1A scientometric review of biochar research in the past 20 years(1998-2018)显示文摘Biochar is the carbon-rich product obtained from the thermochemical conversion of biomass under oxygen-limited conditions.Biochar has attained extensive attention due to its agronomical and environmental benefits in agro-ecosystems.This work adopts the scientometric analysis method to assess the development trends of biochar research based on the literature data retrieved from the Web of Science over the period of 1998-2018.By analysing the basic characteristics of 6934 publications,we found that the number of publications grew rapidly since 2010.Based on a keyword analysis,it is concluded that scholars have had a fundamental recognition of biochar and preliminarily found that biochar application had agronomic and environmental benefits during the period of 1998-2010.The clustering results of keywords in documents published during 2011-2015 showed that the main research hotspots were“biochar production”,“biochar and global climate change”,“soil quality and plant growth”,“organic pollutants removal”,and“heavy metals immobilization”.While in 2016-2018,beside these five main research hotspots,“biochar and composting”topic had also received greater attention,indicating that biochar utilization in organic solid waste composting is the current research hotspot.Moreover,updated reactors(e.g.,microwave reactor,fixed-bed reactor,screw-feeding reactor,bubbling fluidized bed reactor,etc.)or technologies(e.g.,solar pyrolysis,Thermo-Catalytic Reforming process,liquefaction technology,etc.)applied for efficient energy production and modified biochar for environmental remediation have been extensively studied recently.The findings may help the new researchers to seize the research frontier in the biochar field.Ping Wu Syed Tahir Ata-Ul-Karim Bhupinder Pal Singh Hailong Wang Tongliang Wu Cun Liu Guodong Fang Dongmei Zhou Yujun Wang Wenfu Chen 2019Biochar2019,1,1:36
2Chromosome-scale genome assembly provides insights into the evolution and flavor synthesis of passion fruit (Passiflora edulis Sims)显示文摘Passion fruit(Passiflora edulis Sims)is an economically valuable fruit that is cultivated in tropical and subtropical regions of the world.Here,we report an~1341.7Mb chromosome-scale genome assembly of passion fruit,with 98.91%(~1327.18Mb)of the assembly assigned to nine pseudochromosomes.The genome includes 23,171 protein-coding genes,and most of the assembled sequences are repetitive sequences,with long-terminal repeats(LTRs)being the most abundant.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that passion fruit diverged after Brassicaceae and before Euphorbiaceae.Ks analysis showed that two whole-genome duplication events occurred in passion fruit at 65 MYA and 12 MYA,which may have contributed to its large genome size.An integrated analysis of genomic,transcriptomic,and metabolomic data showed that‘alpha-linolenic acid metabolism’,‘metabolic pathways’,and‘secondary metabolic pathways’were the main pathways involved in the synthesis of important volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in passion fruit,and this analysis identified some candidate genes,including GDP-fucose Transporter 1-like,Tetratricopeptide repeat protein 33,protein NETWORKED 4B isoform X1,and Golgin Subfamily A member 6-like protein 22.In addition,we identified 13 important gene families in fatty acid pathways and eight important gene families in terpene pathways.Gene family analysis showed that the ACX,ADH,ALDH,and HPL gene families,especially ACX13/14/15/20,ADH13/26/33,ALDH1/4/21,and HPL4/6,were the key genes for ester synthesis,while the TPS gene family,especially PeTPS2/3/4/24,was the key gene family for terpene synthesis.This work provides insights into genome evolution and flavor trait biology and offers valuable resources for the improved cultivation of passion fruit.Zhiqiang Xia Dongmei Huang Shengkui Zhang Wenquan Wang Funing Ma Bin Wu Yi Xu Bingqiang Xu Di Chen Meiling Zou Huanyu Xu Xincheng Zhou Rulin Zhan Shun Song 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:15
3△P index with different gas compositions for instantaneous outburst prediction in coal mines显示文摘In this study we measured the △P(initial speed of gas emission) index with different gas concentrations of carbon dioxide(pure CO2,90% CO2+10% CH4,67% CO2+33% CH4,50% CO2+50% CH4,30% CO2+10% CH4 and pure CH4) of coal samples from the No.2 coal seam in the Yaojie Coal Mine,Gansu province,China.The effect of carbon dioxide concentration,gas composition,coal strength and particle size of coal samples on the △P index was investigated.The experimental results show that with gas of various compositions,the △P value of three samples were clearly different.The △P index of coal samples A,B and C(0.2~0.25 mm) were 4,6 and 7 with pure CH4 and 22,30 and 21 when pure CH4 was used.Carbon dioxide concentration affects the △P index markedly.The △P index increases with an increase in carbon dioxide concentration,especially for coal B.Hence,the △P index and K(another outburst index) values tested only with pure CH4 for prediction of the danger of outburst is not accurate.It is important to determine the initial speed of gas emission given the gas composition of the coal seam to be tested for exact outburst prediction.WU Dongmei ZHAO Yuemin CHENG Yuanping AN Fenghua 2010Mining Science and Technology2010,20,5:10

