Towards 6G wireless communication networks:vision, enabling technologies, and new paradigm shifts显示文摘The fifth generation(5G)wireless communication networks are being deployed worldwide from 2020 and more capabilities are in the process of being standardized, such as mass connectivity,ultra-reliability,and guaranteed low latency.However,5G will not meet all requirements of the future in 2030 and beyond, and sixth generation(6G)wireless communication networks are expected to provide global coverage, enhanced spectral/energy/cost efficiency, better intelligence level and security, etc. To meet these requirements,6G networks will rely on new enabling technologies,i.e.,air interface and transmission technologies and novel network architecture, such as waveform design, multiple access, channel coding schemes,multi-antenna technologies, network slicing,cell-free architecture, and cloud/fog/edge computing. Our vision on 6G is that it will have four new paradigm shifts.First,to satisfy the requirement of global coverage,6G will not be limited to terrestrial communication networks, which will need to be complemented with non-terrestrial networks such as satellite and unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)communication networks, thus achieving a space-airground-sea integrated communication network.Second, all spectra will be fully explored to further increase data rates and connection density, including the sub-6GHz,millimeter wave(mmWave),terahertz(THz),and optical frequency bands.Third, facing the big datasets generated by the use of extremely heterogeneous networks, diverse communication scenarios, large numbers of antennas, wide bandwidths, and new service requirements,6G networks will enable a new range of smart applications with the aid of artificial intelligence(AI)and big data technologies.Fourth, network security will have to be strengthened when developing 6G networks. This article provides a comprehensive survey of recent advances and future trends in these four aspects.Clearly,6G with additional technical requirements beyond those of 5G will enable faster and further communications to the extent that the boundary between physical and cyber worlds disappears.Xiaohu YOU Cheng-Xiang WANG Jie HUANG Xiqi GAO Zaichen ZHANG Mao WANG Yongming HUANG Chuan ZHANG Yanxiang JIANG Jiaheng WANG Min ZHU Bin SHENG Dongming WANG Zhiwen PAN Pengcheng ZHU Yang YANG Zening LIU Ping ZHANG Xiaofeng TAO Shaoqian LI Zhi CHEN Xinying MA Chih-Lin I Shuangfeng HAN Ke LI Chengkang PAN Zhimin ZHENG Lajos HANZO Xuemin(Sherman)SHEN Yingjie Jay GUO Zhiguo DING Harald HAAS Wen TONG Peiying ZHU Ganghua YANG Jun WANG Erik GLARSSON Hien Quoc NGO Wei HONG Haiming WANG Debin HOU Jixin CHEN Zhe CHEN Zhangcheng HAO Geoffrey Ye LI Rahim TAFAZOLLI Yue GAO HVincent POOR Gerhard P.FETTWEIS Ying-Chang LIANG 2021Science China(Information Sciences)2021,64,1:122
The Association of Maternal Body Composition and Dietary Intake with the Risk of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus during the Second Trimester in a Cohort of Chinese Pregnant Women显示文摘Objective To investigate the association of maternal body composition and dietary intake with the risk of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM). Methods A total 154 GDM subjects and 981 controls were enrolled in a prospective cohort study in 11 hospitals from May 20, 2012 to December 31, 2013. Bioelectrical impedance analysis and dietary surveys were used to determine body composition and to evaluate the intake of nutrients in subjects at 21-24 weeks' gestation(WG). Logistic regression analysis was applied to explore the relationships of maternal body composition and dietary intake with the risk of GDM morbidity. Results Age, pre-pregnant body weight(BW), and body mass index(BMI) were associated with increased risk of GDM. Fat mass(FM), fat mass percentage(FMP), extracellular water(ECW), BMI, BW, energy, protein, fat, and carbohydrates at 21-24 WG were associated with an increased risk of GDM. In contrast, fat free mass(FFM), muscular mass(MM), and intracellular water(ICW) were associated with a decreased risk of GDM. Conclusion Maternal body composition and dietary intake during the second trimester of pregnancy were associated with the risk of GDM morbidity.Xu Qing Gao Zhi Ying Li Li Ming Wang Lu Zhang Qian Teng Yue Zhao Xia Ge Sheng Jing Hong Jiang Yang Yong Tao Liu Xiao Jun Lyu Chun Jian Mao Lun Yu Xiao Ming Liu Ying Hua Kong Ai Jing Yang Xue Yan Liu Zhao Zhang Yong Wang Jin Zhang Xin Sheng Xue Chang Yong Lu Yan Ping 2016Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2016,29,1:29
