1Mapping wetland changes in China between 1978 and 2008显示文摘Four wetland maps for all China have been produced,based on Landsat and CBERS-02B remote sensing data between 1978 and 2008 (1978,1990,2000 and 2008).These maps were mainly developed by manual interpretation and validated by substantial field investigation in 2009.Based on these maps,we analyzed the 2008 wetland distribution in China and discussed wetland changes and their drivers over the past 30 years.(i) There were about 324097 km 2 of wetlands in 2008,for which inland marshes or swamps were the most common wetland type (35%),with lakes (26%) second.Most of the wetlands were in Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Qinghai and Tibet,occupying about 55% of the national wetland area.(ii) From 1978 to 2008,China's wetland area continually and significantly decreased,by about 33% based on changes in the wetland map.This was in sharp contrast to the increase in artificial wetlands,which increased by about 122%.Inland marshes accounted for the main loss of total wetlands from 1978 to 2000.From 2000 through 2008,riverine and lacustrine wetlands constituted the main wetland loss.Fortunately however,the rate of wetland loss decreased from 5523 to 831 km 2 /a.(iii) The change ratio of lost natural wetlands (including inland and coastal wetlands) to non-wetlands has decreased slightly over the past 30 years.From 1978 to 1990,nearly all natural wetlands (98%) lost were transformed into non-wetlands.However,the ratio declined to 86% from 1990 to 2000,and to 77% from 2000 to 2008.(iv) All Chinese provinces were divided into three groups according to patterns of wetland changes,which could relate to the driving forces of such changes.Tibet was completely different from other provinces,as it was one representative example in which there was a net wetland increase,because of global warming and decreased human activity since 1990.Increased economic development caused considerable wetland loss in most eastern provinces,and artificial wetlands increased.NIU ZhenGuo ZHANG HaiYing WANG XianWei YAO WenBo ZHOU DeMin ZHAO KuiYi ZHAO Hui LI NaNa HUANG HuaBing LI CongCong YANG Jun LIU CaiXia LIU Shuang WANG Lin LI Zhan YANG ZhenZhong QIAO Fei ZHENG YaoMin CHEN YanLei SHENG YongWei GAO XiaoHong ZHU WeiHong WANG WenQing WANG Hong WENG YongLing ZHUANG DaFang LIU JiYuan LUO ZhiCai CHENG Xiao GUO ZiQi GONG Peng 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,22:51
2Comparing salinities of 0, 10 and 20 in biofloc genetically improved farmed tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) production systems显示文摘A 150 days(150-d)experiment was carried out to investigate the production efficiency,inorganic nitrogen syndrome and bacteria community of indoor biofloc technology(BFT)systems used to rear genetically improved farmed tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus)under 0(S-0),10(S-10),and 20 salinities(S20).The start-up period for BFT was 50,60 and 80 d for S-0,S-10 and S-20 groups,respectively.At steady state,the total ammonium nitrogen(NH4þ-N)and nitrite nitrogen(NO2-N)were lower than 3.0 mg/L and 0.34 mg/L,respectively and no nitrate-nitrogen(NO3-N)accumulation was observed.The fish survival rate was above 95%for all the groups.The final fish biomass of the S-10 group(35.83±1.08 kg/m^(3))was not significantly different from the S-0(34.79±1.33 kg/m^(3))group but was significantly higher than S-20(32.6±1.04 kg/m3).The feed conversion ratio for the tilapia in S-20 was 1.46,which was higher than the ratio in S-0(1.40)and S-10(1.39)tilapia.There was no significant difference in the crude protein content of the back muscle from tilapia of the three experimental groups.No significant difference in blood parameters,except for aspartate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase was observed between the three groups.Evaluation of microorganisms in the three BFT systems revealed that Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,and Fusobacteria were the top three at the phylum level in all groups.However,a significant difference was observed at the genus level in the bacteria of the three BFTs at different salinity(P<0.05).©2017 Published by Elsevier B.V.on behalf of Shanghai Ocean University.This is an open access article。Guozhi Luo Wenqing Li Hongxin Tan Xiaoqing Chen 2017Aquaculture and Fisheries2017,2,5:5
