1Rhizospheric microbial communities are driven by Panax ginseng at different growth stages and biocontrol bacteria alleviates replanting mortality显示文摘The cultivation of Panax plants is hindered by replanting problems, which may be caused by plantdriven changes in the soil microbial community. Inoculation with microbial antagonists may efficiently alleviate replanting issues. Through high-throughput sequencing, this study revealed that bacterial diversity decreased,whereas fungal diversity increased, in the rhizosphere soils of adult ginseng plants at the root growth stage under different ages. Few microbial community, such as Luteolibacter, Cytophagaceae, Luteibacter, Sphingomonas,Sphingomonadaceae, and Zygomycota, were observed; the relative abundance of microorganisms, namely,Brevundimonas, Enterobacteriaceae, Pandoraea, Cantharellales, Dendryphion, Fusarium, and Chytridiomycota,increased in the soils of adult ginseng plants compared with those in the soils of 2-year-old seedlings. Bacillus subtilis 50-1, a microbial antagonist against the pathogenic Fusarium oxysporum, was isolated through a dual culture technique. These bacteria acted with a biocontrol efficacy of 67.8%. The ginseng death rate and Fusarium abundance decreased by 63.3% and 46.1%, respectively, after inoculation with B. subtilis 50-1. Data revealed that microecological degradation could result from ginseng-driven changes in rhizospheric microbial communities;these changes are associated with the different ages and developmental stages of ginseng plants. 2PSA controls hepatic lipid metabolism by regulating the NRF2 signaling pathway显示文摘The activity of proteinase is reported to correlate with the development and progression of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Puromycin-sensitive aminopeptidase(PSA/NPEPPS)is an integral nontransmembrane enzyme that functions to catalyze the cleavage of amino acids near the N-terminus of polypeptides.A previous study suggested that this enzyme acts as a regulator of neuropeptide activity;however,the metabolic function of this enzyme in the liver has not been explored.Here,we identified the novel role of PSA in hepatic lipid metabolism.Specifically,PSA expression was lower in fatty livers from NAFLD patients and mice(HFD,ob/ob,and db/db).PSA knockdown in cultured hepatocytes exacerbated diet-induced triglyceride accumulation through enhanced lipogenesis and attenuated fatty acid β-oxidation.Moreover,PSA mediated activation of the master regulator of antioxidant response,nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(NRF2),by stabilizing NRF2 protein expression,which further induced downstream antioxidant enzymes to protect the liver from oxidative stress and lipid overload.Accordingly,liver-specific PSA overexpression attenuated hepatic lipid accumulation and steatosis in ob/ob mice.Furthermore,in human liver tissue samples,decreased PSA expression correlated with the progression of NAFLD.Overall,our findings suggest that PSA is a pivotal regulator of hepatic lipid metabolism and its antioxidant function occurs by suppressing NRF2 ubiquitination.Moreover,PSA may be a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for treating NAFLD.Bangliang Huang Xin Xiong Linlin Zhang Xiufei Liu Yuren Wang Xiaoli Gong Qian Sang Yongling Lu Hua Qu Hongting Zheng Yi Zheng 2021Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2021,13,7:4
3Scalable and facile synthesis of V_(2)O_(5) nanoparticles via ball milling for improved aerobic oxidative desulfurization显示文摘In recent years, transition-metal oxides(TMOs) have been long employed for aerobic oxidative desulfurization. However, the inherent bottlenecks, such as the low explosion of active sites, limit the application of bulk TMOs catalyst. In this study, V_(2)O_(5) nanoparticles with oxygen vacancies were prepared in large-scale via facile ball milling strategy with adding oxalic acid as a reducing agent. The as-prepared catalysts exhibit remarkable sulfur removal for oils with different initial S-concentrations and different substrates. Sulfur removal could reach up to 99.7%(< 2 ppm) under the optimized reaction conditions. 5Effect of mesopores on solidification of sirolimus self-microemulsifying drug delivery system显示文摘To investigate the influence of mesopores towards the solidification of self-microemulsifying drug delivery system(SMEDDS), mesoporous silica nanospheres(MSNs) and Santa Barbara Amorphous-15(SBA-15) were compared. The MSNs had hydrodynamic size of 195.35 ± 5.82 nm, and pore diameter of 2.70 nm. The SBA-15 had hydrodynamic size of 2312.19 ± 106.93 nm, and pore diameter of 10.91 nm. The MSNs and SBA-15 showed similar loading efficiency of SMEDDS containing sirolimus(SRL). However,MSNs had higher drug dissolution and in vivo absorption, with relative bioavailability of 174.62%. Thus,the length of mesopores played a more important role in solidification of SMEDDS as compared with the pore diameter. 6Efficient nitrogen doped porous carbonaceous CO_(2) adsorbents based on lotus leaf显示文摘In this work, the waste biomass lotus leaf was converted into N-doped porous carbonaceous CO_(2) adsorbents. The synthesis process includes carbonization of lotus leaf, melamine post-treatment and KOH activation. For the resultant sorbents, high nitrogen content can be contained due to the melamine modification and advanced porous structure were formed by KOH etching. These samples were carefully characterized by different techniques and their CO_(2) adsorption properties were investigated in detail. These sorbents hold good CO_(2) adsorption abilities, up to 3.87 and 5.89 mmol/g at 25 and 0 °C under 1 bar, respectively. By thorough investigation, the combined interplay of N content and narrow microporous volume was found to be responsible for the CO_(2) uptake for this series of sorbents. Together with the high CO_(2) adsorption abilities, these carbons also display excellent reversibility, high CO_(2)/N 2 selectivity, applicable heat of adsorption, fast CO_(2) adsorption kinetics and good dynamic CO_(2) adsorption capacity. This study reveals a universal method of obtaining N-doped porous carbonaceous sorbents from leaves. 