1Outline of Uranium Resources Characteristics and Metallogenetic Regularity in China显示文摘Uranium,as one of twenty-six kinds of important minerals in China,is strategic resource and energy mineral,which has been thoroughly investigated in the project of National Potential Evaluation of Uranium Resource.During the implementation of this project,the authors summarized the metallogenic regularity of uranium resource in China systematically,through the researches of geological characteristics of uranium resource,uranium deposits type(genetic and prediction type),temporal and spatial distribution,and metallogenic series.Based on the investigation of present situation and progress in uranium exploration,this paper proposes the uranium deposits in China should be divided into 4 classes,9 types,21 subtypes in genetic,and 50 types in prediction;suggests to divide China into 29 uranium metallogenic belts and 20 uranium prospective area,and constructs 20uranium-polymetallic metallogenic series,through summarizing temporal and spatial distribution characteristics and metallogenic regularity of uranium deposits in China.The above research is beneficial to the comprehensive understanding of regional uranium metallogenic regularity,and will direct the uranium exploration in the future.CAI Yuqi ZHANG Jindai LI Ziying GUO Qingyin SONG Jiye FAN Honghai LIU Wusheng QI Fucheng ZHANG Minglin 2015Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,3:11

3Genetic parameters for cold tolerance and body weight of Chinese fleshy prawn,Fenneropenaeus chinensis显示文摘The inability of Fenneropenaeus chinensis to tolerate low temperatures is of major economic concern in temperate climates,as it reduces their growing season and leads to over-winter mortality.In this study,the heritability of body weight under low grow-out temperature and cold tolerance in F.chinensis were first investigated and estimated using 88 ful-sib families,which might provide crucial information in Chinese fleshy prawn breeding programs.The heritability for body weight under suitable and low temperature of F.chinensis were both moderate(0.158 0±0.307 5 and 0.132 0±0.026 9 respectively);the large coefficient of variation(approximately 21%) and moderate estimate of heritability for body weight indicated substantial potential for selective breeding.The heritability estimate for cold tolerance was low(0.019 2±0.023 5),and showed no significant differences from zero(P>0.05).A weak genetic correlation between cold tolerance and body weight was also estimated in the present study,also showing no significant differences from zero(P>0.05).Thus,more research needs to be conducted on the more accurate heritability estimate of cold tolerance and genetic correlations between traits in F.chinensis to further improve the achievement of breeding goals.LI Wenjia LUAN Sheng LUO Kun SUI Juan LU Xia WANG Qingyin KONG Jie 2016Acta Oceanologica Sinica2016,35,6:3
4Analysis of DNA methylation in different tissues of Fenneropenaeus chinensis from the wild population and Huanghai No. 1显示文摘DNA methylation plays an important role in the regulation of gene expression during biological development and tissue differentiation in eukaryotes. A methylation sensitive amplification polymorphism(MSAP) including digestion, pre-selective amplification and selective amplification was optimized to compare the levels of DNA cytosine methylation at CCGG sites in muscle, gill and hemocyte from the wild populations and the selective breeding of Huanghai No. 1 of Fenneropenaeus chinensis, respectively. Significant differences in cytosine methylation levels among three tissues in two populations were detected. The average DNA methylation ratios in muscle, gill and hemocyte of the wild population were 23.1%, 22.3% and 19.7%, while those were 21.4%, 19.6%,and 18.9% in Huanghai No. 1, respectively. The DNA methylation levels of gill from the two populations were highly significant(P<0.01), the difference of muscle was significant(P<0.05), while in hemocyte, there were no significant differences(P>0.05). DNA polymorphic methylation of gill and hemocyte between the wild population and Huanghai No. 1 varies to some extent, while those of muscle kept in a balanced degree. 6Morphology design of microporous organic polymers and their potential applications:an overview显示文摘Microporous organic polymers(MOPs) have attracted considerable research interest because of their well-defined porosity,high surface area, lightweight nature, and tunable surface chemistry. The morphology of MOPs are demonstrated to play a significant role in various applications although limited examples manifesting the importance of the MOP morphology in numerous applications have been reported. This review summarizes the recent progress in the design of MOPs using different techniques, including hard and soft template and direct synthesis methods. In addition, their applications, which possibly attribute to their shape, are discussed. 7Construction of a Muscle cDNA Library of Chinese Shrimp Fenneropenaeus chinensis and Sequence Analysis of the Troponin I Gene显示文摘A muscle cDNA library of Chinese shrimp (Fenneropenaeus chinensis) was constructed with the SMARTTM cDNA Library Construction Kit.The titer of optimal primary library was 7.7×105 pfu mL-1 and that of the amplified library was 3.0×109 pfu mL-1.The percentages of the recombinant clones of primary and amplified libraries were over 98%.The insert sizes were longer than 400 bp with an average of 1000 bp.A positive clone containing a 794 bp insert was sequenced and identified encoding fast skeletal troponin I gene.This library provided a useful resource for the functional genomic research of F.chinensis.LI Jitao CHEN Ping LI Jian LIU Ping HE Yuying WANG Qingyin 2010Journal of Ocean University of China2010,9,1:1

