| 1 | Analysis of main controlling factors for hydrocarbon accumulation in central rift zones of the Hailar-Tamtsag Basin using a fault-caprock dual control mode显示文摘The Hailar-Tamtsag Basin is a typical rift basin where two sets of regional caprocks are developed,i.e.,mudstone caprocks(containing a small amount of tuff)developed in strong rifting stage and fault-depression stage,respectively.The caprocks have a cumulative thickness of 50-120 m in general,and a single-layer thickness of 20-50 m,interbedded with sandstone about 1-2 m thick.The large set of mudstone is distributed continuously,as pure mudstone caprock.Forty-three mudstone and tuff samples were taken to perform displacement pressure test with our independently developed displacement pressure tester.Test result shows that the displacement pressure is 0.04-10.00 MPa,which is equivalent to 0.09-20.01 MPa after being corrected to the actual burial depth.As the burial depth increases,the displacement pressure rises gradually,and is 1-10 times greater than that of oil-bearing sandstone or conglomerate reservoir at the same burial depth.The difference between displacement pressure of mudstone caprock and sandstone or conglomerate reservoir increases greatly if the burial depth exceeds 1000 m.Because of the displacement pressure difference between caprock and reservoir,the maximum height of hydrocarbon column sealed by the caprock ranges from 300 m to 2000 m,much higher than the height of the trap closure at the same burial depth.No hydrocarbons will leak through such caprocks.Analysis of the reservoir GOI,homogeneous temperature,and crude maturity of both deep and shallow reservoirs in Well Wu-20 in the Wuerxun Depression shows that Damoguaihe II Member reservoir is a secondary reservoir developed during adjustment of early reservoir.It is mainly distributed in inverted structures.Faulting is one of the main factors breaking the integrity of caprocks.Three kinds of faults are often related to the migration of hydrocarbons across regional caprocks:the first type refers to the positive inverted faults breaking the early sealing conditions and making the hydrocarbons accumulated in the early period re-migration;the second type refers to the faults with shear mudstone smear structures which lose their continuity and open vertically when the fault throws exceed 5 times of the mudstone thickness;the third type refers to the normal faults developed in the structural inversion stage,which have a typical cataclastic structure and are easy to cause vertical migration of hydrocarbons.Hydrocarbon enriched horizons of the rift basins are co-controlled by 'fault-caprock'.Specifically,95% of the geological reserve is controlled by regional caprocks,and only 5% is controlled by open faults,secondary oil/gas reservoirs are developed over regional caprocks. | FU XiaoFei CHEN Zhe YAN BaiQuan YANG Mian SUN YongHe | 2013 | Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,8: | 15 |
| 2 | Effects of Xinfeng capsule on the Fas/FasL-mediated apoptotic pathway in patients with rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of Xinfeng capsule on the apoptosis of peripheral blood CD4+ T lymphocytes and changes in the Fas/Fas L-mediated apoptotic pathway in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).METHODS:A total of 28 RA patients were included in the study;they were randomly divided into the Xinfeng capsule(XFC) group(3 capsules,3 per day)and the leflunomide(LEF) group(1 pellet,once per night).The treatment course in each groups was 12 weeks.The normal control(NC) group consisted of10 healthy people.The apoptotic rate was examined using flow cytometry.Fas,Fas L,caspase 8,caspase 3,bcl-2,and bax m RNA were examined using q RT-PCR.Apoptotic proteins Fas,Fas L,caspase8,and caspase 3 were examined using western blotting.RESULTS:After treatment,patients in the two groups all showed some trend of improvement.Disease activity indexes,joint morning stiffness time,joint swelling/tenderness number,health assessment questionnaire(HAQ) score,RA quality of life(RAQOL) questionnaire,and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),as well as all apoptotic related indicators were reduced in both groups after treatment with no significant difference between groups.But the improvement in terms of the self-rating depression scale(SDS) in the XFC group was better than in the LEF group.RA patients showed lower apoptotic rates in CD4+ T cells,lower bax,Fas,caspase 8,and caspase 3 m RNA,and less protein expression of Fas,caspase 8,and caspase3 than in the NC group.These indicators increased after treatment.However,the level of Bcl-2 m RNA was higher in the XFC group than in the NC group before treatment,and it subsequently decreased.The XFC group expressed lower Bcl-2 m RNA than the LEF group.Negative correlations were found between ESR and the apoptotic rate in CD4 + T cells,Fas,and caspase 3;CRP and Fas;and,swollen joint count and Bax,while positive correlations were found between ESR and Bcl-2.CONCLUSION:XFC can regulate the Fas/Fas L system and promote CD4+ T cell apoptosis and thus reduce the abnormal immune response,which can improve symptoms in RA patients. | Sun Yue Liu Jian Cao Yonghe | 2018 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2018,38,4: | 7 |
