| 1 | Laser-Assisted Reduction of Highly Conductive Circuits Based on Copper Nitrate for Flexible Printed Sensors显示文摘Stretchable electronic sensing devices are defining the path toward wearable electronics. High-performance flexible strain sensors attached on clothing or human skin are required for potential applications in the entertainment,health monitoring, and medical care sectors. In this work,conducting copper electrodes were fabricated onpolydimethylsiloxane as sensitive stretchable microsensors by integrating laser direct writing and transfer printing approaches. The copper electrode was reduced from copper salt using laser writing rather than the general approach of printing with pre-synthesized copper or copper oxide nanoparticles. An electrical resistivity of 96 l X cm was achieved on 40-lm-thick Cu electrodes on flexible substrates. | 2 | Heat Transfer Characteristics of Boiler Convective Heating Surface Under Pressurized Oxygen-fuel Combustion Conditions显示文摘增压富氧燃烧是一项极具前景的减排CO2新技术。对增压富氧燃烧条件下,对流受热面换热特性进行研究具有重要的意义。该文以一台实际300MW等级机组煤粉锅炉为计算对象,采用维里方程及Chun等的计算方法计算确定增压富氧燃烧烟气物性,采用宽带关联k模型计算富氧燃烧烟气辐射特性。进行了常规空气燃烧以及φ(O2):φ(CO2)=21:79、φ(O2):φ(CO2)=30:70两种比例的0.1、0.5、1.0、1.5、6 MPa五种压力下增压富氧燃烧各对流受热面的热力计算,分析了增压富氧燃烧条件烟气压力变化对各受热面换热特性的影响。研究结果表明:随烟气压力的升高,烟气流速下降,但烟气的Re却基本保持不变,对流换热系数有所增加。增压富氧燃烧烟气的辐射换热系数比空气燃烧烟气辐射换热系数大。实现同样的换热量,增压富氧燃烧条件下(φ(O2):φ(CO2)=21:79、φ(O2):φ(CO2)=30:70)对流受热面所需换热面积比常规空气燃烧条件下少。 | Gao Zhengyang Xia Ruiqing Yan Weiping Ma Kai Feng Wenhui Zhang Bowen | 2012 | 中国电机工程学报2012,32,23: | 8 |
| 3 | Complete three-dimensional coseismic displacements due to the 2021 Maduo earthquake in Qinghai Province,China from Sentinel-1 and ALOS-2 SAR images显示文摘On 22 nd May 2021(local time),an earthquake of M_(s)7.4 struck Maduo county in Qinghai Province,China.This was the largest earthquake in China since the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake.In this study,ascending/descending Sentinel-1 and advanced land observation satellite-2(ALOS-2)synthetic aperture radar(SAR)images were used to derive the three-dimensional(3-D)coseismic displacements of this earthquake.We used the differential interferometric SAR(In SAR,DIn SAR),pixel offset-tracking(POT),multiple aperture In SAR(MAI),and burst overlap interferometry(BOI)methods to derive the displacement observations along the line-of-sight(LOS)and azimuth directions.To accurately mitigate the effect of ionospheric delay on the ALOS-2 DIn SAR observations,a polynomial fitting method was proposed to optimize range-spectrum-split-derived ionospheric phases.In addition,the 3-D displacement field was obtained by a strain model and variance component estimation(SM-VCE)method based on the high-quality SAR displacement observations.Results indicated that a left-lateral fault slip with the largest horizontal displacement of up to 2.4 m dominated this earthquake,and the small-magnitude vertical displacement with an alternating uplift/subsidence pattern along the fault trace was more concentrated in the near-fault regions.Comparison with the global navigation satellite system data indicated that the SM-VCE method can significantly improve the accuracy of the displacements compared to the classical weighted least squares method,and the incorporation of the BOI displacements can substantially benefit the accuracy of north-south displacement.In addition to the displacements,three coseismic strain invariants calculated based on the strain model parameters were also investigated.It was found that the eastern and western parts of the faults suffered more significant strains compared with the epicenter region. | Jihong LIU Jun HU Zhiwei LI Zhangfeng MA Lixin WU Weiping JIANG Guangcai FENG Jianjun ZHU | 2022 | Science China Earth Sciences2022,65,4: | 6 |
| 4 | Plasmonic biosensors and nanoprobes based on gold nanoshells显示文摘Gold nanoshells (GNSs), consisting of a dielectric core coated with gold, have gained extensive attention as they show readily tunable optical properties and good biocompatibility. As highly sensitive and label-free optical biosensors with wide applications, GNSs have been investigated in many fields including drug delivery, immunoassay, cancer treatment, biological sensing and imaging. Taking advantage of the adjustability of the local surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) and the sensitivity of the surfaceenhanced Raman scattering (SERS) signal of GNSs, we have developed diverse applications including plasmonic biosensors and nanoprobes based on GNSs. In this review we introduce plasmonic and electromagnetic properties and fabrication methods of GNSs. We describe research progress in recent years, and highlight several applications of GNSs developed by our group. | 5 | The heterogeneity of islet autoantibodies and the progression of islet failure in type 1 diabetic patients显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus is heterogeneous in many facets. The patients suffered from type 1 diabetes present several levels of islet