment on our ultrasound database using 216 cases.The overall dice similarity coefficient,Jaccard coefficient,volumetric overlap error,and false positive rate are 83.41%,74.4%,12.02%,and 13.36%for ALN segmentation,respectively.The comparison results demonstrated that the proposed method outperforms other deep learning methods.Qing XU Xiaoming XI Xianjing MENG Zheyun QIN Xiushan NIE Yongjian WU Dongsheng ZHOU Yi QU Chenglong LI Yilong YIN 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,9:0

20Combining ability for main quality traits in peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.)显示文摘High-oleic peanuts has been recognized by processing sectors,seed sellers and consumers for their longer shelf life,longer seed life and mutiple healthe benefits.High oleate is becoming a requisite for varietal releases in many peanut breeding programs at present.To select desirable parents for high-oleic peanut breeding,the study was conducted to evaluate the combining ability of 5 high-oleic donors from our research team,based on quality of individual single seeds.General combining ability was significant for oleic,linoleic,stearic and palmitic acid,oil and protein,while specific combining ability was significant for the traits except oil.Among them,oil content was found to be conditioned solely by additive gene actions,and for other quality traits,additive gene effects were more important than non-additive gene effects.High-oleic CTW and normal-oleic Xiaojingsheng were selected as the best general combiners for peanut oleic acid improvement.Narrow-sense heritability was high for quality traits other than protein,suggesting that there was high potential for genetic improvement in these traits.Chuantang Wang Zhiwei Wang Hongwei Han Jiakai Li Hongjv Li Xiushan Sun Guosheng Song 2021Oil Crop Science2021,6,4:0