10Flow Direction Level Traffic Flow Prediction Based on a GCN-LSTM Combined Model显示文摘Traffic flow prediction plays an important role in intelligent transportation systems and is of great significance in the applications of traffic control and urban planning.Due to the complexity of road traffic flow data,traffic flow prediction has been one of the challenging tasks to fully exploit the spatiotemporal characteristics of roads to improve prediction accuracy.In this study,a combined flow direction level traffic flow prediction graph convolutional network(GCN)and long short-term memory(LSTM)model based on spatiotemporal characteristics is proposed.First,a GCN model is employed to capture the topological structure of the data graph and extract the spatial features of road networks.Additionally,due to the capability to handle long-term dependencies,the longterm memory is used to predict the time series of traffic flow and extract the time features.The proposed model is evaluated using real-world data,which are obtained from the intersection of Liuquan Road and Zhongrun Avenue in the Zibo High-Tech Zone of China.The results show that the developed combined GCNLSTM flow direction level traffic flow prediction model can perform better than the single models of the LSTM model and GCN model,and the combined ARIMA-LSTM model in traffic flow has a strong spatiotemporal correlation.Fulu Wei Xin Li Yongqing Guo Zhenyu Wang Qingyin Li Xueshi Ma 2023Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing2023,37,8:0

12Discharge planning for children with ventricular septal defect and pulmonary arterial hypertension in China显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of discharge planning on maternal caring knowledge,maternal caring behavior,maternal discharge readiness and the rehospitalization of children with ventricular septal defect and pulmonary arterial hypertension(VSD-PAH).Background:Children with congenital heart disease(CHD)with pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH)have more complications after surgery than those without PAH.Discharge planning is an effective strategy to help children leave the hospital safely,and receive appropriate care after discharge.Methods:A quasi-experimental design was used.Sixty children and their mothers were recruited and divided into two groups:the control group received conventional care,the intervention group received both conventional care and additional discharge planning care.Results:(1)After admission,maternal caring knowledge between the two groups was similar.(2)At discharge,maternal discharge readiness,maternal caring knowledge and maternal caring behavior in the intervention group was significantly higher compared to the control group(t=3.35,p=0.001;F=84.74,p<0.001;F=23.82,p<0.001).This difference persisted after discharge,and was evident at one month and three months after discharge.(3)However,no significant difference in the readmission rate of children after discharge was evident between the two groups.Conclusions:Discharge planning improves the maternal discharge readiness,maternal caring knowledge and maternal caring behaviors.However,this planning did not reduce the readmission rate of children with CHD-PAH.Xiaoxiao Wu Qingyin Li Jingli Chen 2015International Journal of Nursing Sciences2015,2,2:0

14Competition between acidic sites and hydrogenation sites in Cu/ZrO_(2) catalysts with different crystal phases for conversion of biomass-derived organics显示文摘Oxides with different crystal phases can have important effects on the configuration of surface atoms,which can further affect the distribution of hydrogenation sites and acidic sites as well as the competitions of these varied types of catalytic sites.This could be potentially used to tailor the distribution of the products.In this study,zirconium oxides with different crystal phases supported copper catalysts were prepared for the hydrogenation of the biomass-derived furfural,vanillin,etc.The results showed that both calcination temperature and Cu species affected the shift of zirconia from tetragonal phase to the monoclinic phase.Monoclinic zirconia supported copper catalyst can effectively catalyze the hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol via hydrogenation route due to its low amount of Brønsted acidic sites,although the surface area and the exposed metallic Cu surface area were much lower than the tetragonal zirconia supported copper catalyst.Zirconia with tetragonal or tetragonal/monoclinic phases supported copper catalysts contain abundant acidic sites and especially the Br?nsted acidic sites,which catalyzed mainly the conversion of furfural via the acid-catalyzed routes such as the acetalization,rather than the hydrogenation.The acidic sites over the Cu/ZrO_(2)catalyst played more predominant roles than the hydrogenation sites in determining the conversion of the organics like furfural and vanillin.Yuewen Shao Tingting Wang Kai Sun Zhanming Zhang Lijun Zhang Qingyin Li Shu Zhang Guangzhi Hu Xun Hu 2021Green Energy & Environment2021,6,4:0
