4Genome-wide comprehensive analysis of transcriptomes and small RNAs offers insights into the molecular mechanism of alkaline stress tolerance in a citrus rootstock显示文摘Alkaline stress has serious-negative effects on citrus production.Ziyang xiangcheng(Citrus junos Sieb.ex Tanaka)(Cj)is a rootstock that is tolerant to alkaline stress and iron deficiency.Trifoliate orange(Poncirus trifoliata(L.)Raf.)(Pt),the most widely used rootstock in China,is sensitive to alkaline stress.To investigate the molecular mechanism underlying the tolerance of Cj to alkaline stress,next-generation sequencing was employed to profile the root transcriptomes and small RNAs of Cj and Pt seedlings that were cultured in nutrient solutions along a three pH gradient.This two-level regulation data set provides a system-level view of molecular events with a precise resolution.The data suggest that the auxin pathway may play a central role in the inhibitory effect of alkaline stress on root growth and that the regulation of auxin homeostasis under alkaline stress is important for the adaptation of citrus to alkaline stress.Moreover,the jasmonate(JA)pathway exhibits the opposite response to alkaline stress in Cj and Pt and may contribute to the differences in the alkaline stress tolerance and iron acquisition between Cj and Pt.The dataset provides a wealth of genomic resources and new clues to further study the mechanisms underlying alkaline stress resistance in Cj.Juxun Wu Junying Cao Mei Su Guizhi Feng Yanhui Xu Hualin Yi 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:4

11Surface and optical properties of silicon nitride deposited by inductively coupled plasma-chemical vapor deposition显示文摘The surface and optical properties of silicon nitride samples with different compositions were investigated. The samples were deposited on In P by inductively coupled plasma chemical vapor deposition using different NH_3 flow rates. Atomic force microscopy measurements show that the surface roughness is increased for the samples with both low and high NH_3 flow rates. By optimization, when the NH_3 flow rate is 6 sccm, a smooth surface with RMS roughness of 0.74 nm over a 5 × 5 μm^2 area has been achieved. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements reveal the Si/N ratio of the samples as a function of NH_3 flow rate. It is found that amorphous silicon is dominant in the samples with low NH_3 flow rates, which is also proved in Raman measurements. The bonding energies of the Si and N atoms have been extracted and analyzed. 12The Effect of Nitrogen Deposition on Soil Microorganisms in the Woodland-Grassland Border of Tibet显示文摘Nitrogen deposition was simulated from July 2014 to August 2015 in the grassland, woodland, and woodland-grassland border in Zhuqudeng Village, Bujiu Township, Linzhi County,(CK, 0 kg·hm^2·a^(-1); LN, 25 kg·hm^2·a^(-1), MN, 50 kg·hm^2·a^(-1); HN, 150 kg·hm^2·a^(-1)). NH_4NO_3 was used as nitrogen source to analyze the number of microorganisms in soil layers of 0–20 cm and 20–40 cm and explore the effect of different degrees of nitrogen deposition on soil microorganisms in grassland, woodland, and woodlandgrassland border. 13Short-term Effects of Nitrogen Deposition on Soil Physical and Chemical Properties of Tibetan Forest-Grassland Landscape Boundary显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to study the effects of nitrogen deposition on soil nutrients and soil dissolved organic carbon in forest-grass-land landscape in Linzhi, Tibet, and to provide scientific basis and basic data for understanding and assessing the effect of atmospheric nitrogen de-position on soil nutrients and soil dissolved organic carbon. [Method] From July 2014 to August 2015, in situ nitrogen deposition(CK 0 kg·hm^2/a, LN25 kg·hm^2/a, MN 50 kg·hm^2/a, HN 150 kg·hm^2/a) was simulated in the forest-grassland boundary of Zhuqudeng village, Bujiu Township, Linzhi County, Tibet. The soil samples were collected for analyzing nutrient and dissolved contents in the soil layer of 0-20 and 20-40 cm. The effects of different nitrogen deposition levels on soil nutrients and dissolved organic carbon(DOC) were studied. [Result] Nitrogen deposition had significant impacts on soil organic matter, total N, total P, total K, available N, available P, available K, exchangeable Ca, exchangeable Mg, p H, and DOC( P<0.05).(2) With the deepening of nitrogen deposition from CK, LN, MN to HN in the 0-20 cm boundary soil, the contents of organic matter, total N,total P, available P, exchangeable Ca, exchangeable Mg and DOC kept decreasing, and the content of total K and available N increased continuous-ly. The p H increased in LN treatment and decreased in HN treatment, while the available K content was decreased in LN and HN treatment, but increased in MN treatment.