3Gut Microbiota Dysbiosis Strengthens Kupffer Cell-mediated Hepatitis B Virus Persistence through Inducing Endotoxemia in Mice显示文摘Background and Aims:Change of gut microbiota com-position is associated with the outcome of hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection,yet the related mechanisms are not fully characterized.The objective of this study was to investigate the immune mechanism associated with HBV persistence induced by gut microbiota dysbiosis.Methods:C57BL/6 mice were sterilized for gut-microbiota by using an antibi-otic(ABX)mixture protocol,and were monitored for their serum endotoxin(lipopolysaccharide[LPS])levels.An HBV-replicating mouse model was established by performing HBV-expressing plasmid pAAV/HBV1.2 hydrodynamic injec-tion(HDI)with or without LPS,and was monitored for se-rum hepatitis B surface antigen,hepatitis B e antigen,HBV DNA,and cytokine levels.Kupffer cells(KCs)were purified from antibiotic-treated mice and HBV-replicating mice and analyzed for IL-10 production and T cell suppression ability.Results:ABX treatment resulted in increased serum LPS levels in mice.The KCs separated from both ABX-treated and LPS-treated HBV-replicating mice showed significantly increased IL-10 production and enhanced ability to suppress IFN-γproduction of TCR-activated T cells than the KCs sep-arated from their counterpart controls.HDI of pAAV/HBV1.2 in combination with LPS in mice led to a delayed HBV clear-ance and early elevation of serum IL-10 levels compared to pAAV/HBV1.2 HDI alone.Moreover,IL-10 function blockade or KC depletion led to accelerated HBV clearance in LPS-treated HBV-replicating mice.Conclusions:Our results suggest that dysbiosis of the gut microbiota in mice leads to endotoxemia,which induces KC IL-10 production and strengthens KC-mediated T cell suppression,and thus fa-cilitates HBV persistence.Wenqing Zhou Jinzhuo Luo Xiaohong Xie Shangqing Yang Dan Zhu Hongming Huang Dongliang Yang Jia Liu 2022Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,1:4
4Laser surface treatment-introduced gradient nanostructured TiZrHfTaNb refractory high-entropy alloy with significantly enhanced wear resistance显示文摘Heterogeneous gradient nanostructured metals have been shown to achieve the strength-ductility synergy, thus potentially possessing the enhanced tribological performance in comparison with their homogeneous nanograined counterparts. In this work, a facile laser surface remelting-based surface treatment technique is developed to fabricate a gradient nanostructured layer on a TiZrHfTaNb refractory highentropy alloy. The characterization of the microstructural evolution along the depth direction from the matrix to the topmost surface layer shows that the average grain size in the ~100 μm-thick gradient nanostructured layer is dramatically refined from the original ~200 μm to only ~8 nm in the top surface layer. The microhardness is therefore gradually increased from ~240 HV in matrix to ~650 HV in the topmost surface layer, approximately 2.7 times. Noticeably, the original coarse-grained single-phase bodycentered-cubic TiZrHfTaNb refractory high-entropy alloy is gradually decomposed into TiNb-rich bodycentered-cubic phase, TaNb-rich body-centered-cubic phase, ZrHf-rich hexagonal-close-packed phase and TiZr Hf-rich face-centered-cubic phase with gradient distribution in grain size along the depth direction during the gradient refinement process. As a result, the novel laser surface treatment-introduced gradient nanostructured TiZrHfTaNb refractory high-entropy alloy demonstrates the significantly improved wear resistance, with the wear rate reducing markedly by an order of magnitude, as compared with the as-cast one. The decomposed multi-phases and gradient nanostructures should account for the enhanced wear resistance. 6Chemotherapy drugs derived nanoparticles encapsulating mRNA encoding tumor suppressor proteins to treat triple-negative breast cancer显示文摘Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is one type of the most aggressive breast can cers with poor prog no sis.It is of great urgency to develop new therapeutics for treati ng TNBC.Based on curre nt treatment guideline and genetic informatio n of TNBC,a combi nation al therapy platform in tegrati ng chemotherapy drugs and mRNA encoding tumor suppressor proteins may become an efficacious strategy.In this study,we developed paclitaxel amino lipid(PAL)derived nanoparticles(NPs)to incorporate both chemotherapy drugs and P53 mRNA.The PAL P53 mRNA NPs showed superior properties compared to Abraxane? and Lipusu? used in the clinic including high paclitaxel loading capacity(24 wt.