| 3 | Fault Systems and their Control of Deep Gas Accumulations in Xujiaweizi Area显示文摘A study of faults and their control of deep gas accumulations has been made on the basis of dividing fault systems in the Xujiaweizi area. The study indicates two sets of fault systems are developed vertically in the Xujiaweizi area, including a lower fault system and an upper fault system. Formed in the period of the Huoshiling Formation to Yingcheng Formation, the lower fault system consists of five fault systems including Xuxi strike-slip extensional fault system, NE-trending extensional fault system, near-EW-trending regulating fault system, Xuzhong strike-slip fault system and Xudong strike-slip fault system. Formed in the period of Qingshankou Formation to Yaojia Formation, the upper fault system was affected mainly by the boundary conditions of the lower fault system, and thus plenty of multi-directionally distributed dense fault zones were formed in the T2 reflection horizon. The Xuxi fault controlled the formation and distribution of Shahezi coal-measure source rocks, and Xuzhong and Xudong faults controlled the formation and distribution of volcanic reservoirs of Y1 Member and Y3 Member, respectively. In the forming period of the upper fault system, the Xuzhong fault was of successive strong activities and directly connected gas source rock reservoirs and volcanic reservoirs, so it is a strongly-charged direct gas source fault. | 4 | Spatiotemporal variation in forest fire danger from 1996 to 2010 in Jilin Province,China显示文摘We evaluated the spatial and temporal patterns of forest fires in two fire seasons(March to June and September to November) from 1996 to 2010 in Jilin Province,China,using the Canadian Forest Fire Weather Index System.Fire data were obtained from the Provincial Fire Agency,and historical climate records of daily weather observations were collected from 36 weather stations in Jilin and its neighboring provinces.A linear regression model was used to analyze linear trends between climate and fire weather indices with time treated as an independent variable.Correlation analysis was used to detect correlations between fire frequency,areas burned,and fire weather indices.A thin-plate smooth spline model was used to interpolate the point data of 36 weather stations to generate a surface covering the whole province.Our analyses indicated fire frequency and areas burned were significantly correlated with fire weather indices.Overall,the Canadian Forest Fire Weather Index System appeared to be work well for determining the fire danger rating in Jilin Province.Also,our analyses indicated that in the forthcoming decades,the overall fire danger in March and April should decrease across the province,but the chance of a large fire in these months would increase.The fire danger in the fall fire season would increase in the future,and the chance of large fire would also increase.Historically,because most fires have occurred in the spring in Jilin Province,such a shift in the future fire danger between the two fire seasons would be beneficial for the province's fire management. | Yanlong Shan Yonghe Wang Mike Flannigan Shuyuan Tang Pingyan Sun Fengguo Du | 2017 | Journal of Forestry Research2017,28,5: | 2 |

| 10 | Runoff Change of Naoli River in Northeast China in 1955–2009 and Its Influencing Factors显示文摘Runoff change and trend of the Naoli River Basin were studied through the time series analysis using the data from the hydrological and meteorological stations. Time series of hydrological data were from 1957 to 2009 for Bao′an station, from 1955 to 2009 for Baoqing station, from 1956 to 2009 for Caizuizi station and from 1978 to 2009 for Hongqiling station. The influences of climate change and human activities on runoff change were investigated, and the causes of hydrological regime change were revealed. The seasonal runoff distribution of the Naoli River was extremely uneven, and the annual change was great. Overall, the annual runoff showed a significant decreasing trend. The annual runoff of Bao′an, Baoqing, and Caizuizi stations in 2009 decreased by 64.1%, 76.3%, and 84.3%, respectively, compared with their beginning data recorded. The wet and dry years of the Naoli River have changed in the study period. The frequency of wet year occurrence decreased and lasted longer, whereas that of dry year occurrence increased. The frequency of dry year occurrence increased from 25.0%-27.8% to 83.9%-87.5%. The years before the 1970s were mostly wet, whereas those after the 1970s were mostly dry. Precipitation reduction and land use changes contributed to the decrease in annual runoff. | 11 | Crude oil mobility and its controlling factors in tight sand reservoirs in northern Songliao Basin, East China显示文摘Taking tight oil in Gaotaizi and Fuyu oil layers of the Upper Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation in northern Songliao Basin as an example, based on analyses of nuclear magnetic resonance and high pressure mercury injection, experiment methods of supercritical carbon dioxide displacement and extraction are firstly employed to quantify crude oil mobility in tight sand reservoirs with different lithologies and oil contents. The results show that, under the conditions of simulating the Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation in the northern Songliao Basin at a temperature of 76-89 °C and a pressure of 35-42 MPa, the lower limit of the porosity of the movable oil is4.4%, and the lower limit of the permeability is 0.015′10-3 mm2. The lower limit of the average pore throat radius is 21 nm. On this basis,a classification standard for three types of tight sand reservoirs is proposed. Type I reservoirs are characterized by the movable fluid saturation larger than 40%, the movable oil ratio(ratio of movable oil to total oil) greater than 30% and the starting pressure gradient in the range of 0.3-0.6 MPa/m; Type II reservoirs are characterized by the movable fluid saturation in the range of 10%–40%, the movable oil ratio in the range of 5%–30% and the starting pressure gradient in the range of 0.6–1.0 MPa/m; Type III reservoirs are characterized by the movable fluid saturation less than 10% in general, the movable oil ratio less than 5%, and the starting pressure gradient greater than1.0 MPa/m. The fluid mobility in tight sand reservoirs is mainly affected by diagenesis and sedimentary environment. | 12 | 不同手术时机治疗对老年股骨颈骨折患者的近远期疗效比较显示文摘目的探讨不同手术时机治疗对老年股骨颈骨折患者的近远期疗效。