Circular RNA circ-LDLRAD3 as a biomarker in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer显示文摘AIM To analyze the diagnostic value of a circular RNA(circR NA), circ-LDLRAD3, in pancreatic cancer.METHODS Expression levels of circ-LDLRAD3 were tested in both cells and clinical samples; the latter included 30 paired pancreatic cancer tissues and adjacent non-tumorous tissues, 31 plasma samples from patients with pancreatic cancer, and 31 plasma samples from healthy volunteers. Real-time quantitative reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR) was performed to measure expression levels of circ-LDLRAD3 in cells and clinical samples; then, the relationship between clinicopathological factors of patient samples and expression of circ-LDLRAD3 in pancreatic cancer was analyzed. The diagnostic value of circ-LDLRAD3 was verified by receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve analysis.RESULTS Circ-LDLRAD3 was up-regulated in pancreatic cancer cell lines(P < 0.01), pancreatic cancer tissues(P < 0.01), and plasma samples from patients with pancreatic cancer(P < 0.01). High expression of circLDLRAD3 was significantly associated with venous invasion, lymphatic invasion, and metastasis. The area under the ROC curve of circ-LDLRAD3 alone or combination with CA19-9 was 0.67 and 0.87, respectively, with a sensitivity and specificity of 0.5738(alone) and 0.7049(alone), and 0.8033(combination) and 0.9355(combination), respectively.CONCLUSION These data suggest that circ-LDLRAD3 may be a biomarker in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.Fan Yang Dong-Yan Liu Jin-Tao Guo Nan Ge Ping Zhu Xiang Liu Sheng Wang Guo-Xin Wang Si-Yu Sun 2017World Journal of Gastroenterology2017,23,47:25
Construction, expression and characterization of the engineered antibody against tumor surface antigen, p185^(c-erbB-2)显示文摘The c-erbB-2 proto-oncogene encodes a 185kDa protein p185, which belongs to epidermal growth factorreceptor family. Amplification of this gene has been shown to correlate with poor clinical prognosis forcertain cancer patients. The monoclonal antibody A21 which directed against p185 specifically inhibitsproliferation of tumor cells overexpressing p185, hence allows it to be a candidate for targeted therapy. Inorder to overcome several drawbacks of murine MAb, we cloned its VH and VL genes and constructed thesingle-chain Fv (scFv) through a peptide linker. The recombinant scFvA21 was expressed in Escherichiacoli and purified by the affinity column. Subsequently it was characterized by ELISA, Western blot, cellimmunohistochemistry and FACS. All these assays showed the binding activity to extracellular domain(ECD) of p185. Based on those properties of scFvA21, we further constructed the scFv-Fc fusion moleculewith a homodimer form and the recombinant product was expressed in mammalian cells. In a series ofsubsequent analysis this fusion protein showed identical antigen binding site and activity with the parentantibody. These anti-p185 engineered antibodies have promised to be further modified as a tumor targetingdrugs, with a view of application in the diagnosis and treatment of human breast cancer.LIAN SHENG CHENG, AI PING LIU, JIA HONG YANG, YAN QIU DONG, LIANG WEI LI, JING WANG, CHAO CHEN WANG, JING LIUSchool of Life Science, University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei 230027, China 2003Cell Research2003,13,1:24
Laparoscopic cystogastrostomy for the treatment of pancreatic pseudocysts: A case report显示文摘Pancreatic pseudocysts(PPs) are collections o pancreatic secretions that are lined by fibrous tissue and may contain necrotic debris or blood. The interventions including percutaneous, endoscopic o surgical approaches are based on the size, location symptoms and complications of a pseudocyst With the availability of advanced imaging system and cameras, better hemostatic equipments and excellent laparoscopic techniques, most pseudocyst can be found and managed by laparoscopy. We describe a case of a 30-year-old male patient with a pancreatic pseudocyst amenable to laparoscopi cystogastrostomy. An incision was made through the anterior gastric wall to expose the posterior gastri wall in close contact with the pseudocyst using an ultrasonically activated scalpel. Then, another incision was made for cystogastrostomy to obtain complete and unobstructed drainage. The patient recovered well after operation and was symptom-free during a 6-mo follow-up, suggesting that laparoscopi cystogastrostomy is a safe and effective alternative to open cystogastrostomy for minimally invasive management of PPs.Qin-song Sheng Da-Zhi Chen Ren Lang Zhong-Kui Jin Dong-Dong Han Li-Xin Li Yong-Jiu Yang Ping Li Fei Pan Dong Zhang Zhao-Wei Qu Qiang He 2008World Journal of Gastroenterology2008,14,30:15
