| 2 | Enhancement of CO_(2) capture and microstructure evolution of the spent calcium-based sorbent by the self-reactivation process显示文摘The effect of self-reactivation on the CO_(2) capture capacity of the spent calcium based sorbent was investigated in a dual-fixed bed reactor.The sampled sorbents from the dual-fixed bed reactor were sent for XRD,SEM and N_2 adsorption analysis to explain the self-reactivation mechanism.The results show that the CaO in the spent sorbent discharged from the calciner absorbs the vapor in the air to form Ca(OH)_(2) and further Ca(OH)_(2)·2 H_(2) O under environmental conditions,during which process the CO_(2) capture capacity of the spent sorbent can be self-reactivated.The microstructure of the spent sorbent is improved by the self-reactivation process,resulting in more porous microstructure,higher BET surface area and pore volume.Compared with the calcined spent sorbent that has experienced 20 cycles,the pore volume and BET surface area are increased by 6.69 times and 56.3% after self-reactivation when φ=170%.The improved microstructure makes it easier for the CO_(2) diffusion and carbonation reaction in the sorbent.Therefore,the CO_(2) capture capacity of the spent sorbent is enhanced by self-reactivation process.A self-reactivation process coupled with calcium looping process was proposed to reuse the discharged spent calcium based sorbent from the calciner.Higher average carbonation conversion and CO_(2) capture efficiency can be achieved when self-reactivated spent sorbent is used as supplementary sorbent in the calciner rather than fresh CaCO_(3) under the same conditions. | Rongyue Sun Hongliang Zhu Rui Xiao | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,1: | 2 |
| 3 | The unified ideal model of mean motion resonance of artificial satellites due to geopotential perturbations显示文摘From Kaula's Earth gravitational potential written in classical orbital elements, the unified ideal model of mean motion resonance of artificial satellites due to geopotential perturbations is developed in this paper first, through a suitable sequence of canonical transformations constructed by implicit functions. This unified ideal orbital resonance model is valid for all the commensurabilities between the rotational angular velocity of the Earth and the angular velocities of mean orbital motion of artificial satellites with arbitrary inclination and small eccentricity, and can be also transformed into Garfinkel's general expression of ideal resonance problem. Then 1/1 resonance of the 24-hour satellite with arbitrary inclination and small eccentricity is analyzed under the effect of harmonics of J2 and J 22 of the geopotential, based on the unified ideal model of mean motion resonance. | 9 | Parameters and performance analysis of quantum wireless sensor network for monitoring the activities of tibetan antelope in Hoh Xil显示文摘Hoh Xil is the national nature reserve in China, and Tibetan antelope is a research hotspot of wildlife protection in this area. In order to track the population and activity of Tibetan antelope in Hoh Xil, a quantum wireless sensor monitoring network(QWSMN) based on the quantum satellite wide-area communication networks was proposed. This network consists of quantum wireless sensors installed on the Tibetan antelope, small quantum base stations, quantum satellite signal transmitting stations, quantum satellite and quantum satellite signal receiving stations. The simulation results show that under the interference of the sandstorm, a quantum satellite signal transmitting station can cover the monitoring area of 20 106 km^2, and the network throughput reaches 40 KB/s. | 10 | Multiomics analysis reveals metabolic subtypes and identifies diacylglycerol kinase α (DGKA) as a potential therapeutic target for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma显示文摘Background:Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(iCCA)is a highly heteroge-neous and lethal hepatobiliary tumor with few therapeutic strategies.The metabolic reprogramming of tumor cells plays an essential role in the develop-ment of tumors,while the metabolic molecular classification of iCCA is largely unknown.Here,we performed an integrated multiomics analysis and metabolic classification to depict differences in metabolic characteristics of iCCA patients,hoping to provide a novel perspective to understand and treat iCCA.Methods:We performed integrated multiomics analysis in 116 iCCA samples,including whole-exome sequencing,bulk RNA-sequencing and proteome anal-ysis.Based on the non-negative matrix factorization method and the protein abundance of metabolic genes in human genome-scale metabolic models,the metabolic subtype of iCCA was determined.Survival and prognostic gene analy-ses were used to compare overall survival(OS)differences between metabolic subtypes.Cell proliferation analysis,5-ethynyl-2’-deoxyuridine(EdU)assay,colony formation assay,RNA-sequencing and Western blotting were performed to investigate the molecular mechanisms of diacylglycerol kinaseα(DGKA)in iCCA cells.Results:Three metabolic subtypes(S1-S3)with subtype-specific biomarkers of iCCA were identified.These metabolic subtypes presented with distinct prog-noses,metabolic features,immune microenvironments,and genetic alterations.The S2 subtype with the worst survival showed the activation of some special metabolic processes,immune-suppressed microenvironment and Kirsten ratsar-coma viral oncogene homolog(KRAS)/AT-rich interactive domain 1A(ARID1A)mutations.Among the S2 subtype-specific upregulated proteins,DGKA was further identified as a potential drug target for iCCA,which promoted cell proliferation by enhancing phosphatidic acid(PA)metabolism and activating mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling.Conclusion:Viamultiomics analyses,we identified three metabolic subtypes of iCCA,revealing that the S2 subtype exhibited the poorest survival outcomes.We further identified DGKA as a potential target for the S2 subtype. | Weiren Liu Huqiang Wang Qianfu Zhao Chenyang Tao Weifeng Qu Yushan Hou Run Huang Zimei Sun Guiqi Zhu Xifei Jiang Yuan Fang Jun Gao Xiaoling Wu Zhixiang Yang Rongyu Ping Jiafeng Chen Rui Yang Tianhao Chu Jian Zhou Jia Fan Zheng Tang Dong Yang Yinghong Shi | 2024 | Cancer Communications2024,44,2: | 0 |
| 11 | Single-Cu-atoms anchored on 3D macro-porous carbon matrix as efficient catalyst for oxygen reduction and Pt co-catalyst for methanol oxidation显示文摘Single metal atoms immobilized on a carbon substrate are of great potential for enhancing the catalytic activities for oxygen reduction and methanol oxidation reactions(ORR/MOR)owing to the maximized atom utilization.Herein,single copper atoms(SCAs)are loaded on macro-porous nitrogen-doped carbon(Cu-NC)derived from zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8),which are used as catalysts for ORR and Pt-supports for MOR.For ORR,the catalyst marked as Cu-NC-3 exhibits a higher peak potential of 0.87 V(vs.Reversible hydrogen electrode)than that of commercial Pt/C(0.83 V),mainly attributing to that the 3D macro-porous structure of Cu-NC-3 provides adequate space for uniform dispersion of SCAs as the main active species,and smooth diffusion pathways for fast transport of substances(O_(2),H_(2)O),therefore reducing the overpotential and the intermediate(H_(2)O_(2))generation to enhance ORR activity.For MOR,Pt-Cu-NC-3 has a higher mass activity of 1217.4 mA/mg Pt than that of Pt/C(752.4 mA/mg Pt),and its activity maintenance(decline of 27.6%)is also better than Pt/C(decline of 44.0%)after 5000 cyclic voltammetry(CV)cycles.The interactions between SCAs and Pt nanoparticles should facilitate the generation of OH−from water molecules,which can fast eliminate the adsorbed CO to recover the Pt active sites to improve MOR performance.This synthesis strategy affords a new inspiration to prepare single metal atoms loaded on ZIFs-derived macro-structure with diverse activities for ORR/MOR. | Jin Ma Bin Liu Rongyue Wang Zhiyao Sun Ying Zhang Yubo Sun Zhuang Cai Yao Li Jinlong Zou | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,5: | 0 |