方法选取2015年8月至2020年9月北京市朝阳区双桥医院收治的150例股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,根据不同手术时机分为观察组与对照组,每组75例。两组均行全髋关节置换术,观察组在入院后4~6 h进行手术,对照组在入院后1~2 d进行手术。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量和住院时间,两组手术前后不同时间点Harris评分,手术前后血清Dickkopf相关蛋白-1(DKK-1)和血清酸性磷酸酶5b(TPAP5b)水平和术后1、12个月临床疗效。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组Harris评分组间、时间、交互比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组内比较:术后1、3、6、12个月,两组Harris评分术后均高于前一时间点,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较:术前、术后12个月,两组Harris评分比较差异无统计学意义;术后1、3、6个月,观察组Harris评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,两组DKK-1、TPAP5b水平均低于术前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗总有效率术后1个月与术后12个月比较差异无统计学意义;术后1、12个月,观察组治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年股骨颈骨折患者越早进行手术,髋关节功能改善越好,缩短手术时间和住院时间、降低出血量,近远期疗效更好。 | YANG Yonghe LIU Hongyao SUN Guiyao | 2023 | 当代医学2023,29,27: | 0 |
| 13 | Formation and evolution of oblique anticline in eastern Niger Delta显示文摘Based on the three-dimensional seismic interpretation data,this paper analyzed the formation mechanism and the growth process of the oblique anticline AE of the M region of the eastern Niger Delta,as well as the evolution process of the associated fault systems.The study results show that the stratigraphic sedimentary period between reflector H4-H6 of the middle and late Miocene was the initial fold-thrust stage,the anticline AE was a half-graben controlled by oblique extensional faults derived from the oblique extensional transfer structure formed by local initial differential fold-thrusting.At the same time the tear faults developed as a result of the differential sliding.During the stratigraphic sedimentary period between reflector H1-H4 of the late Miocene to Pliocene,the large-scale folding and thrusting occurred,differential contractional deformation resulted in the pre-existing extensional half-graben became AE anticline by oblique tectonic inversion,then the anticline grew continually and the crest of the anticline migrated gradually.The newly formed fault systems consist of a small number of associated tear-normal faults caused by differential thrusting and gravity-driven domino normal faults predominantly induced by the slope inclination of the anticline limb.During the stratigraphic sedimentary period between reflector H0-H1 of the Pleistocene to Holocene,as the growth of the anticline ceased,the area entered post-fold thrusting stage.The formation and distribution of conjugated faults were controlled by the local gravity return collapse,local differential sliding and reactivation of pre-existing positive inversion faults jointly.The research results of genetic mechanism of the oblique inversion anticline and evolution of associated faults are helpful to reveal the key factors controlling the accumulation and distribution of oil and gas. | SUN Yonghe LIU Zhida LI Xuesong HU Guangyi FAN Tingen GAO Yunfeng | 2018 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2018,45,1: | 0 |

| 15 | Fault reactivation in No.4 structural zone and its control on oil and gas accumulation in Nanpu sag,Bohai Bay Basin,China显示文摘Based on seismic and drilling data,the reactivation mechanism of the pre-existing basement F4 strike-slip faultin Nanpu sag and its controlling effect on hydrocarbon accumulation difference are systematically studied.By defining fault activation stages,back-stripping fault throw and physical modeling,it is found that the Nanpu No.4 structural zone formed by the Cenozoic reactivity of the F4 fault grew from south to north,with strike-slip deformation dominated in the south and extensional deformation dominated in the north.Faults in the No.4 structural zone and those in the adjacent No.2 and No.3 structural zones were different fault systems,which grew separately,contacted and connected,and finally interwove under the action of unified stress field.By constructing the identification chart of deformation mechanisms of reactivation of pre-existing faults,it is concluded that during the sedimentary period of the Paleogene Shahejie Formation,F4 fault was reactivated by strike-slip faulting,and during the sedimentary period of Paleogene Dongying Formation and Neogene Guantao-Minghuazhen formations,it was reactivated by oblique extension.The controlling effects of Cenozoic reactivation of F4 fault on hydrocarbon accumulation include:(1)As the oil-source fault,it controlled the vertical cross-layer migration of oil and gas.(2)It gave rise to strike-slip transfer zone to control the distribution of sand bodies.(3)It grew upward and interacted with faults in the neighboring area,controlling the formation of two types of traps,and was favorable for oil and gas accumulation. | LIU Lu SUN Yonghe CHEN Chang LOU Rui WANG Qi | 2022 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,4: | 0 |

A minimum interface trap density of 3×10^(11) cm^(-2) eV^(-1) is obtained without postmetallization annealing treatment.Additionally, utilizing Ti/Al_(2)O_(3)/In P MOS gate stack,we fabricated ultra-thin body buried In0.35 Ga0.65 As channel MOSFETs on Si substrates with optimized on/off trade-off.
