| 1 | Regional agricultural landscape pattern changes along the Yellow River in Henan Province from 1987 to 2002显示文摘Agricultural landscape along the riparian zones is designated as important landscape components for partly controlling water quality, biodiversity, as well as for their aesthetic role in landscapes.Therefore,the change ofagriculturallandscape along the riparian zonesisatthe top ofthe agenda for many policy makers and landscape planners.As a basis for conservation management, sufficient information about landscape structure should be provided. In the present study, we reconstructed the formerlandscape structure and elucidated the changesin landscape patternsduring a period ofabout15 years.Two sets ofmaps were used:a landsat-5 TM image (1987)and landsat-7 ETM image (2002).The frequency index,landscape diversity index and landscape fragmentation index were calculated foranalyses.The results showed that:(1)the areas ofthe irrigated land,river,forest and beach landscape classespresented a decreasing trend while the areasoflandscape classesofpool, paddy fields,dry land and construction land increased.(2) Disturbed by human activity,landscape diversity index increased butlandscape fragmentation index decreased.In short,Human activitieshave had importantinfluences on agriculturallandscape of the riparian zones along the Yellow River in Henan Province. | LIANG Guofu DING Shengyan LI Zhiheng | 2005 | Journal of Geographical Sciences2005,15,4: | 5 |
| 2 | Toxicity and clinical reasonable application of Taoren(Semen Persicae) based on ancient and modern literature research显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To probe the toxicity and relative application theory of the commonly-used traditional Chinese herbal drug Taoren(Semen Persicae),and set up a correct attitude and principle and method to use Taoren(Semen Persicae) for treating the syndrome of stagnation of blood stasis and others in TCM clinic.METHODS:In this study,we analyzed and probed the ancient and modern literature research about Taoren(Semen Persicae),and summarized the realization of its toxicity and application contraindications in ancient herbals and the research assertion of its processing,drug-nature,pharmacologic actions,adverse reaction,and clinical reasonable application in modern literature.RESULTS:We found that some TCM doctors were worried about the effect of Taoren(Semen Persicae) 's disintegrating blood stasis to impair body's healthy Qi and its toxicity,and were not good at using this herb.And some patients were afraid of its toxic and side-effect not to take it.In the ancient and modern literatures some proper hates of Taoren(Semen Persicae) existed,and the toxicity component was also clear-cut,and the applications of Taoren(Semen Persicae) were in many fields especially the gynecological and traumatological diseases.The key root of toxicity generation and unreasonable application of Taoren(Semen Persicae) lies in taking without syndrome differentiation or using with overdosage.CONCLUSION:Under the precondition of correct processing,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and taking the dosage stipulated by laws to apply Taoren(Semen Persicae) should be quite safe.The ancient and modern literature records and researches about Taoren(Semen Persicae) provide the determinate reference for understanding Taoren(Semen Persicae)'s efficacy and drug-nature(toxicity) more objectively and also for further correctly clinic recognition and research on Taoren(Semen Persicae). | Shengyan Xi Linchao Qian Haiying Tong Lifeng Yue Hui Zhao Dawei Wang Dawei Lu Pengcheng Li Xinrong Wang | 2013 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,2: | 5 |

| 12 | SF_(6)catalytic degradation in aγ-Al_(2)O_(3)packed bed plasma system:A combined experimental and theoretical study显示文摘Effective abatement of the greenhouse gas sulphur hexafluoride(SF_(6))waste is of great importance for the environment protection.This work investigates the size effect and the surface properties ofγ-Al_(2)O_(3)pellets on SF_(6)degradation in a packed bed dielectric barrier discharge(PB-DBD)system.Experimental results show that decreasing the packing size improves the filamentary discharges and promotes the ignition and the maintenance of plasma,enhancing the degradation performance at low input powers.However,too small packing pellets decrease the gas residence time and reduce the degradation efficiency,especially for the input power beyond 80 W.Besides,lowering the packing size promotes the generation of SO2,while reduces the yields of S-O-F products,corresponding to a better degradation.After the discharge,the pellet surface becomes smoother with the appearance of S and F elements.Density functional theory calculations show that SF_(6)is likely to be adsorbed at the AlIII site over theγ-Al_(2)O_(3)(110)surface,and it is much more easily to decompose than in the gas phase.The fluorine gaseous products can decompose and stably adsorb on the pellet surface to change the surface element composition.This work provides a better understanding of SF_(6)degradation in a PB-DBD system. | Zhaolun Cui Chang Zhou Amin Jafarzadeh Shengyan Meng Yanhui Yi Yufei Wang Xiaoxing Zhang Yanpeng Hao Licheng Li Annemie Bogaerts | 2022 | High Voltage2022,7,6: | 1 |