%,calculated by paclitaxel in PAL),PAL encapsulation efficiency(94.7%±6.8%)and mRNA encapsulation efficiency(88.7%±0.7%).Meanwhile,these NPs displayed synergetic cytotoxicity of paclitaxel and P53 mRNA in cultured TNBC cells.More importantly,we demonstrated in vivo anti-tumor efficacy of PAL P53 mRNA NPs in an orthotopic TNBC mouse model.Overall,these chemotherapy drugs derived mRNA NPs provide a new platform to integrate chemotherapy and personalized medicine using tumor genetic information,and therefore represent a promising approach for TNBC treatment.Chengxiang Zhang Xinfu Zhang Weiyu Zhao Chunxi Zeng Wenqing Li Bin Li Xiao Luo Junan Li Justin Jiang Binbin Deng David W. 11Image-Aided Analysis of Ballast Particle Movement Along a High-Speed Railway显示文摘As a core infrastructure of high-speed railways,ballast layers constituted by graded crushed stones feature noteworthy particle movement compared with normal railways,which may cause excessive settlement and have detrimental effects on train operation.However,the movement behavior remains ambiguous due to a lack of effective measurement approaches and analytical methods.In this study,an image-aided technique was developed in a full-scale model test using digital cameras and a colorbased identification approach.A total of 1274 surface ballast particles were manually dyed by discernible colors to serve as tracers in the test.The movements of the surface ballast particles were tracked using the varied pixels displaying tracers in the photos that were intermittently taken during the test in the perpendicular direction.The movement behavior of ballast particles under different combinations of train speeds and axle loads was quantitatively evaluated.The obtained results indicated that the surface ballast particle movements were slight,mainly concentrated near sleepers under low-speed train loads and greatly amplified and extended to the whole surface when the train speed reached 360 km.h-1.Additionally,the development of ballast particle displacement statistically resembled its rotation.Track vibration contributed to the movements of ballast particles,which specifically were driven by vertical acceleration near the track center and horizontal acceleration at the track edge.Furthermore,the development trends of ballast particle movements and track settlement under long-term train loading were similar,and both stabilized at nearly the same time.The track performance,including the vibration characteristics,accumulated settlement,and sleeper support stiffness,was determined to be closely related to the direction and distribution of ballast particle flow,which partly deteriorated under high-speed train loads.Xuecheng Bian Wenqing Cai Zheng Luo Chuang Zhao Yunmin Chen 2023Engineering2023,,8:0
12Liquid-phase sintering enabling mixed ionic-electronic interphases and free-standing composite cathode architecture toward high energy solid-state battery显示文摘Solid-state batteries(SSBs)will potentially offer increased energy density and,more importantly,improved safety for next generation lithium-ion(Li-ion)batteries.One enabling technology is solid-state composite cathodes with high operating voltage and area capacity.Current composite cathode manufacturing technologies,however,suffer from large interfacial resistance and low active mass loading that with excessive amounts of polymer electrolytes and conductive additives.Here,we report a liquidphase sintering technology that offers mixed ionic-electronic interphases and free-standing electrode architecture design,which eventually contribute to high area capacity.A small amount(~4 wt.