1Application of in-plasma catalysis and post-plasma catalysis for methane partial oxidation to methanol over a Fe_2O_3-CuO/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst显示文摘Methane partial oxidation to methanol (MPOM) using dielectric barrier discharge over a Fe2O3-CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was performed.The multicomponent catalyst was combined with plasma in two different configurations,i.e.,in-plasma catalysis (IPC) and post-plasma catalysis (PPC).It was found that the catalytic performance of the catalysts for MPOM was strongly dependent on the hybrid configuration.A better synergistic performance of plasma and catalysis was achieved in the IPC configuration,but the catalysts packed in the discharge zone showed lower stability than those connected to the discharge zone in sequence.Active species,such as ozone,atomic oxygen and methyl radicals,were produced from the plasma-catalysis process,and made a major contribution to methanol synthesis.These active species were identified by the means of in situ optical emission spectra,ozone measurement and FT-IR spectra.It was confirmed that the amount of active species in the IPC system was greater than that in the PPC system.The results of TG,XRD,and N2 adsorption-desorption revealed that carbon deposition on the spent catalyst surface was responsible for the catalyst deactivation in the IPC configuration.Lin Chen Xingwang Zhang Liang Huang Lecheng Lei 2010Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,6:5
2DJ-1 is involved in the multidrug resistance of SGC7901 gastric cancer cells through PTEN/PI3K/Akt/Nrf2 pathway显示文摘Gastric cancer is a common malignancy worldwide.The occurrence of multidrug resistance(MDR)is the major obstacle for effective gastric cancer chemotherapy.In this study,the in-depth molec-ular mechanism of the DJ-1-induced MDR in SGC7901 gastric cancer cells was investigated.The results showed that DJ-1 expression level was higher in MDR variant SGC7901NCR cells than that in its parental SGC7901 cells.Moreover,DJ-1 overexpression conferred the MDR phenotype to SGC7901 cells,while DJ-1 knockdown in SGC7901NCR cells induced re-sensitization to adriamycin,vincristine,cisplatin,and 5-fluorouracil.These results suggested that DJ-1 mediated the develop-ment of MDR in SGC7901 gastric cancer cells.Importantly,further data revealed that the activation of PI3k/Akt and Nrf2 signaling pathway were required for the DJ-1-induced MDR phenotype in SGC7901 gastric cancer cells.Meanwhile,we found that Pl3k/Akt pathway was activated probably through DJ-1 directly binding to and negatively regulating PTEN,consequently resulting in Nrf2 phosphorylation and activation,and thereby inducing Nrf2-dependent P-glycoprotein(P-gp)and Bcl-2 expressions in the DJ-1-mediated MDR of SGC7901 gastric cancer cells.Overall,these results revealed that activating PTEN/PI3K/Akt/Nrf2 pathway and subsequently upregulating P-gp and Bcl-2 expression could be a critical mechanism by which DJ-1 mediates the development of MDR in SGC7901 gastric cancer cells.The new findings may be helpful for understanding the mechanisms of MDR in gastric cancer cells,prompting its further investigation as a molecular target to overcome MDR.Lejia Qiu Zhaoxia Ma Xiaoran Li Yizhang Deng Guangling Duan Le Zhao Xingwang Xu Lin Xiao Haoyue Liu Zhengming Zhu Heping Chen 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,11:5
3Mechanical(compressive)form of driving force triggers the phase transformation fromβtoω&α”phases in metastableβphase-field Ti-5553 alloy显示文摘Most of the structural alloys’applications are under static,dynamic,and cyclic forms of loading.Ti-5553 alloy in the beta phase field is being investigated to confirm the mechanism of deformation and phase transformation upon quasi-static and dynamic compression.The Ti-5553 alloy was heat-treated at 900℃ (almost 50℃ above beta transus temperature)for one hour of soaking time followed by air quenching to achieve a fullyβphase field.After that,Dynamic compression(DC)by Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)and Quasi-static compression(QSC)were performed at a strain rate of~10^3)/s and 10^(-3)/s,respectively.Recovered specimens were thoroughly examined by using different tools,such as an Optical microscope(OM),Scanning electron microscope(SEM),High-resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM),and Electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)to get the reliable data for justification of logical conclusions.It is found that the dominating mode of deformation was dislocation slip along with twinning({332}<113>)to some extent in both of QSC and DC,but sliding&spalling of the grain boundary is observed more in the former.Stress-induced phase transformation,i.e.,βtoα'andβtoω,took place in the grains saturated with dislocation slips,where the former transformation occurred simultaneously with{332}<113>twinning,whileβtoωtransformation was completed when a set of two adjacent(110)_(β)planes covered±1/6th of the total separation distance between two(next to each other)(111)_(β)planes,by equal but opposite shear in(111)_(β)direction,and it caused 3%shrinkage of two closed packed(110)_(β)planes after transformation.Tayyeb Ali Lin Wang Xingwang Cheng Huanwu Cheng Ying Yang Anjin Liu Xuefeng Xu Zhe Zhou Zixuan Ning Ziqi Xu Xinhua Min 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,19:2

7Synchronous activation of Ag nanoparticles and BiOBr for boosting solar-driven CO_(2)reduction显示文摘Artificial photosynthesis of valuable chemicals from CO_(2)is a potential way to achieve sustainable carbon cycle.The CO_(2)conversion activity is still inhibited by the sluggish charge kinetics and poor CO_(2)activation.Herein,Ag nanoparticles coupled Bi OBr have been constructed by in-situ photoreduction strategy.The crafting of interface between Ag nanoparticles and Bi OBr nanosheets,achieving an ultra-fast charge transfer.The Bi OBr semiconductor excited electrons and plasmonic Ag nanoparticles generated high-energy hot electrons synchronous accelerates the C=O double bond activation.Thus,the optimized Ag/BiOBr-2 heterostructure shows excellent CO_(2)photoreduction activity with CO production of 133.75 and 6.83μmol/g under 5 h of 300 W Xe lamp and visible light(λ>400 nm)irradiation,which is 1.51 and 2.81 folds versus the pristine Bi OBr,respectively.The mechanism of CO_(2)photoreduction was in-depth understood through in-situ FT-IR spectrum and density functional theory calculations.This study provides some new perspectives into efficient photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction.Gaopeng Liu Lin Wang Bin Wang Xingwang Zhu Jinman Yang Pengjun Liu Wenshuai Zhu Ziran Chen Jiexiang Xia 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,6:1

