1A Review on Rill Erosion Process and Its Influencing Factors显示文摘Rills are frequently observed on slope farmlands and rill erosion significantly contributes to sediment yields. This paper focuses on reviewing the various factors affecting rill erosion processes and the threshold conditions of rill initiation. Six factors, including rainfall, runoff, soil, topography, vegetation and tillage system, are discussed. Rill initiation and network are explored. Runoff erosivity and soil erodibility are recognized as two direct factors affecting rill erosion and other types of factors may have indirect influences on rill erosion through increasing or decreasing the effects of the direct factors. Certain conditions are necessary for rill initiation and the critical conditions are different with different factors. 2Generality and characteristics of genetic and epigenetic changes in newly synthesized allotetraploid wheat lines显示文摘Previous studies have shown rapid and extensive genomic instability associated with early stages of allopolyploidization in wheat.However,these studies are based on either a few pre-selected genomic loci or genome-wide analysis of a single plant individual for a given cross combination,thus making the extent and generality of the changes uncertain.To further study the generality and characteristics of allopolyploidization-induced genomic instability in wheat,we investigated genetic and epigenetic changes from a genome-wide perspective(by using the AFLP and MSAP markers) in four sets of newly synthesized allotetraploid wheat lines with various genome constitutions,each containing three randomly chosen individual plants at the same generation.We document that although general chromosomal stability was characteristic of all four sets of allotetraploid wheat lines,genetic and epigenetic changes at the molecular level occurred in all these plants,with both kinds of changes classifiable into two distinct categories,i.e.,stochastic and directed.The abundant type of genetic change is loss of parental bands while the prevalent cytosine methylation pattern alteration is hypermethylation at the CHG sites.Our results have extended previous studies regarding allopolyploidization-induced genomic dynamics in wheat by demonstrating the generality of both genetic and epigenetic changes associated with multiple nascent allotetraploid wheat lines,and providing novel insights into the characteristics of the two kinds of induced genomic instabilities.Bao Qi 1,Xiaofang Zhong 1,Bo Zhu,Na Zhao,Liying Xu,Huakun Zhang,Xiaoming Yu,Bao Liu Key Laboratory of Molecular Epigenetics of MOE and Institute of Genetics & Cytology,Northeast Normal University,Changchun 130024,China 2010Journal of Genetics and Genomics2010,37,11:5
3A novel inexpensive conductive material:Er-modified maifanite by gaseous penetration technology显示文摘Aiming to solve the problem of corrosion and high cost of the conductive fillers, the powders with the properties of anti-oxidation, corrosion resistance and thermal stability should be developed. A new modification technology, rare earth gaseous penetration, was applied to enhance the conductivity of maifanite in this paper, and the mechanism for improving the conductivity of maifanite effectively was speculated in detail for the variations of the composition, structure and morphology between the original and Er-penetration maifanite powders. The results of the resistivity show that Er-penetration can really improve the conductivity of maifanite powders. When the penetration temperature is 500 ℃, the resistivity of maifanite surprisingly declines to 93.2 Ω·m. Moreover, XRD and XPS patterns display that the cations in maifanite are substituted by Er^(3+) successfully, resulting in the production of electrons in the system, which is the key reason to heighten the conductivity of maifanite. 7Fabrication and characterization of Ba Ce_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(2.9)-Ce_(0.85)Sm_(0.15)O_(1.925) composite electrolytes for IT-SOFCs显示文摘The Ba Ce0.8Y0.2O2.9-Ce0.85Sm0.15O1.925 composite electrolytes were prepared with Ba Ce0.8Y0.2O2.9(BCY) and Ce0.85Sm0.15O1.925(SDC). The SDC and BCY powders were mixed in the weight ratio of 95:5, 85:15, and 75:25, respectively(named as BS95, BS85, and BS75). Because of the composite effect between the SDC and BCY phases, the BS95 and BS85 exhibit improved conductivity compared with the pure SDC and BCY. The conductivity of BS95 is higher than that of BS85, indicating that the composite effect of BS95 is greater than that of BS85. Nevertheless, the composite effect in BS75 does not exist. Hence, we conclude that the composite effect in the BCY-SDC composites will decrease with the increase of the amount of BCY and even disappear when the amount of BCY exceeds a certain value. In our case, the optimum composition of the composite electrolyte is 95 wt% SDC and 5 wt% BCY. The BS95 has the highest conductivity(σ1t=0.07808 S cm-1, at 800 °C) and the fuel cell based on the BS95 shows the best performance(the maximum power density reaches as high as 526 mw cm-2 at 750 °C). 14A chloride efflux transporter,BIG RICE GRAIN 1,is involved in mediating grain size and salt tolerance in rice显示文摘Grain size is determined by the size and number of cells in the grain.The regulation of grain size is crucial for improving crop yield;however,the genes and molecular mechanisms that control grain size remain elusive.Here,we report that a member of the detoxification efflux carrier/Multidrug and Toxic Compound Extrusion(DTX/MATE)family transporters,BIG RICE GRAIN 1(BIRG1),negatively influences grain size in rice(Oryza sativa L.).BIRG1 is highly expressed in reproductive organs and roots.In birg1 grain,the outer parenchyma layer cells of spikelet hulls are larger than in wild-type(WT)grains,but the cell number is unaltered.When expressed in Xenopus laevis oocytes,BIRG1 exhibits chloride efflux activity.Consistent with this role of BIRG1,the birg1 mutant shows reduced tolerance to salt stress at a toxic chloride level.Moreover,grains from birg1 plants contain a higher level of chloride than those of WT plants when grown under normal paddy field conditions,and the roots of birg1 accumulate more chloride than those of WT under saline conditions.Collectively,the data suggest that BIRG1 in rice functions as a chloride efflux transporter that is involved in mediating grain size and salt tolerance by controlling chloride homeostasis.Zhijie Ren Fenglin Bai Jingwen Xu Li Wang Xiaohan Wang Qian Zhang Changxin Feng Qi Niu Liying Zhang Jiali Song Fang Bao Liangyu Liu Yikun He Ligeng Ma Wang Tian Congcong Hou Legong Li 2021Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,12:1
15Batching Scheduling in a Two-Level Supply Chain with Earliness and Tardiness Penalties显示文摘This paper studies the batch sizing scheduling problem with earliness and tardiness penalties which is closely related to a two-level supply chain problem.In the problem,there are K customer orders,where each customer order consisting of some unit length jobs has a due date.The jobs are processed in a common machine and then delivered to their customers in batches,where the size of each batch has upper and lower bounds and each batch may incur a fixed setup cost which can also be considered a fixed delivery cost.The goal is to find a schedule which minimizes the sum of the earliness and tardiness costs and the setup costs incurred by creating a new batch.The authors first present some structural properties of the optimal schedules for single-order problem with an additional assumption(a):The jobs are consecutively processed from time zero.Based on these properties,the authors give a polynomial-time algorithm for single-order problem with Assumption(a).Then the authors give dynamic programming algorithms for some special cases of multiple-order problem with Assumption(a).At last,the authors present some structural properties of the optimal schedules for single-order problem without Assumption(a) and give a polynomial-time algorithm for it.WEI Qi KANG Liying SHAN Erfang 2016Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2016,29,2:1