5A circular zone partition method for identifying Duffing oscillator state transition and its application to BPSK signal demodulation显示文摘When a Duffing oscillator is applied to signal detection, identifying its state transition is indispensable. Due to lack of an effective method for automatically distinguishing the state transition, phase analysis is extensively used. However, it needs ocular estimation to identify phase pattern corresponding to transition of Duffing oscillator. Hence it is not fit for communication signal demodulation. To solve the problem, this paper proposes a method, called circular zone partition (CZP), for partitioning trajectory on the phase plane of Duffing oscillator. First, a computing model for Duffing oscillator is described. Then, the fundamental principle and algorithm for the CZP method are discussed. Meanwhile the equation of a circular zone divider and its realization are presented. Thus, by way of the divider, the two-dimensional phase trajectory pattern of Duffing oscillator driven by an external signal can be transformed into the one-dimensional time signal, whose envelop after being filtered is able to indicate the state transition, i.e. the presence or the absence of external signal. 7Highly efficient solution-processed CZTSSe solar cells based on a convenient sodium-incorporated post-treatment method显示文摘In CZTSSe solar cells,a simple sodium-incorporation post-treatment method toward solution-processed Cu2Zn Sn S4precursor films is presented in this work.An ultrathin NaCl film is deposited on Cu2Zn Sn S4precursor films by spin-coating NaCl solution.In subsequent selenization process,the introduction of Na Cl is found to be benefacial for the formation of Cu2-xSe,which can further facilitate the element transportation,leading to dense and smooth CZTSSe films with large grains and less impurity Cu2Sn(S,Se)3phase.SIMS depth profiles confirm the gradient distribution of the sodium element in Na-doped absorbers.Photoluminescence spectra show that the introduction of appropriate sodium into the absorber can inhibit the band tail states.As high as 11.18% of power conversion efficiency(PCE)is achieved for the device treated with 5 mg mL^-1 NaCl solution,and an average efficiency of Na-doped devices is 10.71%,13%higher than that of the control groups(9.45%).Besides,the depletion width and the charge recombination lifetime can also have regular variation with sodium treatment.This work offers an easy modification method for high-quality Na-doped CZTSSe films and high-performance devices,in the meantime,it can also help to further understand the effects of sodium in CZTSSe solar cells.Biwen Duan Linbao Guo Qing Yu Jiangjian Shi Huijue Wu Yanhong Luo Dongmei Li Sixin Wu Zhi Zheng Qingbo Meng 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,1:8

10CO_2 isothermal adsorption models of coal in the Haishiwan Coalfield显示文摘Since the capacity of CO2 adsorption of coal is a key factor in coal and CO2 outbursts,an experimental study was carried out on CO2 isothermal adsorption with high-pressure volumetry with dry coal samples from the No.2 coal seam in the Haishiwan Coalfield.Four different equations(Langmuir,BET,D-R and D-A) were used to fit the experimental data.We discuss adsorption mechanisms.The results show that the amount of CO2 adsorption increases rapidly under low relative pressure,i.e.,the ratio of equilibrium pressure and saturated vapor pressure,which indicates that molecular layer adsorption or micropore filling may occur in coal.No clear equilibrium state was observed on the isothermal adsorption curves under relative pressure(P /P0 ) ranging from 0 to 0.8.The fitted results show that the accuracy of the D-A equation is highest with n=1.Micropores are more developed in coal by comparing the BET equation with a pressure mercury injection method on the surface area.The D-A equation(n=1) provides the best fit.By comparing the calculated specific surface area of the BET equation and the mercury intrusion method,it is found that micropore adsorption of CO2 occupies a dominant position.LI, Wei CHENG, Yuanping WU, Dongmei AN, Fenghua 2010Mining Science and Technology2010,20,2:7