15Association between SLC17A7 gene polymorphisms and venlafaxine for major depressive disorder in a Chinese Han population:a prospective pharmacogenetic case-control study显示文摘Objective: Venlafaxine is a common antidepressant and its therapeutic effect varies among people with different genetic backgrounds. The aim of this study was to investigate whether single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in theSLC17A7 gene are associated with the treatment outcome of venlafaxine in a Chinese Han population with major depressive disorder.Methods: This prospective pharmacogenetic case-control study that involved genotyping of four SNPs ofSLC17A7 was conducted on 175 major depressive disorder patients of Chinese Han origin, aged 18 to 65 years, participated in the study from April 2005 to September 2006. Comparisons of allele and genotype frequencies of all SNPs were performed between the responder/remission group and the nonresponder/nonremission group. This study was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of Sichuan University (approval No. 20151112-265).Results: The allele and genotype frequencies of the four candidate SNPs inSCL17A7 showed no significant difference between responders and nonresponders. Meanwhile, no significant difference was detected in the four investigatedSLC17A7 SNPs between patients who did and did not exhibit remission. 17Crafting of plasmonic Au nanoparticles coupled ultrathin BiOBr nanosheets heterostructure: steering charge transfer for efficient CO_(2) photoreduction显示文摘Integrating semiconductor photocatalysts with outstanding visible light absorption and fast surface/interface charge transfer kinetics is still an enormous challenge for efficient CO_(2)photoreduction.In this work,the Au nanoparticles have been coupled with ultrathin BiOBr nanosheets,the formed heterostructure(Au/BiOBr)pos-sesses a localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)and enhances the visible light absorption ability,as well as forms a fast charge transport channel on the interface between Au and BiOBr.Thus,the heterostructure photo-catalyst exhibits higher photocatalytic CO_(2)to CO performance(135.3/16.43μmol g^(-1))than that of BiOBr(89.0/6.46μmol g^(-1))under 300 W Xe lamp and visible light(λ>400 nm)irradiation for 5 h,respectively.Finally,the in situ FT-IR spectroscopy revealed CO_(2)photoreduction process and found that the*COOH is the key intermediate for CO_(2)to CO.This work provides an effective method to construct multielectron transfer scheme for efficient photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction.Gaopeng Liu Lin Wang Xin Chen Xingwang Zhu Bin Wang Xinyuan Xu Ziran Chen Wenshuai Zhu Huaming Li Jiexiang Xia 2022Green Chemical Engineering2022,3,2:0
18US monetary policy uncertainty and RMB deviations from covered interest parity显示文摘This paper examines how US monetary policy uncertainty(MPU)affects RMB deviations from covered interest parity(CIP)and how this effect is influenced by China’s capital controls,the RMB exchange rate regime,and international reserves that constrain the transmitting channel of US MPU shocks.Our findings show that US MPU has a spill-over effect and creates deviations from RMB CIP.Capital controls insulate uncertainty shocks and alleviate the US MPU spill-over effect.There are some evidence that inter-national reserves alleviate and the liberalised RMB exchange rate regime magnifies the spill-over effect.However,their effects become insignificant in the presence of capital controls.Moreover,the US MPU effect on RMB CIP deviations becomes prominent after the 2008 global financial crisis.Zhitao Lin Xingwang Qian 2023Economic and Political Studies2023,11,1:0
19Composition design of a novel Ti-6Mo-3.5Cr-1Zr alloy with high-strength and ultrahigh-ductility显示文摘The strength-elongation to fracture(εf)trade-off and low strain hardening rate have been a longstanding dilemma in titanium alloys.In this work,we innovatively manufactured a novel Ti-6Mo-3.5Cr-1Zr alloy via the introduction of a stress-induced strengthening phase into the material.Stress-inducedω(SIω)phase transformation was expected to replace theα''martensitic transformation that resulted in the low yield strength of titanium alloys.The obtained alloy exhibited an extremely high strain hardening rate of up to^1820 MPa.The true peak tensile strength andεfreached^1242 MPa and^40%,respectively.The intrinsic mechanisms underlying the simultaneous improvement of strength and ductility of the material were systematically investigated via in-situ and ex-situ characterizations.In-situ electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)/digital image correlation(DIC)results showed that SIωphase transformation dominated the early stage of plastic deformation(1.5%–3%)and promoted the strain partitioning between the stress-induced bands andβmatrix.Subsequently,the formation of{332}<113>βtwins andωtwins was observed via ex-situ EBSD.In-situ transmission electron microscopy results revealed that dislocation pile-up(DPU)occurred at the SIω/βinterface.The coupling effects associated with the transformation induced plasticity(TRIP),twinning induced plasticity(TWIP),and DPU mechanisms contributed to the enhanced strength andεfof the designed titanium alloy.Kai Chen Qunbo Fan Jiahao Yao Lin Yang Shun Xu Wei Lei Duoduo Wang Jingjiu Yuan Haichao Gong Xingwang Cheng 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,36:0