function as well as variable number and type of islet-specific autoantibodies. This study was to investigate prevalence and heterogeneity of the islet autoantibodies and clinical phenotypes of type 1 diabetes mellitus; and also discussed the process of islet failure and its risk factors in Chinese type 1 diabetic patients. A total of 1,291 type 1 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Laboratory tests including mixed-meal tolerance test, human leukocyte antigen alleles, hemoglobin A1 c, lipids, thyroid function and islet autoantibodies were conducted. The frequency of islet-specific autoantibody in newly diagnosed T1 DM patients(duration shorter than half year) was 73% in East China. According to binary logistic regressions, autoantibody positivity, longer duration and lower Body Mass Index were the risk factors of islet failure. As the disease developed, autoantibodies against glutamic acid decarboxylase declined as well as the other two autoantibodies against zinc transporter 8 and islet antigen 2. The decrease of autoantibodies was positively correlated with aggressive beta cell destruction. Autoantibodies can facilitate the identification of classic T1 DM from other subtypes and predict the progression of islet failure. Then an elliptic partial differential equation of the second order with an ill-posed boundary is discussed. By utilizing the ideal of the generalized inverse of an operator, we introduce the generalized solution of the ill-posed boundary problem. Eventually, the connection between the generalized inverse and the generalized solution is studied. | 9 | Exploration and functionalization of M1-macrophage extracellular vesicles for effective accumulation in glioblastoma and strong synergistic therapeutic effects显示文摘Glioblastoma multiforme(GBM)is a highly aggressive brain tumor with an extremely low survival rate.New and effective approaches for treatment are therefore urgently needed.Here,we successfully developed M1-like macrophage-derived extracellular vesicles(M1EVs)that overcome multiple challenges via guidance from two macrophage-related observations in clinical specimens from GBM patients:enrichment of M2 macrophages in GBM;and origination of a majority of infiltrating macrophage from peripheral blood.To maximize the synergistic effect,we further functionalized the membranes of M1EVs with two hydrophobic agents(the chemical excitation source CPPO(C)and the photosensitizer Ce6(C))and loaded the hydrophilic hypoxiaactivated prodrug AQ4N(A)into the inner core of the M1EVs.After intravenous injection,the inherent nature of M1-derived extracellular vesicles CCA-M1EVs allowed for blood-brain barrier penetration,and modulated the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment via M2-to-M1 polarization,which increased hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))levels.Furthermore,the reaction between H_(2)O_(2) and CPPO produced chemical energy,which could be used for Ce6 activation to generate large amounts of reactive oxygen species to achieve chemiexcited photodynamic therapy(CDT).As this reaction consumed oxygen,the aggravation of tumor hypoxia also led to the conversion of non-toxic AQ4N into toxic AQ4 for chemotherapy.Therefore,CCA-M1EVs achieved synergistic immunomodulation,CDT,and hypoxia-activated chemotherapy in GBM to exert a potent therapeutic effect.Finally,we demonstrated the excellent effect of CCA-M1EVs against GBM in cell-derived xenograft and patient-derived xenograft models,underscoring the strong potential of our highly flexible M1EVs system to support multi-modal therapies for difficult-to-treat GBM. | Xiaojun Wang Hui Ding Zongyang Li Yaonan Peng Hui Tan Changlong Wang Guodong Huang Weiping Li Guanghui Ma Wei Wei | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,4: | 3 |

| 11 | Potassium 2-(1-hydroxypentyl)-benzoate improves depressive-like behaviors in rat model显示文摘Potassium 2-(1-hydroxypentyl)-benzoate(PHPB) is a novel drug candidate for acute ischemic stroke. PHPB has been also shown to be beneficial for some neurodegenerative diseases. In this study, we demonstrated that PHPB improved depressive-like behaviors induced by chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS) in rats. Male SD rats were subjected to the stress for five weeks. PHPB(30 and 100 mg/kg) or fluoxetine(FLX 10 mg/kg, as positive control) was administered orally from the third week in CUMS procedure. The behavioral tests were applied and then the biochemical studies were carried out. PHPB or FLX treatment rescued the behavioral deficiency in CUMS-exposed rats. Meanwhile, PHPB normalized the enhanced level of serum corticosterone, improved hippocampal and serum BDNF levels, as well as p-CREB level in hippocampus. In addition, PHPB could reverse the reduced level of extracellular 5-HT and its metabolite 5-HIAA in prefrontal cortex(PFC) of depressed rats. In summary, our results showed that PHPB improved depression-like behaviors in CUMS-exposed rats.