(3) The contents of organic matter, total N, total P, available N, available P, exchangeable Ca, exchangeable Mg and DOC all decreased at the soil layer of 20-40 cm under the same nitrogen deposition. The p H increased in LN treatment, but decreased in HN treat-ment; the content of total K decreased in LN treatment and increased in MN and HN treatments; the content of available K decreased in LN and HN treatments, but increased in MN treatment.(4) With the deepening of boundary soil layer(0-20 to 20-40 cm), the organic matter, total N, total P, available P, available K, exchangeable Ca, exchangeable Mg, DOC showed the same response to simulated nitrogen deposition, while the avail-able N and total K responded differently. 15Global trends and regional differences in non-transport unintentional injuries mortality among children and adolescents, 1990 to 2019: results from the Global Burden of Disease 2019 study显示文摘Background::Non-transport unintentional injuries(NTUIs)are major public concerns,especially among children and adolescents in low-and middle-income countries.With environmental and cognitive changes,a recent systematic description of global trends and regional differences concerning NTUIs is urgently needed for the global agenda of relevant policy-making and intervention target findings.Methods::We used mortality,population,and socio-demographic-index(SDI)data from Global Burden of Disease 2019 to analyze the trends of NTUIs mortality.We applied the slope index of inequality(SII)and relative index of inequality(RII)to measure the absolute and relative inequality between countries and territories.The concentration curve and concentration index(CI)were also used to measure the inequality.We conducted a sensitivity analysis to make our findings credible.Results::In 2019,there were 205,000 deaths due to NTUIs among children and adolescents aged 5 to 24 years,which decreased from 375,000 in 1990.In 2019,the age-standardized mortality rate(ASMR)was 8.13 per 100,000,ranging from the lowest in the Netherlands(0.90 per 100,000)to the highest in the Solomon Islands(29.34 per 100,000).The low-middle SDI group had the highest ASMR of NTUIs,while the low SDI group had the slowest decrease.After excluding the death caused by'exposure to forces of nature'and'other unintentional injuries',drowning accounted for the most deaths in almost every SDI group,gender,and age group,but the major causes of death varied in different subgroups.For example,animal contact was a major cause in low and low-middle SDI groups but less in high SDI groups,while high and high-middle SDI groups had a higher proportion of deaths for foreign body and poisonings.The SII showed a declining trend,but the RII and CI did not,which might indicate that inequality was persistent.Similar results were found in the sensitivity analysis.Conclusions::Despite the declining trend of the mortality rate and the narrowing gap between countries,there were still a large number of children and adolescents dying from NTUIs,and those experiencing social-economic disadvantages remained at high mortality.Embedding the prevention of NTUIs into sustainable development goals might contribute to the progress of reducing death and inequalities,which ensures that no one is left behind.Yunfei Liu Yanhui Dong Xiaojin Yan Ning Ma Jiajia Dang Jingshu Zhang Panliang Zhong Luo Li Zhiyong Zou Yi Song Jun Ma 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,135,17:1
16SF_(6)catalytic degradation in aγ-Al_(2)O_(3)packed bed plasma system:A combined experimental and theoretical study显示文摘Effective abatement of the greenhouse gas sulphur hexafluoride(SF_(6))waste is of great importance for the environment protection.This work investigates the size effect and the surface properties ofγ-Al_(2)O_(3)pellets on SF_(6)degradation in a packed bed dielectric barrier discharge(PB-DBD)system.Experimental results show that decreasing the packing size improves the filamentary discharges and promotes the ignition and the maintenance of plasma,enhancing the degradation performance at low input powers.However,too small packing pellets decrease the gas residence time and reduce the degradation efficiency,especially for the input power beyond 80 W.Besides,lowering the packing size promotes the generation of SO2,while reduces the yields of S-O-F products,corresponding to a better degradation.After the discharge,the pellet surface becomes smoother with the appearance of S and F elements.Density functional theory calculations show that SF_(6)is likely to be adsorbed at the AlIII site over theγ-Al_(2)O_(3)(110)surface,and it is much more easily to decompose than in the gas phase.The fluorine gaseous products can decompose and stably adsorb on the pellet surface to change the surface element composition.This work provides a better understanding of SF_(6)degradation in a PB-DBD system.Zhaolun Cui Chang Zhou Amin Jafarzadeh Shengyan Meng Yanhui Yi Yufei Wang Xiaoxing Zhang Yanpeng Hao Licheng Li Annemie Bogaerts 2022High Voltage2022,7,6:1
