2Life Prediction Model of Machine Tool based on Deep Learning显示文摘In view of the shortage of traditional life prediction methods for machine tools,such as low accuracy of life prediction and few samples basis attributes,a life prediction model of machine tools combined with machine tool attributes is proposed.The life prediction model of machine tool adopts KL dispersion distribution theory,uses modal superposition method to carry out machine tool life analysis,calculates the theoretical life of machine tool,and then carries on the simulation,obtains the machine tool life prediction value.Compared with the traditional method of machine tool life prediction,the model is based on the application life fatigue damage model,which superimposes the service times and maintenance cycle of the machine tool,derives the influence factor of machine tool life,and obtains the linear relationship between the influence factor of machine tool life and the life of machine tool.The influence factor of machine tool life is introduced as the life prediction parameter of machine tool.The data transformation relationship of HT300 parts is constructed.The original part data is enhanced.The effective training set is obtained.The life prediction model of machine tool based on deep learning is completed.The quantitative analysis of machine tool life is carried out.The experiment of machine tool life prediction using training data set proves the validity of the model.Regression test was carried out on the training data set to reflect the robustness of the model.The prediction accuracy of the model is further verified by Weibull test.HE Jiawei ZHAO Chendi GAO Ruiyu LIU Xuehui WANG Xue 2021International Journal of Plant Engineering and Management2021,26,1:2
3Construction of interesting organic supramolecular structures with synthons cooperation in the cocrystals of 1H-benzotriazole and hydroxybenzoic acids显示文摘Multifunctional molecules are capable of assembling via different supramolecular synthons,or hydrogen bond motifs,between the same or different functional groups,leading to the possibility of cocrystal.Utilization of the interplay of dimensionality(1-D,2-D and 3-D),orientation of functional groups of the building blocks,influence of rigid/flexible linking groups,and weak interactions provides an interesting route for the creation of novel supramolecular architectures in the crystal lattice.N-unsubstituted 1H-benzotriazole and carboxylic acid,being self-complementary molecules,offer a broad scope of study of binary compounds based on the complementary combination of H-bonding/donating sites.We report here the construction of three extended molecular networks in cocrystals of the carboxylic acid group of the acid and the 1H-benzotriazole triazole moiety.We have been able to identify four major supramolecualr synthons that would be helpful in the prediction of structural motifs for these kinds of studies.Interestingly,these heterosynthons are strikingly similar,to those of the homosynthons of the individual functional groups.The nature of the aza groups helps to enhance the overall volume of the crystal lattice thus leading to the formation of various supramolecular assemblies.Thermal stability of these compounds has been investigated by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) of mass loss.WANG Lei ZHAO Lei XUE RuiYu LU XiFeng WEN YongHong YANG Yu 2012Science China Chemistry2012,55,12:2

17Si-Wu-Tang attenuates liver fibrosis via regulating lncRNA H19-dependent pathways involving cytoskeleton remodeling and ECM deposition显示文摘Liver fibrosis is a dynamic wound-healing response characterized by the agglutination of the extracellular matrix(ECM).Si-Wu-Tang(SWT),a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formula,is known for treating gynecological diseases and liver fibrosis.Our previous studies demonstrated that long non-coding RNA H19(H19)was markedly upregulated in fibrotic livers while its deficiency markedly reversed fibrogenesis.However,the mechanisms by which SWT influences H19 remain unclear.Thus,we established a bile duct ligation(BDL)-induced liver fibrosis model to evaluate the hepatoprotective effects of SWT on various cells in the liver.Our results showed that SWT markedly improved ECM deposition and bile duct reactions in the liver.Notably,SWT relieved liver fibrosis by regulating the transcription of genes involved in the cytoskeleton remodeling,primarily in hepatic stellate cells(HSCs),and influencing cytoskeleton-related angiogenesis and hepatocellular injury.This modulation collectively led to reduced ECM deposition.Through extensive bioinformatics analyses,we determined that H19 acted as a miRNA sponge and mainly inhibited miR-200,miR-211,and let7b,thereby regulating the above cellular regulatory pathways.Meanwhile,SWT reversed H19-related miRNAs and signaling pathways,diminishing ECM deposition and liver fibrosis.However,these protective effects of SWT were diminished with the overexpression of H19 in vivo.In conclusion,our study elucidates the underlying mechanisms of SWT from the perspective of H19-related signal networks and proposes a potential SWT-based therapeutic strategy for the treatment of liver fibrosis.QU Jiaorong XUE Xiaoyong WANG Zhixing MA Zhi JIA Kexin LI Fanghong ZHANG Yinhao WU Ruiyu ZHOU Fei ZHAO Piwen LI Xiaojiaoyang 2024Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2024,22,1:0
18Case Study on AI Robotics in Senior Living in China显示文摘Currently,in China,as the elderly population rapidly increases due to the increase in aging,the importance of the elderly’s living environment and quality of life is increasing.Accordingly,the development of technology presents the possibility of providing a better life to the elderly.This study is conducted to investigate and analyze the current status and performance of artificial intelligence robot technology introduced in the elderly residential space in China,and contribute to the improvement of the living and convenience of the elderly.First,we investigate the cases of various types of artificial intelligence robots currently being used in the residential environment for the elderly in China.Second,by evaluating the technical performance and function of each artificial intelligence robot,we will look at how it meets the needs of the elderly’s special bedfall,health care,and social interaction.Third,we analyze the impact of artificial intelligence robots on the daily life of the elderly and investigate users’experiences and effects to understand social effects.Fourth,based on the obtained results,suggestions and future prospects for effectively introducing artificial intelligence robots into the residential environment for the elderly in China are presented.Through this,it is expected to contribute to understanding how artificial intelligence robot technology is being applied in the residential environment of the elderly in China,and to find ways to improve the convenience and quality of life of the elderly.Xiajie Zhao Ruiyu Li 2024Psychology Research2024,14,2:0

20Research on Nonlinear Frequency Compression Method of Hearing Aid with Adaptive Compression Ratio显示文摘To make full use of the residual audible frequency band of hearing-loss patients and improve the intelligibility of speech,an adaptive nonlinear frequency compression(NFC)algorithm is proposed,which amplifies signals below the cutoff frequency while compresses signals above the cutoff frequency.Firstly,high-frequency signals are decomposed to critical band signals according to the BARK scale.Secondly,the global compression ratio is determined according to the patient's cutoff frequency and maximum audible frequency.Thirdly,the sub-band compression ratio is adaptively determined based on the global compression ratio and normalized average energy of subband signals.Finally,the high frequency signals are transposed to low frequency bands by compression mapping,and the phases are adjusted to the same as the original low frequency signals.Experimental results of speech intelligibility with nine subjects demonstrate that compared to conventional amplitude amplification and nonlinear frequency compression algorithms the proposed algorithm significantly improves the intelligibility of initials and sentences,while not affects the intelligibility of finals and tones significantly.Xia Wang Hongming Shen Huawei Tao Ruiyu Liang Xing Deng Haijian Shao Li Zhao Cairong Zou 2019Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2019,,11:0