Long-chain alkenones in Hotong Qagan Nur Lake sediments and its paleoclimatic implications显示文摘The long-chain alkenones present in the shallow sediment of Hotong Qagan Nur Lake in China are reported. According to the similarity of compositions and distributions of the alkenones determined commonly in the sediment section to those of marine sediment, it is reasonably referred that the alkenones might also originate from Prymnesiophyceae. ln addition, the parameter U37k'of alkenone is in positive correlation to δ18O values of authigenic calcium and magnesium minerals. This indicates that the parameter U37k'of long-chain alkenone is also available to indicate paleoclimate of high-salinity alkaline lake.Guoying Sheng Keqin Cai Xuexian Yang Jialan Lu Guodong Jia Ping’an Peng Jiamo Fu 1999Chinese Science Bulletin1999,44,3:15

Blood Pressure Associated with Arsenic Methylation and Arsenic Metabolism Caused by Chronic Exposure to Arsenic in Tube Well Water显示文摘Objective The effects of arsenic exposure from drinking water, arsenic metabolism, and arsenic methylation on blood pressure(BP) were observed in this study. Methods The BP and arsenic species of 560 participants were determined. Logistic regression analysis was applied to estimate the odds ratios of BP associated with arsenic metabolites and arsenic methylation capability. Results BP was positively associated with cumulative arsenic exposure(CAE). Subjects with abnormal diastolic blood pressure(DBP), systolic blood pressure(SBP), and pulse pressure(PP) usually had higher urinary i As(inorganic arsenic), MMA(monomethylated arsenic), DMA(dimethylated arsenic), and TAs(total arsenic) than subjects with normal DBP, SBP, and PP. The i As%, MMA%, and DMA% differed slightly between subjects with abnormal BP and those with normal BP. The PMI and SMI were slightly higher in subjects with abnormal PP than in those with normal PP. Conclusion Our findings suggest that higher CAE may elevate BP. Males may have a higher risk of abnormal DBP, whereas females have a higher risk of abnormal SBP and PP. Higher urinary i As may increase the risk of abnormal BP. Lower PMI may elevate the BP. However, higher SMI may increase the DBP and SBP, and lower SMI may elevate the PP.WEI Bing Gan YE Bi Xiong YU Jiang Ping YANG Lin Sheng LI Hai Rong XIA Ya Juan WU Ke Gong 2017Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2017,30,5:9
Association of Overlapped and Un-overlapped Comorbidities with COVID-19 Severity and Treatment Outcomes: A Retrospective Cohort Study from Nine Provinces in China显示文摘Objective Several COVID-19 patients have overlapping comorbidities. The independent role of each component contributing to the risk of COVID-19 is unknown, and how some non-cardiometabolic comorbidities affect the risk of COVID-19 remains unclear. Methods A retrospective follow-up design was adopted. A total of 1,160 laboratory-confirmed patients were enrolled from nine provinces in China. Data on comorbidities were obtained from the patients’ medical records. Multivariable logistic regression models were used to estimate the odds ratio(OR) and 95% confidence interval(95% CI) of the associations between comorbidities(cardiometabolic or non-cardiometabolic diseases), clinical severity, and treatment outcomes of COVID-19.Results Overall, 158(13.6%) patients were diagnosed with severe illness and 32(2.7%) had unfavorable outcomes. Hypertension(2.87, 1.30–6.32), type 2 diabetes(T2 DM)(3.57, 2.32–5.49),cardiovascular disease(CVD)(3.78, 1.81–7.89), fatty liver disease(7.53, 1.96–28.96), hyperlipidemia(2.15, 1.26–3.67), other lung diseases(6.00, 3.01–11.96), and electrolyte imbalance(10.40, 3.00–26.10)were independently linked to increased odds of being severely ill. T2 DM(6.07, 2.89–12.75), CVD(8.47,6.03–11.89), and electrolyte imbalance(19.44, 11.47–32.96) were also strong predictors of unfavorable outcomes. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease on admission(5.46,3.25–9.19), while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes(6.58, 1.46–29.64) within two weeks. Conclusion Besides hypertension, diabetes, and CVD, fatty liver disease, hyperlipidemia, other lung diseases, and electrolyte imbalance were independent risk factors for COVID-19 severity and poor treatment outcome. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease, while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes.MA Yan ZHU Dong Shan CHEN Ren Bo SHI Nan Nan LIU Si Hong FAN Yi Pin WU Gui Hui YANG Pu Ye BAI Jiang Feng CHEN Hong CHEN Li Ying FENG Qiao GUO Tuan Mao HOU Yong HU Gui Fen HU Xiao Mei HU Yun Hong HUANG Jin HUANG Qiu Hua HUANG Shao Zhen JI Liang JIN Hai Hao LEI Xiao LI Chun Yan LI Min Qing LI Qun Tang LI Xian Yong LIU Hong De LIU Jin Ping LIU Zhang MA Yu Ting MAO Ya MO Liu Fen NA Hui WANG Jing Wei SONG Fang Li SUN Sheng WANG Dong Ting WANG Ming Xuan WANG Xiao Yan WANG Yin Zhen WANG Yu Dong WU Wei WU Lan Ping XIAO Yan Hua XIE Hai Jun XU Hong Ming XU Shou Fang XUE Rui Xia YANG Chun YANG Kai Jun YUAN Sheng Li ZHANG Gong Qi ZHANG Jin Bo ZHANG Lin Song ZHAO Shu Sen ZHAO Wan Ying ZHENG Kai ZHOU Ying Chun ZHU Jun Teng ZHU Tian Qing ZHANG Hua Min WANG Yan Ping WANG Yong Yan 2020Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2020,33,12:8
Breaking the barriers: advances in acoustic functional materials显示文摘Acoustics is a classical field of study that has witnessed tremendous developments over the past 25 years.Driven by the novel acoustic effects underpinned by phononic crystals with periodic modulation of elastic building blocks in wavelength scale and acoustic metamaterials with localized resonant units in subwavelength scale, researchers in diverse disciplines of physics, mathematics, and engineering have pushed the boundary of possibilities beyond those long held as unbreakable limits. More recently, structure designs guided by the physics of graphene and topological electronic states of matter have further broadened the whole field of acoustic metamaterials by phenomena that reproduce the quantum effects classically. Use of active energy-gain components, directed by the parity–time reversal symmetry principle, has led to some previously unexpected wave characteristics. It is the intention of this review to trace historically these exciting developments, substantiated by brief accounts of the salient milestones. The latter can include, but are not limited to, zero/negative refraction, subwavelength imaging, sound cloaking, total sound absorption, metasurface and phase engineering, Dirac physics and topology-inspired acoustic engineering, non-Hermitian parity–time synthetic active metamaterials, and one-way propagation of sound waves. These developments may underpin the next generation of acoustic materials and devices, and offer new methods for sound manipulation, leading to exciting applications in noise reduction, imaging, sensing and navigation, as well as communications.Hao Ge Min Yang Chu Ma Ming-Hui Lu Yan-Feng Chen Nicholas Fang Ping Sheng 2018National Science Review2018,5,2:7
Risk Factors of Low Back Pain among the Chinese Occupational Population:A Case-control Study显示文摘Objective To explore the risk factors of low back pain among the Chinese occupational population in several major industries. Methods A total of 7200 subjects(3600 cases and 3600 controls) were randomly sampled from a cross-sectional study, and they were investigated for individual and occupational factors of low back pain. The potential risk factors were first selected by using chi-square tests.Secondly, collinearity diagnosis proceeded by using the Kendall's rank correlation. Finally, binary logistic regression model was used for multi-factor analysis. Results Collinearity diagnosis showed that there was a severe collinearity problem among the potential risk factors of low back pain.Logistic regression model included 20 variables with statistical significance.Bending neck forward or holding neck in a forward posture for long periods(OR=1.408) was the most important risk factor inducing low back pain in this study, followed by bending heavily with the trunk(OR=1.402),carrying out identical work almost for the whole day(OR=1.340).Additionally,sufficient normal break was a protective factor of low back pain. Conclusion Low back pain among the Chinese occupational population was associated with body height, occupation, work organization, physical work, working posture, and others. All these risk factors could be regarded as the indicators of low back pain, and some relevant preventive measures should be taken to reduce low back pain risk.LI Jing Yun WANG Sheng HE Li Hua WU Shan Shan YANG Lei YU Shan Fa LI Li Ping WANG Jian Xin HUANG Yan Di 2012Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2012,25,4:7