11Working-memory training improves developmental dyslexia in Chinese children显示文摘Although plasticity in the neural system underlies working memory, and working memory can be improved by training, there is thus far no evidence that children with developmental dyslexia can benefit from working-memory training. In the present study, thirty dyslexic children aged 8-11 years were recruited from an elementary school in Wuhan, China. They received working-memory training, including training in visuospatial memory, verbal memory, and central executive tasks. The difficulty of the tasks was adjusted based on the performance of each subject, and the training sessions lasted 40 minutes per day, for 5 weeks. The results showed that working-memory training significantly enhanced performance on the nontrained working memory tasks such as the visuospatial, the verbal domains, and central executive tasks in children with developmental dyslexia. More importantly, the visual rhyming task and reading fluency task were also significantly improved by training. Progress on working memory measures was related to changes in reading skills. 12Role of endoplasmic reticulum stress in the loss of retinal ganglion cells in diabetic retinopathy显示文摘Endoplasmic reticulum stress is closely involved in the early stage of diabetic retinopathy.In the present study,a streptozotocin-induced diabetic animal model was given an intraperitoneal injection of tauroursodeoxycholic acid.Results from immunofluorescent co-localization experiments showed that both caspase-12 protein and c-Jun N-terminal kinase 1 phosphorylation levels significantly increased,which was associated with retinal ganglion cell death in diabetic retinas.The C/ERB homologous protein pathway directly contributed to glial reactivity,and was subsequently responsible for neuronal loss and vascular abnormalities in diabetic retinopathy.Our experimental findings indicate that endoplasmic reticulum stress plays an important role in diabetes-induced retinal neuronal loss and vascular abnormalities,and that inhibiting the activation of the endoplasmic reticulum stress pathway provides effective protection against diabetic retinopathy.Liping Yang Lemeng Wu Dongmei Wang Ying Li Hongliang Dou Mark O.M.Tso Zhizhong Ma 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,33:7

14Milk selenium content and speciation in response to supranutritional selenium yeast supplementation in cows显示文摘The effects of selenium(Se)yeast supplementation on performance,blood biochemical and antioxidant parameters,and milk Se content and speciation were evaluated.Thirty-six mid-lactation Holstein dairy cows were randomly assigned to 1 of 3 treatments:1)control(basal diet containing Se at 0.11 mg/kg DM),2)basal diet+0.5 mg supplemental Se/kg DM(SY-0.5),and 3)basal diet+5 mg supplemental Se/kg DM(SY-5).Selenium was supplemented as Se yeast.The trial consisted of a 1-week pretrial period and an 8-week experimental period.Milk somatic cell score decreased with SY-5 supplementation(P<0.05),but other performance parameters were not affected(P>0.05).The serum Se concentration increased with the increasing levels of Se yeast supplementation(P<0.05),however,blood biochemical parameters showed few treatment effects.The antioxidant capacity of dairy cows was improved with Se yeast supplementation reflected in increased serum glutathione peroxidase activity(P<0.05)and total antioxidant capacity(P=0.08),and decreased malondialdehyde concentration(P<0.05).Milk total Se concentration increased with Se dose(P<0.05).Also,the selenomethionine concentration increased with Se dose from 13.0±0.7 pg/kg in control to 33.1±2.1 pg/kg in SY-0.5 and 530.4±17.5 pg/kg in SY-5 cows(P<0.05).Similarly,selenocystine concentration increased from 15.6±0.9μg/kg in control and 18.9±1.1 pg/kg in SY-0.5 to 22.2±1.5 pg/kg in SY-5 cows(P<0.05).In conclusion,Se yeast is a good organic Se source to produce Se-enriched cow milk with increased Se species including selenomethionine and selenocystine.The results can provide useful information on milk Se species when a high dose Se yeast was supplemented in the cow diet.Lingling Sun Gentao Liu Dongmei Xu Zhaohai Wu Lu Ma Sanz-Fernandez M.Victoria Lance H.Baumgard Dengpan Bu 2021Animal Nutrition2021,,4:6
15Inorganic–organic halide perovskites for new photovoltaic technology显示文摘Perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have received worldwide attention due to excellent power-to-electricity conversion efficiency(PCE). Currently, a PCE record of as high as 22.1% has been achieved, comparative to those of copper indium gallium selenide and Cd Te solar cells. However, there are still some critical issues to solve, especially the stability issue at the current state, in order to promote PSC commercialization. In this respect, various device architectures and the working principle are briefly introduced. Then, key features of inorganic–organic hybrid perovskites and related film deposition methods are discussed.Typically, experimental and theoretical efforts to reveal the physical issues of the device are emphasized as well as the cell stability. 