%)of lithium hydroxide(LiOH)and boric acid(H_(3)BO_(3))with low melting point are utilized as sintering additives that infiltrate into single-crystal Ni-rich LiNi_(0.8)Mn_(0.1)Co_(0.1)(NMC811)particles at a moderately elevated temperature(~350℃)in a liquid state,which not only enable intimate physical contact but also promote the densification process.In addition,the liquid-phase additives react and transform to ionic-conductive lithium boron oxide,together with the indium tin oxide(ITO)nanoparticle coating,mixed ionic-electronic interphases of composite cathode are successfully fabricated.Furthermore,the liquid-phase sintering performed at high-temperature(~800℃)also enables the fabrication of highly dense and thick composite cathodes with a novel free-standing architecture.The promising performance characteristics of such composite cathodes,for example,delivering an area capacity above 8 mAh·cm^(−2) within a wide voltage window up to 4.4 V,open new opportunities for SSBs with a high energy density of 500 Wh·kg^(−1) for safer portable electronic and electrical transport.Xiang Han Weijun Zhou Minfeng Chen Linshan Luo Lanhui Gu Qiaobao Zhang Jizhang Chen Bo Liu Songyan Chen Wenqing Zhang 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:0
13Observations of stratospheric ozone above Ny-?lesund in the Arctic, 2010–2011显示文摘Stratosphere ozone depletion above the Arctic region has drawn increased attention recently. Here we present stratospheric ozone column densities above Ny-?lesund in the Arctic during summer 2010 and 2011, based on a self-developed passive differential optical absorption spectroscopy(DOAS) technique. By analyzing the received scattered solar spectrum, daily variations of ozone vertical column densities(VCDs) were obtained and correlated with satellite-borne ozone monitoring results and ozone sonde data. The comparisons showed good correlation, confirming the feasibility of DOAS in high-latitude Arctic regions. The preliminary analysis also demonstrated that abnormal low-level ozone columns found in spring 2011 had negative impacts on total ozone column densities over the entire year. 14Violation of the T^(−1) Relationship in the Lattice Thermal Conductivity of Mg_(3)Sb_(2) with Locally Asymmetric Vibrations显示文摘Most crystalline materials follow the guidelines of T^(-1) temperature-dependent lattice thermal conductivity(κ_(L))at elevated temperatures.Here,we observe a weak temperature dependence ofκL in Mg_(3)Sb_(2),T^(-0:48) from theory and T-0:57 from measurements,based on a comprehensive study combining ab initio molecular dynamics calculations and experimental measurements on single crystal Mg_(3)Sb_(2).These results can be understood in terms of the so-called“phonon renormalization”effects due to the strong temperature dependence of the interatomic force constants(IFCs).The increasing temperature leads to the frequency upshifting for those low-frequency phonons dominating heat transport,and more importantly,the phononphonon interactions are weakened.In-depth analysis reveals that the phenomenon is closely related to the temperature-induced asymmetric movements of Mg atoms within MgSb_(4) tetrahedron.With increasing temperature,these Mg atoms tend to locate at the areas with relatively low force in the force profile,leading to reduced effective 3^(rd)-order IFCs.The locally asymmetrical atomic movements at elevated temperatures can be further treated as an indicator of temperature-induced variations of IFCs and thus relatively strong phonon renormalization.The present work sheds light on the fundamental origins of anomalous temperature dependence of κ_(L) in thermoelectrics.Yifan Zhu Yi Xia Yancheng Wang Ye Sheng Jiong Yang Chenguang Fu Airan Li Tiejun Zhu Jun Luo Christopher Wolverton GJeffrey Snyder Jianjun Liu Wenqing Zhang 2020Research2020,,1:0

Taking theirfat,kidneytissuefor detecting the protein expression of the leptin,leptin receptor(Ob-R) by the means ofimmunohistochemistry.Result:Comparing with control group, the leptinprotein express intensely in CRF rat ; In kidney tissue,the ob-R express weakly. After perfusing the REM ,comparing with CRF groupthe renal ob-R express strongly than CRF group. 16Research on Protection of the Interests of Generic Drug Companies in the Drug-Patent Linkage System Based on Cournot Model显示文摘Objective To establish a system conducive to generic drug companies based on the facts that although China has promised to implement the data monopoly system and patent term extension system for pharmaceutical companies that hold the patents, yet China is a country that manufactures a large number of generic drugs each year which are closely related to citizens’ healthcare. Methods The US drug patent linkage system was studied through literature review methods and then the protection of the interests of generic drug companies in the drug-patent linkage system was explored based on the Cournot model. Results and Conclusion The policy of improving the quality of generic drugs and increasing the spillover effect of technology is more beneficial to generic drug companies. 