A critical epitope in CD147 facilitates memory CD4^(+) T-cell hyper-activation in rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘The abnormal activation of CD4^(+)CD45RO+memory T(Tm)cells plays an important role in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Previous studies have shown that CD147 participates in T-cell activation. However,it remains unclear whether CD147 is involved in abnormal Tm-cell activation in RA patients. In this study,we demonstrated that CD147 was predominantly upregulated in Tm cells derived from RA patients. The anti-CD147 mAb 5A12 specifically inhibited Tm-cell activation and proliferation and further restrained osteoclastogenesis.Using a structural–functional approach,we depicted the interface between 5A12 and CD147.This allowed us to identify two critical residues,Lys63 and Asp65,as potential targets for RA treatment,as the double mutation K63A/D65A inhibited Tm-cell activation, mimicking the neutralization by 5A12.This study provides not only a theoretical basis for a“CD147-Tm/Osteoclast-RA chain”for the potential prevention and treatment of RA or other T-cell-mediated autoimmune diseases but also a new target for related drug design and development.Na Guo Sheng Ye Kui Zhang Xiaoling Yu Hongyong Cui Xiangmin Yang Peng lin Minghua Lv Jinlin Miao Yang Zhang Qing Han Rongguang Zhang Zhinan Chen Ping Zhu 2019Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,6:6

Exposure Effects of Terahertz Waves on Primary Neurons and Neuron-like Cells Under Nonthermal Conditions显示文摘Objective This study aimed to explore the potential effects of terahertz(THz) waves on primary cultured neurons from 4 rat brain regions(hippocampus, cerebral cortex, cerebellum, and brainstem)and 3 kinds of neuron-like cells(MN9 D, PC12, and HT22 cells) under nonthermal conditions. Methods THz waves with an output power of 50(0.16 THz) and 10(0.17 THz) m W with exposure times of 6 and 60 min were used in this study. Analysis of temperature change, neurite growth, cell membrane roughness, micromorphology, neurotransmitters and synaptic-related proteins(SYN and PSD95) was used to evaluate the potential effects. Results Temperature increase caused by the THz wave was negligible. THz waves induced significant neurotransmitter changes in primary hippocampal, cerebellar, and brainstem neurons and in MN9 D and PC12 cells. THz wave downregulated SYN expression in primary hippocampal neurons and downregulated PSD95 expression in primary cortical neurons. Conclusion Different types of cells responded differently after THz wave exposure, and primary hippocampal and cortical neurons and MN9 D cells were relatively sensitive to the THz waves. The biological effects were positively correlated with the exposure time of the THz waves.TAN Sheng Zhi TAN Peng Cheng LUO Lan Qing CHI Yun Liang YANG Zi Long ZHAO Xue Long ZHAO Li DONG Ji ZHANG Jing YAO Bin Wei XU Xin Ping TIAN Guang CHEN Jian Kui WANG Hui PENG Rui Yun 2019Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2019,32,10:5
Corticosteroid therapy in ulcerative colitis:Clinical response and predictors显示文摘AIM:To evaluate clinical response to initial corticosteroid(CS) treatment in Chinese ulcerative colitis patients(UC) and identify predictors of clinical response.METHODS:Four hundred and twenty-three UC patients who were initially treated with oral or intravenous CS from 2007 to 2011 were retrospectively reviewed at eight inflammatory bowel disease centers in China, and 101 consecutive cases with one-year follow-up were analyzed further for clinical response and predictors.Short-term outcomes within one month were classified as primary response and primary non-response.Longterm outcomes within one year were classified as prolonged CS response,CS dependence and secondary non-response.CS refractoriness included primary and secondary non-response.Multivariate analyses were performed to identify predictors associated with clinical response.RESULTS:Within one month,95.0%and 5.0%of the cases were classified into primary response andnon-response,respectively.Within one year,41.6%of cases were assessed as prolonged CS response,while49.5%as CS dependence and 4.0%as secondary nonresponse. The