1120 mm Single-crystalline perovskite and wafers: towards viable applications显示文摘As the large single-crystalline silicon wafers have revolutionized many industries including electronics and solar cells, it is envisioned that the availability of large single-crystalline perovskite crystals and wafers will revolutionize its broad applications in photovoltaics, optoelectronics, lasers, photodetectors, light emitting diodes(LEDs), etc. Here we report a method to grow large single-crystalline perovskites including single-halide crystals: CH3NH3PbX3(X=I, Br, Cl), and dual-halide ones:CH3NH3Pb(ClxBr1.x)3 and CH3NH3Pb(BrxI1.x)3, with the largest crystal being 120 mm in length. Meanwhile, we have advanced a process to slice the large perovskite crystals into thin wafers. It is found that the wafers exhibit remarkable features:(1)its trap-state density is a million times smaller than that in the microcrystalline perovskite thin films(MPTF);(2) its carrier mobility is 410 times higher than its most popular organic counterpart P3HT;(3) its optical absorption is expanded to as high as910 nm comparing to 797 nm for the MPTF;(4) while MPTF decomposes at 150 °C, the wafer is stable at high temperature up to270 °C;(5) when exposed to high humidity(75% RH), MPTF decomposes in 5 h while the wafer shows no change for overnight;(6) its photocurrent response is 250 times higher than its MPTF counterpart. A few electronic devices have been fabricated using the crystalline wafers. Among them, the Hall test gives low carrier concentration with high mobility. The trap-state density is measured much lower than common semiconductors. Moreover, the large SC-wafer is found particularly useful for mass production of integrated circuits. By adjusting the halide composition, both the optical absorption and the light emission can be fine-tuned across the entire visible spectrum from 400 nm to 800 nm. It is envisioned that a range of visible lasers and LEDs may be developed using the dual-halide perovskites. 2Heterostructured ZnFe_2O_4/Fe_2TiO_5/TiO_2 Composite Nanotube Arrays with an Improved Photocatalysis Degradation Efficiency Under Simulated Sunlight Irradiation显示文摘To improve the visible light absorption and photocatalytic activity of titanium dioxide nanotube arrays(TONTAs), ZnFe_2O_4(ZFO) nanocrystals were perfused into pristine TONTA pipelines using a novel bias voltageassisted perfusion method. ZFO nanocrystals were well anchored on the inner walls of the pristine TONTAs when the ZFO suspensions(0.025 mg m L^(-1)) were kept under a60 V bias voltage for 1 h. After annealing at 750 °C for2 h, the heterostructured ZFO/Fe_2 TiO_5(FTO)/TiO_2 composite nanotube arrays were successfully obtained. Furthermore, Fe^(3+)was reduced to Fe^(2+)when solid solution reactions occurred at the interface of ZFO and the pristine TONTAs. Introducing ZFO significantly enhanced thevisible light absorption of the ZFO/FTO/TONTAs relative to that of the annealed TONTAs. 7Clinicopathologic characteristics of primary vaginal clear cell carcinoma in China and an endometriosis malignant transformation case: a case series显示文摘To the Editor:Primary vaginal carcinoma is a rare malignant disease,which represents only approximately 1%to 2%of female genital malignancies.Vaginal adenosis is defined by the presence of metaplastic cervical or endometrial epithelium within the vaginal wall,and is associated with a high risk of vaginal carcinoma.In women prenatally exposed to diethylstilboestrol(DES),vaginal adenosis may arise in up to 90%,and these are often associated with vaginal clear cell adenocarcinoma.[1]DES is an orally active non-steroidal estrogen.The Food and Drug Administration began a clinical trial in 1943,and concluded that DES administration is beneficial for preventing premature deliveries and miscarriages.[2]In addition to primary vaginal clear cell carcinoma(PVCCC),in-uterus exposure to DES can also lead to T-shaped uterus anomaly.[3]In the Chinese population,PVCCC is an uncommon malignancy,and there are no reports on the relationship between PVCCC and DES exposure.[4]Given the rarity of PVCCC,it is significant to analyze relevant cases,and provide some valuable information for future clinical and basic studies.Therefore,the present study described ten cases of PVCCC,and summarized the characteristics of the diagnosis,management,and prognosis of these patients.Sikai Chen Zhiyue Gu Jian Sun Boju Pan Qingbo Fan Ping Zheng Shu Wang Jinhua Leng Yang Xiang Jinghe Lang 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,6:0