17Effects of β-mercaptoethanol Concentrations on Developmental Ability of Oocytes in 6-week-old Dorper Sheep显示文摘This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different concentrations ofβ-mercaptoethanol on the development ability of oocytes in Dorper sheep at the age of 6 weeks.In this study,6 Dorper sheep of 6 weeks old were chosen to induce oocyte collection in vivo by gonadotropin,and A and B grade cumulus oocyte complexes were obtained(COCs)with different concentrations of(0,50,70 and 100μmol/L)ofβ-mercaptoethanol in the mature liquid.The cleavage rate and blastocyst rate were counted after matured oocytes and capacitated sperm were co-incubated and fertilized eggs were cultivated.The results showed that compared with the cleavage rate(59.13%)and the blastocyst rate(12.17%)of the control group,the cleavage rates(60.87%,63.48%and 65.22%)and blastocyst rates(14.78%,17.39%and 21.74%)of the test groups I,II and III were higher(P>0.05),and the order was test group III>test group II>test group I>control group.The cleavage rate and blastocyst rate of the 100μmol/Lβ-mercaptoethanol group increased by 6.09 percentage points and 9.57 percentage points,respectively.It indicated that the addition of a certain amount ofβ-mercaptoethanol in the mature liquid could improve the developmental ability of oocytes and the quality of fertilized eggs of the 6-week-old Doper sheep.When theβ-mercaptoethanol concentration was within 100μmol/L,the cleavage rate and the blastocyst rate of oocytes were on the rise.The optimal concentration ofβ-mercaptoethanol in the mature liquid still needs further study.Yangyi MAO Huidi LUO Zhiwu WANG Peng ZHAO Guanwu ZHANG Jun LI Hongyu GUO Li ZHANG Lina XUE Wenqing DANG 2019Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,4:0
18Study on In-vitro Production Technology of Embryos from Young Dorper Sheep显示文摘This study was conducted to investigate the in-vitro production technology of embryos from young Dorper sheep, so as to provide technical support for the utilization of ovarian follicles in young Dorper sheep. Tests were conducted from the induction of Dorper sheep of 4 to 8 weeks old using follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and pregnant horse serum(PMSG), collection of oocytes, in-vitro oocyte maturation-fertilization-zygote cultivation and 2-4-cell-stage fertilized ovum transfer. The results showed that 585 oocytes were collected from eight Dorper sheep at the age of 4 and 8 weeks, with an average of 73.13 oocytes/sheep. 346 of the 2-4-cell-stage fertilized eggs were obtained, whose cleavage rate was 59.15%. 77 in-vitro fertilized eggs at 2-4-cell stage were transplanted into 17 recipient sheep, seven of which were pregnant and gave birth to 13 'test-tube sheep' with a conception rate of 41.18%. 20Designing interstitial boron-doped tunnel-type vanadium dioxide cathode for enhancing zinc ion storage capability显示文摘Chemical doping is a powerful method to intrinsically tailor the electrochemical properties of electrode materials.Here,an interstitial boron-doped tunnel-type VO_(2)(B)is constructed via a facile hydrothermal method.Various analysis techniques demonstrate that boron resides in the interstitial site of VO_(2)(B)and such interstitial doping can boost the zinc storage kinetics and structural stability of VO_(2)(B)cathode during cycling.Interestingly,we found that the boron doping level has a saturation limit peculiarity as proved by the quantitative analysis.Notably,the 2 at.%boron-doped VO_(2)(B)shows enhanced zinc ion storage performance with a high storage capacity of 281.7 mAh g^(-1) at 0.1 A g^(-1),excellent rate performance of 142.2 mAh g^(-1) at 20 A g^(-1),and long cycle stability up to 1000 cycles with the capacity retention of 133.3 mAh g^(-1) at 5 A g^(-1).Additionally,the successful preparation of the boron-doped tunneltype α-MnO_(2) further indicates that the interstitial boron doping approach is a general strategy,which supplies a new chance to design other types of functional electrode materials for multivalence batteries.Shiwen Wang Hang Zhang Kang Zhao Wenqing Liu Nairui Luo Jianan Zhao Shide Wu Junwei Ding Shaoming Fang Fangyi Cheng 2023Carbon Energy2023,5,8:0