rate of CS refractoriness was 8.9%,while the cumulative rate of surgery was 6.9%within one year. After multivariate analysis of all the variables, tenesmus was found to be a negative predictor of CS dependence(OR=0.336;95%CI:0.147-0.768;P=0.013)and weight loss as a predictor of CS refractoriness(OR=5.662;95%CI:1.111-28.857;P=0.040).After one-month treatment, sustained high Sutherland score(≥6)also predicted CS dependence(OR=2.347;95%CI:0.935-5.890;P=0.014).CONCLUSION:Tenesmus was a negative predictor of CS dependence, while weight loss and sustained high Sutherland score were strongly associated with poor CS response.Jin Li Fan Wang Hong-Jie Zhang Jian-Qiu Sheng Wen-Feng Yan Min-Xing Ma Ru-Ying Fan Fang Gu Chuan-Feng Li Da-Fan Chen Ping Zheng Yu-Pei Gu Qian Cao Hong Yang Jia-Ming Qian Pin-Jin Hu Bing Xia 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,10:5
Myofiber necroptosis promotes muscle stem cell proliferation via releasing Tenascin-C during regeneration显示文摘Necroptosis,a form of programmed cell death,is characterized by the loss of membrane integrity and release of intracellular contents, the execution of which depends on the membrane-disrupting activity of the Mixed Lineage Kinase Domain-Like protein(MLKL)upon its phosphorylation. Here we found myofibers committed MLKL-dependent necroptosis after muscle injury.Either pharmacological inhibition of the necroptosis upstream kinase Receptor Interacting Protein Kinases 1(RIPK1)or genetic ablation of MLKL expression in myofibers led to significant muscle regeneration defects.By releasing factors into the muscle stem cell(MuSC)microenvironment, necroptotic myofibers facilitated muscle regeneration.Tenascin-C(TNC),released by necroptotic myofibers, was found to be critical for MuSC proliferation. The temporary expression of TNC in myofibers is tightly controlled by necroptosis;the extracellular release of TNC depends on necroptotic membrane rupture.TNC directly activated EGF receptor(EGFR)signaling pathway in MuSCs through its N-terminus assembly domain together with the EGF-like domain. These findings indicate that necroptosis plays a key role in promoting MuSC proliferation to facilitate muscle regeneration.Shen'ao Zhou Wei Zhang Gaihong Cai Yingzhe Ding Caixia Wei Sheng Li Yu Yang Jie Qin Dan Liu Hao Zhang Xiexiang Shao Jianhua Wang Hongye Wang Wenjun Yang Huating Wang She Chen Ping Hu Liming Sun 2020Cell Research2020,30,12:4
Autologous peripheral blood stem cell mobilization following dose-adjusted cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisolone chemotherapy alone or in combination with rituximab in treating high-risk non-Hodgkin's lymphoma显示文摘Background: The regimen of cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisolone(CHOP) is an eicient treatment of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL). This study aimed to assess the eicacy and toxicity of dose-adjusted CHOP alone or in combination with rituximab(R-CHOP) by examining the stem cell mobilization in NHL patients. Factors afecting the collection of CD34+ cells were also explored. Methods: Our retrospective study included 39 patients eligible for autologous stem cell transplantation: 14 patients who expressed CD20 and were inancially eligible received R-CHOP for autologous peripheral blood stem cell(APBSC) mobilization; the remaining 25 patients received CHOP.Results: The median CD34+ cell yield was 7.01 × 106 cells/kg body weight(range 1.49–28.39 × 106 cells/kg body weight), with only two patients failing to meet the target CD34+ cell harvest of ber of apheresis procedures per patient was 1(range 1–3). The≥2.0 APBS× 106 cells/kg body weight. The median numC mobilization yield of the CHOP group appeared to be higher than that of the R-CHOP group(P response(CR) rate in = 0.005), whereas the success rate was similar between groups. R-CHOP elevated the completeB cell lymphoma patients as compared with CHOP(P = 0.01). No signiicant diferences in toxicity or engraftment were observed between the two groups. Conclusion: The present study demonstrated that dose-adjusted CHOP chemotherapy efectively mobilized APBSCs in NHL patients and that the addition of rituximab to dose-adjusted CHOP chemotherapy elevated the CR rate for patients with B-cell lymphoma.Yuankai Shi Ping Zhou Xiaohong Han Xiaohui He Shengyu Zhou Peng Liu Jianliang Yang Changgong Zhang Lin Gui Yan Qin Sheng Yang Liya Zhao Jiarui Yao Shuxiang Zhang 2015Chinese Journal of Cancer2015,34,11:4