15miR-30a-5p/PHTF2 axis regulates the tumorigenesis and metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma显示文摘Background:Lung adenocarcinoma is a very pervasive histological form of lung cancers,and inhibiting metastasis is crucial for effective treatment.In this investigation,we explored the functional interaction of miR-30a-5p and the putative transcription factor 2 of the homeodomain(PHTF2)in dictating the aggressiveness and metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma.Method:We collected clinical samples to evaluate the expression patterns of miR-30a-5p and PHTF2 in lung adenocarcinoma along with normal tissues.Cellular experiments including cell count kit(CCK)-8 growth assay,apoptosis analysis,migration and invasion examinations were performed to assess the aggressiveness of lung adenocarcinoma cells.Furthermore,we examined tumorigenesis and metastasis in a nude mouse model.Results:MiR-30a-5p exhibited downregulation pattern in lung adenocarcinoma samples.Transfection of miR-30a-5p mimic in lung adenocarcinoma cells resulted in the suppression of malignant characteristics.Notably,the administration of miR-30a-5p mimic also curbed tumorigenesis and metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma cells in animal model.Moreover,PHTF2 was found to be a molecular target of miR-30a-5p.Upregulating PHTF2 counteracted the tumor-suppressive effect of the miR-30a-5p mimic.Conclusion:miR-30a-5p functions as a tumor-suppressive molecule while PHTF2 acts as an oncogenic factor in the development and metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma.Therefore,targeting miR-30a-5p and PHTF2 could be developed into a promising therapeutic approach for inhibiting metastasis in lung adenocarcinoma.LIJUAN ZHANG QINGYIN MENG LI ZHUANG QUAN GONG XIANDA HUANG XUEQIN LI SHIJUAN LI GUOQIN WANG XICAI WANG 2024BIOCELL2024,48,4:0
16Mechanical Stress Induces Neuroendocrine and Immune Responses of Sea Cucumber(Apostichopus japonicus)显示文摘Grading procedure in routine sea cucumber hatchery production is thought to affect juvenile sea cucumber immunological response. The present study investigated the impact of a 3-min mechanical perturbation mimicking the grading procedure on neuroendocrine and immune parameters of the sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus. During the application of stress, concentrations of noradrenaline and dopamine in coelomic fluid increased significantly, indicating that the mechanical perturbation resulted in a transient state of stress in sea cucumbers. Coelomocytes concentration in coelomic fluid increased transiently after the beginning of stressing, and reached the maximum in 1 h. Whereas, coelomocytes phagocytosis at 3 min, superoxide anion production from 3 min to 0.5 h, acid phosphatase activity at 0.5 h, and phenoloxidase activity from 3 min to 0.5 h were all significantly down-regulated. All of the immune parameters recovered to baseline levels after the experiment was conducted for 8 h, and an immunostimulation occurred after the stress considering the phagocytosis and acid phosphatase activity. The results suggested that, as in other marine invertebrates, neuroendocrine/immune connections exist in sea cucumber A. japonicus. Mechanical stress can elicit a profound influence on sea cucumber neuroendocrine system. Neuroendocrine messengers act in turn to modulate the immunity functions. 17Comparison of Growth and Development Patterns of Fenneropenaeus chinensis (Osbeck) Huanghai No.1 and the First Generation of Wild Population显示文摘[Objective] The aim was to estimate the developmental characteristics of Huanghai No.1 and the first generation of wild population in Fenneropenaeus chinensis for providing a reference for the development, feeding management and breeding. [Method] Four growth models were used to fit the growth patterns of 15 morphological traits. The squared multiple correlation coefficient (R2 ) of the Cubic growth model was higher than the other three models, so it was selected to investigate the growth pattern and age in month at inflexion. [Result] Ages in month at inflexion of body weight in Huanghai No.1 and the G1 population were 2.87 (body weight at inflexion was 14.98 g) and 4.05 (body weight at inflexion was 26.26 g), respectively. In addition, Ages in month at inflexion of morphological characters in Huanghai No.1 were from 0.51 to 3.07. CL had the most rapid growth rate, followed by AW, CH, AH, CW, BL, FL, AL5, AL3, AL4, TL, AL2, AL1, and AL6. Ages in month at inflexion in the G 1 population were from 2.38 to 3.08, except that of AL2, and the order of achieving the most rapid growth rate was AL2, AL1, AL3, AL4, CH, AL5, CW, FL, AH, AW, TL, CL, BL, and AL6, that delayed one month than that of Huanghai No.1 except AL2 and AL1. 18Zokor activity promotes soil water infiltration in the Mu Us sandy land of northern Shaanxi,China显示文摘Zokors are common subterranean rodents that inhabit agricultural fields, shrublands, and grasslands in the arid and semi-arid regions of China. Zokor burrowing activities can alter soil structure and affect soil hydrological processes;however, there are few studies regarding their effects on soil preferential flow in the Mu Us sandy land. An evaluation of the effects of zokor disturbance on their habitat and soil water is important for understanding the ecological role of zokors in the soil ecosystem of the Mu Us sandy land. A field dye-tracing experiment was conducted in the Gechougou watershed on the southeastern edge of the Mu Us sandy land to investigate the effect of zokor burrowing activity on soil preferential flow characteristics. Our results showed that the density of zokor tunnels was the highest(0.40–0.46 m m^(-2)) under 30%–50% vegetation coverage and that the tunnels were approximately 3 cm from the surface.Both stained area ratio and stained path number were higher at sites with zokors than without zokors. Stained path widths were 10–80 and > 80 mm at zokor-harboring sites exhibiting homogeneous flow and heterogeneous finger flow, respectively. In the absence of zokors, homogeneous flow and highly interacted macropore flow were predominant. Soil water content below the zokor tunnels was higher than that above the tunnels. Moderate disturbance of soil structure by zokor activity facilitated soil water infiltration.
