| 1 | STUDY ON GREY FORECASTING MODEL OF COPPER EXTRACTION RATE WITH BIOLEACHING OF PRIMARY SULFIDE ORE显示文摘A model GM(grey model)(1,1) for forecasting the rate of copper extraction during the bioleaching of primary sulphide ore was established on the basis of the mathematical theory and the modeling process of grey system theory. It was used for forecasting the rate of copper extraction from the primary sulfide ore during a laboratory microbial column leaching experiment. The precision of the forecasted results were examined and modified via 'posterior variance examination'. The results show that the forecasted values coincide with the experimental values. GM(1,1) model has high forecast accuracy;and it is suitable for simulation control and prediction analysis of the original data series of the processes that have grey characteristics,such as mining,metallurgical and mineral processing,etc. The leaching rate of such copper sulphide ore is low. | 4 | THE SEEPAGE CHARACTERISTICS OF HETEROGENEOUS BODY WITH DIFFERENT SPREADING SOLUTION MODES AND ITS APPLICATIONS显示文摘As the dump was a typically heterogeneous body, the seepage was different with varied spreading solution modes. The phenomenon of lamination that occured in the site was simulated using three layers in an indoor experiment, and the seepage effect comparison experiment of the inside spreading solution model and the top spreading solution model have been carried out. In the inside spreading solution mode, the phreatic planar flew without infiltration and the parallel layer motion model was used to calculate the seepage coefficient and equivalent seepage coefficient of each state respectively. In the top spreading solution model, the phreatic planar flew with an even infiltration on the surface, and the vertical layer motion model was adopted to calculate the above coefficient. The results showed that the seepage coefficient of the inside model was larger than the top model in the heterogeneous body, The ratio of them was between 1.42 and 3.07. On the basis of these results, the following new technologies were discussed: installing a few small diameter mechanical pore sand piles with every lamination in the using dump; drilling some holes one-off in the unused dump. | 10 | AP-FIM STUDY ON THE MICROSTRUCTURES OF TiAlINTERMETALLIC COMPOUNDS FXBRICATED BY INGOTMETALLURGY AND CENTRIFUGAL SPRAY DEPOSITION显示文摘The microstructures of TiAl intermetallic compounds prepared by ingot metallurgy and centrifugal spray deposition (CSD) were compared by field ion microscopy and atom probe (AP-FIM). The samples used have nearly stoichiometric composition of TiAl but there is Mn addition for ingot metallurgy (IM) samples and Mn and Nb additions for CSD samples. The field ion image of TiAl showed two regions of ordered f.c.t crystal structure (γ-TiAl) and disordered α-Ti3Al, and the distribution of Ti and Al atoms in TiAl alloy showed a lamellar structure which was confirmed by AP profiles. AP profiles showed that the major constituent of IM TiAl alloy is γ-TiAl with some Ti-rich regions. The compositions of these Ti-rich regions are nearly Ti3Al and Ti2Al from the calculation of AP data. The sample of CSD has a similar microstructure as compared with IM sample. The effects of alloying elements (Mn and Nb) on the ordering extent ,their distribution, and their sites occupied in the lattice were explored for both TiAl alloys. But there are no obvious Ti3Al or Ti2Al phases as shown in IM sample. In addition, the distributions of Mn and Nb concentrations in the CSD sample have a characteristic of wave form. | D.G. Ren, W.Z.