| 15 | In maize,co-expression of GAT and GR79-EPSPS provides high glyphosate resistance,along with low glyphosate residues显示文摘Herbicide tolerance has been the dominant trait introduced during the global commercialization of genetically modified(GM)crops.Herbicide-tolerant crops,especially glyphosate-resistant crops,offer great advantages for weed management;however,despite these benefits,glyphosate-resistant maize(Zea mays L.)has not yet been commercially deployed in China.To develop a new bio-breeding resource for glyphosate-resistant maize,we introduced a codon-optimized glyphosate N-acetyltransferase gene,gat,and the enolpyruvyl-shikimate-3-phosphate synthase gene,gr79-epsps,into the maize variety B104.We selected a genetically stable high glyphosate resistance(GR)transgenic event,designated GG2,from the transgenic maize population through screening with high doses of glyphosate.A molecular analysis demonstrated that single copy of gat and gr79-epsps were integrated into the maize genome,and these two genes were stably transcribed and translated.Field trials showed that the transgenic event GG2 could tolerate 9000 g acid equivalent(a.e.)glyphosate per ha with no effect on phenotype or yield.A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC–MS)analysis revealed that,shortly after glyphosate application,the glyphosate(PMG)and aminomethylphosphonic acid(AMPA)residues in GG2 leaves decreased by more than 90%compared to their levels in HGK60 transgenic plants,which only harbored the epsps gene.Additionally,PMG and its metabolic residues(AMPA and N-acetyl-PMG)were not detected in the silage or seeds of GG2,even when far more than the recommended agricultural dose of glyphosate was applied.The co-expression of gat and gr79-epsps,therefore,confers GG2 with high GR and a low risk of herbicide residue accumulation,making this germplasm a valuable GR event in herbicide-tolerant maize breeding. | Shengyan Li Pengcheng Li Xiangyin Li Ning Wen Yinxiao Wang Wei Lu Min Lin Zhihong Lang | 2023 | aBIOTECH2023,4,4: | 0 |
| 16 | Chemokine Ligand 13 Expression is Abundant in the Tumor Microenvironment and Indicates Poor Prognosis of Kidney Clear Cell Carcinoma显示文摘The chemokine ligand 13-chemokine receptor 5(CXCL13-CXCR5)axis has been characterized as a critical tumor-promoting signaling pathway in the tumor microenvironment(TME)in multiple types of solid tumors.In this study,we analyzed the expression profile of CXCL13 in kidney clear cell carcinoma(KIRC)and its correlation with tumor-infiltrating immune cells(TIICs).A monoclonal antibody against CXCL13 with high affinity and purity was generated in our lab for western blot and immunohistochemistry(IHC).Bioinformatic analysis was performed based on bulk-seq data from the Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)-KIRC and single-cell RNA-seq data from scRNASeqDB and PanglaoDB.Results showed that high CXCL13 expression in TME was associated with shorter progression-free survival(PFS),disease-specific survival(DSS),and overall survival(OS).KIRC cell lines,as well as several other cancer cell lines,had negative CXCL13 expression.IHC staining from the Human Protein Atlas(HPA)and our tissue array indicated that CXCL13 might be mainly expressed by TIICs,but not KIRC tumor cells.CXCL13 expression was strongly and positively correlated withγδT cell abundance in TME.Besides,γδT cell infiltration was associated with poor survival of KIRC.Methylation 450k array data showed that CXCL13 promoter hypomethylation was common in TIICs.The methylation level of cg16361705 within the CXCL13 promoter might play an important role in modulating CXCL13 transcription.In conclusion,our study revealed that CXCL13 expression andγδT cell infiltration in TME is associated with unfavorable survival of KIRC.TIICs,most possiblyγδT cells,are the dominant source of CXCL13 in KIRC TME. | MENGDAN WU MENGYAO SUN QINHUAI LAI YIN LU YUYIN FU YUJIA PENG WEIRONG LAI LISHI ZENG SHENGYAN ZHAO YUYAN LI ZHIXIONG ZHANG XIAOFENG CHEN FAN QIAO YIWEN ZHANG SHIJIE ZHOU LANTU GOU JINLIANG YANG | 2021 | BIOCELL2021,45,3: | 0 |
