| 11 | Iterative photonic processor for fast complexvalued matrix inversion显示文摘An N×N iterative photonic processor is proposed for the first time, we believe, for fast computation of complexvalued matrix inversion, a fundamental but computationally expensive linear algebra operation. Compared to traditional digital electronic processing, optical signal processing has a few unparalleled features that could enable higher representational efficiency and faster computing speed. The proposed processor is based on photonic integration platforms–the inclusion of Ⅲ-V gain blocks offers net neutral loss in the phase-sensitive loops. This is essential for the Richardson iteration method that is adopted in this paper for complex linear systems. Wavelength multiplexing can be used to significantly improve the processing efficiency, allowing the computation of multiple columns of the inverse matrix using a single processor core. Performances of the key building blocks are modeled and simulated, followed by a system-level analysis, which serves as a guideline for designing an N×N Richardson iteration processor. An inversion accuracy of>98%can be predicted for a 64×64 photonic processor with a>80times faster inversion rate than electronic processors. Including the power consumed by both active components and electronic circuits, the power efficiency of the proposed processor is estimated to be over an order of magnitude more energy-efficient than electronic processors. | 13 | Photonic-dispersion neural networks for inverse scattering problems显示文摘Inferring the properties of a scattering objective by analyzing the optical far-field responses within the framework of inverse problems is of great practical significance.However,it still faces major challenges when the parameter range is growing and involves inevitable experimental noises.Here,we propose a solving strategy containing robust neuralnetworks-based algorithms and informative photonic dispersions to overcome such challenges for a sort of inverse scattering problem—reconstructing grating profiles.Using two typical neural networks,forward-mapping type and inverse-mapping type,we reconstruct grating profiles whose geometric features span hundreds of nanometers with nanometric sensitivity and several seconds of time consumption.A forward-mapping neural network with a parameters-to-point architecture especially stands out in generating analytical photonic dispersions accurately,featured by sharp Fano-shaped spectra.Meanwhile,to implement the strategy experimentally,a Fourier-optics-based angle-resolved imaging spectroscopy with an all-fixed light path is developed to measure the dispersions by a single shot,acquiring adequate information.Our forward-mapping algorithm can enable real-time comparisons between robust predictions and experimental data with actual noises,showing an excellent linear correlation(R2>0.982)with the measurements of atomic force microscopy.Our work provides a new strategy for reconstructing grating profiles in inverse scattering problems. | Tongyu Li Ang Chen Lingjie Fan Minjia Zheng Jiajun Wang Guopeng Lu Maoxiong Zhao Xinbin Cheng Wei Li Xiaohan Liu Haiwei Yin Lei Shi Jian Zi | 2021 | Light(Science & Applications)2021,10,10: | 0 |
| 14 | Determination of Oleuropein in Cosmetics by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Triple Quadrupole Tandem Mass Spectrometry显示文摘An ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was established to quickly and accurately determine the content of oleuropein in cosmetics.The samples were extracted with methanol-aqueous solution,and the mobile phase with methanol-formic acid solution(0.1 mol/L)=40∶60 was separated by Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(2.1 mm×50 mm×1.8μm-Micron)column temperature 30℃,flow rate 0.3 mL/min.The MS end was detected by electrospray negative mode ionization(ESI-)and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.The results show a good linear relationship in the range of 0.002~5 mg/L,with a correlation coefficient R2 of 0.999,5.Method recovery range from 84.2%~107.6%and the relative standard deviation RSD is 5.8%.The detection time is 5 min,the detection limit is 0.000,6 mg/L,and the limit of quantification is 0.002 mg/L.This method has the advantages of convenient operation,low quantification limit,high precision and good repeatability,and is suitable for measuring the content of oleuropein in many kinds of cosmetics. | Pan Lijing Chen Weiwei Yuan Minjia | 2023 | China Detergent & Cosmetics2023,8,4: | 0 |
