| 1 | 矿物油处理对马铃薯长管蚜定向和取食行为的影响(英文)显示文摘大田和实验室研究均表明矿物油的施用可有效降低蚜虫对非持久性病毒的传播。我们分别于矿物油喷施马铃薯植株24h和7d后,调查其对马铃薯长管蚜Macrosiphum euphorbiae行为的影响;采用暗室生测法调查了蚜虫对处理的植物挥发性化合物的反应;采用刺探电位技术(EPG)评价了矿物油处理对蚜虫取食行为的影响。结果表明:矿物油处理导致植物对寄主的引诱作用失效,这种效果至少持续24h。矿物油处理马铃薯植株24h和7d后,蚜虫对处理植株的取食行为发生改变。开始记录至第1次刺探所需时间降低,但只在处理7d后显著降低,提示矿物油处理有助于蚜虫口针的穿刺。然而,流涎阶段以及韧皮部汁液吸食阶段(摄食阶段)显著缩短。本研究中观察到的蚜虫行为的改变不能充分解释施用矿物油的大田中为什么出现7d的保护作用,因此可能还存在其他的机制。 | Arnaud AMELINE Aude COUTY Maria MARTOUB Philippe GIORDANENGO | 2009 | 昆虫学报2009，52，6： | 5 |

| 3 | Duodenal intraepithelial T lymphocytes in patients with functional dyspepsia显示文摘AIM: To quantify the intraepithelial lymphocytes (IELs) and to document the membrane expression of CD4, CD8, TCRγδ and adhesion and/or activation-associated molecules (CD103, CD28, CD44, CD69, HLA-DR, CD95/ Fas) in the duodenal mucosa of patients with functional dyspepsia (FD) in order to provide arguments for an immunological process in FD. METHODS: Twenty-six FD patients according to Rome Ⅱ criteria (20 were H pylori negative) were studied and compared to 12 healthy adults. IELs were isolated from five duodenal biopsy samples, then quantified by microscopy and flow cytometry while the membrane phenotypes were determined by cytofluorometry. RESULTS: Duodenal histological examination was normal. In H pylori negative patients, the number of IELs was not different from that in healthy controls. Median percentage expression of CD4, CD8, or TCRγδ and CD103, CD44, CD28, CD69 on CD3+ IELs, among the adhesion/activation associated molecules tested, was not different from that in healthy controls. In contrast, the median percentage expression of CD95/ Fas [22 (9-65) vs 45 (19-88), P = 0.03] and HLA- DR expressing CD3+ IELs [4 (0-30) vs 13 (4-42), P = 0.04] was significantly lower in the H pylori negative FD group than in healthy controls, respectively. The number of IELs was significantly greater in H pylori positive FD patients than in healthy controls [median ratiofor 100 enterocytes 27.5 (6.7-62.5) vs 10.8 (3-33.3), P = 0.02] due to a higher number of CD8+ CD3+ IELs. | 4 | Influence of Coal Nature and Structure on Ash Size Formation Characteristic and Related Pollutant Emissions During CFB Combustion显示文摘The size distribution of coal particles in a Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boiler plays a crucial role in the complicated combustion, heat exchange and pollutant emissions in such a plat. Therefore, it is fundamental to study the different factors having influence on the size distribution of coal particles. Above all, the coal itself and in particular, the coal combination phenomenon is a very influent factor. In the frame of this work, the coal nature (elementary composition) and coal internal structure (mineral components) are studied in detail. At this intermediary stage, experiments on three typical Chinese coals on a l.5 MWt CFBC pilot plant have been made. Some primary fragmentation tests have also been made in a small lab scale fluidized bed reactor. The results from the hot pilot test show i) the variation of coal ash distributions and other CFB performance data due to the cyclone and the coal characteristics and ii) the variation of desulfurization efficiency with limestone.