17Neurobiological mechanisms and related clinical treatment of addiction: a review显示文摘Drug addiction or substance use disorder(SUD),has been conceptualized as a three-stage(i.e.binge/intoxication,withdrawal/negative affect,and preoccupation/anticipation/craving)recurring cycle that involves complex changes in neuroplasticity,reward,motivation,desire,stress,memory,and cognitive control,and other related brain regions and brain circuits.Neuroimaging approaches,including magnetic resonance imaging,have been key to mapping neurobiological changes correlated to complex brain regions of SUD.In this review,we highlight the neurobiological mechanisms of these three stages of addiction.The abnormal activity of the ventral tegmental,nucleus accumbens,and caudate nucleus in the binge/intoxication stage involve the reward circuit of the midbrain limbic system.The changes in the orbitofrontal cortex,dorsolateral prefrontal cortex,amygdala,and hypothalamus emotional system in the withdrawal/negative affect stage involve increases in negative emotional states,dysphoric-like effects,and stress-like responses.The dysregulation of the insula and prefrontal lobes is associated with craving in the anticipation stage.Then,we review the present treatments of SUD based on these neuroimaging findings.Finally,we conclude that SUD is a chronically relapsing disorder with complex neurobiological mechanisms and multimodal stages,of which the craving stage with high relapse rate may be the key element in treatment efficacy of SUD.Precise interventions targeting different stages of SUD and characteristics of individuals might serve as a potential therapeutic strategy for SUD.Yehong Fang Yunkai Sun Yi Liu Tieqiao Liu Wei Hao Yanhui Liao 2022Psychoradiology2022,2,4:1

19Analysis of system trustworthiness based on information flow noninterference theory显示文摘The trustworthiness analysis and evaluation are the bases of the trust chain transfer. In this paper the formal method of trustworthiness analysis of a system based on the noninterference(NI) theory of the information flow is studied. Firstly, existing methods cannot analyze the impact of the system states on the trustworthiness of software during the process of trust chain transfer. To solve this problem, the impact of the system state on trustworthiness of software is investigated, the run-time mutual interference behavior of software entities is described and an interference model of the access control automaton of a system is established.Secondly, based on the intransitive noninterference(INI) theory, a formal analytic method of trustworthiness for trust chain transfer is proposed, providing a theoretical basis for the analysis of dynamic trustworthiness of software during the trust chain transfer process.Thirdly, a prototype system with dynamic trustworthiness on a platform with dual core architecture is constructed and a verification algorithm of the system trustworthiness is provided. Finally, the monitor hypothesis is extended to the dynamic monitor hypothesis, a theorem of static judgment rule of system trustworthiness is provided, which is useful to prove dynamic trustworthiness of a system at the beginning of system construction. 20Bandgap narrowing and polarization enhancement in(K,Na,Li)(Nb,Sb,Ta)O_(3)+x%Fe_(2)O_(3) lead-free ceramics for photovoltaic applications显示文摘The need for ferroelectric materials with both narrow bandgaps(Eg)and large remanent polarization(Pr)remains a key challenge to the development of high-efficiency ferroelectric photovoltaic(FPV)devices.In this work,[(K_(0.43)Na_(0.57))_(0.94)Li_(0.06)][(Nb_(0.94)Sb_(0.06))_(0.95)Ta_(0.05)]O_(3)(KNLNST)-based lead-free ceramics with narrow Eg and large P are obtained via Fe_(2)O_(3) doping.By optimizing the level of Fe_(2)O_(3) doping,a KNLNST+1.3%Fe_(2)O_(3) ceramic is fabricated that simultaneously possesses a narrow Eg of 1.74 eV and a large Pr of 27.05μC/cm^(2).These values are much superior to those of undoped KNLNST ceramics(Eg=3.1 eV and Pr=17.73μC/cm^(2)).While the large P stems from the increment of the volume ratio between the orthorhombic and tetragonal phases(Vo/VT)in KNLNST ceramics by proper amount of Fe3+doping,the narrow Eg is attributed to the coupling interaction between the Fe3+dopants and the B-site Sb3+host ions.Moreover,a switchable photovoltaic effect caused by the ferroelectric depolarization electric field(Edp)is observed in the KNLNST+1.3%Fe_(2)O_(3) ceramic-based device.Thanks to the narrower Eg and larger P,of the doped ceramic,the photovoltaic performance of the corresponding device(open-circuit voltage(Voc)=-5.28 V and short-circuit current density(JSC)=0.051μA/cm^(2))under a downward poling state is significantly superior to that of an undoped KNLNST-based device(Voc=-0.46 V and Jse=0.039μA/cm^(2)).This work offers a feasible approach to developing ferroelectric materials with narrow bandgaps and large Pr for photovoltaic applications.Jian Chen Jiaxing Mao Zihui Wang Yanhui Dong Jinming Guo Mingkai Li Yi Zhang Yinmei Lu Yunbin He 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,7:0