10Activity of Brucea javanica oil emulsion against gastric ulcers in rodents显示文摘The present study aims to investigate the gastroprotective effect of Brucea javanica oil emulsion(BJOE) in animals. Gastroprotective potential of BJOE was studied on absolute ethanol,aspirin, reserpine and restraint plus water immersion-induced gastric ulcers in mice as well as glacial acetic acid(GAA) and pyloric ligation(PL)-induced gastric ulcers in rats. Except for ulcer scores, total acidity as well as pepsin activity as for the PL-induced gastric ulcer model and ulcer incidence as for the GAA-induced gastric ulcer model were also determined. Histopathological evaluation as for aspirin, reserpine, PL-induced models was conducted. Results showed that BJOE significantly(P < 0.05) reduced ulcer index in the mouse and rat models in a dose-dependent manner. It had significant(P < 0.05) suppressive effect on total activity of gastric juice as well in PL-induced model. Histopathological examination for the stomach samples confirmed the findings in the aspirin, reserpine or PLinduced gastric lesion models, which showed relatively complete mucosa structure and less inflammation. It is concluded that BJOE could be effective on gastric ulcer in rodents and its gastroprotective activity might be related to antioxidant, anti-inflammatory ability and promote gastric mucus secreted. 11Sodium Superionic Conductors(NASICONs)as Cathode Materials for Sodium‑Ion Batteries显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)have developed rapidly owing to the high natural abundance,wide distribution,and low cost of sodium.Among the various materials used in SIBs,sodium superion conductor(NASICON)-based electrode materials with remarkable structural stability and high ionic conductivity are one of the most promising candidates for sodium storage electrodes.Nevertheless,the relatively low electronic conductivity of these materials makes them display poor electrochemical performance,significantly limiting their practical application.In recent years,the strategies of enhancing the inherent conductivity of NASICON-based cathode materials have been extensively studied through coating the active material with a conductive carbon layer,reducing the size of the cathode material,combining the cathode material with various carbon materials,and doping elements in the bulk phase.In this paper,we review the recent progress in the development of NASICON-based cathode materials for SIBs in terms of their synthesis,characterization,functional mechanisms,and performance validation/optimization.The advantages and disadvantages of such SIB cathode materials are analyzed,and the relationship between electrode structures and electrochemical performance as well as the strategies for enhancing their electrical conductivity and structural stability is highlighted.Some technical challenges of NASICON-based cathode materials with respect to SIB performance are analyzed,and several future research directions are also proposed for overcoming the challenges toward practical applications.Qingbo Zhou Linlin Wang Wenyao Li Kangning Zhao Minmin Liu Qian Wu Yujie Yang Guanjie He Ivan P.Parkin Paul R.Shearing Dan J.L.Brett Jiujun Zhang Xueliang Sun 2021Electrochemical Energy Reviews2021,4,4:1

18Taxonomy and regeneration of a newly recorded Polychaete Capitella teleta(Annelida,Capitellidae)in the coastal water of Shandong,China显示文摘The polychaete species of Capitella are widely distributed in the China seas,however little is known about Capitella taxonomy,and specimens collected from China have been identifi ed as Capitella capitata(Fabricius,1780)for more than 50 years.C.capitata was considered to be Arctic and subarctic in distribution,therefore the records of C.capitata in the China seas probably represent other species.A taxonomic study based on the samples collected from the northeast coastal water of Shandong Province reveals a diff erent species,Capitella teleta Blake et al.,2009,which is recorded in the China seas for the fi rst time.Morphologically,C.teleta can be easily distinguished from C.capitata by the absence of neuropodial capillaries on chaetigers 8 and 9.The identity of C.teleta is further supported by genetic distance and phylogenetic analyses assessed from mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I(COI)gene.In addition,the regeneration feature of C.teleta was studied through whole mount immunohistochemistry and chemical staining.After amputation,the wound of C.teleta was healed within 24 h,forming a signifi cant regeneration blastema by 3 days post amputation(dpa).By 5 dpa,muscle tissues regenerated,nerve fi bers also extended.By 7 dpa,neurites and muscle tissues are both signifi cantly regenerated.Notably,there are more than ten segments regenerated until 16 dpa.As a highly opportunistic species,Capitella teleta is distributed in China,Japan,Korea,North America,and the Mediterranean.It is expected to be an excellent model for studying developmental genetics and evolution of regeneration.Qian LI Yongnan LI Yue WANG Xuwen WU Linlin ZHANG 2022Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2022,40,1:0

20Analysis of the Risk Factors of Upper Limb Lymphedema after Breast Cancer Surgery and Nursing Care显示文摘Objective:To evaluate and analyze the influencing factors of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery,and to study effective nursing intervention measures.Methods:500 cases of early breast cancer patients from October 2017 to December 2020 were selected,all patients underwent surgical intervention,retrospectively analyzed the basic clinical data of patients,and statistically analyzed the influencing factors of upper limb lymphedema.All patients with upper extremity lymphedema received high-quality nursing intervention,and the specific nursing effect was analyzed.Results:Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery included hypertension,postoperative upper limb functional exercise,delayed healing of incision,radiotherapy and so on.After nursing intervention,the patients*12*5 elbow 10cm,elbow 10cm,wrist size value and VAS score were better than those before nursing(P<0.05).The quality of life score of patients after nursing intervention was significantly better than that before nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hypertension,postoperative upper limb functional exercise,delayed healing of incision,radiotherapy and other factors can induce upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.Effective nursing intervention can alleviate the condition of patients with upper limb lymphedema and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of comprehensive promotion.Linlin Qian 2021Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2021,5,5:0