17The heterogeneity of islet autoantibodies and the progression of islet failure in type 1 diabetic patients显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus is heterogeneous in many facets. The patients suffered from type 1 diabetes present several levels of islet function as well as variable number and type of islet-specific autoantibodies. This study was to investigate prevalence and heterogeneity of the islet autoantibodies and clinical phenotypes of type 1 diabetes mellitus; and also discussed the process of islet failure and its risk factors in Chinese type 1 diabetic patients. A total of 1,291 type 1 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Laboratory tests including mixed-meal tolerance test, human leukocyte antigen alleles, hemoglobin A1 c, lipids, thyroid function and islet autoantibodies were conducted. The frequency of islet-specific autoantibody in newly diagnosed T1 DM patients(duration shorter than half year) was 73% in East China. According to binary logistic regressions, autoantibody positivity, longer duration and lower Body Mass Index were the risk factors of islet failure. As the disease developed, autoantibodies against glutamic acid decarboxylase declined as well as the other two autoantibodies against zinc transporter 8 and islet antigen 2. The decrease of autoantibodies was positively correlated with aggressive beta cell destruction. Autoantibodies can facilitate the identification of classic T1 DM from other subtypes and predict the progression of islet failure. 18Inhibition of acetylcholinesterase by two genistein derivatives:kinetic analysis,molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation显示文摘In this study two genistein derivatives(G1 and G2)are reported as inhibitors of acetylcholinesterase(AChE)and butyrylcholinesterase(BuChE),and differences in the inhibition of AChE are described.Although they differ in structure by a single methyl group,the inhibitory effect of G1(IC50¼264 nmol/L)on AChE was 80 times stronger than that of G2(IC50¼21,210 nmol/L).Enzyme-kinetic analysis,molecular docking and molecular dynamics(MD)simulations were conducted to better understand the molecular basis for this difference.The results obtained by kinetic analysis demonstrated that G1 can interact with both the catalytic active site and peripheral anionic site of AChE.The predicted binding free energies of two complexes calculated by the molecular mechanics/generalized born surface area(MM/GBSA)method were consistent with the experimental data.The analysis of the individual energy terms suggested that a difference between the net electrostatic contributions(ΔEele+ΔGGB)was responsible for the binding affinities of these two inhibitors.Additionally,analysis of the molecular mechanics and MM/GBSA free energy decomposition revealed that the difference between G1 and G2 originated from interactions with Tyr124,Glu292,Val294 and Phe338 of AChE.In conclusion,the results reveal significant differences at the molecular level in the mechanism of inhibition of AChE by these structurally related compounds.Jiansong Fang Ping Wu Ranyao Yang Li Gao Chao Li Dongmei Wang Song Wu Ai-Lin Liu Guan-Hua Du 2014Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2014,4,6:5
19Comparative pharmacokinetics of tetramethylpyrazine phosphate in rat plasma and extracellular fluid of brain after intranasal,intragastric and intravenous administration显示文摘The purpose of this study was to compare the pharmacokinetic profiles of tetramethylpyrazine phosphate(TMPP)in plasma and extracellular fluid of the cerebral cortex of rats via three delivery routes:intranasal(i.n.),intragastric(i.g.)and intravenous(i.v.)administration.After i.n.,i.g.and i.v.administration of a single-dose at 10 mg/kg,cerebral cortex dialysates and plasma samples drawn from the carotid artery were collected at timed intervals.The concentration of TMPP in the samples was analyzed by HPLC.The area under the concentration-time curve(AUC)and the ratio of the AUCbrain to the AUCplasma(drug targeting efficiency,DTE)was calculated to evaluate the brain targeting efficiency of the drug via these different routes of administration.After i.n.administration,TMPP was rapidly absorbed to reach its peak plasma concentration within 5 min and showed a delayed uptake into cerebral cortex(t_(max)=15 min).The ratio of the AUCbrain dialysates value between i.n.route and i.v.injection was 0.68,which was greater than that obtained after i.g.administration(0.43).The systemic bioavailability obtained with i.n.administration was greater than that obtained by the i.g.route(86.33%vs.50.39%),whereas the DTE of the nasal route was 78.89%,close to that of oral administration(85.69%).These results indicate that TMPP is rapidly absorbed from the nasal mucosa into the systemic circulation,and then crosses the blood-brain barrier(BBB)to reach the cerebral cortex.Intranasal administration of TMPP could be a promising alternative to intravenous and oral approaches.Dongmei Meng Haoyang Lu Shanshan Huang Minyan Wei Pingtian Ding Xianglin Xiao Yuehong Xu Chuanbin Wu 2014Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2014,4,1:5
