1Nanosilver resonance scattering spectral method for determination of hydroxyl radical and its application显示文摘Silver nanoparticles were prepared under a microwave high-pressure condition using citric acid sodium as a reducer while the excess citrate was removed under high speed centrifugation. There is a resonance scattering (RS) peak at 470 nm for silver nanoparticles. In a pH 4.0 HAc-NaAc buffer solution, hydroxyl radicals from the Fenton reaction can oxidize silver nanoparticles to Ag+, resulting in the RS intensity decreasing. The decreased RS intensity at 470 nm (△I 470 nm) is linear with respect to the concentration of H2O2 (C) in the range of 0.27-7.56 μmol/L with a detection limit of 0.23 μmol/L. Its regression equation is △I 470 nm = 24.3 C + 13.8 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9959. 3Dynamical framework with blocking topography coordinates for atmospheric GCM and its validation显示文摘The dynamical framework with Blocking To-pography Coordinates (hereafter, BTC), which is suited tohandle the steep topography for the atmospheric generalcirculation models, is presented in this paper, together withits validation results. The integral properties of both the dif-ferential and finite-difference equations for the BTC dy-namical core are: gross mass conservation, quadratic con-servation for advection terms, Coriolis force does not changethe kinetic energy, conservation of total available energy. Theimproved nonlinear iteration scheme is utilized for thetime-integration. The energy conservation for BTC dynami-cal core is validated by using the integration results from9-layer and 21-layer version respectively. Comparison resultsshow that, the changes of the kinetic energy and total avail-able potential energy during the integration are quite closefor both the BTC dynamical framework and the dynamicalframework of IAP 9-level and IAP 21-level AGCM, and thismay suggest that the BTC dynamical core can be used forlong-term integration with good computational stability.Furthermore, the BTC dynamical core has the advantageover the terrain following (sigma) coordinates in its betterrepresentation of the influence of the large-scale topographyon the atmospheric general circulation. 4Silver nanoparticle labeled immunoresonance scattering spectral assay for trace fibrinogen显示文摘Silver nanoparticles in size of 8.0 nm was prepared by the trisodium citrate and used to label goat anti-human fibrinogen. In the pH 5.8 Na2HPO4-NaH2O4 buffer solution (PBS) and in the presence of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and KCl, the immune reaction between silver-labeled goat anti-human fibrinogen and fibrinogen took place and led the resonance scattering intensity at 465 nm (I465) to decreasing. The I465 decreased intensity was linear to the fibrinogen concentration in the range from 0.067 to 1.67 μg/mL, with a detection limit of 0.024 μg/mL. 14Highly efficient perovskite solar cells by building 2D/3D perovskite heterojuction in situ for interfacial passivation and energy level adjustment显示文摘Passivating the interfacial defects and reducing the interfacial non-radiative recombination losses are the keys to improving the photovoltaic performance of three-dimensional(3D)perovskite solar cells(PVSCs).Stacking two dimensional(2D)perovskites on 3D perovskite is a promising method for interfacial treatment that improves the stability and efficiency of PVSCs.Herein,we developed conjugated fluorinated benzimidazolium cation(FBIm+)which can be inserted between 3D perovskite and holetransporting layer(HTL)to form 2D perovskite in situ.The 2D single crystal structures of(FBIm)_(2)Pb I4and(FBIm)_(2)Pb Br_(4)were achieved and confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction(XRD),while few single crystals of 2D perovskite based on imidazolium or benzimidazolium anchors have been reported.The 2D perovskite can passivate the interfacial defects,induce better crystallinity and orientation,conduct lower trap density and extend carrier lifetime.Furthermore,the energy level arrangement can be regulated by changing the counterion from iodide to bromide,which can efficiently improve the hole extraction and device performances.As a consequence,the best efficiency of 23.00%for FBIm Br-incorporated devices was achieved,while only 20.72%for the control device.Meanwhile,the PVSCs modified by FBIm Br displayed excellent environmental stability due to the constructed hydrophobic 2D perovskite layer which can effectively block moisture permeation.This work develops a new path to design novel conjugated organic passivants to form 2D/3D perovskite structures.Yaoyao Huang Zhangyu Yuan Jia Yang Shungao Yin Aihui Liang Gang Xie Chuizheng Feng Zhisheng Zhou Qifan Xue Yang Pan Fei Huang Yiwang Chen 2023Science China Chemistry2023,66,2:0
