| 2 | Estimation of earthquake losses by using macroeconomic approach显示文摘Most earthquake loss studies use an inventory approach by which the predicted damages in various categories of structures and facilities in a concerned region are estimated and added together to obtain the total estimated. Such an approach requires a detailed inventory database of the structures and facilities in the region, which is not always readily available in many regions of the world. Therefore, an alternative means of estimating earthquake losses is used based on several macroeconomic indices such as the gross domestic product (GDP) and population. Based on the published earthquake loss data during 1980—1995, the relations between GDP and earthquake losses have been formulated empirically for several intensity ranges. The world’s land surface was divided into unit cells with 0.5°×0.5°in size, the GDP of each cell was apportioned based on its population and the GDP and population of the region to which it belongs. | 6 | Ultrathin Zn-free anode based on Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) and nanocellulose enabling high-durability aqueous hybrid Zn-Na battery with Zn2+/Na+co-intercalation mechanism显示文摘With low cost and high safety,aqueous zinc-based batteries have received considerable interest.Nevertheless,the excess utilization of zinc metal in the anodes of these batteries reduces energy density and increases costs.Herein,an ultrathin electrode of approximately 6.2μm thick is constructed by coating Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/nanocellulose hybrid onto a stainless steel foil.This electrode is used as the Zn-free anode for aqueous hybrid Zn-Na battery,in which,a concentrated electrolyte is used to improve electrochemical reversibility.The Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/nanocellulose coating is found to improve the electrolyte wettability,facilitate desolvation process of hydrated Zn^(2+) ions,lower nucleation overpotential,improve zinc plating kinetics,guide horizontal zinc plating along the Zn(002)facet,and inhibit parasitic side reactions.It is also found that the Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3) cathode material adopts a highly reversible Zn^(2+)/Na^(+)co-intercalation charge storage mechanism in this system.Thanks to these benefits,the assembled hybrid Zn-Na battery exhibits excellent rate capability,superior cyclability,and good anti-freezing ability.This work provides a new concept of electrode design for electrochemical energy storage. | Hao Chen Weijun Zhou Minfeng Chen Qinghua Tian Xiang Han Jizhang Chen | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,1: | 1 |

| 11 | The FAPα-activated prodrug Z-GP-DAVLBH inhibits the growth and pulmonary metastasis of osteosarcoma cells by suppressing the AXL pathway显示文摘Osteosarcoma is a kind of bone tumor with highly proliferative and invasive properties,a high incidence of pulmonary metastasis and a poor prognosis.Chemotherapy is the mainstay of treatment for osteosarcoma.Currently,there are no molecular targeted drugs approved for osteosarcoma treatment,particularly effective drugs for osteosarcoma with pulmonary metastases.It has been reported that fibroblast activation protein alpha(FAPa)is upregulated in osteosarcoma and critically associated with osteosarcoma progression and metastasis,demonstrating that FAPa-targeted agents might be a promising therapeutic strategy for osteosarcoma.In the present study,we reported that the FAPa-activated vinblastine prodrug Z-GP-DAVLBH exhibited potent antitumor activities against FAPa-positive osteosarcoma cells in vitro and in vivo.Z-GP-DAVLBH inhibited the growth and induced the apoptosis of osteosarcoma cells.Importantly,it also decreased the migration and invasion capacities and reversed epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)of osteosarcoma cells in vitro and suppressed pulmonary metastasis of osteosarcoma xenografts in vivo.Mechanistically,Z-GP-DAVLBH suppressed the AXL/AKT/GSK-3β/β-catenin pathway,leading to inhibition of the growth and metastatic spread of osteosarcoma cells.These findings demonstrate that Z-GP-DAVLBH is a promising agent for the treatment of FAPa-positive osteosarcoma,particularly osteosarcoma with pulmonary metastases. | Geni Ye Maohua Huang Yong Li Jie Ouyang Minfeng Chen Qing Wen Xiaobo Li Huhu Zeng Pei Long Zepei Fan Junqiang Yin Wencai Ye Dongmei Zhang | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,3: | 1 |

Data of 57 wells from Shentuo 21 block Shengli oilfield was analyzed by using the model. Four kinds of formation groups were gained. According to the analysis result,different adjustment solutions were put forward to develop the relevant formations. The Monthly oil production increased 7.6 % and the water cut decreased 8.9 % after the adjusted solutions. By using the regular perturbation method and the boundary element method, the model could be solved.
