| 1 | Effect of KBr on the micellar properties of CTAB显示文摘The effect of KBr on the size, shape and microviscosity of CTAB micelles has been investigated by means of laser light scattering (LLS), 1H NMR measurements and fluorescence probe. The data obtained from the various techniques are quantitatively in agreement. The Rh of micelles in 0.01 mol ·L-1 CTAB solution increases from 3.5 nm to 43 nm and Rg increases to 89 nm with addition of KBr salt. In this process, both the microviscosity and molecular weight of micelles Mw have noticeable increases, too. | 2 | Aircraft nonlinear stability analysis and multidimensional stability region estimation under icing conditions显示文摘Icing is one of the crucial factors that could pose great threat to flight safety,and thus research on stability and stability region of aircraft safety under icing conditions is significant for control and flight.Nonlinear dynamical equations and models of aerodynamic coefficients of an aircraft are set up in this paper to study the stability and stability region of the aircraft under an icing condition.Firstly,the equilibrium points of the iced aircraft system are calculated and analyzed based on the theory of differential equation stability.Secondly,according to the correlation theory about equilibrium points and the stability region,this paper estimates the multidimensional stability region of the aircraft,based on which the stability regions before and after icing are compared.Finally,the results are confirmed by the time history analysis.The results can give a reference for stability analysis and envelope protection of the nonlinear system of an iced aircraft. | Liang QU Yinghui LI Haojun XU Dengcheng ZHANG Guoqiang YUAN | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2017,30,3: | 2 |

| 12 | Comprehensive Assessment of the Safety of Eucommia ulmoides Leaf Extract for Consumption as a Traditional Chinese Health Food显示文摘To ensure the export quality of Eucommia ulmoides leaf extract(ELE)and facilitate E.ulmoides leaf inclusion in the directory of traditional Chinese health foods,an overall safety assessment of ELE was performed,including genotoxicity and long-term toxicity,according to the national food safety standards of China.No variations in the reverse mutation number of the nominal bacterial strains were observed under ELE treatment in comparison with the solvent control.Additionally,the micronucleus rates of in vivo mammalian erythrocytes and in vitro mammalian cells under ELE treatment were equivalent to or significantly lower than those of the solvent control.The fold change in the trifluorothymidine resistance mutation frequency of the thymidine kinase gene under ELE treatment was less than three times in comparison with the solvent control,suggesting that ELE did not cause genotoxicity.Moreover,animal experiments showed that the growth performance of rats under ELE treatment was enhanced because the body weights of rats increased.No oxidative injury or inflammatory responses were induced and no histopathological lesions of tissues were detected under ELE treatment.In addition,plasma triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels significantly decreased,and plasma high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels significantly increased with ELE treatment,suggesting that ELE was health-promoting.Furthermore,moderate to excellent antimicrobial activities,a favorable anticancer capacity,and superior antioxidant abilities of ELE were found,implying ELE possesses good bioactivities.Therefore,we affirmed ELE is safe to consume as a traditional Chinese health food. | Huiling Fu Mijun Peng Qiuwen Tang Haojun Liang Yanli Liang Jiali Fang Xuesong Wang | 2023 | Journal of Renewable Materials2023,11,7: | 0 |
| 13 | Establishment of a prognostic scoring model for regional recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma after neck dissection显示文摘Objective:The main aim of this study was to establish a scoring model to predict risk of progression and survival in patients with regionally recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods:Three hundred and forty-eight patients subjected to neck dissection from 2003 to 2017 were included for study.Clinicopathologic information for each patient was analyzed.Independent prognostic factors were selected using the Cox proportional hazards model and incorporated into the scoring model.Concordance index(C-index)and calibration curves were used to verify discrimination and calibration,respectively and the results validated using bootstrap resampling.Results:Microscopic positive lymph node>2[hazard ratio(HR),2.19;95%confidence interval(CI),1.30–3.68;P=0.003],extranodal extension(HR,2.75;95%CI,1.69–4.47;P<0.001),and lower neck involvement(HR,1.78;95%CI,1.04–3.04;P=0.034)were identified from multivariate analysis as independent factors for overall survival(OS).A qualitative 4-point scale was generated to stratify patients into 4 risk groups for predicting OS and progression-free survival(PFS).The novel scoring model demonstrated enhanced discrimination(C-index=0.69;95%CI,0.62–0.76)relative to the original recurrent tumor-node-metastasis(rTNM)staging system(C-index=0.56;95%CI,0.50–0.62),and was internally validated with a bootstrap-adjusted C-index of 0.70.The calibration curve showed good agreement between predicted probabilities and actual observations.Conclusions:The scoring system established in this study based on a large regionally recurrent NPC cohort fills a gap regarding assessment of risk and prediction of survival outcomes after neck dissection in this population and could be further applied to identify high-risk patients who may benefit from more aggressive intervention. | Xiaoyun Li Chao Lin Jinjie Yan Qiuyan Chen Xuesong Sun Sailan Liu Shanshan Guo Liting Liu Haojun Xie Qingnan Tang Yujing Liang Ling Guo Hao Li Xuekui Liu Xiang Guo Linquan Tang Haiqiang Mai | 2020 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2020,17,1: | 0 |

| 15 | Nonlinear instability suppression of closed-loop pilot-vehicle system with rate-limiting actuator based on anti-windup compensation显示文摘To solve the flight safety problem caused by nonlinear instabilities(category II pilot induced oscillations, PIOs) of the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system with rate-limiting actuator, the antiwindup(AW) compensation method to avoid category II PIOs is investigated. Firstly, the AW compensation method originally used for controlling input magnitude limited system is introduced, then this method is extended for controlling input rate-limiting system through a circle criterion theorem. Secondly, the establishment of the AW compensator is transformed into the solving of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, an AW compensator establishment algorithm for the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system with the rate-limiting actuator is obtained. The effectiveness of the AW compensation method to avoid category II PIOs is validated by time-domain simulations,and compared with rate-limited feedback(RLF) command rate compensation method. The results show that the AW compensation method can effectively suppress category II PIOs and maintain the nominal performance when the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system is normal.
